I cant say enough good things about my experience living at Broadstone Energy Park! From day one, the management team has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They made the move-in process a breeze, and any questions or concerns Ive had were promptly addressed with a smile. Its evident that they genuinely care about their residents well-being.The maintenance staff is equally impressive. Ive never had such prompt and professional service in any other apartment complex. Theyre always quick to fix any issues, and their attention to detail is commendable.But its not just the management and maintenance that make this place special; its the entire apartment community. Neighbors are kind and considerate, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. And the apartments themselves are fantastic! The high ceilings give the space an airy, open feel that I fell in love with instantly. The open floor plan allows for plenty of customization, and the large bath tubs are a luxurious touch. Overall, Broadstone Energy Park has exceeded my expectations, and I cant imagine living anywhere else.I have since moved to a new city for the next chapter of my life. The complex where I live is a beautiful and well-maintained place. The common areas are clean and well maintained, and the pool and gym are excellent amenities for residents. The administration staff is friendly and always available to help with any problems that arise. However, I would like to see a greater variety of community activities so that residents can interact with each other. In general, I am very satisfied with my experience living in this complex.

I actually like it here so far. I got my first apartment here. I’ve been here for bout 8 months if not less. It’s quiet. They have food trucks that come on the property often. Maintenance are fast with fixing any problems. Security patrol nights. Have not yet had a bad experience .

Monica was very helpful through my whole move in process. Moving from Michigan to Houston without seeing the apartment had me a little nervous, but it was great. Very nice spacious up to date apartment. And the front office is very helpful.

I want to start the off by saying Broadstone Energy Park has been the best place I’ve lived in Houston thus far. From the moment I moved in they took care of me like family.Scarlett has been a blessing for me. She has went out of her way to make sure my experience with Broadstone is exceptional! She has been so kind and understanding and I appreciate her for all she has done.Michael has also been a blessing. He has worked with me and ensured that all my concerns were addressed and handled. He is super nice every time I come into the office and definitely has made my experience amazing!Monica has been a blessing for me as well. She is always quick to ask me how I am doing & has been super helpful each time I go into the office. She has made my experience here wonderful!Overall I cannot thank them all enough for all they have done for me while I have been living at Broadstone. If you’re looking to live somewhere with a staff that treats you like family and actually care, lease with Broadstone Energy Park!

I don’t understand people’s issue with this complex. But I live in the front and maybe it’s “ghetto” or “ratchet” In the back?? I haven’t had any problems with any dogs, or poo, maybe one pest and I had my patio open. Maybe each floor experiences different things? At any rate, Do not park in people’s reserved spaces, do not park on resident levels with out your tag and you won’t get towed. If you see people being loud after hours REPORT THEM. They literally send out emails telling you how to curtail behavior that is disrespectful to all of our homes. I live by the pool and the only issues that I have had is a little nuisance with the neighbors below me talking loudly, kids running around and the hallway and doors slamming loudly. But This is an APARTMENT. Loud noises and other people moving around you are apart of that. Broken things are apart of that, inconsiderate people are apart of that. It’s not a reflection on the complex because your neighbor doesn’t care about you. They don’t have to be considerate people to qualify for a home. Work on being a better resident yourself and everyone will have a good experience.I have no issues with the staff. They are always helpful and super sweet to me when I speak with them. They help quickly with what I need and their demeanor hasn’t changed in the 6 months I’ve been here.Things do break around here but they are always fixed quickly. Do I think that people should be more considerate of each other? Yes. But that is the case anywhere you move. Having more money or paying more money will not keep rude people away from you. Purchase a home. I would recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are large, the floor plans are large, the amenities are nice.

This property has gone through three different staff changes since i signed my lease last year, and i must say i hope the current one sticks!Management are doing their best to truly clean this property up! Even the trash chutes are being power washed! Patience goes a long way i can see the improvements!Management has been on point with the email alerts and communication and truly have shown they care about their residents. Everyone’s experiences are valid but this is mine, I will happily renew my lease!

