    I stayed at Camden Heights in 2022 for a year and loved it so much that I decided to move back! Daniel Knapp was an excellent leasing agent who made my initial stay absolutely wonderful. The maintenance team was always quick to respond and very efficient, though I hardly ever needed them.Now that I’ve returned, I’m once again impressed by the team. Rudolph has been an absolute gem—helpful, hospitable, kind, and always going above and beyond to help tenants. He is THEE BEST!!!! The entire staff is wonderful! Hailey is such a sweetheart. The level of care and attention at Camden Heights is unmatched. I Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming, safe and beautiful living experience!

    Great experience so far! Been here 8 months and have had timely support from maintenance and the leasing office. We had running water and power during Beryl and they are quick and candid with responding to any community issues. My favorite feature is their text support with the leasing office.     I have lived in 8 different apartments all over Houston, and Camden Heights is by far the best! (Greystar utter worst!) Ive been here for 6 months, and its just been such a smooth living experience. (I have also lived in Camden City Centre and Camden Vanderbilt and also great experiences.)The units are upgraded and modern, the response times from the office are always swift, the grounds are always kept clean and trash-free, but above all, the staff makes it perfect. Their professionalism and kindness are comparable to that of a Bora Bora luxury resort, and maintenance comes to you in less than 24 hours, even for little things like a light bulb change. Shout out to Sylvia, Rudolph, and Hailey!The proximity to the bike trails is another massive plus. I commonly bike to Downtown, Total Wine, Target, Kroger, and tons of more places virtually exclusively on bike trail. So if youre considering your carbon footprint, or just want to save money on gas, this is your place to be.The only one complaint I have, but its out of their control, is the new I-10 rebuild on our doorstep. But in Houston, you cannot elude construction, it will follow you anywhere you go live.Also, how about this view! Best vantage point of the Houston skyline, and I get to wake up to it every day. :)Thanks Camden!!!

    Ive lived at Camden for almost a year now and I love it! You cant beat the location - its an easy walk to so many restaurants and things to do and youre right by the walking/biking trail and the bayou. Amenities are nice, maintenance is always very responsive and helpful, and I feel safe in the community and surrounding neighborhood. I have heard of instances of car break ins and packages being lost/stolen, but I have not any had issues in my year of living here. It is noisy being right by the freeway, but you get used to it, and Ive never heard any noises coming from my neighbors, so thats a plus! Cant recommend it enough.

    I have been living here for roughly over a month and a half and I really wanna highlight Camden Heights Apartments. I’ve lived in several apartments before and this is by far one of the top-tier apartments. I first really want to give credit to all of the staff and how they work in uniformity to ensure that the complexes run smoothly. Hurricane Beryl was tough for the community, but the team handled everything so well. Thank you to Daniel, the property manager, for giving very detailed updates and responses on all the community events thats happens. His correspondence emails are highly important. I want to credit Hayley, who is very calming when she answers the phone no matter the chaos on the other line. lol she offers great details on how to make your stay better during any inconvenience. Thank you Martin for keeping us all updated via text and ensuring that each individual person knows what’s going to happen with their apartment (i.e. the hurricane chaos). I want to give a special thank you to Melvin and Emilio assisting me with a lot of home maintenance. It’s very hard to run a huge complex and they all do amazing!!

    Apartment #1247Been living in the Camden system for about 4 years now and specifically the Camden Heights location for just over a year, and Ill have to say that I really appreciate the staff dedication to their residents. There is ample parking, maintenance orders are done promptly, the pool and gazebo area are always clean, and Ive seen a huge improvement in packages being delivered. I put in a formal complaint with Daniel Knapp about a year ago about packages going missing, and when I check in with him about a year later. He told me that Camden has put an order request to upgrade the signs. Their staff will really listen to you with reasonable concerns. Come visit us complex if youre interested in leasing and if trendy location and are looking for premium services at an affordable rate.The location is perfect!- 10 minutes from Memorial Park- 10 minutes from downtown- 5 minutes from HEB- 5 minutes from White Oak- 5 minutes from Buffalo Bayou

