    The Maintenance supervisor Michael is very professional and helpful. I had an on going issue with my hot water heater and he took every precaution to assure that this issue was resolved himself. He replaced every element without discord or complaint & was pleasant every encounter. The maintenance team as a whole is very helpful. Whenever i put in a work order they come if not the same day the following day. 5 star to the maintenance team as well as the young ladies in the front office. For sure one of the best apartments I’ve personally lived in.

    I have to say that the team at Buckingham has been wonderful to me and they made my transition very smooth, not even knowing that I was in a great deal of grief. My entire world was upside down, I had just lost my mother and my own life was a mess. I started looking for a new place to live and Aimee was great. It was almost time for them to close and she still allowed me to look at not one, but two apartments.As I had specific things in mind what I was looking for those two locations did not meet them. So I went back and met Stephanie, who was a doll and very helpful. She allowed me to view two more apartments. I found the perfect one, but it was not perfect.Stephanie, worked with her team Luis and unfortunately, things were so bad that their work couldnt fix the problem. Stephanie called me and asked if I could meet with Liz the manager and I did. Liz was a saving grace. She looked at everything I stated had issues and asked Luis if they could take care of it and he stated they could. She then notice something that I had not and asked him to take care of that as well. When they called me back to ensure that everything was up to standards for me. I was in disbelief at the job they had done. They did a beautiful job and they all did it with with grace and in a timely manner. As I go into the office now Alex is such a joy. She is always nice and sweet and always able to answer my questions and make me feel okay upon leaving.I want to thank the entire Buckingham team for making this very sad time in my life a joy for me to have such a beautiful and loving place to live.But I want to let Camden Living know what wonderful people they have in Liz and Stephanie. There are no words for the work they both did for me. There were so many things going wrong, but they handled them with ease, and unknowingly did not add to the stress that I was already going through.You never know what people are going through so Liz, please keep being you and ensuring that your team stays great and I just love my space. Its been 4 months and I am very happy there and I feel safe.

    We had the pleasure of having Jose Alvarado coming into our home to fix an issue we were having with the water heater. After a failed attempt with another maintenance personnel who just flipped the water heater switch not realizing the issue was with the boiler itself. Jose came and took his time to find the problem, he had to leave but promised to come back and finish the job which he did. If I can recommend someone to always be the one to help it will be Jose, he is AMAZING at his job and definitely will not leave until it is done.

The 2b/2ba units I saw were spacious and had really nice appliances. Stephanie was very nice and helpful in providing detailed information about their units and amenities.     Camden Buckingham is one of the most beautiful communities I have lived in. I love coming home to the beautiful pond and immaculate landscaping. The amenities are unmatched, including inhome washer and dryer, a beautiful view, updated appliances and the pool is gorgeous. Maintenance requests are always answered swiftly in a courteous and thorough manner. Aimee and Andrew in the office are the best neighbors here, always helpful and kind to share a smile and answer my questions. The online portal makes it easy to pay rent and share community information. Like magic, my trash takes itself to the dumpster 4 times a week. Living here is a lifestyle filled with aesthetic and peace of mind. I truly love living here.

