The tour was great. Both leasing agents were very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to food to eat, things to do or even traffic information. The agent that helped me was Aubree. She was amazing. Broadstone had everything you needed. The only thing that was missing in the great place was a pool table and just a little more variety for the gym equipment. other than that the place is perfect.

Okay wow!! I had the most pleasant experience touring this property the other day! I am an apartment locator and I tour all kinds of apartments and I am so impressed. As soon as my client and I walked in we were greeted by the friendliest staff! Aubree was absolutely phenomenal! She answered all my questions so thoroughly and made the entire experience so much fun! The amenities are so unique and well taken care of, the units themselves are BEAUTIFUL (I don’t know anywhere else in the city besides penthouses that have gas range stoves or wine fridges) and the team is truly such a joy. My client and I could have chatted with Aubree forever! I cannot wait to come back with more of my clients because I know that they will be taken care of to the highest degree! Amazing 10/10

I just want to share how welcomed I felt visiting this property. Rafael C. was such a pleasure (you have no idea). Absolutely the best personality, and positive energy. He went above and beyond on my tour, as well as following up afterwards. The property is absolutely amazing. I would definitely move here, but Austin isn’t home for me at this time. Please go see him if Austin is home for you.

I am a forth resident who started living here last week, and my experience with Rafael has been amazing! Other staff - Alejandro, Aubrey were best-in-class supportive as well. They were all attentive to any concerns I raised and willing to resolve those. The best part, is that they were always being responsive to all my questions and inquiries. The experience was truly seamless.Regarding the apartment, it is very nicely built apartment located in the peaceful neighborhood (whether the neighborhood is truly peaceful is soon to be proven though). Location-wise I really like this apartment because I have the approachability to both the Domain and downtown. So far my experience has been nothing but satisfaction!

The amenities are to die for and the location is unbeatable in my opinion. I literally don’t even need a gym membership anymore because the apartment gym is so great. I recently signed my lease and will be moving in shortly. Im so excited to make this move because Rafael has made this process so seamless. When I was touring, he really took my feedback and showed me units that best aligned with what I was looking for, going above and beyond to help me find a unit I love. He worked with me to make sure all my questions were answered and helped expedite my process along as I am getting ready for surgery before move in. He and the rest of the office staff are so friendly and welcoming, but Rafael really makes this place feel like a true community. Just moved in and LOVE this place. I know big corporate landlords like greystar get a bad rap but they do run a tight ship and this place is excellent. My apartment is so cozy and the management is excellent. Also grateful for the car chargers. The price is top notch and the community is loaded with amenities. I know we’re at the very early stage so as it gets more crowded the experience might change but honestly so far so good. 😊 highly recommend