    Ive experienced living in 5-6 different apartments from my first year of university until now, and I must say that my time at Camden Heights has been the most enjoyable. The staff, led by Community Manager Daniel Knapp, has been exceptionally friendly and respectful. The amenities, including the pool, gym, and office area, are not only excellent but also well-maintained.I want to express my gratitude to Daniel Knapp, who played a crucial role in facilitating our transfer from a 1-bedroom to a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit. Daniels extensive knowledge of the property and keen understanding of our preferences made the entire process seamless. Despite thinking we knew the floor plan we wanted, Daniel suggested a couple of alternatives, and we ended up falling in love with one of his recommendations, which hadnt been on our radar initially.Daniels expertise and patience were evident throughout the decision-making process. He never pressured us, instead offering valuable advice and guiding us towards an outcome that best suited our needs. Whether we had questions or needed assistance, Daniel has consistently been our go-to person. His kindness, politeness, and professionalism have made our living experience at Camden Heights truly exceptional.

    Nestled in an amazing location, these floor plans really lets you have your cake, and eat it too. The secondary bedrooms are HUGE, almost the same size as the living room. Quiet area without a lot of interference from other areas since it’s built on a corner. City views on the premier units are a nice touch as well.

    Staff top notch, property is maintained well, organized. I would give 5 stars if only they didnt do away with Gas cooking grills at pool like advertised to me prior to move in. Now you might as well plan to camp out when you need to go cool a simple steak. I cook a lot, or used to grill a lot, becuase its easier when you come home from working all hours. Thats a prerequisite for me where I love and its failed a month after move in. Other than that its workable other than the issue of parking.

    Touring the place was amazing! Daniel helped me with absolutely everything I wanted and needed to know so much that I leased the very next day! He made it so easy and enjoyable one of the best tours I have ever been to! And moving in was a breeze!! Hailey was very friendly and made sure I understood everything about my new home! She made moving in super easy for me! All in all my experience has been a 10/10!!

    The Camden Heights team has been nothing but wonderful, especially Sydney!! They are all incredibly helpful and friendly! The maintenance team is quick and efficient with my requests. Also, the community is pet friendly! Located right off I-10, it’s very easy to get to work. Bars on White Oak are great and love the walking/biking trails! I would definitely recommend moving here! Thanks Sydney for all of the help!!

    I have lived here for 3 years, and I definitely recommend this complex. I cannot speak highly enough of our manager, Daniel. He has gone above and beyond for me numerous times when I’ve been in a bind, and has always been very respectful. He has also worked hard to improve the community here at Camden. Between Daniel’s positive management style and the responsive maintenance team, I’ve enjoyed my time here.

    Love the apartments, the front staff are friendly and helpful, the maintenance crew are fast and efficient completing jobs within hours of my reqs. Love the area with the restaurants, bars, trails, and gym close by. Sadly however my fiancée and I have opted to buy a house and are leaving our apartments. Enjoying my final months here while I can, gonna miss it.

    Camden Heights has been one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. Great for those who want to live near The Heights, but need to commute Downtown or down I10. The Office and Maintenance Staff are some of the most nicest, friendly, and helpful people. The property is very clean and the amenities are great. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and thoroughly. I know all new tenants will be occupying newly renovated units that looked awesome when I toured. Id live there again if I werent moving closer to work, but would highly recommend living here!

    I have lived here at Camden Heights for about 2 years and have really enjoyed it here. Maintenance is quick to address any concerns that I have had. The office staff is professional and everyone is always in a good mood. The location of this property is nice too because it is close to White Oak where I can easily walk to different restaurants. They also got new gym equipment recently and it was a huge upgrade.

    I absolutely love living here! I have lived here for about 2 years and dont want to move. Friends who have visited me here have even moved in to this community because they loved it so much. It is the perfect location to everything. Its walking distance to fun restaurants and bars on white oak and in the heights and just a car ride away from downtown, midtown, and the galleria. Its a great community that has a perfect balance of peacefulness and entertainment. The staff is amazing! They always go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met and really feel like theyre taking care of you, especially for emergency work orders. If youre looking to move, I highly recommend Camden Heights. It was a great decision for me!

    Camden Heights is a really great place to live. The property is clean, beautiful, spacious, and the location is close to everything. The management & staff is very friendly and accommodating, and you can tell that they really care about their residents. Maintenance requests are also completed very fast, and always as requested. I never have to worry about not having a parking space, and Ive never had any issues with security. Really happy I chose Camden Heights.

