I moved in here early September and could not be happier with my choice. Natasha in the office was so nice and helpful and made it a very smooth, easy move in. She responded quickly to every call or email. And the apartment is very nice. Also, William in maintenance was quick to shore up any minor move in issues within the apartment.

I have been living at Camden Centreport for around 7 months now and I love it! The team working here is so amazing from the leasing office to the maintenance. They are so responsive and quick to assist in any way, very friendly and considerate. I needed to move to a bigger apartment in the complex and they made the process so easy. You can even transfer between Camden properties in and out of state so I’m looking forward to being a Camden resident for a long time.

Giving 4 stars because we ultimately decided not to sign a lease here, however I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I’ve viewed a few complexes now & Natasha was a breath of fresh air!! She is very professional while still letting her personality shine, the apartment we viewed was great and the complex is beautiful.

Camden Centreport is absolutely of the best apartments in this area. You get all the action in the middle of the DFW area, but still have the homey feel in the big city. The apartments are kept clean and the landscaping is very well kept.The front staff is great and I have had many conversations with them (business and personal) and always felt it wasnt forced, but more like talking with friends. This makes a huge difference. The Assistant Manager Sharla is very friendly and truly cares about her residents. She gets things handled quickly and that is always a good thing in an apartment, Ive actually had her at another camden property and she still has that same work ethic that a resident would expect (Thank you!) Rosemary has been great both times Ive lived here and I love stopping in to chat with her, she is again is GREAT!!!Overall Camden Centreport is a great fit for living and your wallet!!!!

I’ve been at Camden Centreport for a little over a year now, but sadly I am now leaving due to work.The complex is generally very quiet with little issues. The apartments are a bit dated, but the price is decent and the maintenance team is top notch. Any issues will be fixed quickly and the team does a great job at keeping everything in good shape.Natasha helped me when I moved in and generally has been my go to person anytime I need assistance. Everyone else I’ve interacted with has been wonderful as well.Overall if I worked closer I’d definitely choose to stay here again!

I’ve lived at Camden Centreport for a number of years. You couldn’t ask for a better office staff or maintenance crew. The location couldn’t be better if you want to be in the middle of the Metroplex with good access to everywhere. And look at that pool! You can’t find a better pool area anywhere around at this price. I’ve used the covered parking and garage too. I’ve been a happy resident for about 14 years here.

Camden Centreport Apartments is situated in a very convenient and excellent location. Friendly neighbors and a quiet community. Staff and maintenance are very helpful and friendly. The fitness/gym is very convenient and well equipped. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful and comes with two big BBQ grills with plenty of counter space to work with.

Very nice apartments with modern furnishings, friendly staff, and quick maintenance! Pet friendly. However, for the price (~$1900 base rent for 2br/2ba), Id expect some additional amenities offered by other complexes, such as a dog wash station or pet park for example. With the recent hikes in rent across the market, Camden Centre Port seems to have lost the edge in competition. My wife and I have enjoyed our almost 3 year stay, but affordability has gone down while the bang for buck has stayed the same

Perfect apartment for flight attendants, Pilots. There is transit to and from the airport almost 24/7. The management staff is great, Natasha was nothing but helpful during our year lease. The Maintenance staff is also wonderful. If you need anything fixed, they are on top of it.You do have to go on group wifi for the complex and that did have some minor inconveniences, like not being able to have a Ring Doorbell or just occasionally very slow, or some days it will randomly be out. But thats not the complexs fault and they will always notify you. Trash and Pool are always well maintained. Great location, and great staff.

I enjoyed the tour, I’m so thankful it was welcoming & had all my questions answered. I love the year round pool and the 24hr gym. The outside of the units are beautiful as much as they are in the inside. After looking at many other apartments then coming here I absolutely felt that spark that this was the one.

I’ll give this place 5 stars because of the location, spacious floor plans, nice maintenance team, and the people from the front office that I’ve interacted with. I’ve been living here since May. Rosemary in the front office is wonderful. She was very helpful throughout my search to find a place. Even when my apartment had to be changed to a different unit last minute, she was extremely forthcoming and was all around kind throughout this process. I immediately felt welcomed! The maintenance team has been amazing as well. They are kind and respond to calls fast etc. The location of the apartments is great as well because it’s central to Dallas, Fort Worth, etc.I read in some of the reviews before I moved here that the apartments were kind of older so they were constantly having to put in work orders to have things repaired. I have had an issue with my toilet flooding since I’ve been here, but maintenance replaced the toilet with a new one. The maintenance team here is amazing! The spacious kitchens are nice and the floor plans compared to other complexes I viewed in the area are definitely the most spacious. The location is a major perk as well. 21 mins downtown Dallas and Fort Worth. It’s a great area to live in if you enjoy the action of downtown but don’t want to necessarily live there. I love that it’s relatively close to grapevine and Southlake and Colleyville as well. It’s a very generalized location. I haven’t had any safety issues either. Would recommend.Update 5/11/2021: I’ve renewed my lease for a second year. Didn’t have to think twice about renewing. Over the last year, I’ve grown to see the people in the office and maintenance crew as family. They definitely work hard. They had our backs during the winter storm a couple of months ago and I literally had no issues. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a NICE, SAFE, FRIENDLY neighborhood. I’ve worked home from home due to the pandemic during my first year here and I’ve never had any problems with the internet or noise or anything. It’s the best in this area! I must say, I can see me staying here until I am ready to purchase a home.Update on 10/31/2023.I just renewed for my 4th year here. I love it here. This place is HOME! ☺️

