Camden team have great maintenance and office team. They do prompt and proactive maintenance job which is requested on time and replace the equipment with new supplies. They have recently renowned 2BHK house with brand new equipment, appliances, wood flooring and brand new lookWhenever there is a problem in community like water , electricity etc Camden team tirelessly work to fix it all weather, holidays and day night to fix it and help the community.

Lived here for 3 years. They really have their stuff together and actually seem to care about the residents. Maintenance is good. When unavoidable problems arise, they are handled quickly and professionally. No excessive charges upon moveout. Highly positive experience living here.

The maintenance team is seemingly not stopped by weather, holidays, or anything. I have submitted some difficult service request and they make sure everything gets done. They will order new equipment if needed, and respond to my very minimal quips that I should be able to handle myself.

This place is a good choice to choose from when it comes to getting a living or going for a nice run with someone or by yourself. I like the way that doing what I arrived for as well as being served didnt request too much to enjoy. If your looking for something that fits in these parameters then this is a good place to go. I use to have this as my backyard view. Really fun time.

I have lived in this community for a little over a year, and just renewed my lease for another 15 months. I have loved living here - the staff in the leasing office are very accommodating and friendly (Ive interacted with Becky and Scott), and the maintenance staff have completed the few works orders Ive had in a timely and effective manner. Management even went the extra mile and provided free lunches from food trucks for residents that lost power from the winter storm that shut down much of Texas earlier this month. Bonus: the complex is located across from beautiful trails and a canal. Great place to live!

I’m excited to be moving into my new home soon. The leasing process was easy. I went online and sent my interest in with the floor plan and move in date. Becky responded the same day and we set up an appointment for me to come in. When I arrived at my appointment, Becky went over every detail and showed me what was available. I loved the unit- upgraded kitchen, a nice size washer/dryer (included), attached garage and the canal view is a huge plus. The grounds are well kept as well. I finished my application online and was approved the same day. I’m happy with my decision.

By far the best complex Ive ever lived in. My boyfriend and I (plus our two cats) first moved here in 2012, and have leased 3 different units since then. Every unit has had an attached garage, and two of the three had a beautiful water view as well. I absolutely love the location and the scenic walking/running trails. The leasing staff is very personable, professional, and their maintenance team is the greatest. Every member of the staff is polite, knowledgeable, and always follow-up immediately to personally make sure that any issues are resolved within the same day. Between the apartment itself and the actual staff, the quality youll find here is unrivaled.

I stayed here for more than a year. Great location with access to walking trails opposite to cimarron park. The apartment had all recent upgrades in appliances inside (compared to near by apartments which was missing) and the maintenance team was helpful in addressing request in a day or two (not had much) since it was maintained well throughout.Rent might look a little higher for few but with AT&T unlimited Internet, and Garage the near by apartments also comes under the same price overall. I had to reduce one star since i felt the application fee , admin fee, move out cleaning fee,trash fee was lot higher and i had to pay a high deposit amount as part of move in which i came to know only after the application was submitted... I got it back promptly when i moved out since there was no damages.This does not come under Coppell school county which is a minus.. opposite to apartment is tom laundry public school and can apply for universal academy charter school UA Coppell but bus stop is not available for UA.. need to drop and pickup from highlands of valley ranch apartment daily for school bus ..I would recommend to friends for their great location, near by park , maintenance and prompt attention in case of any issues raised..

Great location with access to walking trails and a nearby park. The area feels safe and my unit was always well-kept and had no major issues (never saw a single bug my whole time there). The maintenance team and staff were always super responsive and helpful. Would recommend living here!

After completing multiple lease terms at Camden Cimarron, I felt inclined to review this property to share my POSITIVE experience. The staff is friendly, responsive and its evident they truly care about the residents. When issues do arise, theyre dealt with in a timely manner. If you have a concern, they listen and assist with a suitable resolution. The property is well maintained and in a great location. The garages are a plus too and lets not forget the activities for the residents... I could go on... Thanks for the residents first attitude that starts with management and continues to be exemplified through the staff.