    I live lived here for a little over 3 months now. I’ve been in a house for the past 11 years so I was sure this was going to be an adjustment for me. However, it’s been great so far.     I want everyone to know this place is simply amazing, from the property itself, to the excellent staff and maintenance team. Looking for apartments, I was excited about what Id seen on their “Virtual Tour” and figured if 80% was true, I’d be happy. Driving onto the property, the leasing office looked like a mansion; so nicely furnished, and the entire property, with tall, black iron gates and fences, looked immaculate. Based on past experiences with the “Bait and Switch” method many complexes employ to entice residents, I was bracing for the worst.Stephanie greeted me so graciously, friendly and understandingly, as I was so distressed from my drive and inability to be on time, as I suffer from severe tremors, specifically in my hands. Well, this Angel of a lady, proceeded to take me on a tour of the property and an apartment identical to the one I received a quote on. It wouldnt be available until late May, and here it was the first of April. Well, let me tell you! This place…the office, the amenities, the ponds, and the apartment itself was too good to be true. It was everything I’d seen and desired.Stephanie, this one-of-a-kind lady, with such a pleasant and serene personality (and great nails), offered, and in fact used my cell phone for me, so I could place a deposit on this fantastic apartment. That’s not the only astonishing thing she did for me…she actually filled out and completed my application, which as I sat there, couldnt believe. This was completely unexpected, yet serves as the standard by which Camden-Buckingham measures itself.In my 4 months here, I have had the pleasure of being able to stop by the office and thank Stephanie each time for what she did that first day, as well as Aimee and all the staff. I finally had the pleasure of spending time with property manager, Liz. Shes been here 15 years, which by itself, should tell you of her professionalism and the personal value she places on each and every resident. This is the norm established here and is so clearly evident in every staff member. Luis, Freddy, and the entire maintenance team are equally impressive. You put in a work order online, and it’s resolved the next day! I’ve never been on a property so attentive and responsive to residents needs.I read all of the Camden-Buckingham Google reviews before posting this one. Most all recite the same experiences I had. To those who have not, I urge you to take responsibility for yourself, abide by the strict, but graceful rules and guidelines, look out and help your neighbor, clean-up after yourself and advise the office and maintenance staff of needed repairs or concerns.I want to add what a wonderful community this is. I never felt like I was really part of a “community” until I moved here. It makes me feel so good, and I routinely take my neighbors trash out left by their door when I take my trash out. I always sweep and clean the common areas around my front door and patio, including cobwebs off the siding. I am proud to call Camden-Buckingham my community and feel like I need to do my part each day to earn that placement. I urge everyone to take that attitude and help your community. People need to quit being a victim in today’s society, and inasmuch, the Camden-Buckingham community itself. I have never had any issues with the leasing or maintenance staff. They are the best you could hope for!I couldnt place a higher recommendation than what I have authored here. Pay attention to what I have described here, and to future residents, give Camden-Buckingham the opportunity to show you their excellence, in which I have been treated since becoming a community member. I trust and promise, you wont be disappointed. Lastly, as far as prices that people think are too high compared to other places – well, like the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for,” and in my case, I’ve never regretted paying my rent and services each month. This place is quite simply unique, truly exceptional by far, and exceeds anything offered around the metroplex area.

    I am loving this place. Currently a resedent for two months. Move in process was easy. Staff is always friendly and ready to help. Maintenance can be requested and tracked online. Grounds are kept clean. Complex has two duck ponds with catch and release fishing allowed. Gym is always open. The grills at the pools are real grills, not the janky park rot iron ones. The management makes it a point to make you feel like youre in a real community. There is always pizza, games, tacos, something happening on Fridays that the staff invites residents in for. I feel safe here. Ample parking. Additional on site garages/ storage available if you choose to purchase. I definitely feel like Im getting what Im paying for here. It was a bit of an adjustment for me with the prices, but so far has been worth it.

    We enjoy living here. Its a clean and safe place. My kids enjoy playing in the indoor court. Although its cold in the winter to use the pools the pool provides a beautiful serene view. Also the lake view is calming. And everyone enjoys the ducks presence. The maintenance team are very fast and helpful and treat us like family. Asking my son if hes ok etc. the monthly activities they do are also a pleasure, my kids enjoyed the fall festival among other things, cupcake day and pizza day. The front office staff are all courteous and Peter is extra friendly. I enjoy living here and would always recommend it. The property is well maintained. And there are beautiful greenery scenes and flowers and trees. Even some beautiful butterflies, when I saw the large colorful butterflies I felt in a botanical garden. And I have visited a neighbour who even has a better view of the lake and trees. So it differs from one apartment to another. Try to see apartments in different buildings before deciding. And a friend who visited loved the natural light coming in from the windows. The apartments have different plan types so try to choose the one that suits your needs the best. Some have larger bathrooms or double sinks while some have more closet space. They will probably show you the plan types when you come. The front office is a good place to sit in when you need to relax between errands. Theres also a room with a TV and a business center that you can use to print and finish your work on the computers.