WOW, Camden is the only apartment complex during my housing search that had me sold from day 1!!!Natasha is the greatest leading agent I’ve ever done business with. Camden Centreport is straight to the point and you will not be asking questions later down the line like other complexes.The entire office staff is very welcoming of everyone who walks through their doors and everyone is willing to help. I mostly worked with Natasha and Gina also helped with some insight. Least to say, I moved in, in August and I have not regretted my decision yet!Thank you Camden staff for your opening arms and warming hearts! You guys are the greatest I’ve ever encountered!!!

The people here at what really makes Camden Centreport a great place to call home. Dorit and Gina in the office are awesome. They do whatever they can to make your experience with Camden enjoyable. Shout out to Anthony! He is hands down one of the best maintenance managers I’ve dealt with in any community.I do agree with some other reviews that corners are cut when getting apartments move in ready, and the Spectrum Wifi has given me my own fair share of issues, but overall I am happy to have landed here. Camden Centreport is a nice quiet community, well kept, and friendly neighbors!

Where do I begin. Ive been a Resident for 5 years and the entire time Ive felt like family to the best office staff ever. Im pleased with my experience here. You may read things on these reviews that may cause you to doubt but Im being very sincere when I say I love being here. There have been issues in the community but Ive felt those things were personal responsibility issues. I feel happy, safe and secure. All the amenities I need and the best value for my bucks. I have lived at Camden Centreport in 4 different apartments over the years. I always come back because it always feels like home. I work at a different Camden community but Centreport has always been my favorite. My dog Patches loves it too and loves to go for walks in the neighborhood. Rosemary is always quick to help me with any issues I might have and I have made live long friendships with my neighbors at the pool. The maintenance guys are friendly, fast and knowledgeable. They take care of it all. Thank you Camden Centreport for all you do for us.

Great living conditions, staff, and amenities (especially in comparison to other complexes). Dont take reviewers words for everything - you can easily stop by the leasing office if interested in gathering more info and the staff will provide the best information as possible. A few of the staff also stay in the community, so that alone should assure you that theyd always have our best interests at heart, because its also a place they call home.

My husband and I have enjoyed our time at Camden Centreport. We chose this apartment complex with the idea of a short commute to the American Airlines headquarters where my husband was employed. We were extremely pleased with how helpful the staff was when helping us find an apartment here, Dorit is the greatest help you will find while staying with Camden. The pool is so gorgeous and the trash service is great for guests. Our only complaints are that the gym does not have a lot to offer and there is no dog park or walking trails inside the apartment grounds.

We are living in the apartment from day one we moved to Texas 2011.This is a amazing apartment around AA office. Apartment consists of lots of trees, covered parking, cool swimming pool, nice Gym and closed gated community.The staff members are really friendly & highly professional. When ever I have issues in my apt even though its a small request its taken as high priority and resolved immediately.Even thought new apartment emerging around AA office still I feel this apartment as feels good apartment.

This place is fantastic. The office is always on top of any issues that the tenants may have. Parking is tight but they do a good job of managing it and making sure that no one is parked where they shouldnt be.The maintenance staff is super friendly. They give a wave and say hello when you see them.It is reasonably priced for the amenities that come with the units and washer dryers come with the apt.I would highly recommend living here.

I lived here for a year before leaving town. Overall, the apartment is nice. While this is fairly obvious based on the location, it is worth noting that there is a nearly constant stream of commercial aircraft flying overhead. It was never something I was able to just ignore. Take that into consideration when selecting any apartment in this area. I personally never had any maintenance issues so I cant comment on the timeliness of repairs. Overall, a decent place if you dont mind the noise.

There is no better apartment manager than the one Ive been under since living here at Camden! I moved here December 2011 and she is still the manager, you dont find that often at all and it says alot about this company and the standards they go by when selecting employees. Dorit is absolutely the BEST hands down! If she ever leaves I guess thats when Im moving lol. I have to give credit to all other staff as well, from the office to the maintenance crew. They are always on point, timely with requests and very professional. No better place to live than Camden Centreport!!!

I’ve only stayed in Camden Centreport going on 15 months and the only reason why I’m leaving is to rent a house. I’ve had most of my interactions with Dorit and Rosemary and they have been exceptional and very professional! I know whenever I have an issue and contact them my problem will be fixed as soon as possible. A lot of events are held including Happy Hours and activities/things for your children. The area is quite, the neighbors are friendly and there’s just a sense of community that you don’t get anywhere else! This has been a great place to live and anyone considering the property won’t be disappoint in their decision.

