    Living here for two years has been an amazing experience. The front office and maintenance staff are approachable and very eager to help when issues arise. Moving is never easy but Robert made my leasing experience manageable and ultimately why I chose to live here. Christen goes above and beyond to assist me and my family, she is very prompt and will find alternatives to ensure matters are handled timely. It’s a beautiful property nonetheless, however, the safety and welcoming feeling the staff had exude from the very beginning is vital in making this my home. I recommend this apartment especially for those with kids.

    I truly feel at home here, even though my real home is in Italy. I love the community, the pool area, and the people, this place makes me feel comfortable and part of a big family.     I recently moved into a C3 2-bed, 2-bath apartment, and I couldn’t be happier. Moving from North Dallas, I was cautious about finding the right place to move for my new job, but this complex exceeded my expectations. Any concerns I have had, especially with maintenance, were quickly resolved, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.Emily, my leasing agent, was amazing and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The apartment is spacious, modern, and the community is well-maintained and peaceful. I’m really happy with my decision to live here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

    I truly thank God for this place!! From beginning to end it was peaceful and clean. Management was always respectful and have a genuine concern for the residents. My apartment was a tailor made blessing right on time. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. They truly give you all the details you need so you are aware of the beautiful new place you will call home. Honest! Respectful! Friendly!!!!

    I spoke with Robert prior to coming to the apartments for a viewing. He was so understanding and was so helpful throughout the entire process. He showed me around the apartment grounds and answered all of my questions. The apartment was beautiful and has amazing amenities. The application process was smooth and quick! Robert made this process so effortless and I look forward to calling this place my home.

    We are living here now close to 2 years. Spacious floor plans. Impeccable service by maintenance not even once we had any issue sometimes the turn around time is just a few hours. We love the location and the creek trail near by. Everything is beautiful and well kept. They are easily one of the best if not the best apartments in this area. I don’t understand the negative comments some of them are not even residents.

    Updating the 3 start review to a 4 star just because to appreciate the good times I had at BWC. I relocated to Canada in 2023 and I’ve lived at BWC for 2 and half years. My wife still reminds me of the days we spent at Broadstone, and the amenities it had. We miss it dearly. Robert at the front office is very accommodating and truly understands any concerns being expressed by the residents. If I were to ever to ever comeback, it would be Broadstone.

    I lived in a two bedroom here with a yard while we were waiting for our new house to be ready and absolutely loved living here. The layout was so spacious, the yard was amazing for our dog, we LOVED the pool, and the staff was always so helpful and sweet. We loved our time here and would recommend for anyone looking for short or long term.

    We lived here for almost 2 years. We moved to a house as we needed the space. We hated to leave here. Best apartments bang for the buck. Best constructed apartments you will find. All amenities and appliances are great! Loved the gym and the pool area. The leasing staff, Robert, Karina and Christen were always available for any issues. The maintenance staff is tremendous and very responsive when repair issues arose. The area and shopping choices are minutes away. The value of the apartments far exceeds any new construction in the area. Will miss you and thanks to all at Broadstone Woodmill Creek!

    Beautiful spaces and wonderful, friendly people. Luis told me “Welcome home” once he handed me my keys, and I felt it! My unit has really nice accents and finishes, and I’m really happy with my decision to move here!

    I love living at this place. I read the reviews before coming here and it raised a big red flag but after meeting the staff and talking through some of my concerns, I am pleased to say that I no longer have those same concerns. Phillip, who works in maintenance, has done an amazing job by completing everything in a timely manner and exceeding all expectations.