    The Camden Heights employees are great! When I moved in last year, Eric made the process easy. They always get the maintenance requests finished quickly. I havent had a lot of things that have needed to be fixed in my apartment either. They take great care of the property and each unit. Anytime I need to go into the leasing office to ask a questions they are all very sweet and professional. They also love animals and are very sweet to my dog. My dog loves the dog park area on the property and loves getting to play with the other dogs. My neighbors are great and want to get to know one another. The complex is also very quiet, which is nice. I absolutely love living here and would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking.

    I lived here for the 3 years and I moved out for relocation reasons, but I loved to live here, tbh they didn’t have a good management before but Daniel Knapp, the new manager and his team (Martin & Hailey) are awesome, I can see the improvements. The maintenance team is great as well, Emilio, Juventino and the other staff were very diligent and respectful. I totally recommend this place to live!

    The location is excellent on White Oak Bayou with trails that can take you all over the city and all the amenities of living in the Heights are within walking distance. The spaciousness of the apartments are the best in the Heights and they are kept up-to-date. The management is responsive, respectful and friendly. The grounds are clean and well tended, including the parking garage. After touring many other apt buildings we value how clean our Camden Heights is kept!

    I have stayed in Camden heights for a few years now and would recommend this place to anyone looking in the area. The staff has always been very friendly and professional. Michelle recently assisted me with with my leasing renewal options and was very helpful through the process. Maintenance requests have always been handled quickly and with proper care. The apartments have always felt very safe as well.

    I’ve been here for a little over 6 months and I can say I haven’t had any issues. Management is responsive, maintenance normally deals with service orders within a day and the complex is quiet and clean. Probably extending my lease and definitely recommending it to other people looking in the area!

    Ive lived in several apartment communities, this being the first Camden property and I have to say its BY FAR my favorite place Ive lived. The staff actually cares about the residents, which is a nice change compared to other properties I live at where the staff could care less about the residents. They have several maintenance workers who seem to be on the clock 24/7 making sure the property is maintained. Theres been a huge amount of car break-ins, even though the garage is fob/gated, but its also been happening in the whole neighborhood, not just this apartment complex. Great place to live, I wish I had found it sooner.

    My wife and I have been Camden Heights residents for the past 3.5 years and have never had a major negative experience here. Sure, some of your standard maintenance items that are inevitable in an apartment complex, but the team has always been swift to resolve. We feel we’ve gotten a great value for a premium complex so close to downtown (great skyline view as well as 4th of July fireworks!) with great amenities. Plus, walking distance to White Oak biking trail and restaurants/bars along White Oak Drive. Would highly recommend to others

    Michelle Schick​ is the Leasing Consultant who helped me out during my whole move and convinced me Camden was the place I needed to be at. Her customer service is just EXCEPTIONAL! Always so welcoming and willing to answer all of the questions I had. I have to say that Camden is extremely lucky to have such a wonderful employee who cares so much about her residents.     I recently went to visit a friend who lives here and of course I got lost, so I stopped by the front office and the staff was so nice and very helpful! The office is both beautiful and very clean, I was really impressed. My friends apartment has a great view of downtown and ifs so close to the nightlife. I am looking for an apartment in the Heights area and Ive noticed hers is very spacious compared to the other ones Ive visited. My friends ended us showing ,e around and I was really impressed with their gym and dog park, its perfect for my pup & I. I will definitely be looking into leasing from Camden!

    I love this property! Located right off I-10 you cant get a better location. The property is clean and beautiful! The best part about this office is the staff.     Great location and newly remodeled apartments are a nice change. Maintenance is always prompt and helpful. Charity in the front office always welcomes you with a smile and is helpful in any situation. Camden is lucky to have a great staff. Thankful that security has been on site at night.

    If youre looking for a nice hip place to live you should visit Camden Heights. Im able to walk to local bars and restaurants. I bathe my dog in the dog park and also walk her at the White Oak Trails. The maintenance team is awesome, when they come to my apartment they are always so friendly and always make me feel comfortable that my service request are being taken care of. The office team has been very nice every time I go in there.

    Camden Heights is my first experience living in a professionally managed apartment complex. My fiance and I have lived here since May 2017 with our two dogs and have enjoyed the amenities, level of customer service and the superior maintenance team that makes this a unique living experience.When we toured the complex initially the leasing agent listened to our concerns (moving our dogs into an apartment from a house, cost, etc) and worked with us to make this an achievable move. The dog park and doggy bag stands throughout the grassy complex have been helpful in easing the transition for both owner and dog!The maintenance team is phenomenal and is on call for emergencies such as clogged toilets and when air conditioning goes out in the middle of the summer!While a little bit more expensive than places weve lived before, we are enjoying our experience here.