I’ve been a resident at Broadstone for a while now and I recently transitioned to an apartment on the floor above me. I want to take a moment to acknowledge how grateful I am to the management team of this apartment community.During my transition, the entire team in the front office went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for my move. Time and again, whenever I needed assistance, they swiftly gave their attention and time to offer me guidance. Tbh they basically held my hand throughout the entire process. Michael, Monica, Scarlett – I could keep going, but the fact is the whole Broadstone team was superb.Not only that, but for the duration of my stay in my previous unit – which was perfect – anytime I needed a minor maintenance issue resolved, it was taken care of the next day if not the same day I put in the request. That reminds me, I should mention the maintenance guy. I don’t know his name, but he is very kind and in and out within 5 minutes; the guy truly knows his stuff.The pools here are beautiful and the gym is always kept clean with state-of-the-art equipment. The clubhouse is also pretty sweet. More importantly though, I feel safe here. Most if not all the access points require an electronic key to access (yours has access), and theres also a security guard who patrols the parking garage. He notably takes his responsibility seriously.If you’re considering this place, take a tour and see for yourself. This is by far the best apartment community I have had the privilege to call my home, and I credit this to the Broadstone Energy Park team. I sincerely urge anyone looking for an apartment in the area to check this place out - you will not be disappointed.

“Broadstone Energy Park” is a wonderful place to call home. The entire staff “Ms. Shay, Jerry, Vanna, Tatiana, and Marissa” will always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs and are quick to attend to any problems that may arise. The grounds and facilities are kept very clean everyday by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is very clean and rarely crowded. The pool and Zen area are so lovely and peaceful, at times I feel like I live on a resort! I love the convenience of the elevators and five story covered parking garage. I am so happy to call here my home, I feel very safe in this community. I have lived here for almost two years now and I am SO happy and grateful I was able to renew my lease!! Yes there have been some staff changes but this current staff is A1 solid, Monica, Alysen and Ginger are the epitome of what I’d want a leasing staff to be like! Specifically Ms.Monica is who I’ve built the most rapport with, she actively listens and does her best to come up with a mutually beneficial solution! Shes kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and is always willing to offer to help with a smile (this makes a huge difference)! This staff is one of the TOP reasons I renewed here.

I have been here now for about 6 months and I LOVE my apartment. I see a lot of negative reviews about staff. I haven’t had any problems with them. Both Marianna & Raven are great. I will say, at times when I call the front office it’s hard to get in touch with someone but that’s any business, people get busy! My emails never go without a response back. My unit is very spacey and amenities are always so clean and ready to be used by others. I’ve lived in other apartments in the area but this has to be my favorite. If you are looking for a a nice, beautiful apartment, this is THE place.

2020 Update :So Ive now been here over 2 years. The building is still pretty cool. We have a completely different staff from when I first moved here. Jerry & Shay in the front office are awesome and really are trying to make this place an awesome place to live. We now have food trucks here every Wednesday which is awesome, and during the shutdown it was a great gesture.Justin from Maintenance is awesome. Overall Broadstone is a pretty nice place.2018: I’ve been here for over a month now and I can honestly say that the negative reviews don’t accurately represent the building and it’s staff.I can honestly say that Priscilla helped me all the way through the process of getting in, and still continued to be just as helpful after my move in with the minor things I had questions about or needed help with.I had some minor maintenance requests and Ivan is really knowledgeable and has been awesome with getting everything handled.Michael’s been really great with addressing my concerns and follow ups.Between Michael, Priscilla, Ivan and Mariana you can count on any issue your having getting resolved.In terms of the facilities, it’s really nice here. Valet trash service, nice size parking garage, mic gym, 2 pools, 5 grills, TVs inside and outside, your choice of Cable or AT&T fiber in the building, high apartment ceilings, and access to two different trails less than 200ft from the entrance are just some of the things I like.Yes the front pool does get a little loud during the daytime, but if your worried about that I would suggest the area near the lap poo or the courtyard, or even facing the outside of the building.Traffic from here both north, south, east, and west isn’t too bad, since your right near I-10 on Highway 6. The staff is accommodating, and really friendly.If I could change any one thing, I would have the clubhouse open later than the pool till like 12, so if a game is on or something people can vacate the pool area at 10 and head in there to wind down.

