I’ve lived in luxury properties in many major cities including New York and Atlanta so I’m very familiar and accustomed to top tier residential experiences and service. Camden has been pretty awesome overall! Spacious floor plans with great amenities (wine fridges, dry bars, high ceilings, quartz countertops) and views of the city (my favorite). I don’t deal with hearing upstairs neighbors as the units are quiet so you really don’t hear any noise. Building is well maintained and always clean, I regularly see housekeeping cleaning throughout the day (thank you). The amenities are amazing with multiple lounges, resident guest suite, stunning pool area, 24/7 concierge and security, even free printing! Booba and Kevin the concierge, Floyd the security, and Fernando in maintenance have been exceptional, going above and beyond when needed without having to ask. Neighborhood is convenient with lots to do, dining, entertainment, close to many parks. Some areas for growth are around improved communication around community wide updates, proactively resolving and addressing resident issues and communication. However it’s evident that the staff generally work very hard and are invested in the property. I appreciate building event offerings and the food truck when available. Camden as a corporation can be pretty inflexible and should remember that resident satisfaction is not just their own corporate value, but is a basic expectation in any truly luxury property. Management has been helpful in addressing any issues that may come up. They’re even making improvements to the pool furniture to enhance the experience for residents! Overall, I’m very happy I ended up at Camden. I’d recommend Camden regardless! Will update my review as needed. Thank you Camden.

Mann I had a great experience here. Floyd the security guy made sure me mans my guest were taken care of while in the downtown lounge. Lowered the shades for us so we could watch a movie, definitely came in clutch.

Amazing new high rise in the heart of downtown, walking distance to Toyota Center. The features and amenities are endless. Pool with a great view, 24-hour concierge, state of the art gym, and lots more. If you go in to tour, ask for Ebun. I can confidently say that my experience living in this high-rise has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the level of care that the management team put into creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for residents.The high-rise itself is modern, stylish, and well-maintained. The spacious floor plan is perfect for both entertaining guests and relaxing after a long day at work. I especially appreciate the high-end finishes and appliances, which make me feel like I am living in luxury.One of the standout features of this apartment complex is the range of amenities that are available to residents. The fitness center is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, and the swimming pool is a wonderful place to cool off with gorgeous views of downtown.Perhaps the best part of living in this apartment, however, is the exceptional customer service provided by the management and maintenance teams. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance, they have been quick to respond and always go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied.Overall, I cannot recommend this high-rise enough. I did the self guided option and I really appreciated the opportunity to do that. First I sat in the office and the leasing agent really walked me through the options, availability and amenities. If I decided to move I would be coming from a house. So having the self guided option really gave me the opportunity to get a “feel” of the place on my own. Really taking everything in. Everyone was super nice in kind, both leasing agents and the security guard I met. I’m still not sure if I’m moving forward but I will absolutely keep Camden in mind! Very professional non pressure and welcoming experience!

Erica was very helping and her team greeted me as soon as I walked in. They answered all my questions and walked me through their amenities and different units so I really had the chance to explore the property before deciding this was the place for me !

I am not a resident but was lucky enough to get approval to take pictures at Camden Downtown with my groom and groomsmen the morning of my Feb 2020 wedding. The sky deck overlooking the Houston skyline made for gorgeous, sunrise first look photos and the clubhouse was the perfect space for modern and stylish photos for the groomsmen. I only have these 2 photos that my sister snuck on her phone but it really doesnt do the pool deck justice! Thank you to Lannya Batiste (Area Community Manager) and Stephan Mims (Leasing Consultant) for being so accommodating with my last minute request and so helpful with guiding us around the property! Beautiful development with outstanding employees.

Look no further! I’ve visited countless high rises in downtown and midtown and this by far surpassed all my expectations and wants! Cristina the assistant manager is who assisted me & she is so amazing! Great energy very uplifting always so happy to see her. The best customer service even after visiting the property 3 times before I applied. The process has been so smooth and easy I really can not wait to move in! The BEST amenities with views of downtown. Concierge was amazing, the leasing agents were so nice. Honestly the best staff that makes you want to live here! Couldn’t be happier with my decision. I recently just moved in about a month ago. Thanks to the wonderful Camden Team they making my transition very smooth and easy. Thanks to Tidiane especially and the manager. The building is super clean and brand new. The atmosphere is filled with young successful ppl. The weekend it’s always a vibe at the pool area. If you like to enjoy life this is the place for you. I have lived in other high-rise before and I know it’s hard to keep the building 24 hours clean constantly but I’m very impressed with the cleanliness of the building. The only issue I see in this building is; I wish we have security that patrol the garage during the daytime. I have seen some weird characters that don’t look like they belong here just in the visitor garage area. However the resident garage has a gate that separate from visitor garage for extra level of security for resident which I love.

Ive been at the Camden for the past 15 months and my experience has been great. From the leasing agents TJ and Adrian to the concierge Buba and Amer. The whole team has been amazing. Amer and Buba always went above and beyond for any of my needs and truly provided a top notch experience. The only issue I had during my time here was with safety. There were several cars stolen from the garage. But thats what comes with living downtown and isnt at the fault of Camden. Other than that, the staff is absolutely exceptional and Im very appreciative for the level of service they provided during my stay.

The Camden apartments are stunning. Its sophisticated yet not boastful in decor and the pool is gorgeous. The Assistant Manager Ebun has an energy and smile that is simply contagious. From her warm and caring disposition to her attention to detail when listening and going over all of my concerns. Shes a gem. On top of living near the Toyota Center, Ebun is another plus! Shes really remarkable, whoever meets her is sure to leave the encounter feeling happier!