    I’m signing my fourth lease with the Camden Buckingham and I love living here! I look out at a beautiful bubbling fountain over a duck pond that is stocked with catch and release fish. On either side of my apartment are lovely swimming pools; one starts out with a faux-sandy shore to wade into, blossoming into a very large, resort-like pool with a built in table and lots of non-linear playing space...and fountains on the side, with palm trees and plenty of large chaise lounges and tables. It looks just like a Hawaiian resort pool, no exaggeration! The other pool is lovely as well. My apartment has full-sized, newer washer and dryer, all appliances, and large fans in the bedroom and in the living room, which cut down on my electricity costs. There’s a walk-in closet and double sinks in the bathroom. But one of the outstanding things about living at the Camden Buckingham, is the amazing customer service and maintenance. Whenever I have a maintenance problem, it is addressed within the next business day. Associates Stephanie and Andrew have helped me over the years and the overall management (Liz) is excellent. This is truly a quality, ver safe and wonderful place to live!

    Great place to live! The team and management is so quick to address any concerns, including the gates. Sometimes things malfunction, which is normal and something they can’t control it happening but they are so quick to ensure they have it fixed again! They are so quick to answer my service requests and maintenance is amazing! Andrew, Steph, and Toni are so amazing to talk to! I would recommend staying at Camden Buckingham!

    Great apartment overall. I don’t even have anything bad to say about them. The apartment has recent appliances and we have no bug problem at all unlike our previous roach infested apartment.The pool is usually not crowded and the maintenance folks are the best I’ve experienced. That is saying much when I’ve lived in several apartments in the past. The maintenance is really what makes Camden Buckingham shines. You submit request via the web portal in the morning and hours or minutes later, they are already there ready to fix the issue.Also, no noisy neighbors and everyone pretty much respect themselves. For the price we got the apartment for , it definitely exceeded my expectations. Will strongly recommend

    My experience with Camden has been great. Maintenance requests are handle usually the same day or the day after if I put the request in later. The office staff are also very helpful and down to earth. Especially Toni! He always handles my concerns promptly and makes sure to get back with to give me updates. The building was painted white and it’s atrocious but overall it’s a good place to live.

    Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Toni is a really great guy! My husband and I have always had great experiences with Toni! He was our tour guide when my husband moved in and then helped us switch units after we got married. Super friendly and super helpful. I havent had any packages stolen either, which was an issue at my last apartment complex.

    I have lived there for 5 years great staff always friendly and helpful. Excellent service, we had some difficulty for around 2 months the neighbors were smoking illegal substances that we had to endure but they got evacuated after 2 months. The breaching from other foreigners to the pool and amenities was out of control during the pandemic,But it was bearable. My only advice is to choose carefully the people residing in the premises as in my belief Camden is a non smoking leasing appartement complex, Family friendly and a conservative respectful corporation. That’s why I chose to live there I would love if these values don’t change. Thank you

    Toni Rodriguez is so helpful and professional. He took extra time to show me all my options and gave me a tour at the end of my workday. The Camden facility is exceptional, clean and has an interchangeable indoor sports court for basketball, volleyball, soccer, etc. Great pet friendly community with a small lake and trail. Love these apartments! I’ve been looking for a new place for several weeks and Toni is the most helpful! Be sure to ask for him!!!

    After a year of living at Camden Buckingham, my overall experience was great. Huge shoutout to the maintenance team. Maintenance requests would get handled that same day or the following. The unit itself is a little outdated but they are spacious. The community itself is large enough to walk your pets around, however there are lots of dog parents that do not pick up after them. Also, there was packages going missing in different buildings. Plenty of parking for visitors. They do have trash valet, but it only covers 5 nights. Would rate it higher if the unit was updated.

    Been living here for almost a year now. This was my first time living in an apartment after moving out and getting married. I would say Camden Buckingham has done a great job on taking care of its residents. Service calls always gets done quick and fast. The apartment complex is safe and sound. Its a little pricey than the other apartment complex around the area but the customer service is outstanding that the price is worth.The appliances are modern and that it comes with washer and dryer is a plus. Nice big windows for natural light. Would recommend this Apartment.

    Weve been living here for over a year now and we really love it. The staff is friendly and know my kids by name which makes it feel more like a community. The apartment is super nice, a good price, and in a convenient area. The pools are always well kept. I love the ponds and the sidewalks. Its really nice to not have to leave the property to enjoy a long walk. Any maintenance issues have been handled quickly. I like being able to use the gym and coffee machine whenever the office is open. The office is actually open past normal working hours which is helpful. Im saving a ton on paper and ink since Im able to use their business center to print. Overall, I really enjoy living here.