Where to start? I have lived at Camden Centreport now for 3 years going on my fourth! Whenever you live or lease somewhere for long enough youre going to have issues. This happens in any business relationship. Whether its gates being left open or if youre a pet owner, there is no real dog area and I believe there is room for improvement for pet owners. But thats where the negatives stop! There maintenance and office staff is and has always been first class! When someone faces challenges or adversity how they act or react tells you everything! Last Friday Building 6 my building was struck by lightning and a subsequent fire. I was immediately notified and very thankful to staff and my neighbors more like family, my dog was removed from my apartment without harm! The staff had been there for me from the initial phone with updates and working promptly to solve issues for all parties involved! To the Camden Centreport Staff from all 4 ladies in the office and Anthony and the rest of the maintenance staff Thank You!! In my personal opinion you guys have stepped up to the plate and handled the adversity with class, professionalism, and compassion! So if youre looking to move into the area please take this to heart. Sure there are newer more updated places to lease near by. But what you see on the exterior doesent mean everything. If youre looking for a place where I feel the staff considers you family then Camden is your home! The staff treats there tenants as family! This last week has been challenging for all involved staff included! I will say this in conclusion; Camden is a great place to call home! Thank you to everyone from neighbors to the staff! It felt more like a family than an apartment complex this last week!

Ive been here for a year now and Im very happy.The property itself is very nice and well-maintained. The units are spacious with large windows, updated counter tops, and new(er) kitchen appliances. Our unit was thoroughly cleaned when we moved in and they even replaced the carpeting. The staircases are covered, which is something I wont ever take for granted. The pool area is beautiful and clean.The office staff is professional, personable and responsive. I had a few issues with my parking spot because its next to a patch of grass with sprinklers and one or two dog owners would let their pups do their business there without cleaning up after them (there are designated dog areas with bags and bins but people are lazy). I brought it to the attention of the staff: they shut off those sprinklers and eventually laid large stepping stones on top of the grass. I think thats above and beyond what most places would do.The maintenance workers are a god-send. Friendly, responsive, tidy, honest, communicative, and they get the job done.Cons, because no place is perfect:-Windows are very thin and dont insulate well. I think the next big project should be replacing those.-The property is in a busy spot. Its near a fire station, the TRE station, a busy boulevard, and underneath a landing path for DFW, so there can be a lot of unavoidable outside noise, especially if you live on the edges of the property.-The free parking is very limited. Without a reserved spot you might have to walk a bit.-The internet is not particularly reliable and sometimes the fee for it does not feel like a good value. I wish this could be negotiated.-There have been a few security issues in which one or two cars had their tires stolen overnight. Thats over the span of a year, though.-The property gets messy in the fall because of all the acorns. I do wish theyd clean those more regularly, but this is a nitpick.Most of those are nuisances, though (aside from the tire theft), and not what Id consider a deal breaker.Cons aside, I would 100% recommend Camden Centreport based on the quality of the property and the excellent staff. :)

Ive lived here for about 5 months now and these are wonderful apartments. The buildings are old so some things do not work 100% or are partially damaged (e.g. window screens, door frames, etc.) but nothing detrimental. Even then, inputting a maintenance request is easy and quick. Ive had a maintenance request put in for windows and screens, then within the hour they had somebody already over measuring to get supplies to fix it. They then proceed to fix it the next day! Ive never had speedy help like this anywhere else!All in all, this is a great apartment complex. Though the rent is a bit higher than what the complex appears to be worth, the people who manage it are the most professional and easy to work with. They care about their residents!

Been here for about a year and it has been an overall good experience.Pros: beautiful complex, valet trash, nice interiors, modern appliances, awesome pool, great highway access to 360/183, good food options for takeout/delivery, safe and friendly neighborhood, maintenance is reliable, easy guest parking, pest control on pointCons: high noise pollution (we are right by DFW but the planes arent that bad unless youre a light sleeper. Noise from people/cars is pretty low to me), thin walls (what apt doesnt have those though)Its not a perfect place but I am very happy I moved here and chose to stay again for another year

I enjoyed my stay at Camden Centreport, I was a previous resident at Camden Riverwalk and when I was first looking at Camden Riverwalk about 2+ years ago, I had the pleasure of working with Sharla Bachrodt at the time she was working at Camden Riverwalk. She did a great job then. A year later I transferred to Camden Centerport and I had the pleasure of working with Sharla Bachrodt, she went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and even remembered my name when I walked in the office the first time at Camden Centerport. When I moved in at Camden Centerport she had welcome goodies for me and a card that was signed by all the employees in the office and that was pretty nice. Thank you, Sharla, for going above and beyond and for the wonderful memories I had at Camden Centerport.

Ive lived here sence 2010 and probably wont move until I buy a house! Love front office staff and the maintenance crew! I live in the larger one bedroom and I love the layout! The front staff always puts on event from parties, to just standing at the gay and serving us breakfast burritos on our way out to work! And a perk for living here is if you have to relocate for work or something, if there is a Camden community near your new location, you can just transfer....and thats nation wide! The pool area is awsome, its relaxing and beautiful. Its resort like but not too upscale like some of the newer apartment communities to where you feal like you have to be in Louis V heals with Versace shades!Also its a great location there is a Starbucks, Mr. Smoothie, sushi, several restaurants and fast food places, and a liquor store all in walking distance!! No need to drive!
