The management team here is professional, organized and, most importantly, they really care about giving their new residents at this brand new property the best living and leasing experience.The floor plan prices are more than reasonable for living in the Heights area near downtown, and when you factor in all of the Specials and deals they are offering in this Lease Up phase, it’s an attractive opportunity to save and make money ($1000 gift card) and live in a brand new apartment with smart appliances that no one else has ever lived in.

I recently toured Broadstone Garden Oaks, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! Being a brand-new apartment complex, the upkeep is immaculate, and everything feels fresh and modern. The apartments themselves are incredibly spacious, with large closets and bathrooms that give off that modern vibe.Megan, my leasing agent, made the entire experience even better. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer every single one of my many questions. She was patient and thorough, which I really appreciated. After the tour, I decided to sign a lease, but I ran into some issues with verification. Megan has been nothing short of amazing, guiding me through the process and always responding quickly to any concerns I had.I’m excited to be moving into such a beautiful space, and I truly appreciate how seamless Megan made the entire leasing process. If youre looking for a new place, Broadstone Garden Oaks is definitely worth checking out!

Beautiful community. The grounds are always well-maintained, and the atmosphere feels so welcoming. It’s quiet and peaceful, which is a huge plus for your looking for a calm place to live. The amenities are also great, and the staff is so friendly and professional. It’s really a hidden gem as far as location, making it more secure by right in the middle of everything there is to love about the Garden Oaks community.

I love my experience at Broadstone Garden Oaks. From the office ladies to the maintenance staff, they are exceptional. When I first arrived to look for an apartment, the property was so clean, the amenities very beautiful and I was taking care so good that I decided to lease. Now that I’m a resident, I couldn’t be happier with this property and all their staff, the few items I have need since moved in I had been taking care of super fast and good and every time I spoken with a staff member their customer service is awesome. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a good apartment experience

I can’t rave enough about this apartment. The amenities are top-notch, and everything is clean and brand new! I can’t thank Chanteria enough for all of her help through our move in process. Shes super friendly and always helpful whenever I need anything. She really makes the place feel like home.
