Broadstone is so beautiful! They really went all out with the amenities. The gym has everything you need to get in a solid workout. The lounge areas and clubhouse are perfect for hanging with friends and the pool is always clean which is a huge plus. You can tell the staff really cares about the community and people that live here. 5 stars!

Wow! Broadstone Frontera Ridge is so amazing, from the leasing agents Brooke V. especially are always so kind & helpful. The management team is amazing as well & all so understanding, I love living here, I have one of the best neighborhoods around this area.The apartment complex alone is very beautiful. I have no complaints on living here. I also love how secure it is so safe, the gate is always closed & you have to have a key to enter the building. Maintenance team is always right on time, they never hesitate on the work orders, So so amazing I’ll forever give 5 stars.

Broadstone is truly a gem! The attention to detail in the amenities is impressive. The gym is fully equipped for a great workout, and the lounge areas and clubhouse are ideal for socializing with friends. The consistently clean pool is a fantastic bonus. Its clear that Brooke V is dedicated to fostering a wonderful community for everyone who lives here. Broadstone is definitely top runner for a place to live. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

If you’re looking for somewhere to live, this is definitely the place! The apartments are spacious, modern, and the staff is super friendly. The resort-style pool is beautiful, and the spacious fitness center stood out to me. The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major roads. I highly recommend speaking to Jayce as he is super helpful with any leasing questions you might have, and the community felt welcoming and well-maintained when I came to visit my friend! Overall I will definitely be moving here once my lease ends!

The manager Lexi and leasing manager Brooke have been absolutely amazing during my leasing process AND in my first few months living here. Any issue I have had has been addressed quickly and with wonderful customer service. The manager seems to be hands on in problem solving and this office team seems to actually try unlike other places I have lived. I recommend living here for sure.

Brooke was absolutely AMAZING. I just wanted to say how great she was during my tour. She was super friendly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process really easy. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, and I really appreciate all of her help. It was such a positive experience and I have applied for a unit there, because of her incredible customer service. The property is beautiful, the units are beautiful, and the staff is exceptional. Broadstone is absolutely stunning and the team is always so helpful! You just can’t beat such a great location with the easy access all the stores and restaurants around here. As someone who works from home frequently, the private meeting rooms were a game-changer for me because sometimes I just need a change of scenery from my apartment or to not be distracted by my dogs, who love the dog park, dog wash, and walkability of the area! 10/10 would recommend over and over again!

My friend recently moved here and I came to visit and oh my goodness! This community is so beautiful! They have a huge pool with a fire pit! Inside the apartment they have so much natural lighting and tall ceilings. This place is brand new and so gorgeous. I’m actually looking forward to my lease ending so that I can apply here!

Brooke went above and beyond to make sure that I found the apartment that best fit my needs. The appliances and facilities (pool, grill area, gym, etc.) are up to date and modern, and every building has its own meeting/work lounge. Also the complex is very pet friendly, with included doggie bag stations and a dog park.Bldg. 3 overlooks Frontera and Round Rock if an awesome is important to you.

I moved from out of state so I rented my apartment without touring. Needless to say I was not disappointed when I received my key. Every interaction with the team here has been fantastic. I read some of the other reviews and I have to disagree with them. My experience has been great! This is apartment living so you will hear noises just as you would hear if you were in a home. No where is sound proof. I love the fact that it’s a new build in a great location. I would 100% recommend this community.

Moving can be one of the more stressful events in life nowadays. Everything that is required can be overwhelming, especially when moving into a new-build apartment complex. With that being said, my experience moving to Broadstone would have been infinitely more difficult if Brooke V. hadnt been there to assist me. Literally from the first phone call, I knew I would be aided and supported of any and all things involving my move/stay at Broadstone Frontera Ridge. Consistently, Brooke has been a bright, bubbly, helpful and diligent person with me. She has always had a smile on her face and ready to share a laugh. No matter what has arisen, Brooke has been someone I know I can rely on. In a fast paced world, where thank-yous are not given enough, I wanted to take the time to share my experience. Broadstone is probably one of the most secure and efficient places Ive lived at! Clean and safe area. The location itself is convenient and near so much the Round Rock / North Austin have to offer. The staff and maintenence are helpful and positive, and really do answer any questions or concerns in an efficient timely manner. The lounging areas indoors are great! Community area and pool are so inviting and beautiful with a set up to have visitors or just spend the day outdoors. Visually inside, the complex is beautiful, as well as the apartment Im renting. The office team have given positive vibes and friendly energy. All in all, Id definitely recommend. Its been a peaceful, yet a friendly experience/transition. A-1 🫶🏾

