From online face time appointment with George, showing me around the apartment and after arriving with representative Tabatha at front office to Management Ms. Becky… this is quite a team effort & outstanding service.     I have been living here for over a year and a half now and i would say my experience here has been pleasant all around, Jessica Morado is the property manager at this complex and is always available to hear my concerns which are very far in between since the maintenance team and maintenance supervisor jeff are always knocking out issues and addressing them in timely and efficient manner, I lived at other communities before that weren’t camden that didn’t have this amount of dedication or pride in there work or community so its refreshing living stress free at this community. Camden Belmont is a place you can call home for many years with plenty of floor plans that can meet all your needs and plenty of affordable price ranges, many places to dine and explore all over Henderson ave so highly recommend the property if you’re interested in the area!!!

    Tiffanie Miller was a great agent. When I arrived she had everything ready for me, answered all my questions and was just generally NICE! I loved that. Also her attention to detail left a good impression that if we were to rent here it would be a good experience. Loved the pools and facilities. The apartments are very nice and they have 3 styles to choose from.

    We have been at Camden Belmont for almost two years. We love it here. The area is the perfect location to do all the things! Most importantly we enjoy the office staff and maintenance staff. Everyone is very friendly and motivated to get things done! Ruthie is the absolute best! We visit the office multiple times a week for coffee and candy and she has become a favorite to our son! Always making us feel welcome. The maintenance team is awesome! JR is always quick to fix any problem we have and always has a smile on his face. He engages in conversation with our son each time he sees him and that means a lot to us. This is an awesome place with great people!

    I have lived at Camden Belmont for about two years and overall I have enjoyed my experience. The staff is friendly and professional. They go out of their way to reach out directly if you need assistance. The maintenance team is also experienced and provide quality support. Also, wanted to shout out Jordan Hall for assisting me directly when transferring units, he made it an easy and seamless process while also adding my garage. Lastly, the apartment provides great amenities. I enjoy the gym and pool areas. There is room for improvement regarding security however, we must work together as a community.

    We toured the Camden Belmont with Eileen and it was a great experience. She was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Give her a promotion! Unfortunately this may be a bit too far of a commute for my job, but if anything changes in the near future, I have Eileens information and will be calling her immediately for availability.     When I came to a tour at Camden, I was impressed because Jennifer hopped up and greeted me right when I walked in. I had toured other apartments, and never had that level of attention from walking in the door. Their customer service is amazing. The property is beautiful and I love the gym! I work downtown so the location makes my commute easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend this property.

    I am a current resident here at Camden Belmont. Moving in recently, I could have not had made a better decision than moving to this community. Fantastic layouts, helping leasing office and warm and friendly community. Special shout out to the prompt services by the maintenance team. Junior, the guy from maintenance is very accommodating, maintains proper hygiene during Covid times, and is very helpful and personable. Makes sure to wear all proper protective covers as he comes to help us with any maintenance requests. All this little efforts takes the experience to another level. Cheers and keep up the good work Junior.

    I lived here over the past two years and Ive experienced nothing but absolute 1st Class service from everyone at Camden Belmont. The office is extremely helpful and supportive no matter your issue. Whether you need maintenance help, billing issues, or support for any miscellaneous item, the team at Camden is truly there to help. Always friendly, always approachable and always come through with an optimal solution. Only reason Im leaving is bc I bought my own place. Exceptional people made my experience sublime.

    I have a good friend who lives here so I am always around. Very nice apartments, the area has good access to freeways, bars, and restaurants. The office staff are always nice and helpful. He never has any real maintenance issues. When he did need a battery changed in the alarm, they came after hours the same night. I hope to move in here once my lease is up at my apartment.

    Recently the maintenance team replaced our washer and dryer. JR and Oscar did an excellent job. They were kind, courteous, and efficient. I am very grateful for the work they did.I also see Ramon and Andy working around the property regularly. They are always welcoming, very friendly, and do a great job.

    I am so glad that I stopped by Camden during my apartment search! The property was beautiful and amazingly kept up, and Jen was the bomb! When we were on tour she made me feel like I was a friend and really cared about my needs in my new apartment. When we were on tour, we also ran into several maintenance men who all smiled and asked me how I was. They were super nice and very friendly. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the Knox Henderson area. Love this place

    Great experience with new mgmt. Staff in the office like Chandler S. Is always available to help me with simple to major issues. Love the gym & new security system installed at the pool! Can do a little better on cleaning the hallways though. Other than that, happy to renew my lease here! Great customer service, went above & beyond! Feels good to connect to an employee who cares & goes all the way to ensure my satisfaction! Highly recommend talking to this gent for Q’s regarding any issue.