    What a beautiful property. My bf and I stopped by to tour this complex as we are in the midst of our apartment hunting. Haley was so kind to help us out and gave us a ton of information. She also let us see the A5 model floorplan to which we fell in love with. She did a phenomenal job at giving us the run around of this place. Detail to detail, she explained everything so well. Weve began the application process and will update my review accordingly. Love this place already!Update: Almost a month here and review still stands with a few tweaks. Move in was a super smooth process. Although there were a few minor issues with the unit itself upon move in there was nothing worth being upset over. Maintenance did take almost a week to fix things, but there are hundreds of other residents and I assume they go based on urgency. Understandable so ok with me. When maintenance did show up he fixed things so quickly and made sure to ask me if I needed anything else worked on! Huge shout out to the front office, Karina Haley and Robert are all so sweet and understanding. I love them so much!

    Broadstone Mill at The Woodlands has been the best place I’ve lived. Apartments lay outs,views, quick responses, staff are among the amazing services they provide. I would like to continue enforcing and encouraging them to reach for the best property quality.

    I’ve lived here for close to two years now, and I have many good experiences and very few complaints about these apartments. For starters, the ladies at the front office are awesome! They work with you and get to know you and give just the best customer service. The maintenance team is so nice and respectful and the grounds are kept very well maintained. The pool area is beautiful and I love that they have gas grills for use. Tenants are overall really respectful of the property, because I’ve heard some horror stories at some other lesser complexes. I do wish there was a solution for the dog poop and cigarette butt littering issues, but people will be people. Otherwise, these are great apartments!

    I have lived here two years and a couple months. I recently signed for my third year. Clearly, I like it here. It is central for me and everywhere I usually go. It is close to everything. I like the staff, the office manager Wendy is pretty helpful. Along with everyone in the office. Sometimes the parking garage gets pretty full but overall I don’t have any major complaints. This has nothing to do with the property but sometimes the people that live here don’t take enough care. All in all it is worth at least a look and stay if you can pay the rent.

    Lived here the past 2 years, easily the most wonderful renting experience Ive ever had! Im not being paid or rewarded to say this, I just want to be sure their hard work doesnt go unnoticed. Beautiful location, fabulous staff, quality apartments, fair prices, pet friendly, and exceptional amenities. Any issue I had was resolved quickly and efficiently. One of those places where the pictures online are what the location ACTUALLY looks like! Honestly this complex has raised the bar for what I now expect renting to be like. Thank you so much to everyone who works here, yall made the last couple years a joy!

    I loved living here. I stayed here for about 2 years and I had a great experience. The apartments overall are very quiet and the security measures here are exceptional.     I have been a resident just over 2 months. but so far, I have highly enjoyed this community and my experience here. I love the fresh, modern style of architecture and interior decor. I find the amenities useful to my lifestyle and they provide such a great convenience for me. They provide many pet-friendly options which are very valuable for us. The property offers serene views and provides tons of soothing greenery over our patio and pool area. The running trail and park across the street is a huge plus! Our valet waste pickup has been such a blessing and super convenient, I have experienced nothing but ease in package delivery, notification and dispensing. With limited, gate code or key-only access for any point of entry onto our property, I have felt very safe and secure, which is of utmost importance for singles. I am really enjoying my time here at BWC! Thank you to the staff for being easy to work with, kind and friendly thus far. I look forward to my stay here!

    Joshua showed me the apartment and amenities. I was very impressed with the size of the 1 Bedroom ( nice and spacious), the finishing, and the location. I wish they would keep the promotion by the time my lease is up where I live now. I recommend this property and the staff, especially Joshua. He is an excellent agent and a perfect gentleman.

    Ive lived at this complex for 2+ years and it has been the best apartment Ive had the pleasure to live at. The multi-level parking garage is a unique feature you wont find around this area, especially valuable for people with a nice car they want to protect. Plus the units are gorgeous with the quartz countertops and dark wood. They truly care about their tenants and do small deeds to remind you of it. For example, this morning upon leaving the garage at 7:30 AM, they were handing out small breakfast bags containing a breakfast bar and muffin. Its details like these that really move the needle for me and is what compelled me to finally write a review with my endorsement. This is a quality complex, with quality staff run by a quality management company. You wont be disappointed! Wishing I could live here forever, but its time to move on to a home. Thanks for everything!