    I have enjoyed being a resident at Camden Buckingham. Camden has always been great and taken good care of me. The property is kept up well and maintenance is amazing. I have had a couple issues with other tenants (not at the fault of Camden) and in each instance, Camden has been there to assist in any way they can. The staff cant control what each tenant does or doesnt do, but it is a great feeling to know that Camden staff had the desire to do what they could to rectify or ease the situation. Jasmine, Ruth, Peter and Stephen have all been FANTASTIC.

    I am just their mailman. But! They are very nice. They support me well in the task that I have in delivering the mail everyday to their residents. They allow me access to their bathroom facilities which is always clean and presentable. The whole place are kept very neat, well groomed and the flowers out front are beautiful. Overall they get a very high score from me!

    Camden Buckingham has been absolutely amazing since my sister and I moved in last month! The property is well taken care of, our new apartment was thoroughly cleaned and inspected with minimal maintenance needed once we moved in, and the staff have been professional, highly responsive and just plain kind from the beginning of the leasing processes.Now that were settled, we dont feel abandoned by the staff. They are still as accessible to us as when we were leasing. I regularly get emails from them checking in, asking questions so they can improve their service and the property, and updating us on community happenings.I am highly satisfied with the amenities Camden offers (valet trash, Spectrum cable/internet, 2 pools/gym, washer/dryer included, etc.), the location of the property (always quiet but near 75 so its easy to get most anywhere), and the community culture (everyone is very neighborly and the property always feels safe).This is only my second apartment community to live in, so I dont have much to compare it to, but I feel safe saying that the experience youll have at Camden Buckingham will be far superior to anywhere else.

    Im a prospective resident and I really love this complex. The grounds are kept up nicely and a lot of amenities are offered. Theres plenty of parking space. The office staff is very professional, especially Dwight. He helped me out so much, showed me around, and answered all my questions!     The Camdens are by far the best apartments Ive lived in. Very clean, friendly staff, and quiet. Your maintenance requests are worked in a timely fashion and they have tons of events and socials for the residence here. Peter Tran is one of the office staffs and by far he is the friendliest, kindest, and one of the most inviting people you will ever meet. Tracy with maintenance is also friendly, kind, welcoming, and helpful. Those two will leave a warm impression on you that you will never forget.

    Just moved in on Sunday 8/1 there was a few issues with apartment but as soon as I informed them maintenance was out ASAP!! James is AMAZING!!! I basically gave him a list of repairs and he knocked them out immediately! Also Patrick who I believe is maintenance sup was very friendly, informative, and handled all my concerns as well. I had my first child living at this property and have had part of the maintenance staff check in on us. We are transferring to another Camden property soon. I hope its just as great!

    For the 4 years that I’ve lived at Camden Buckingham, my experience has been enormously positive. Maintenance is always quick to respond whenever I have an issue, everyone on staff is incredibly friendly, and the property is beautiful and well-maintained.The complex is within walking distance to Kroger and Walgreens, and not far at all from many beautiful parks and great restaurants. It is located in the middle of a relatively quiet, peaceful area of Richardson. I’ve always felt safe living here.Every neighbor I have spoken with enjoys living at Camden Buckingham as much as I do; I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

    Truly a beautiful place to live. I love the complex,ambiance, and the peaceful surroundings, but I love the staff and how responsive and attentive they are to our feedback. Its worth taking the time to.write a review. Safe place, centrally located, walking distance from elementary school, close to essential grocery shopping and gas stations. Not far from Plano or Irving. The resident events are a great way to meet neighbors and make new friends.A great choice for your next leased home.

    Lived there 2019-2021. Easy move in experience. Courteous staff. Clean decent apartments. I believe some townhouses available as well. Minimal maintenance issues were fixed within 24 hours of online request. Gated. Quiet community. Never had trouble from neighbors. Some covered parking spots and garages available. Reasonable rent. Would recommend.