    While I didnt end up living here, I can confidently say that the experience of touring the complex was the best out of this round of apartment shopping. Charity did a fantastic job showcasing the complex and was very honest when answering the questions I had about the apartments.My old apartment had a series of break-ins and our management did not respond, hence my choice to look elsewhere. Charity was honest and stated that there had been a recent car break-in, but they had security systems in place that allowed them to catch the guy, and have since added metal frame pieces to every apartment door that prevent anyone from breaking the locks.I would feel very confident in the management at this complex. Actions speak louder than words, and Camden Heights actions show that they care about their residents.

    We visited and toured Camden Heights, but didnt end up choosing it as our apartment. Nonetheless, throughout the whole experience, we were treated with respect and always catered to. They have a 24/7 number you can call for any questions or concerns. The apartments are very nice, and many have been recently renovated.

    We have been living in Camden Heights for a while and our experience has been great. The location is strategic: you are only 10 min away from Houston downtown and you can easily get to Houstons main highways (es. i-10, i-610 and i-45). If you ever have to fix something in the apartment you can request for a maintenance service, and would come within the next day and solve the problem. Excellent management and customer service.I would totally recommend anyone to choose Camden as their new home!

    Ive lived at Camden Heights for nearly 2 years now and absolutely love it there! The staff is very friendly and theyre always on top of things when it comes to maintenance issues. You can tell they have a solid team since theyve all been there for many years. The property is beautiful and well kept.I would recommend Camden to anyone who is looking to move in town. The apartments are very spacious (including the closets!) and well worth the rent.

    We have lived here for a little over a month now and absolutely love this community! Our leasing agent was Michelle and she was so welcoming and knowledgable from the start. Service requests have been quickly addressed and I love that they cater to pets. Amenities, in general, are abundent and high quality. I know that have a few upgrades coming down the line too! I would recommend Camden Heights and definitely to ask for Michelle, shes the best!

    I’ve lived at Camden Heights since January 2017. Management has changed a few times, but Silvia & her Maintenance crew have been here and are simply amazing. All requests are fixed very timely. I have yet to see anything that Silvia can’t fix. Shout out to the new Management-Charity, Olivia & Adam, they have been very helpful. Adam ran over to let me in the gate when my key fob stopped working. Walking my dogs is a joy, there are many dog receptacles and bags. I’ve met some really nice neighbors and we remain friends. Walking to White Oak for food & drinks is always fun. Camden is currently upgrading Units and I can’t wait to see the improvements.

    Weve lived here just over a month and are very pleased. Love the area and discovering new places to explore everyday. The complex is very quiet and convenient for hopping on the freeway in the morning. The A/C works great and I cant hear my neighbors talking! The rent is actually slightly less than other apartments in the area with less square footage. The Tuesday food trucks are fun, and a welcome surprise when we moved in. We plan to stay for a while!

    We had an excellent time viewing several floorplans with our friendly leasing agent, Scott. He listened to our situation and helped us find a perfect floorplan and location within the community that suits our lifestyle. He worked to find us the best pricing for our lease term and emailed quotes to us for later review and comparison.After touring several facilities, Camden Heights was clearly the best fit for us, our pets, and our budget. The online application and leasing paperwork was easy and the approval took only a minute. Super excited to be moving into our new home soon!Thank you Scott for making our experience so easy!

    The Camden Heights team has been nothing but wonderful! Aline, Kenya, Maira and Scott are very helpful and responsive. The maintenance team is quick and efficient with my requests. There is a dog park and the community is very clean and pet friendly! The location is conveniently located right off I-10, very close to restaurants and bars on White Oak and plenty of walking/biking trails! I would definitely recommend moving here!

    Living at Camden Heights was awesome. Neighborhood/area/adjacency cant be beat, and the bike trail is 3 blocks away. Awesome views of downtown fireworks from the parking garage when the occasion strikes, and top notch maintenance guys for every service request while we were there.Ask for Tasmin Branch when you go, she was super helpful, responsive, and made things super easy for a last-minute move-in.Would have re-signed, but moved to a house for the dogs. Also--they are very dog friendly!

