    Moved in this past weekend, the complex is nicely landscaped & well maintained. The apt has modern appliances, subway tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting & nice fixtures. I had several questions & concerns during the process of choosing Broadstone Vintage Park as my new home. Moving can be stressful & gives me anxiety, but the staff at the front desk were helpful in assisting me during the process, especially the leasing agent, Champina who gave me the tour of the complex. Champina was warm & welcoming, made me feel at home & helped alleviate some of the my anxiety by addressing my concerns, she was diligent about looking into things when I had questions. Champina was very professional, kind, caring & patient towards me and I appreciated her support & assistance with my move-in. I have an electric car & have a lengthy work commute so was worried about issues with charging but there are 2 on-site chargers, free of charge to use on the premises. Although I wish there were more due to the limited access of charging if in use (a charge station at each building would be nice), I do appreciate on-site access to EV charging & was pleasantly surprised that the charging station didn’t require swiping a credit card to access a charge. Complimentary charging stations are harder to come by so this is a nice feature or benefit to living here if you own an EV. I chose get a garage here since the garages have access to outlets also if need be. Garage availability may be limited for certain units, I wasn’t able to obtain a garage directly near my building but was able to reserve one a few buildings down that will be opening tomorrow. Tomorrow I’ll be able to pick up my garage remote, was glad they were able to locate one becoming available. Appreciated Champina taking the time and coordinate to find me an available garage as quickly as possible. She also was helpful in addressing my preference for a unit with a view. She took the time to show me a unit with a scenic courtyard view and 2 BR unit with a full-on pool view. There weren’t any 1 BR units currently available with a direct pool view, but advised me that when my lease is up they could try to locate one for me if interested in transferring, they would work with me, working around my preferences to try to accommodate. I’m glad though she was able to get me a unit that has a partial pool view, which still has a scenic view from my balcony where I get to see some of the pool. Once I get some patio furniture, I’ll be looking forward to enjoying my balcony and spending Autumn evenings out on my patio. Upon move-in, I had an issue with my fridge water filter & washer/dryer. I addressed my concerns with the leasing office, Champina was quick to contact maintenance. Maintenance came out that same day and fixed my water filter & they will be coming tomorrow to look at my washer/dryer. I was glad to know issues here are resolved in a timely manner & not set aside. So far my living experience has been good, I’m glad I found a place with friendly staff that are helpful in accommodating my needs & concerns who seem to care genuinely care about their residents. The only setback so far was to find the pool was closed upon move-in. I was looking forward to enjoying it my first weekend here catching some rays poolside before the cooler fall weather hits. It’s been 5 days that the pool has the closed sign on the access gate so hopefully it’ll reopen soon & whatever the issue is gets resolved in a timely manner. Another drawback is the complex has a section in the pool that appears to be a hot tub, which I thought was from their website and was looking forward to using, but it’s not heated with jacuzzi jets, it’s a seated area or kiddie pool. It would’ve been nice if that portion was heated for use during the cooler months. Although was a bit bummed about not able to use the pool yet, I’m enjoying direct access to the beautiful walking trails here & hope the pool will reopen soon. For now I’ll give 4.5 stars but may update my review in time. Attached a few photos of my apt kitchen & patio

    My husband and I lived here for 3 years and we have nothing but positive things to say. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, the appliances are great quality, the amenities are wonderful, the finishes in the apartments are lux. We probably only put in maintenance requests less than a handful of times while we lived there but each time the maintenance team was quick to resolve any issue we had. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. I loved being only a few minutes away from the grocery store, the nail salon, and restaurants. Can’t say enough about these apartments! Would 10/10 recommend.

    We have had an apartment at Broadstone for over 3 years and I think the units themselves are some of the nicest I have seen. It’s feels like each building is a little community, people get to know each other and look out for one another. The grounds are kept nice, there is a great swimming area with grilling stations where it’s always fun to go meet new people. The management and maintenance staff is exceptional and very professional. They address every challenge with professionalism. It’s located close to several stores and an HEB along with the lakes. Again, it’s a great place with wonderful people. Go take a look.

    Had the most pleasant experience with the new staff and property management. I have lived here for almost 2 years and was looking as my options for a new apartment, and the manager gave me new options that I didn’t even know were available to me. Signed my transfer the same day and moved the following week. This was my first time ever being helped like this. 10/10 experience I will definitely recommend if you are looking for a apartment that actually cares about your needs

    I wanted to share with anyone considering Broadstone Vintage Park. Catherine and Daisy made it easy and any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered and my experience with the maintenance team was amazing. Each and every part of the staff has been over the top helpful and kind. If your looking for a place that is welcoming, exclusive and beautiful with a great pool, huge gym with modern equipment and club house that you can enjoy then Broadstone is the right place for you. Simply said it is a beautiful home with a wonderful staff that makes you feel that you have finally come home.