    Hello. My name is Marcus. I went on a tour of the Camden Buckingham Apartments and I must say I was thoroughly impressed at the beautiful landscaping and how well kept the community was. I loved there was water sceneries and a nice sized pool. Dwight was very friendly and him being able to answer all of my questions from grocery and eateries to even concerning the schools around the area helped to lower my anxiety about my upcoming move. The customer service and attention to my needs were excellent. I couldnt wait to come home and share my experience with my spouse. This place is definitely at the top of our list.

    “Caring Camden”Our two kids and I had a most enjoyable stay at Camden Buckingham while “stuck” in Dallas (We finally received our Chinese visas and are now reunited as a family in Shanghai). During our time at Camden, three things stood out:1.) The PEOPLE: Dwight, a leasing agent, was the first person I met at Camden. His service was practical and professional. He clearly understood our short-term housing need. Once at Camden, Joseph, the assistant manager, added that extra Camden sparkle on multiple occasions. For example, he made our day when he helped setup our son with the community’s fishing poles where our son caught several fish in Camden’s little lakes, including decent sized catfish. Sydney, the manager, provided a listening ear and good information that helped make our stay at Camden smooth. She leads a team committed to excellence.2.) The FACILITIES: My kids and I nicknamed the leasing office building, the Club House. “Let’s go to the Club House and play some of Camden’s games.” It certainly felt like we were staying at a hotel/resort with all the extra thoughtful amenities offered by Camden. One of Camden’s two pools were heavily used in August, September, and mid-way through October. We enjoyed lovely cookouts at their built-in poolside grills.3.) The actual APARTMENT: We didn’t have any major electrical, plumbing, or appliance issues, and the few minor maintenance requests we did submit through Camden’s online portal were addressed within hours. Camden has a knowledgeable, responsive, and friendly maintenance team.If you’re looking for a place to stay on Buckingham Road (or Richardson), check out Camden. I visited other properties along Buckingham, but Camden’s initial and ongoing customer service was/is superior and their property has everything needed for a most enjoyable stay.

    I have lived at the Camden at Buckingham apartments for a year now. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. When my fiance and I first started looking for apartments it was between Camden and another place. The reason we chose Camden was because Peter personally followed up with our experience. He was extremely professional and kind, which ultimately made us choose Camden. Not only is the staff extremely nice, but I have not had a single issue with getting any maintenance work done. As soon as I put in a request, I am notified by email that it has been received and by the next day the issue is being resolved.If you are looking for a great atmosphere with friendly staff and not to mention an absolutely gorgeous grounds (the complex has two pools and two ponds) than I highly suggest moving to Camden Buckingham.

    The application process took less than an hour, start to approval. Other places took days. I finally gave up on them when I found Camden. The front office people are VERY nice to work with (kudos to Peter). The apartments are comfortable, clean and well kept. I have had to ask for assistance on a couple of things. The crew was here in an appropriate amount of time and provided for all that I needed. I would recommend Camden Buckingham to anyone.

Customer service is great and very responsive. Each time I walked into Welcome center, I have gotten my questions answered in very professional and courteous manner. Got my apartment through Rebecca, she had assisted me on several occasions. This is mix community in a good neighborhood. Pool area gets busy every evening, families are gathered for fun and enjoy outdoor stuff.Their maintenance department is very responsive. This Complex is tech savvy, you can file a maintenance request, pay rent and find all other information online. Included packages are great. You get washer and dryer, TV (internet soon) and Valet garbage disposal (right from your door step), included in Rent.Its has been a week since I got here, I will update my review if I experience any positive or negative things.

    Ive lived here for about 5 years. The staff has always treated me with respect and are very courteous. The landscaping is always maintained. The maintenance crew has fixed my problems the same day I put my requests in. My problems have been few and far between because of the diligence of the staff here. The office has an awesome coffee/tea bar. Therere computers with free printing and faxing as well as a t.v. room. The workout room is nice and clean and they also have volley ball/basketball indoor court. My rent is well spent!

    Samantha was very helpful in the leasing process. In fact, I had information on the background check that was incorrect and Samantha was patient while that was disputed and removed. The dispute/appeal does go through a 3rd party vendor, Real Page, which could be quicker. Samantha was personable, explaining lease terms, and gave me access to view a unit. I looked at probably 10 apartment complexes before deciding on Camden. Being a stressful time deciding on where to move, Samantha made the experience easy.