    I was at Camden Belmont for just over two years and enjoyed it very much. The community location is in the middle of a huge neighborhood redevelopment so there were always new shops and restaurants opening in the area. The fitness center is huge and has a huge variety of machines to accommodate just about any workout. I enjoyed my dealings with the staff, especially the office. If youre looking for that Uptown feel without the Uptown foot traffic, this is definitely the place to be.

    JR & Mark are the best! The maintenance team is one reason we have lived at Camden Belmont for almost 4 years in three different units. We have had some issues with our townhouse since we moved in two months ago and each time the maintenance team has fixed everything in a timely manner along with making sure it is done right.     Camden Belmont is by far the best place Ive ever lived. I loved the location and the walking distance to all of the restaurants and bars off of Henderson. It is also super pet friendly which was great since I have two dogs. I highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a new apartment. My experience was great and Jennifer was very nice, helpful and efficient in the leasing process.

    I am a long time Camden resident, currently in Austin! I was looking into transferring to Dallas and Ethan was my leasing consultant who toured me at Camden Belmont. Ethan has a vast amount of knowledge of Camdens policies regarding transfers, and he knew the details of the property like the back of his hand. I am thankful for his time and knowledge. If you are setting up your tour here, make sure to ask for Ethan Blake for the best experience.

    Great location and great price points for young professionals. There can definitely be some improvements surrounding the grounds cleanliness, noise levels, especially on the weekends, and overall security. One thing to note is the maintenance staff is fantastic; they are fast and friendly. JR specifically, he rocks!!! Overall a good place to live.

    I currently live at Camden Belmont and I put in a maintenance request for a broken cabinet a week ago and the maintenance man, Ramon Barrera, came today. He was very quick and professional. He fixed my initial problem, as well as helped with other maintenance concerns I had. I particularly appreciated that he knocked a few times to assure we were home before barging into our apartment. Thank you so much to the maintenance workers for being here during this time!

    Great location with spacious, up to date units. The Belmont staff is extremely helpful. One time I ran into a technological issue that Tiffany Parce was able to help me solve right away. Big ups to her for her reliability! The leasing office is lucky to have her on the team. Also shout out to the maintenance crew. They knock em out quickly and do great work. All in all I’m overly satisfied with living here.

    I cant say enough good things about Camden Belmont. First, the staff is phenomenal and they truly care about their residents. Everyone is so nice but especially Mallari in the leasing office, she is an absolute rock star and always has a welcoming smile on her face and is ready to help whenever shes needed! Eloy is the Assistant Manager and is full of positive energy and has a great attitude. Ramon, Junior, and Andy on the maintenance team are go-getters and youll always see them around the property getting things done but are never too busy to stop and say hello! Also, the location cant be beat-- I rarely have to drive my car because the neighborhood has everything you could ask for. I especially love the dog park and the spacious gym. I highly recommend living here!

    Great place to live, the maintenance crew and office staff are top notch.Security issues that come with the city living are mitigated as much as possible (lights and cameras up, package lockers within walking distance. Lived here for around 6 years now and its been great so far. Pedro, Ruthie, Ethan, and Rebecca are great.

    The Camden Belmont Management are awesome! They are so nice to my fiance and I, including gifting us a bottle of wine when we got engaged and giving us a present for our dog Hamilton who they love to see . They always respond to my questions - especially Sam MacLean! She has helped me with maintenance requests and always offers a friendly smile when I see her. The staff has also replaced our blinds on our back door for free when our dog destroyed them. They really care about their residents!

    Ive really enjoyed living here so far. Any time I submit an issue regarding something in my room, someone fixes it the next day. Things such as the pool, office area, and gym are all terrific Megan Murray in particular is a superb worker in the leasing office so try to meet her if you can!

    Location is prime. Lots on really good (non-chainy) restaurants and bars/pubs nearby which has led to the Henderson area becoming a very walkable community. The area is still slightly transitional but has improved drastically over the years (crime no longer an issue relative to uptown). Great complex! Amenities are top notch, including workout facility and both pools. The property management team is proactive, attentive, and always working to improve the community. A majority of the tenants are young professionals in their 20s and 30s. Apartment finish out is nice. Nothing over the top but great for the value. Rents are very competitive and a cheaper alternative to uptown. Id recommend Camden Belmont to anyone looking for a new place to live inner city.