My husband & I moved to Camden Cimarron about two month ago. The Property is managed & maintained exceptionally well.Apartments are really nice and the management makes our living here very pleasant. The office staff and Co-workers here is very professional and they addressed the issues immediately. They try to make everything run smoothly & always been very helpful to me .The Maintenance man Joe is a very hard dedicated worker and good guy too. Since i moved in here i have noticed that they have activities for the residents,i like that too. i appreciate the valet trash pick up service & has attached parking garage which i love it. This property is really close to markets, eating hub & jogging trail.Overall this is a wonderful place to live. I would highly recommend this apartments!!!!!!

I have lived in Camden Cimarron for 15 months and had a very pleasant experience. The maintenance/service requests is taken care of very quickly and the maintenance staff are very polite and friendly. Very nice and quite community. The front office staff too are very polite and friendly and remember the residents by name. They take all measure to keep the community clean. Overall I had a very good experience and no doubt they deserve a 5 star rating.

Leasing Staff is awesome. You are treated very well regardless of you being an existing tenant or a future tenant. Very nicely spoken people. They are upfront on most of the things. Unlike other properties around this place, maintenance is top notch and I will give five-on-five. Maintenance technicians go above and beyond to fix the problems and ensure your are 100% satisfied.

The office staff and the maintenance staff are outstanding. I am very appreciative of everything that is done by this team of individuals. They work hard to respond to all the needs that are made by this family. We have not had any complaints. My microwave went out and I received a brand new one. I have problems, concerns, and issues regarding anything and they respond with total respect, kindness and their knowledge, skills and abilities are outstanding. I am thankful I live here and would recommend this place to any individual or family. My biggest regret is there are not any three bedroom apartments. The biggest thank you. Also, I am filled with gratitude that the garage locks in two different directions. HURRAH!

Best place Ive lived. I got tired of apartment hunting and just googled best apartments in my area, checked out the top 3 the next day and I picked this one right before they closed. Really great people, very helpful, I never need maintenance requests because theyre always upgrading or fixing something. It is very quiet here as well. Great place. whether youre single or have a family. Move here, its a little pricey but I goto sleep with peace of mind EVERY night... If this management ever leaves I might be gone soon afterUpdate 2021... Eh, decent place, not worth the price however.

Hi Everyone,I recently moved to Camden Cimarron Apts. on 11/2/2020 from Denton, TX. It has been our blessing. We are truly pleased and thankful. Everyone has been very helpful, responsive, professional with their outstanding knowledge, skills, and abilities. We are able to move around and we are getting everything straighten out as new to the community individuals. The maintenance guys Mr. David, Mr. Art and Mr. Tom have been very professional and their knowledge, skills and abilities have been outstanding in getting items completed. Also, the Office staff Ms. Becky, Ms. Devina, Mr. Scott and the manager (We do not want to call the wrong name have been outstanding as well). The entire staff has been wonderful, very personable, very ethical and trustworthy. They have outstanding customer service knowledge, skills, and abilities. Thank you for having them on staff with Camden. We have lived at Camden Shady Grove, Rockville, MD and Camden Legacy in Plano, TX and we have never had a problem with any Camden apartment complex. We recommend them highly in any state especially since they have garages attached to the apartments. Also, the new Chirp system is wonderful as well. Ms. Becky taught us how to use the system without an appointment and put the Chirp App on my cell phone. They are the best and I look forward to living in my Camden Cimarron Apartment. Even without an appointment they will talk to you to hear your concern, wearing a mask,and being socially distance. I am thankful Camden Headquarters hired them. We were totally satisfied with our stay. Had to move out due to work related uncertainty.Move in - 5/5 , Scott, Devina and Maintenance team helped the best they can with NO delay. Devina made easier payment options and accepted online forms to avoid our drive and save time for us.After move in - 5/5 - Any issue we reported had been taken care mostly same day, I recall only one of the request took 2 days and roof related request took more time due to third party involved. As long as its with maintenance team, They will always do fastest fix.Leasing Staff - Any queries quickly solved in minutes from anyone in leasing office. Devina, Becky, Scott , Lorna all were best whenever we contacted.Move out - 5/5 - No surprise as I had already read lease and charges related to move out were conveyed by Devina while signing the lease. Easy online payment options before move in and even after move out.Maintenance Team - The best maintenance team I have ever seen. Tom, David and all team is best. I have lived at Camden Cimarron for about 15 months and its been a great experience. My apartment is upgraded, I have a garage attached to my home and theres really nothing much to complain about. When dealing with the office Im always greeted with smiles and personal attention...when maintenance has come to help me in my apartment theyre always open to going above and beyond to help me with extra little stuff (moving my shower curtain rod higher, changing the air filter, etc). I feel comfortable in my apartment and get a lot of compliments from friends on the community and location. The exterior was recently painted and it looks very different...but awesome.My only fuss, ever, was recently when theyre doing concrete work in the parking lot...one of the repairs was in front of my garage and I couldnt park in there for 2 days...but now its all good. Who can really complain when someone is working to make things better? Honestly, this community is well managed, takes care of its people and is responsive to all feedback. The only thing I regret is not getting out to the pool more often this summer. Otherwise, I look forward to renewing my lease when it comes up again.