    I came into the office with some noise complaints, and not only were Meredith the property manager helpful but went as far as to have Dwight speak with the neighbors to resolve the issue! The pool has been a beautiful amenity in the two years I’ve lived here and one of my faves; only second to the coffee bar 😬 The property is well maintained and there’s never any trash, etc around as I’ve seen at my friends complexes. Anytime I report maintenance they’re there within 24 hours and they never complain. Another favorite: Donuts! And they give them out along with other goodies all the time here!! Definitely recommend this community!

    I love this community because of the Manager Meredith and Asst. Manager Stephen - who make sure the residents are taken care of, the other office staff for always being professional and pleasant, and the maintenance crew that responds expeditiously to every request- no matter how minor (shout out to Patrick who always checks on us to see if we need anything).I also love the option to purchase the parking spot of your choosing for a reasonable price - key words, of your choosing!     If you get the chance, Camden at Buckingham is the place to live! When I went to tour Peter Tran was our guy. He is friendly, outgoing and the most welcoming person we’ve probably met throughout the entire apartment hunt. He took interest in both my fiance and I and made us feel very special! The office staff cares not only about their complex but those who are in it. Their B2 layout is one of a kind for one bedroom apartments, as it has two sinks (what a dream for any couple), a garden tub, and a massive closet. This complex is one that has in-unit washers and dryers which is very rare to find!

    Camden is an excellent complex! I have friends who live all over Dallas, Richardson and Plano. Ive been to their complexes and while the buildings might be newer, the walls are thin and the crime is reportedly high. We receive excellent service at Camden Buckingham, I feel safe and am getting to know my neighbors. Im walking the safe community every evening now and all my favorite stores are just blocks away. I dont write reviews that often but Camden and the great staff are most deserving! Im having a very good experience.

If I ever get another job close by this complex, Camden Buckingham will be my home again. Meredith, Rebecca and the maintenance guys are one fabulous team, which makes one feel like home. I doubt their excellent service can be matched somewhere else -- and I do mean this. I didnt encounter any issue while staying at Camden Buckingham. Most of the issues I noticed at the complex where caused by the tenants themselves by not following the polices and rules in place and not being courteous. If you are looking to lease in this area, this should be your home. You dont have to look any further.

    Nice and quiet area to live in. Residents are friendly and respectful. Shopping center nearby, restaurants... The staff is great and professional. Jazmin, Simon, Peter, Patrick... all great people. However, I am having the same issue as one resident who posted; Wanda, if I remember correctly.The first lease term we lived in our aprtment, everything was great and we never had issues with our upstairs neighbors. Shortly before we renewed our lease, new residents moved in and since then, I have not enjoyed a full night of sleep. Unlike Wandas case where it was a toddler, these are adult men, who dont seem to understand that when you have people who live below, you have to be at least respectful and not be stomping/running or throwing stuff on the floor, especially when it continues to happen past midnight, and over the bedrooms.From day one, I notified the office because it was something new to us. We NEVER heard a step when the previous residents lived there (They had a dog by the way). We were told that they were moving in and probably moving furniture, which we understood, but I dont ever remember taking a month to move stuff in an apartment. I went back to the office several times to complain, and I was offered to change units if it was still bothering. Really?? I even called the courtesy patrol several times, when I am woken up at 3 am, and that does not help at all. In fact, they even stomp louder afterwards. I considered breaking the lease and moving out of here, but I am not the only one on it, and I dont want it to go against me in case I look for another apartment. I just wish more was done about this issue.I liked this place a lot, and I would recommend it to friends, but Im not gonna be paying $1600 and not enjoy a full night of sleep. I dont think anybody would. As things stand now, were moving out when our lease ends, unless our neighbors stop being butt holes and be more respectful.

    Camden Buckingham is the place to live! My fiancé and i moved in here about 18 months ago from California, and the entire staff both leasing and maintenance were absolutely amazing! The only reason why we moved is because the drive to work was too far! Stephen & Peter we’re always helpful. Service usually responded within an hr or 2. AC went out on night in the middle of July and they had it back running by 1am.

    Great staff, location, and they have an amazing maintenance staff. The grounds are well maintained and anything that you would need is close by shopping, dinning, and I recommend this community.