After posting this review I was contacted by Michael, the property manager. Since speaking with him the staff has been BEYOND accommodating and completely changed my initial perspective. Mariana has been a great help. Her level of detail to customer service from my initial visit to now has been outstanding.I was informed that once the main office is up, getting in contact with reps will be easier. I have found that emailing is still the best way to get in contact with office staff for now if you cannot stop by.My maintenance requests were resolved on the same day. Mr. Ivan (grounds professional) was also very nice when we met.There is security detail onsite in the evenings (unsure if this person is actual officer). I appreciate the visible security presence.In general the property is very quiet. Water pressure is great and it gets hot quickly. Im 510 and I fit in the garden tub comfortably. The balcony is spacious and i do not hear outside noise inside my unit.I do wish there were visible signs in the garage to tell you which floor you are on when driving and that there were mirrors located where you turn in the garage to see if cars are coming.I have not seen cockroaches, but we also have not gotten far enough into the season. I have seen spiders about the size of a nickel and dog feces in the hallway. The feces was removed the next day. Unfortunately, there is no way to screen potential residents to determine those that will not clean up behind their pets.I am updating my rating to 4 stars.Previous review posted 4/27/18Beautiful complex and amenities. Awesome floor plans.No one answers the phone or responds to emails. I decided to stop by the property, thinking they may have been under staffed. I called all the numbers listed online and the phone never rung while I was there. There were tons of potential applicants coming into the trailer (current office space) while I was there and no was in the trailer to greet us. The agent was on a tour, which I understand, but there was not a sign stating the agent would be returning.I decided to apply for a unit and saw something that stated a application deposit/holding fee would be required. This fee is separate from the $99 non refundable application fee and the $500 deposit. I called to see how much the holding fee would be since I would need to pay all the fees at once. I sent an email and still no reply. I called the corporate office and was told the regional manager would reach out to me. I’ve yet to be contacted.To say that the complex is at 6% occupancy, the agents do not seem eager to lease units. I would have expected someone to call me and follow up on my tour at the very least. Following up is a key part of the sales process.The application agreement also states that you must sign a lease within 3 days of approval. I prefer not to sign a lease without seeing my unit. Would you buy a car without seeing it in person?I am highly disappointed with my experience.If you are leasing for looks, this is the place to be. If you want customer service that matches the money you spend, this is not the place.

I’m reading through the comments and I’m so shocked to see what is being said about these apartments. I have dear friends who lived and loved it there and visited them on numerous occasions. Firstly they moved in right in the beginning when the only people living there were the employees and maybe one other person, they were brand new! Roaches? Where? Never seen a roach in any hallway nor apartment and I have walked those halls more than once. Roaches inside? Come on now they were just built and still smelled as if they were built the day before. There wasn’t even enough people living there for there to be dog poop in the hallways nor “wild parties” or drug dealers, the apartments didn’t even make it to a year yet and only had one side done when my friends moved in. I can’t imagine why someone would comment such nasty things when I’ve been there and seen them through and through and never experienced any of those issues, sounds like spite to me. I’d gladly move there without hesitation. Never heard a complaint from my friends only praises. The devastation that took place after Harvey was so hard on them and they counted down the days till they could move back. These apartments are wonderful and I hope they get the business they deserve.

Went in a little skeptical about price just by how nice and clean everything looked. Staff was super friendly. I was greeted by Jerry and and a sweet young lady I think her name was marissa got my kid a water bottle and snack which was so sweet and helpful if her while I spoke to Jerry about possibilities of moving there. He then showed me around the property and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area and where things were. Over all loved the apartment and plan on leasing there when my old lease is up!

I signed a 13 month lease with Broadstone Energy Park after their remodel from Hurricane Harvey. I cant say enough about this property. Very well kept grounds, top tier guest amenities, the works! I lost my job last summer and property manager Mariana was so understanding and flexible while I got back on my feet. Jerry is also amazing and very hospitable to catering to residents needs. If I wasnt relocating out of the area I would re-sign my lease in a heartbeat.

I have a two page report of all my negative experiences living here. I plan to post it after I move out. Ive only been here 4 months. With that being said the leasing staff never answers the phone. I had to drive to the complex cause no one answered just to be told they couldnt help me. Ive called 5 times this morning since 9am. Its 11:50 and no one answered. This is after they changed management and staff.EDIT!!!!!I have to give credit where credit is due. This new Management has really stepped in and taken action to correct a lot of issues with the facility. I bumped my 2 stars to 4!One more edit.. stepped up to 5 stars.