    My wife and I have been living at Camden Belmont for just three months now and from the start it has been a great experience! We are in one of the townhouses of Garret and it overlooks an up and coming Urban Garden that brings amazing character to the neighborhood. The staff and maintenance always get back to you in a timely fashion and so far have gone above and beyond to make our experience homely. No complaints and I would recommend this property to anyone looking to the Knox Henderson area.

FOR PEOPLE HESITANT BC OF PRICE: I was in your same position, but have no regrets in living here. A lively and very friendly area of Dallas walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops. From the convenient parking garage, to the gym, pools, and well-built rooms, the advantages will easily outweigh your concern of cost. What a great value. If it wasnt for Jens help, I would not have gotten the chance to live at CB and enjoy all the great experiences I have had. I have met a couple of great friends at CB, and Jen has become one of those. Thanks Jen for your help and I hope those reading will allow her to do the same for you!

    Good value and location for the price. If something is wrong they fix it the following day. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially JR and Jordan from the leasing office.     I moved into Camden Belmont a little over a month ago and absolutely love this community. The neighborhood is vibrant, walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants. You are also within walking distance to Lowest Greenville. If youd into exercise you are in luck. There is a 24/7 state of the art fitness facility. You can also walk around the Lakewood area and take in the stunning architecture in the area. The Knox/Henderson area is established and unique.The staff is phenomenal, including the leasing team, Assisant Manager, and Community Manager. Thank you to Cassee, Caroline, Sami, and Ruthie for being so helpful. When I have a question they answer in a timely manner. When the office is busy, I am able to speak to the contact center but I ALWAYS get a call back in a timely manner. They are always so happy to help me and it makes me feel like family!My apartment is 803 square feet and I love it so much. The closet fits my clothes and I have a lot - the built in shelving and drawers are fantastic. My bathroom is massive and I am still unsure how to utilize all the storage. The rent is reasonable for being able to see Downtown Dallas. It includes HD Cable and WIFI, valet trash, and washer/dryer which is awesome! No hidden fees. Honesty is so important and Camden excels in this area.I highly recommend choosing to live at Camden Belmont! I love everything so far and plan on staying for awhile!

    JR and Andy just helped me out since my AC wasnt working. Since its the middle of the summer, it was really important that they respond in a fast manner. The next morning they both showed up, explained what they were doing to fix the issue, fixed out my filter, and even changed out a light bulb that they noticed was going out in my bathroom. The maintenance staff here is awesome and one of the reasons I renewed my lease. Plus it helps that Andy grew up in LA just like I did so we were able to build some rapport off that.Major props to both JR and Andy for their help.

    All of the staff is super friendly and super responsive! They made this move as easy and stress free as possible - I even had a package that accidentally got delivered before my move in date and they placed it inside my apartment for me. They are also very pet friendly and have poop bags located all around the community. You also get wonderful resident perks from local shops and restaurants!

    I just recently moved to Belmont. So far my experience has been great. I had a few minor issues with my apartment after moving in, Arthur from maintenance came the next day and fixed the issues. He was also nice enough to hang up my curtains and my TV.I would be recommending this property to my friends.

    JR on the maintenance team is amazing! He was so helpful installing my new LED lightbulbs in my apartment. He was courteous and professional. Im so thankful to him and Camden for the new lightbulbs. I no longer need my vanity mirror in the bathroom. The lighting is fantastic!

    Ive been living at Camden properties for a couple of years and it has been a good experience. The Camden Belmont property really has a great staff. Though our time hasnt been perfect, the staff has always gone out of their way to be not only kind but also helpful which is fairly rare when searching for a great apartment complex.

    So far its been the best living experience! My apartment was a new repositioned apartment so its super badass w/ white countertops and stainless steel appliances! On top of the new upgrades here, staff is awesome! They are super determined on making it an amazing living experience living here.