    Ive been at Camden for roughly 2 years. So far, its been a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, food trucks are always parked out front, and maintenance is usually quick.My only gripe is that the front gate for the past few months has been constantly under repair after various damages. I realize its not their fault bad drivers are going to be bad, but the manager should take the initiative to order gate parts to have on hand.Besides that, I would recommend anyone to stay here.     Camden has the best customer service from other apartment brands hands down. The Camden Heights location is an excellent example of that from the pool partied hosted by the office, to the food trucks they have come on site for residents. This may sound silly but they also have the best frosted animal crackers in the office. The feeling of this location is very calm and relaxed with a young professional type party atmosphere. In other words everyone is respectful of each other but still have fun. Give this place a shot its worth it just for the neighborhood.

    Lived at Camden Heights for 3 years and if it werent for wanting to buy a house, I could live here forever. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from my first visit all the way to my final check out. The local neighborhood is inviting and nearby White Oak has all the bars and restaurants there are to offer. Accessibility was also great as the complex is right off I-10, and Studemont and Heights Blvd are both a block away. Highly recommend living here.

    Though i have not made my choice to move in with Camden @ Heights apartments .     I just wanted to take the time to shine some light on Tj, Adrian and, Hailey. They made my move so easy and, simple. They showed nothing but, patience and compassion every step of the way answering/ tending to all problems and concerns to the best of their ability. Im still fairly new but, so far its been real blissful here plus my bomb view of the pool and, also my private balcony which faces the city/interstate.     I had a great experience living here. The property has the nicest gym out of all of the apartments I toured and was very competitive on price. I would say this apartment excels with its management. The management is very accommodating to resident concerns and acted quickly to resolve issues. The star there is Charity who helped me lease my 1-bd apartment! She remembers everyone names and goes above and beyond for the residents.

    I have been living at the Camden for about a year. My experience so far has been extremely positive; location, management and security are top notch. Issues are always resolved promptly. Amenities (coffee bar/gym/pool) and property upkeep is stellar. These are the best overall deal in town for your buck.

    I have been a long term resident of Camden Heights and expect to remain here for the foreseeable future.The front office personnel are the primary reason I remain here; they are beyond helpful. Misty, Erica and Eric, in particular, have each gone above and beyond to make sure that my apartment was ready and maintained. For example, once I was waiting outside the front door for the office to open and Eric saw me and opened the office 15 mins early to help me out. Whenever an errant package is mistakenly left outside the office, Erica calls and informs me that they have secured it for me. And Misty has always been exceptionally helpful in explaining my rental contract and rights. The entire front office crew are more like family than just front office staff.The maintenance staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I have never waited more than 24 hrs for a problem to be resolved, and more commonly, they fix the problem within the hour of being reported. Actually, once, at 2:00 am, my fire alarm battery decided to die which causes the fire alarm to randomly beep every few minutes; when I called to report this, a maintenance person was at my apartment to change the battery within 15 mins. –and that was at 2 AM!In short, while all apartments in Houston are pricey, and all apartments offer similar amenities (pool, weight room, business office, etc.)--Camden Heights is well above average due to their wonderful staff and excellent attention to detail.

    Fabulous apartment community! Nice controlled access all the way around the community. Apartments can’t be an impenetrable fort, but this place is pretty close. The pool is a nice size and newly renovated. BUT THE STAFF THOUGH!?! I don’t think Shakespeare, Mandela, Maya Angelou could sit in a room for 7.13 hours and put the appropriate words to describe their positive attitudes and incredible work ethic. While she is only the assistant, Kenya Sheppard is the ultimate conductor of business. She has everything in reach and knows ALL the details of the community. Any questions or concerns you have she you taken care of. Sometimes it is’t the answer we want, I mean come on who doesn’t want thing to go their way, but I digress. Kenya will help and do what she can, WITHIN REASON, to make sure your home and home experience are top tier!

    Great quiet community of residents, maintainance dept is always timely and professional! The management team is also one of the best Ive dealt with before, they communicate often and well about the happenings of the complex. The only drawback about the apt are the humps in the garage but, it keeps residents aware of other vehicles and pedestrians. Overall, my experience has been very pleasant.

    The customer service was wonderful at Camden Heights. I worked with Tina Turman during my move. She was very professional and very helpful. I ended up changing my floor plan in the last minute and she was able to show me several different floorplans and pricing options. In the same day she was able to transfer my lease from my old floor plan to the new one and did not charge me any last minute fees. She was very kind and supportive through the entire process.The room was fantastic and in excellent condition.