The leasing management is friendly and proactive for positive change and making the property better, especially Sara; she has been extremely helpful and kind. Affordable rent. Two pools. I like all the extra security they have on site. Good place to live at an affordable price relative to other apts.

I’m trying tell y’all!! I’ve been living here for quite some time now and Allison, Scarlett, and Monica are legitimately the best staff in the front office. They are always so nice and courteous upon you entering the office. They have such a welcoming spirit. Another major thing with them is that they are so understanding and helpful. Literally the best crew around! They really need to be in someone’s corporate office!! GIVE THEM A RAISE!! MOVE THEM UP THE LADDER!! SERIOUSLY NO ONE COMPARES TO THEM!!Let me give y’all some examples since y’all think it’s a joke!! One time I lost a $300 book and Monica went on a scavenger hunt on the premises and obtained it for me!! AMAZING!!Allison always communicates with me in regards to updates with the apartments and assuring that I remain timely with rent payments outside of the primary way tenants would pay (Monica as well).Scarlett stepped in the door with such an amazing personality and welcoming spirit.They are never in a bad mood!!!!!!!! I’m actually really shocked by the reviews listed below. We lived on the 3rd floor and never had any issues. The complex is beautiful inside and out and in a really great area. We loved them so much that we are moving back. We’ve never experienced any issues with management and they have always taken care of any questions or concerns we may have had. There are many former residents that are moving back because it’s very difficult to find luxury at an affordable price and Broadstone offers both. Before Harvey we looked at 25+ properties before choosing Broadstone, after Harvey we looked at 15+ and still chose them!

I recently made the decision to move and was searching for a new place to call home! I came across Broadstone Energy Park and decided to check them out! As I enter into the property I was greeted by the leasing agent Raven who was extremely pleasant and professional! She explain every opinion they had available and also allow me to view multiply floor plans, I know that I’m a person who has trouble making up my mind but Raven was patience and kept a smile on her face, she explain EVERY floor plan and the difference in each one! I choose one, but was unclear is that’s what I really wanted. She assured me it was ok and if I change my mind, it would be totally ok, well I did change my mind I wanted to change floor... she said no problem and made it happen without a question! She kept in contact with me via email, and answer every question I had. As far as the property it is amazing, from the pools to the super clean hallways these are some amazing apartments! They are well maintained, and friendly staff! I’m excited to call this place Home!

Nice apartments, had some office issues when we first moved in. Mostly just people need to be more organized and work on communication but since than its been good. In regards to roaches, the apartments are near a reservoir. Dont leave your patio door open at night and it wont be a problem. Its the small roaches people need to be scared about. Keep your apt clean and if you do have them, I suggest knocking on your neighbors door. Thats the thing with apartments if your neighbors are dirty you could potentially get them. YES, I agree people speed through the garage. I wish people would slow down! I suggest speed bumps. Im glad I dont live near pool becuase yes people sometimes party but I learned that lesson last apts I lived in. I also wish people would clean up the grills after they use them and anyone reading this thinking about moving in, clean up after yourself. Respect your home!

I lived here before Harvey and I decided to move back just a month ago!! The new staff is amazing very kind and tentative!! Michael assured me I would be happy and I am!!! my move in was easy!! I don’t know everyone by name in the office but I want to say thank you!!!! My place is very clean no bugs here!! It’s quiet I honestly feel like if you create your positive environment you will love it here!! Way to go broadstone!! If you can’t take care of the property and appreciate the nice environment and the amenities they offer this is not the place for you!!! They put alot into this property to rebuild!! Thank you!!

Well I would say I am yet to experience these negatives talked about...I quite agree about speeding in the parking lot which I think something should be done before something major happens ....pets around? Well before we signed we saw how pet friendly they were so to me its expected ...not to sound like am responding to these negatives...I would say our 8months time in this complex has been splendid ....I would say its money well spent...also know they surely can do better and they look ready to if we let them know how....Thanks guys ...

Been living here for about a year now. Friendly and helpful staff. If you have any issue at all let them know and they will address it same day of possible. Good promotions and helpful pricing. Over all Ihave had a good experience!