My husband and I toured the property this was one of the first high rise buildings we toured on our high rise apartment search. The location is awesome exactly what were trying to transition to coming from Conroe the suburban life to city life. The apartments are really nice I love that they have two color schemes that you can choose from and the fact that they have a gas stove bonus points for that alone. The sky lounge as well as the other areas are beautiful as well it has a nice urban vibe. They also have a suite that family and friends could rent on the property instead of having to book a hotel when visiting. My only compliant is that I find the master bedrooms are a bit smaller than some of the high rises I have now visited, My concern is having to downsize my king size bed to a queen. Some of the floorplans I feel the guest rooms have a better view as far as having full size floor to ceiling windows than the master. The concerns I have is not a deal breaker at all and Camden Downtown is still highly on my list. Im interested in the B5 plan that goes really fast from what ive been told I didnt get a chance to tour it however Ill get the B4 if B5 is not available when the time comes. The property is beautiful and was well kept when I visited.

TJ helped to make sure I had everything I needed before moving in, and explaining my Chirp access app. Amer helped me each day coordinate with my movers and the freight elevator. He was so kind and helpful, and he does everything with a smile. I love the amenities, gym, and concierge for this apartment complex. Great place to live!!

For those that skim reviews:–Building is brand new (I think in Feb. 2020). The building is understated and beautiful.–Amenities (pool/gym/media rooms) have a very high level of quality.–Apartments are beautiful including kitchens that have awesome gas commercial stove tops if you love to cook.–After Move-in Care and attention from staff: A+ After care service, which, in my case if you move a lot makes all the difference.The apartment is beautiful. I chose one of the largest 2 bedrooms corner apartments and it really doesnt disappoint. With ceiling to floor windows that drape around the entire main room space letting in all the natural light is pretty amazing. Two large bedrooms with ample closet space and wood floors throughout are great.My experience with the staff, (if you have time): ExcellentThe first point of contact was Christina Orta who hand-held me the entire apartment selection process during a time-sensitive international move with a lot of factors and deadlines to consider and she did it in record time.Both Christina and Ebun Barker (Assistant Manager) and the rest of the staff have held this level of professionalism and attention to detail even after my move, which is a strong factor when considering apartment communities.I move frequently for my job and its common that after move-in, you don’t get the same level of treatment as you do when you are a prospective mover. However, with the Camden Downtown staff this has not been the case. They have created a nice ambiance and for a tenant, and you feel ‘taken care of’. Christina, Ebun Barker (assistant manager) and the rest of the staff have provided a warm welcome and I’m very very satisfied that I chose Camden Downtown.There are a lot of nice new apartment communities downtown Houston and Camden is a real gem with great apartments and facilities, however, what helps differentiate them in my experience in moving so often, is the people and staff who you interact with daily.The extra level of after move-in care has been a real refreshing surprise. The building, the apartment and the community amenities are very nice but the people working here make the difference.

Best customer service I’ve ever had overall. Especially from a leasing office. My boyfriend and I had such an awful experience from our previous property (also Downtown) and went looking at new properties in the same area and came across Camden Downtown. What really sealed the deal for us was the customer service. Christina Orta was the leasing consultant that assisted us and she went above and beyond. She was super patient and actually listened to what we needed and were looking for and really dedicated her time and attention to us. We were very indecisive about floor plans and our work schedules made it almost impossible to be able to stop by more than once and Christina went out of her way to ensure we got pictures, measurements and really did more than she had to for us. There was no pressure, no “false advertising” throughout the whole process. We signed the lease right before Covid shut the city down. Christina and the leasing office are so helpful, and so genuine even with the hard times now and wanting to make sure we are okay and working with us to make sure our move in date is as smooth as possible for us. Extremely thankful, and will be telling everybody about Camden downtown because the customer service is very rare to find, not to mention the overall modern features the property has to offer, the location, AND the POOL. Can’t wait to move in!

I rent one of your most expensive units, don’t know if that matters, but I say that hopefully to put even a little more weight behind my suggestion that: you make this man a manager. I just recently relocated from NYC to Houston and toured 7 high-rise properties including Latitude, Hanover, and a few others. Ive never been treated with the type of service and personal care, in any industry for that matter, as I was when i visited last night (03/12/2020). Literally treated like royalty! The architecture and apartment sell itself...but to have someone (EBUN BARKER) go out of her way to greet me in the Garage and walk me into her office, show me each floor plan (MULTIPLE TIMES since i was being indecisive)...i cant even properly articulate and put in a coherent sentence what that meant!Ebun Barker is a true professional and presented me with options that met my living needs. I didnt even think twice about signing because if i can live in a place where Im treated with respect and literally like Family...then what else do i need??She worked with me for 2.5 hours to finalize on a floor plan and apartment, and stayed till 7:30pm (2 hours past closing) on signing the lease. I cant express enough how much she made my day and how she lessened my stress on my move to Houston! The other high rises never showed the love and attention she did and it seems that she personifies what Camden represents.Do yourself a favor and lease here yo...ask for Ebun Barker while youre at it too.

The Camden has been absolutely amazing. We recently had some maintenance done on our apartment and I have to say that the Camden and its staff has been absolutely perfect. Adrian and Fernando especially have been fantastic!Revision:It has been several months at the Camden now and my opinion has only been getting better. Recently it came to our attention that we had a water leak inside of our utility closet. After reporting it, within 10 minutes, maintenance was there fixing it. Ivan, Daniel, and Steven all amazing workers were able to find the source the leak, fix the PVC pipe breach, and dried the wall all within the span of 1 day.I am amazed every single day at how Camden Downtown has such amazing staff and easy to use apps / communication methods. Fantastic, fantastic job, very happy living here.