    My wife and I moved in since November 2018. So far weve really enjoyed living here. The complex is gated and our apartment is warm and cozy. The staffs are friendly and quick to action when we need something and the maintenance guys get it done.Were 5 minutes walk from Knox/Henderson, 5 minutes drive to Uptown/Oak Lawn/Lower Greenville, 10 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes to NorthPark. Basically, were in the heart of Dallas and everything is close by.A couple of things to keep in mind (hence minus 1 star) - there is valet trash, but the trash pile up quick especially on the weekend. Also, we saw constant complaints about packages being lost/not received, but we havent had an issue (knock on wood).Note: youll need to ask leasing office to provide you a code so you can allow delivery person to enter the building after hours. Ask for Mallari Sayers for a view.

    Disclaimer: I don’t live here, but toured the property recently and was helped by Madi Flores. She was extremely informational, patient, and enthusiastic while showing me several floor plans that we had not initially discussed (I had only requested one floor plan tour). She did a great job of answering any and all questions as well after the tour(s).

    I love the Camden Belmont community, because their staff is extremely friendly and professional. They truly care about their residents, and go above and beyond for them. You can easily and safely walk to the dog park, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Minutes away from Lower Greenville + Knox/Henderson area. Location is great!

    I live across Henderson and walk my dogs past Camden Belmont everyday. I stopped to speak with an employee named Jordan one day as he was walking the property and he truly represents Camden well. His professionalism and honesty are the reasons I’ll be considering Camden Belmont as I will be moving in a couple months.

    Jeff was really great. I always seems to have issues with trying to get maintenance done on my apt in the past, and Jeff got it down really fast and efficiently. With the constant changing weather any temp Ive needed, whether high or low has been the best its been all year since Jeff fixed it.

    Ive lived here for about 18 months and overall its been a fine complex to live in. The units are of good quality and spacious, and the public amenities are expanding all the time.Parking has never been an issue here for me- the main building has plenty of overflow parking aside from the individual buildings public parking.Have not had any issues with the leasing/maintenance staff- theyre responsible and friendly.Location is good: two blocks from some nice bars/restaurants on Henderson, and some good shopping a few blocks in the other direction on Blackburn. Near 75 which is no worse than any other freeway in the DFW area.For a Dallas mega-complex filled with Dallas people, its pretty good.

    The Knox/Henderson area has the best bars and restaurants in Dallas and I love the fact that I can walk to them from my apartment. The office staff is always friendly and efficient and maintenance staff is top notch. I absolutely love living here!

    I lived here for 3 years. Good service. Great staff. Only negative for me was the parking. The garage is across the street from my building and I work late shifts in a hospital and would not prefer to walk outside at late hours. However I later purchased a reserved spot in front of my apartment which made me feel safe. Rent reasonable for area.

    I have been in communication with Chandler. I just moved from California and wasn’t able to physically be here to talk to anyone about the apartment & everything I should know. I called the # provided on the website & got lucky Chandler picked up as he’s been answering all of my dumb questions. For example I asked him if I needed a shower curtain since I’ve never been to the apartment yet or even looked at a model. I moved in about a month later than my move in date also and Chandler made sure I didn’t have to physically be here in Dallas on my move in date. I knew I had a fee due that day but he ensure that I could pay it online. He also provided me with everything I had to do before my move in date so it made my life easier so I didn’t have to worry about losing my apartment or getting a penalty or anything like that. I love Chandler, he made the move from California to Dallas SO stress free. I would really recommend getting in touch with him if this is where you’re looking to live.

    Been here a year and change, cant really complain about much but the following. If you happen to leave the place around 7:30pm, youll come back to no parking and have to go drive to the garage, I leased my own personal garage due to this. I have a view of the parking lot, at night its always packed with people not even parking in spaces. Do not believe the show model, try to see an actual apt, mine was different from what I was shown, and the show model is right down stairs from me(its atheistic mostly, the trim is a diff color), with that, make sure you tour the floor your potential apt may be, bc the bottom flow is WAYYY nicer than the upper two(ref building -c). Staff is super responsive form the office to the maint. fellas, I mean they get things done very quickly. The location is close to everything and is several hundred bucks cheaper then crossing 75 into uptown. They seem to have good control over quality of residence, as Ive not encountered and trash wandering around( loud blaring music, noisy neighbors ect... )

    The location is great and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The staff was welcoming and answered all my questions. I was looking for a 2 bedroom and they didn’t have anything in my time frame but in the future if I need an apartment home, I will keep this community in mind. I would recommend to anyone looking for a nice spot and a fun location to check this community out.