    I had a fantastic experience applying for an apartment at Broadstone Vintage Park. As first-time renters, my partner and I had many questions, but our agent Catherine was a tremendous help every step of the way. She was incredibly patient, answered all our questions, and reassured us throughout the process. Catherine made everything feel seamless, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice.     Everybody in the lobby is very nice, respectful and helpful.This a luxury complex all over the way, I really like its not full yet, because theres no problem for parking lol, the apartment inside its amazing very fancy, nice, modern, I love my new kitchen, I love the pool area, the package area its Amazing: I mean where you get your package.I love it because its super close to the vintage park mall because I work there and also because I think is nice.... everything its close, so you dont have to drive to much for anything...I feel safe here, the computers and printing area its very good.

    I was one of the first people to move in to a Broadstone Vintage Park and yes, while managements have changed several times, I am still very happy with my apartment. Maintenance is always quick and fast to get things fixed. They brought back Luca who is now the assistant manager, she has always been very kind and helpful with any concern i may have. Overall, i would recommend this complex.

    Ive been living at Broadstone Vintage Park for a little over a year now and absolutely love it. Weve had some recent staff changes but I personally have had no issues. The staff here is always so kind, attentive, and willing to work with you when problems do arise. Ive always had my questions answered and the team has been so helpful to me. Ive had great experiences with the maintenance team, they are always attentive and super nice.The location is prime. There are several walking trails and parks that easily accessible right behind the community. H-E-B, target, and Vintage Park are minutes away. I am truly grateful to be call this my home.

    I just signed my 3rd lease to continue living in this apartment complex. The reasons for my stay are as follows: The office staff are very professional and willing to take time to answer any questions that I and others have. The maintenance department stays busy maintaining the needs of the residents. The landscaping needs are kept up during seasonal changes. The pool area always looks nice and pleasant to enjoy. Security is on site in the case of need.I am 68 years old and feel very comfortable with my stay at the Broadstone Vintage Park.

    We have lived here for two years and it’s been a blessing!It’s clean, beautiful, quiet, and full of wonderful families. Management is kind and helpful. The maintenance guys are very helpful and quick to respond. Living next to Kickerillo and other beautiful walking trails is also really nice!No complaints!

    As I have been trying to find another apartment after reviewing the reviews these apartments seemed to be a perfect fit for my family and I but after trying to make several attempts to call no one answers the phone. It is only by luck you’ll get someone live in the phone during business hours. To be honest this raises a lot of concerns for me because if a future tenant is reaching out with questions I feel someone should be available to help. This review comes after calling over 10 times (over a 2 week time frame) with no response. Unfortunately I will be looking elsewhere but since all tenants say they’ve had a staff change hopefully they can answer the phone and questions future tenants have.Update: Katherine answered my call today and she explained why they were unable to answer the phones and I completely understand she was able to assist me with all my rental questions, she even stated she’ll send me a few apartments of interest . Overall she was very thorough and polite. I completely understand being understaffed and trying to answer emails and calls by yourself can be a bit challenging while also trying to maintain the tenant’s in the building.

    The flyers that are asking people who live here to give a one star review is ridiculous. All of this because of a temporarily check system. This happens a lot more than one thinks at properties. Doesn’t matter if it’s a luxurious apartment or not. Regarding the staff, everyone is always super friendly and professional. Tree roaches are very common when we are in front of Kickarillo which is trails and a lot of trees. I am a witness to maintenance picking up trash/poop. The littering only happens once the office closes and it won’t get cleaned until the next business day when maintenance is working again. I enjoy living here, using the gym, attending events and not cooking on food truck days. :)

    Overall, I really enjoy living in this community. Love the layout of my appartment unit. I usually take a couple of weeks getting used to a new home but at Broadstone, I felt at home the first day I moved in. Management is super friendly and helpful. And the gym is really nice compared to other complexes I visited.Update: I recently just moved out due to certain personal circumstances but been living there for almost 3 years and loved it. From the moment I stepped into my new apartment, I knew I had found a gem. The entire process, from the initial inquiry to move-in day, was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the attentive team at Greystar Management. Their professionalism and warmth made me feel truly welcomed from day one.What truly sets this place apart is the management team. They go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel valued and taken care of. Whether it’s promptly addressing maintenance requests or organizing community events, their dedication shines through.Thank you for making my living experience exceptional!

    I moved here in 2023 a few months before they switch management to greystar. Before the switch I felt like it was impossible to get anything done. Since the switch - Sarah and Daisy have been incredible at responding to problems and providing solutions PROMPTLY. I hope they stay with this management company and never switch!!!!