Especially want to shine light on Brooke. She was nothing but helpful throughout our leasing experience. She goes above and beyond to make sure your happy and everything is hospitable to your needs.Example: My girlfriend was having trouble with the Tvs outside by the pool. Brooke asked to help. Not only did she help but she got up on the outside HARD stone counter tops to try to get the Tv to work. That would really hurt my knees. More power to her! I thought that was awesome!Secondly, our stay here, on which weve been here for 2 and half months. Has been the best living experience Ive had living in Round Rock for over 35+ years. Maintenance is great! Staff is friendly and punctual. Thank you Brooke for our smooth transition! Our future looks bright here at Broadstone Frontera Ridge. I will recommend anyone to lease here.

I recently toured an apartment complex and had an excellent experience, thanks to the fantastic service provided by Lexi and Caseque. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. Lexi was great at walking me through the various floor plans and amenities, patiently answering all my questions. Caseque made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire tour, offering detailed insights about the community and surrounding area. Their friendly and professional approach made the whole process enjoyable, and I left feeling confident in my decision to consider this place as my future home. Highly recommend this apartment complex, especially with such an outstanding team!

Prior to moving into Broadstone, I was very hesitant about selecting another apartment complex. I lived in an apartment complex in Dallas previously and the experience was embittering. At the time of the tour for Broadstone, the assistant community manager, Casseque, was very kind, thoughtful and thorough. He answered all my questions (along with my families and apartment finder), was patient, and made the tour very enjoyable and comfortable. That instantly set the tone for the rest of day when looking at other places. The staff at Broadstone show they care, work diligently, find solutions for you if there’s an issue, and provide a lot of perks for the tenants. It feels home-y as it should be! The privacy is great, neighbors are 9/10 respectful when it comes to noise, and it’s in a great location. Even my sister loves it when she comes over!

I love living at Frontera Ridge. The office staff is incredibly helpful and are always extremely friendly. The property is always clean, and the pool has been the best spot to relax this summer. Love living here.

It’s a nice new complex, after 6 months with new folks in the front office things seem better. Construction quality doesnt seem to matter still in new builds, so sound penetration can be problematic. Pantry and closets in bedrooms and bathrooms are nice, but theres no extra storage like from a balcony and in many units not even a coat closet. Be prepared to store in your bedroom closets and pantry. Biggest ongoing issue has been being stuck (no option) with Astound Broadband with a 2.1 rating in Google reviews. Although we have gone a few weekends now without service failures, fingers crossed. Make sure you have backup if you work from home. Astound will raise your rate almost immediately.

She was so professional, she showed me around the apartment complex, and any questions or concerns that I had she helped me. I saw the huge sign they had in the front and just turned left and went on a tour the community it’s just perfect! Florencia was great she spoke Spanish as well. The upper lounge was my favorite a very very fancy look that looks perfect to work at home in it also has WiFi up there the pool was awesome to with grills and a fire place and these super nice cabanas I went online to look a little more when I left and they have this awesome interactive map that shows when apartments in the rest of the community will be ready :o I toured the A4 and i loved it! The island, the beautiful view to the pool, the walk in closet and the shiny appliances. she said I would get 6 weeks free I love not having to pay any prorated rent when I first move. in all in all I feel in love with the place and will definitely head back over after I am finished with this darn 14 month lease u have rn :(

Community has a safe feeling with it being access controlled and climate controlled corridors 4th floor apartments are awesome with great views moving in is an ease with the elevators and there is quick told road bypass to access Georgetown through 35 or to get onto mopac from 1425 to bypass tolls the domain is 10 mins away and we have a Walmart, target, and a couple gyms and personal training gyms mins away also many shopping centers I was the very first resident here Courtney helped me with the leasing process she was very helpful and mindful of my constraints they also are offering I think a 1500 dollar gift card for leasing that’ll get you a storage unit for a whole year! I’d pay my truck payment with it though personally! Oh and the gym is A plus 2x45s 2x25s and some 10s for a smith machine and adjustable bench and dumbbells up to 75lbs and everything in between tons of cardio stuff to and all of the residents are great very nice one guy gave my fiancé a bag of chocolate pretzels :)
