Brenna, a Property and Lease professional, provided exceptional customer service, always being responsive and ready to address any inquiries. Alex, the Property Lease Manager, ensured everything was well-organized and that I felt valued and cared for throughout my time here.The maintenance and facilities team is equally outstanding. Yainier, one of the technicians, consistently responds promptly and handles requests with great care and attention to detail. The property is consistently well-maintained, reflecting their dedication. I am thoroughly satisfied with my decision to call Broadstone North Ridge home and highly recommend it to others!

Jai The maintenance guy is absolutely amazing! So genuinely kind. Always has a smile on his face. On top of that, the atmosphere of the entire complex is just filled with kindness and a welcoming peaceful spirit. Richard in the LEASING office is completely fabulous from his clothing to his amazing attitude! Everyone in the leasing office is so amazing and very helpful!! I wish I could remember everyone’s names! :-( Overall, living here has been amazing! From the high ceilings to the large fridges and central AC. Great gym and 24/7 Clubhouse w/ a beautiful pool!! Everyone including the neighbors are kind and it’s like having family out here. From Bbq-ing with neighbors and sharing food lol

We can’t thank Richard enough for everything he did to make our move so smooth! We actually leased our apartment online before even making the move from out of state, and Richard took such great care of us throughout the whole process. He made sure we had all the info we needed and answered every question we had with patience and clarity.When we finally saw the property in person, it was even more gorgeous than we expected! Richard made us feel right at home from the start, and it’s obvious why so many people mention him by name in their reviews. We have been living here for over 2 years now and my family and I have enjoyed our stay. They have events for the comunity to join such as Yoga classes, christmas wrapping station, patio decoration contest, or movie night at the pool during the summer, to name a few. The staff does a good job at keeping the amenities clean and enjoyable. Service requests are attended to in a reasonable time. We have grown close to Richard! Always in a welcoming and helping spirit. Overall, we are happy with our decision to live here.

Richard is honestly amazing—always so kind and helpful. No matter how many times I ask something, he’s incredibly patient and takes the time to make sure I get everything I need. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely friendly. Every time I interact with him, it’s such a positive experience. He really makes the office a welcoming place, and his excellent service makes a huge difference. Been living here for two years and I can’t recommend this place enough, you won’t find customer service like this anywhere.

I absolutely love this place and Richard, who is the true pearl of the community! I have a place to work from home that is not my apartment, and it is either peaceful or a place to gather with other remote workers. The gym is state-of-the-art, has new equipment, and is always clean. I have been here for almost six months and love it!

Ive lived here for about a year and a half and I cannot recommend this place enough!Richard and the rest of the staff have always been super awesome with setting up fun events, helping out tenants, and being very warm and inviting. The amenities are also great (especially the 24/7 gym) and the community is always very clean and well-maintained.

We have been living here for over a month and may I just say, it has been such a great experience. We moved from Massachusetts back to Texas and it was pretty smooth. The grounds are well kept, the pool is immaculate at all times, nice gym & just a beautiful place. Well done Broadstone North Ridge. As a couple who moves a lot. It’s nice to know we will keep this as our home for a bit. The office staff has been very nice since the beginning.

Where do i start. I love it here. Since day 1 Elisa has been AMAZING to say the least. The property is clean, and they stay on top of things. Probably my favorite apartment yet. Richard also is amazing it’s nice to walk in to go to the gym or check mail and be presented with such a pleasant greeting. Ten out of ten.

Richard is SO nice and helpful. Anything I need, no matter how many times I ask something he’s always so patient and helpful with anything. The other front desk lady is also super nice. I cant remember her name but honestly anytime I go in the office, it’s such a positive vibe. Having good management and staff is a must, and you have that here!I love the community. It’s so luxurious. I’m very happy with my apartment. The pool is amazing, the gym is nice. It’s just an overall great place to live. It’s close to everything. Def recommend!