    Been living at Camden for just over a year now and Ive really enjoyed it. The location is perfect, only a short walk from a few bars and restaurants along White Oak and a 5-10 min drive from just about everywhere you want to go.     Great community and great staff, they are extremely responsive to requests. I have made this location my home for a little over two years and it has been great living so close to white oak.The only downside is the garage. 1) Small spots that make larger vehicles more inclined to have more than a few dents/scratches from other vehicles. 2) Multiple break-ins have occurred since I have moved in (my car included). 3) Randomly placed reserved spots with poor indications led me to accidentally park and then subsequently have my car towed recently (not a great feeling).Overall a great place!

    Im a tad late, but Jonathan helped me find this beautiful apartment for my girlfriend. I had two appointments in the area and both cancelled after making appointments in advance. Jonathan took time when he was busy to talk us around and help find the right place. He didnt rush us and in the end, she loved the apartment. The staff here have time for you, thats what make a good apartment complex work.Jonathan gets a 5/5, for being so considerate when he didnt have to, and for not being a jerk when I said wed think on it.

Area is great and friendly, close to freeway and so many places to go near and around here, everything is less then 20 minutes away. Few minor complains but not the fault of staff: parking is bad late at night, although we pay for valet service sometimes they dont pick up all trash and are selective about what they take :((

    Camden Heights is the Spot!!!!If youre in the market to find an apartment that is close to Downtown, Washington Street and White Oak. This is the place. It costs me $7 for an Uber ride to the Astros game.They have a brand new gym that is getting remodeled in the next two months and with the top of the line equipment. Yes! Dumbbells up to 90.I’ve been living here for a year and half and I love the maintenance crew and staff, especially Stephanie, Ericka, Alfonso, Silvia and Emiliooooo. Anytime I have a small problem they’re always able to help with my request.When Harvey came through a month ago the apartment never lost power and running water. The parking garage never flooded and everyone’s car was perfect.

    Just moved in and my experience has been amazing! Michelle really made the application process easy and helped us feel welcome and at home since the first time we walked through the doors. Had an issue with one of the appliances and we sent a work request in online and someone was there within an hour or so to fix it. Valet trash is really convenient. Very pet friendly. And again cant overstate how awesome Michelle and the other welcome center staff are.

    I recently went with my boyfriend to tour this property and had a great experience! Really loved how the Chirp Access app made viewing the apartment and community super convenient, especially during Covid 19. The grounds and units were well kept and Kenya and Scott were both super friendly while walking us through the Chirp process with ease. Definitely recommend this community to anyone looking to settle in the Heights area!

    My husband and i really loved the property. We loved the complex and where its located. The grounds are so nice and so are the amenities. The office staff were wonderful especially Scott Preveto he was excellent. We had a great experience with him. We would have made our decision that day but unfortunately its just a little out of our price range. But we definitely recommend anyone to make this place their home.

    Can’t complain too much. Great location. There could be more/ nicer elevators and there are a lot of dogs, but those are my only hangups. The rooms are nice/ pretty clean. I’ve seen a small roach here or there but in Houston I can’t make a big deal about it. Keeping out roaches in Houston is like trying to keep sand out of your shorts at the beach. Nice weight room and pool. A lot of young people and dogs.

    This is a great place to live. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. They do events every month to encourage a friendly community. The pool and gym are both top-notch facilities.     Location, location, location. The apartments are competitively priced. I bike to work downtown (Theater District) and never have ride on a street, bike path all the way. My son goes to Hogg Middle School(great school) and its in walking distance. The restaurants in walking distance are BBs, Tacos A Go Go, Pho Bien, Onion Creek, Coltivare and more. It would be nice to have a Walgreens or CVS closer but that is all I can think of. The service staff are friendly and respond to maintenance request very quickly. Great place to live (6 years so far)

    I have been in the apartment for about 8 months now. The place is well situated in the area and close to several places I enjoy going (within walking/biking distance). They love dogs and they love it when I bring my little Corgi to the lobby to say hi. They also try to run events whenever they can, like art painting, Yoga, etc. and they always encourage people to come.Ali that works in the office has also helped me with my dog by watching him when I had to go out of town on business.If there was anything I would change it would have to be the noise that occurs around the pool on the weekends. As well as the trash that the pool group tends to leave around.
