I love this complex. It’s been the best apartment experience I’ve had since moving to Katy. I moved in a little over a month ago and it’s been great so far. The office and maintenance are super responsive and reliable. My apartment is modern and my dog adores our backyard. The amenities are beautiful and my neighbors are great. I feel so at home here!

I recently leased an apartment at Broadstone at Jordan Ranch and I wanted to share how pleased I am with the experience. The leasing process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. They made sure all my questions were answered, and I felt genuinely welcomed.Our apartment is very nice, modern, and well-maintained, and exactly what I was looking for. We upgraded to an apartment that has a private fenced in yard, perfect for our pup! The apartment offers great amenities, customer service, and good location! Its a wonderful place to call home, and Im happy to be a resident here!

It took me a while to write this review due to being super busy. I wanted to say this place is amazing! The staff is incredible as well. I had the pleasure to work with Sheian. She is always on top of things and is super kind and easy to work with. I was looking for a specific date and she suggested I applied a little earlier due to me looking for that date. Out of no where she’s contacting me saying it’s time to apply. I was amazed on how good her customer service was. Other than that the apartments are nice. The gym, pool, fire pit. This is one of the few apartments I can really call luxurious. There’s plenty in Katy stating they are but theyre not. This one does prove it is.

I have loved living at Broadstone Jordan Ranch. The management and maintenance team have been so helpful and friendly. The amenities here have been such a blessing. We’ve loved using the dog park, gym, and community study spaces. And we can’t wait to use the pool as soon as warmer weather comes! The units are beautiful with modern appliances and sleek countertops. I’ve loved turning this space into my own. Broadstone Jordan Ranch has already begun to feel like home in the short time that we’ve been here!

I have been keeping an eye on these apartments since they started building them because they are the best in this new area, their location is perfect for taking the I10 highway and on the main Texas Heritage PkwyThe person who attended us was very friendly, Alejandro, and he adapted to our needs and in the time we needed him. I have lived here for 4 months and I have had no problems, it is a very quiet community, I have access to take a walk to the surrounding It’s clean an safe. Also,the maintenance people are very diligent! I loved living here

Came by looking for a one bed one bath and loved the fixtures and common spaces. The staff was really friendly and helped me learn a little about the area around the community.Almost talked me into it but I think I’ll wind up leasing closer to downtown because of what I do for work :( but this is a really great option in the Cinco/Katy area.

There are 2 newly built apartment complexes in the Katy area that are truly above the rest in design and features, and Broadstone Jordan Ranch is one of them. The staff Ive come across have always been professional and friendly. Theres no uncomfortable feeling. They answer their phones!!!!!. Let me repeat that, they answer their phones. Its always good to be able to reach a live person at the leasing office. So far, there really is not anything negative I could add. So, 2 thumbs up!My situation has changed, so I can not go forward with the application process and will not be moving from my current location. But, just like a dream job, or dream house, this is my dream apartment....*smile*

Been living at Broadstone Jordan Ranch for the last few months and my experience so far has been nothing less than Excellent. The property is always looked after, the interior finishes and overall look of the property is stunning, the leasing team is on point and are always ready to help, leasing agents Alejandro and Kelia are awesome, the management team communicates with their residents frequently, if anything ever happens - they are ON IT, the maintenance team is quick, friendly and effective, the pool and gym are always spotless, the property is constantly being tidied up & taken care of, the clubhouse is cozy, warm & a great work environment, and the location is perfect. Just about everything you need is within a 10 min drive (Shopping, entertainment, grocery stores, hospitals, etc.)Thank you Broadstone Jordan for taking care of your residents, wanted to appreciate the team and a property that truly cares about its residents

I am a current resident of Broadstone Jordan Ranch, and from the moment I set foot in the lobby it was warm and inviting. I was impressed by the professionalism of the staff. Since living here, Alejandro, Kelia, Lauren, and Ren to name a few have been grade A in helpfulness, approachability, and overall genuine demeanor. The amenities provided here are just what my wife and I were looking for, ranging from an always clean fitness center to a clubhouse with an attractive and well maintained pool area. The entire complex boasts quality finishes and modern conveniences, creating an ambiance of sophistication and comfort. Moreover, the convenient location provides easy access to I-10, within a more than comfortable drive to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. In summary, my residency here has been nothing short of fantastic, and I highly recommend this complex to those seeking an unparalleled living experience.

I should have been wrote a review but just kept forgetting! we came into town the second week of january to apt hunt and was soooo hung up on this apt complex as soon we came to tour! my fave features are the super long, white, beautiful kitchen island and the new wash/dryer machines! Alejandro was our tour guide the first time around and he did so good with showing us the units, amenities, the gym, & any other info we needed! we absolutely love the ppl in the leasing office because they answered every question we had and was so friendly! it was another girl who REALLY helped us out when we were talking about switching units but I cannot remember her name. short, pretty black girl with braids, you did amazing girl lol! i couldn’t be more blessed that we found this apt complex and the perfect unit & we cannot wait to move in! im sure our time here will be nothin short of peaceful and amazing!

If youre looking for luxury, value, and great customer service youve found it at Broadstone Jordan Ranch. I have NEVER seen any community with amenities as nice as the ones BJR has. The pool and surrounding area is stunning, and the fitness center is huge and full of the latest equipment. The property has a range of floorplans that can suit any lifestyle and the office and maintenance team do their best for residents and the property, which I find most important when looking for somewhere to live.

Edit 11/8/2023: I really appreciate the effort Broadstone Jordan Ranch has made to make this right. The music is no longer heard from inside the apartments, and I feel that I can enjoy my own space in peace. Thank you again.EDIT: 11/5/2023: Its currently 8:00am on a Sunday and Ive been woken up the Rolling in the Deep by Adele playing in the outside speakers of the complex. The office isnt even open so Im guessing the music is on a set timer, my question is WHY?? It does not make sense to me at all why its a necessaity to have residents to listen to music in their own home. Or not be able to sleep because of it. Note to management- Please just keep it off.Its a very beautiful property, has amazing amazing ameneties and has a nice luxury feel too it. The only thing that I dont like is how the complex continuously plays music outside by the courtyard that can be heard inside of your apartment. If they could disconnect the speakers outside or stop playing music continuously, it would be a 5/5 rating. I feel like every resident should be able to have some peace and quiet from inside their home, or be able to sit outside on their balcony without having to listen to constant pop or lofi music. If you dont mind not being able to sleep in, or do not work from home where you need a quiet place, I would reccomend living here! Other than the noise complaint coming from complex speakers itself, this property is great.