Great location and awesome staff! I am employed by Camden and work at a location in downtown Dallas. This is my second time moving back to Cimarron and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. Tom and his maintenance crew do an amazing job at keeping the community clean and my work orders are always done in a timely manner. My fur baby Jax loves them and it’s pretty funny to see he recognizes them when we are out and about on walks. It’s good to know they are greeting and playing with him when they complete work orders as I work the same hours the office is open. Lorna and her leasing team do a phenomenal job at taking care of their customers. They are always available and are all ears with any concerns or questions I have. I would recommend this community to any of my friends looking for a place to call home.

Best Community, i stayed in multiple communities but Camden Cimarron is amazing. I had my best stay here ever.Management @Leasing office are nice, warm, always ready to help!I cant still forget the day I moved in, apartment had a Welcome note for me along with Kitchen Towel, toilet paper and water bottle- who does that? It’s Cimarron, who values your stay.Any time you go to leasing office, they greet you , staff members know tou by your names, listen to your concerns, try to help in a best way they can.Staff is friendly, awesome people. Leasing office has best amenities with latest computers, internet, printing & scanning facilities.Coffee and kisses are always there when ever you enter leasing.. i do that- while returning from office, im lazy to make coffee at home.. this is best thing.Maintenance- The Best. Very courteous, make sure tou’re comfortable at a stay, problems are resolved quickly.I recommend this community for everyone. Peple here make you special .Have a wonderful stay!

There was some issue and I was not able to submit. Scott sat with me for more than an hour rectifying the issue and made sure that I was able to successfully apply. Need to give more than 5 stars to the apartments. Peaceful place. Safe place. Hospital, market, restaurant everything is located very near to the apartment. Enough parking space. Renovated homes. No bed bugs. Cool office staffs. Excellent technicians. Each and every home designed to get enough sun light. Ac, heater, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric stove, ceiling fan available. No 1 Montessori located in 300 meters. Elementary School in 250 meters. If you are relocating to Irving, dont go anywhere. Directly get rent in Camden Cimarron. Worth for money.Move Out Experience: Writing this as many people have complained about move out charges.I did stay around 2.5 years. They didnt charge anything from us.Lorna Coe, Becky Yakey, Scott Wheeler are best.