    Words can’t explain the how peaceful and serene these luxury apartments are. I mean, to be able to sit on your balcony and soak up the sun without the sound of the everyday monotony. I really give Broadstone two thumbs up for being a hidden little gem placed right in the sweet spot between the hustle and bustle and the country. Very spacious, super cool kitchen island and the walk in shower just makes you want to hold a concert cause it’s so spacious. Nice garden tub when you want relax and unwind after a challenging day. Nice beautiful pool view with palm trees that gives off an essence of the Caribbean. With the grocery store nearby, shopping centers, I swear this place feels like you are a tourist. Nice people, nice atmosphere, also has a great trail . I can honestly say that this is one of those places you don’t want to tell anyone cause you kinda want it to yourself, so they gotta find it on they on. Thank you Broadstone for bringing peace into my inner being…. I love it!

    Love these Apartments! They are soo beautiful and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! Kirby was very attentive and patient with any questions or concerns I had, She even gave me a tour of the apartments on the spot which I thought was very informative and sweet of her to do. 10/10 experience when looking for an apartment!     The Broadstone Vintage Preserve Apartments caught my eye as they were being built. Luca helped get me settled into my apartment and was so patient and kind and extremely helpful through the process. It is so nice being in a beautiful and new apartment - I feel like I am in a 5-star hotel! The clubhouse is stunning - big screen TVs all over the place, including the outdoor pool area! A huge selling point for me was the workout area - it is large and has all the equipment anyone could need! The evening lighting around the facilities is so attractive and top-notch and it makes me feel very safe here! Thank you to the wonderful management & maintenance for all you do!!!

    Beautiful apartments and huge complex. The staff is very friendly and overall the community is nice. Now the pool on the other hand is spectacular, not too deep so I love taking my kids there to play when they wanna have some fun water activities! A good place to relax after a hard day at work

    I am planning to move in next week, and Krisztina and her team have been super friendly! They have gone above and beyond to make the process easy. I have changed my move date several times, and they have accommodated my needs every step of the way. The property is new and is gorgeous. The best part is that it is in a good part of town and close to parks, restaurants and shopping. I am excited to move in....especially because the current management is professional and caring.

    Beautiful community with lots of amenities! I moved in 3 months ago and love it! My apartment overlooks a beautiful courtyard - its very peaceful! The property is meticulously maintained and well lit in the evening - a shoutout to the maintenance team. The gym is new and well equipped. The pool and outdoor living areas are gorgeous! They also have valet trash pick-up and if you need housekeeping, pet care, or laundry services, Spruce is available to help! A few other things worth mentioning include: close to Vintage Park with lots of restaurants and shopping, Kickerillo-Mischer Preserve is behind our community (great walking trails for walking, running, skating, biking, fishing, picnics, etc.), Whole Foods and HEB and other grocery stores close by, and a hospital/fire department are around the corner. close by. A very special thanks to Nicole Franklin and team for.their professionalism and for making my transition to apartment living seamless! I appreciate your help and kindness!

    This review is based solely on my visit and apartment tour with Jabari. He was super kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I took his time breaking down all the details and answering my questions. It was so refreshing to not be rushed on a tour. Broadstone Vintage Park is absolutely beautiful. My impression was that the place is well maintained. The grass was green and cut. The pool was sparkling clean and the community spaces were beautiful and still looked new. It also did not hurt that snacks were provided (make sure yall open the fridge on the tour lol)! Anywho if youre looking for a place to rent, I definitely recommend Broadstone Vintage Park and make sure you ask for Jabari! HE IS THE BEST!!!

The property is brand new and decorated with exquisite taste, to top it off the service provided by the leasing agents is superb.     Staff is Exceptional! Krisztina works extremely hard and always has a smile on her face and is ready to be of assistance. I received this wonderful welcome package on my move-in day that had a note written by hand by Krisztina welcoming me to the property. It even had a ball for my dog! So thoughtful and a nice personal touch. I really appreciate the fact that they did a thorough review of me and my background when applying to move here.

    This complex is amazing! It is brand new and literally a hop and step away from Vintage Park. Nicole in leasing is very professional.     I Love Living At BVP, All Of The Staff In The Office Is Very Professional, Friendly & Nice. I Love Our New Place. So Glad My Family Are The First Ones To Live In Our New Unit On The 1st Floor.     Amazing complex with brand new appliances. Very well maintained property. They even implemented DNA scanning to ensure pet owners clean up after their pets. Most properties in Houston don’t care but say they do so automatic 5 star for tenant accountability which most properties in Houston also lack. Kudos and bravissimo to the owner and developer. A3 is a dream 1bd/1ba set up for any single or couple

    Really wish they’d figure out parking. To pay so much for an apartment and not get an assigned parking spot is ridiculous, I am hopeful they will figure something out because although there’s a tow sign, I’ve never seen one.
