Eddie was an outstanding leasing agent! He gave us two very informative tours of the property and was very helpful in visualizing the amenities. He really took the time to work with us, and it was evident that he cares about finding the right fit for each person.

We got a tour from Roman, he was a GREAT host. We toured through the gym, event room, pool section with grill, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. The 2 bedroom is so spacious! The dog park is big enough for them to run freely and my favorite part was the dog wash station and the pickleball court! The staff was welcoming and very helpful.

The only thing I can say about BroadStone, is a quiet place to live. The attention of the Front Desk guys is wonderful, the maintenance and cleaning team always have everything in order. It is a NEW and COMPLETE apartment complex, worth the expense to enjoy the amenities every chance you get.As for the apartments they are spacious, with plenty of closets, beautiful finishes, and with washer and dryer just for you. AN IMPORTANT PLUS!By the way, the residential complex is within walking distance of the stadium and the metro.. So, if you are a sports fan or you like to go downtown and dont want to go in your car, these options definitely make a difference.Last but not least, is the price. Very affordable! The community here has been so welcoming and its been so easy to meet new neighbors and friends! Tatianna really sold me on moving here and for her Im grateful because this is a new area for me and so far Im loving it. Shout out to the maintenance team, specifically Junior and Johnathan for always getting my requests done in a timely and efficient manner! They go out of their way to make sure any issues are resolved.

I had a great experience with the leasing agent, Helen Lo. She not only showed me around the property once but twice. She was very helpful and made the the tour easy to envision all the great amenities that will be in the complex and what floor plan would be best for me. I highly recommend doing a tour with her if you are thinking about moving to this apartment. Overall nice apartment and great people to have taking care of your home.

Wonderful property!! The community is beautiful and the staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I can’t wait to explore the surrounding area more and go to all of the soccer games at the Q2 stadium!!

I am an apartment locator in the area. While I have not leased any clients here yet (since it is so new), I did have the pleasure of attending one of their locator events. Communities have these type of events to showcase their properties to apartment locators in the area.I was very impressed with the staff, especially Helen. She is a super responsive via email and always eager to help. The property is very clean. The location is pretty great as it is close to the Domain but not on top of it. They are also doing some pretty stellar specials right now.I will be sure to recommend this property to my clients in the future.