I have lived at Camden Cimarron for almost a year, and I love it! The community is quiet, the neighbors friendly and the apartment is everything that I need, huge walk-in closet, updated kitchen with all the conveniences and a nice sized patio with outside storage. The gym meets all my fitness needs, both cardio and strength and conveniently is open 24 hours. The pool is well maintained and is a great place to hang out if you want to get to know your neighbors. I love having access to a park across the street and the canal at the side of the community. Easy access if I want to go for a walk or run. The location off of MacArthur make for an easy commute. 635, the George Bush and 114 are all within minutes. I also enjoy the choices of numerous great restaurants and shopping! Valley Ranch has so much to offer – great schools, The Cimarron Water Park and Campion Park are all within walking distance. In addition, the HOA hosts a lot of fun activities for kids and adults so you can meet your neighbors. In April, they had live music and a fun glow-in- the- dark Easter egg hunt and this Friday they are having a popsicle parade. Last but not least, the staff is what I appreciate the most. They are all incredibly friendly and helpful. When it comes to maintenance: Tom, Joe and Dom are AMAZING! Work orders are completed quickly, and with a smile. All these reasons are why I choose to live and work at Camden!

I have been living here for 16 months, and everything has been great. The two minor work orders Ive had to put in were addressed by maintenance both times within the hour. Everyone Ive spoken to has been pleasant, from both management and the maintenance team. I get the feeling the staff actually cares. They are somewhat older apartments, but the units and grounds have been very well maintained, and everything still looks fresh and clean. Rent is pricey but competitive for the area, and you wont escape paying for it if you want to live in Valley Ranch or Las Colinas.I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone wanting to live in Valley Ranch. Its quiet as far as apartment complexes go, and the other residents Ive spoken to have been cool. The internet/TV bundle you are required to opt-in to is actually a great deal if you were going to buy these services anyway. Its provided by AT&T, and has been very reliable. The internet has low (good) latency, and is ~55mbps. Looking forward to staying here until I can afford a house.

Its a great location - across the street from a major park and rec center and right next to a canal and walking / biking trail, far enough away from the busiest streets and highways to not be noisy, however can still be on 635 or the Bush Turnpike in 5 minutes - and a good value for the amount of rent we pay. The drawbacks worth thinking about are:1) mandatory amenities like at-the-door trash pickup ($28 a month to save you at most 200 yds of walking or driving to the community dumpster) and cable-plus-internet with their bulk provider (although to be fair it is actually a pretty great deal, $94 a month with no extra fees and I used to pay for the equivalent at $115, dont think a better deal can be found but hey if you wanted to go without one service or the other and pocket the difference youre out of luck here).2) the facilities are a bit on the older side and sometimes there are outages (were having an AC outage right now but its the first time in about 9 months, we have had water outages somewhat often, our new community cable provider is pretty good but the prior provider was Time Warner and had numerous outages).3) not all of the apartments have garages, and for those that do they are pretty narrow so you have to be a skilled driver to fit, and youre out of luck if you have a wide body pickup truck or similar (I am pretty good at squeezing in my Honda CR-V LX but the side doors do hit the walls on opening no matter what).4) some 2nd-floor apartments are above neighbors garages so depending on how careful and friendly your neighbors are you could get gasoline or other fumes rising up into your living room (that happened a few days early on in our stay here and was totally resolved by direct conversation with the neighbor, so we were lucky in that sense).I went into detail above on the growth points, but overall the pluses outweigh the minuses by far. The staff is great and does the best with what they have, we like the monthly brunches and other community-wide events they put on, and they respond pretty well to maintenance requests online even on weekends which I cannot say about the prior apartment I lived in here in Irving. I highly doubt youll find any place in town with a higher quality experience for the similar level of rent.

Firstly, my initial impression was formed by both, Gayle and Tasha, or Pasha...Warm, inviting, friendly, and caring. Greeted you with a smile and a sincere let us help you attitude. After looking at so many apartments, it almost caught me by surprise- people who actually care :) and whom are professional.Although I desired a two bedroom only the one-bed/bath were available for my move-in date however, Tasha/Pasha- explained thoroughly, the transfer policy which is quite liberal-Secondly, the unit shown to me would be my unit and heres what sold me...Move-in ready-is not a joke at Camden. I am a stickler for cleanliness and clearly, so are the staff . The apartment was truly , move-in clean to perfection, even the refrigerator. My impressions so far? Welcome home.-Byron D. Becky, Scott, and Lorna have always been very nice and helpful with everything. The maintenance team is always very quick and goes above and beyond. This complex has everything I would want and then some.