I had an amazing experience with the front staff of this complex throughout the entire process. Elysa was very helpful in touring me and gave me all the information I was looking for and more. She made it easy and seamless. The location is perfect and I love my floor plan! Super nice inside as well. Definitely the best bang for the buck in the area.

So far, I love the community and the services provided at the complex. The front desk is always willing and able to help me and I super appreciate them! When signing the lease, there was a bit of confusion because I was asked about sending in my deposit multiple times even though told each desk worker that it had been sent (and then they confirmed that it was). So, maybe provide them with a bit more organizational tools for profiles on renters? Otherwise love this place!

We are one of the first residents to move in to this apartment complex so there have been a few kinks to smooth out and learn, on both our side and for management. But they have been handling everything that comes up promptly and kindly, so Im happy with that! Thats all I need.We also live right next to the clubhouse so we use it pretty frequently, its such a nice space. Im looking forward to seeing the community grow because it looks like management also cares about fostering a collective community amongst the residents, which is cool. So far, so good! :)

I was in a predicament, and need to move in very quickly. Everyone that I came in contact with in the office Alex and Richard were so awesome in helping expedite the move in. They went above and beyond. The apartment is exactly like you see on the website, it’s not a bait and switch, they are beautiful. I know a lot of people don’t like the 3rd floor but the view from my patio is amazing 😍 .

Overall love this apartment complex. Brand new, wonderful and caring staff, lovely layout and design with ample storage space! Great clubhouse as well which we use often. Would have loved more parking but everything else makes up for it in my opinion 😊We’ve had some bad experiences at other apartment complexes, this one is much better than the others!

10 out of 10 would recommend. The best gym private co working spaces offered to maximize apartment living! With it still being under construction, the management team is very organized and detailed, informing me of all utilities I need to pay, and community updates about new amenities and changes! They are always quick to respond, very professional, and kind! If you’re looking to find a luxury apartment with a comfy home feel, you’ve found it!

This is one of the best apartment complex communities within the area. From 6 years of leasing experience, here’s what’s different about broadstone on north ridge.Pros:1st. The apartments were spotless and upon move in and every appliance/amenity was 100% functional from day 1. The property was built in 2022 which makes the entire living experience feel fresh and modern.2nd. The staff are extremely friendly and make to residents feel at home with their expertise and professional culture. I never experienced any negativity or hidden lease fees when leasing which made me feel respected and safe. Shoutout Richard, Alex, and Sam, y’all rock3rd. This complex will host events, invite food trucks, and inform residents of specials on a daily basis. This enhances the living experience and really makes the complex feel like a community.Cons:1. Parking. The complex feels like it has just enough parking but if you get home late you’ll most likely need to walk an extra 30 seconds for a further parking spot. Finding parking for guests can be tricky but it’s doable.2. Noise. The units seem to have little noise isolation so loud neighbors will be heard.Ultimately Broadstone is a modern complex with great units, amenities, and staff. I would happily recommend this complex if asked because the pros heavily outweigh the cons.

My fiancé and I moved in early this April and so far I have nothing but positive things to say! Alex was our leasing agent and made the transition so easy and seamless. The apartments are so quiet (with the occasional upstairs neighbor stomping around), but the apartment hold the temperature sooooo well! The only downside is the water pressure in the unit which I’m guessing is of from the boiler system managed by the complex. Very pet friendly, and modern, I’m enjoying my counter-space a lot too.

I have been living in these apartments for some time now, and from day one I knew this is a place I want to call home. The attention to detail in the design and maintenance of the property is evident, making it a visually appealing and comfortable place to call home.Previously, I mentioned that the parking situation near buildings 1-4 was a significant issue. However, I am pleased to update my review and share that the parking problem has been resolved. The management has taken steps to address the concerns.I also wanted to give a shout-out to the assistant manager Dandia for going above and beyond to help us find a solution and to make Broadstone Northridge feel like home.