    This has been one of the best apartment complexes I have lived at! The ladies at the front are very knowledgeable and personable! The maintenance team is always available 24/7 and responsive! To top of it off they are always having fun community events! Would recommend living here any day!

    Easily the best on-property team I have ever worked with. Each individual takes the time to listen to your concerns and understand your position. The team acts as an advocate for their residents with all matters involving ownership, proving that you are more than just a cash flow to them. Even during the most extreme circumstance (for example, flooding due to the freeze), the team consistently provided me with follow-up and resolutions that both solved the issue at hand and made me feel valued as a resident. While most properties forget about you the moment you lock into a lease, the team at Broadstone values you throughout the entirety of your contract. If you want to rent from a team you know you can count on, look no further!

    Working with Bianca to find the perfect first apartment was very quick, easy, and fun! The complex itself is gorgeous and resort-like with incredible courtyards, pool area, and a beautiful towering building that has 4 floors and a 7-level parking garage. My fiancé and I are currently on day 4 in our new apartment and feeling so blessed every day to be living here at Broadstone Woodmill Creek and in The Woodlands area. So happy! : )- Serena & David

    We recently just moved in & this place is cozy & has everything youll need. We are hoping to meet some awesome people with in the complex. Bianca has helped a ton with our move & has just made the experience more pleasant. She will go out of her way to make sure she cant help with anything else and answers any questions I have . There are a few minor issues but in the process of fixing those. All in all a great place to live 😊

    I have been here since the building first opened so I have seen staff changes. And I must say this staff here definitely have made living here seamless.     Update: Additional help has been hired and service calls are now being handled more efficiently.Jose needs help!Our family was one of the first tenants at BWC. After 24 months the property is almost fully occupied now. The property boasts of great amenities, luxurious interiors on a quiet cul de sac. The property has 95x4=380 apartments and currently Jose is serving all 380 apartments as the sole maintenance personnel.1. We rarely have guests over. One of the rare weekends when I had guests over the garage guest entry numpad was not functioning, so I had to drive down to escort my guests upstairs. 4 weekends later was another rare occasion I happened to have guests and they were able to get through the garage but the elevators were down. The stairs dont go to the 6/7th floors where guest parking is and the other elevators are quite a hike. So I had the pleasant fortune of driving up to escort my guests down this time.2. On a Friday I noticed white strands (fungi?) in my filtered drinking water from the refrigerator. I called to register a ticket and was told the maintenance tech will get to it ASAP. Jose couldnt make it that weekend since he is the only maintenance guy servicing 380 apartments. No one came by on monday either! Came back from work on tuesday and, no one yet. Had to call so Jose could be sent to fix it right away. Jose came 7pm on a tuesday (seemed, he still needed to get other things done, obviously). He promised to fix the issue wednesday morning. Wednesday evening, no sign of Jose having been able to get to our drinking water situation. I called and Paloma promised Jose will get it done thursday morning.I got off the phone and felt the need to write this review. I happen to pay my rent before the 1st of every month like every other tenant and all these cordial people deserve prompt service when there is a critical issue in their unit. Jose cannot service 380 units all by himself.Jose mentioned that his previous partner left 2 and 1/2 months ago and he has been on call during weekends continuously during this period.We hope Jose can have a partner soon and that the new partner is experienced enough to hit the ground running. I am not very hopeful of being able to drink water from our refrigerator for at least another month.

What a pleasant visit my daughter and I experienced throughout the property I was so overtaken with the apartments we saw and the grounds were so aesthetically pleasing.     Ive had my eye on Woodmill Creek for a while and instead of renewing at Sierra Pines (the sister property down the street) I decided to come here and Im so happy I did. I love the complex and the amenities. The move in process was so easy thanks to the unloading dock. Also, Wendy in the office is great!
