    I’ve had an incredible experience at Broadstone East End Apartments, and I can’t recommend this place enough! From the moment I moved in, the atmosphere has been warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and well-maintained – exactly what I was looking for.A special shoutout to Natalie, the Community Manager, who has been absolutely wonderful! She’s always available, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Her dedication to the residents really stands out, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the community. Whether I have a question or need assistance, Natalie is always there to help with a friendly attitude and prompt response.The entire team at Broadstone East End Apartments has made my stay here a fantastic one, and I’m so grateful for all their hard work.     I don’t live at Broadstone East End Apartments, but I’ve visited the property and have been really impressed every time.     I enjoyed my time here at Broadstone East End. It is bittersweet leaving this place as it gave me a sense of community for my first year living in Austin. DeAndre made this place feel like home.     Broadstone East End is a fantastic place to live! I love its vibrant neighborhood, close to parks and trails, with great dining and shopping nearby. DeAndre was amazing in helping me find the perfect unit with the right size, a pool view, and easy access to amenities. Highly recommend!

    Ive been here 6 months and really like living here! Great amenities, nice unit layout and clean spaces.Ive had a couple maintenance issues that were addressed immediately and the maintenance guy was very friendly. The leasing staff is nice and always takes the time to help when I need it. I feel pretty safe here and there is solid night security!To weigh in on the other reviews, yes the walls are thin, yes I can hear my upstairs neighbor, and yes there is dogs that bark. Pretty normal for a big complex like this. Although I notice its not too bad, the sound mostly carries loudly through the halls but I rarely hear my next door neighbors from inside my unit. I do have two white noise machines running at all times near my shared walls which helps a lot. If you like a really quiet place it might not be a good fit but I dont mind it much! One con amongst many pros :)

    Best complex in Austin! Most helpfulstaff, clean and quiet community, beautiful maintance. for being 10 minutes from Downtown it has truly been a wonderful experience. I recommend everyone come take a tour where you will fall in love with Broadstone East End.

    DeAndre is the BEST leasing agent!!! He goes above and beyond to help you. I couldnt have done the leasing process without him, and he is definitely the person to get in touch with if you are looking to move into Broadstone East End. He deserves a promotion and raise!!!!The complex itself is nice. It is quiet, and the amenities are nice and well maintained. The gym is especially clean and modern, and the hallways are clean.The complex is in a location central to most things, so its a good spot to live in overall. 10/10 recommend.

    Moved into Broadstone a while back and it has pretty much been great! DeAndre is part of the management team and has been super helpful. The MVP of the team. The maintenance team is also very kind and relatively prompt.

    From the day that I toured and signed my lease at Broadstone East End with Kayla (one of the leasing agents over there), I have had nothing but positive things to say about her. She has been extremely diligent, proactive, and makes sure she does everything in her power to keep residents happy. Greystar leasing agents and realtors in general should tear a page out of her book. I have been dealing with a bad move-in situation (outside of Kayla’s control) and she has been doing everything in her power to clean up other employees messes. Kudos to her, she goes above and beyond. Deandre (another leasing agent at Broadstone East End, has also been a huge help to me).

    My overall experience at Broadstone was pretty good, except for when they put a tow sticker on my car, it left an agitating residue on my window. Deandre, Jesse, and Garciela are so great and definitely shaped my experience here.

    Moved into Broadstone 3 months ago and it has been such a great experience. The property staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Jed in particular made my application process and move-in seamless. (Thanks Jed) Tons of parks and trails for biking, running, and walking your dogs. Lots of good food and bars in the area. The community events have been great (running club, baby goat yoga, vendor markets, food trucks, book club, etc). I really enjoy the gym and work lounge. Communal areas are clean and well-maintained. The Broadstone team really goes all out here! Thank you.

I even began dreading the idea of moving but the service here at Broadstone East End is second to none!     Ive been living here for a year now and can confidently say that I love the place. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are really friendly, and the front office is always accommodating. I especially appreciate our maintenance man, Jesse, for promptly fixing all service requests and going above and beyond by asking if there is anything more he could do to improve our living experience.

    I recently had the pleasure of meeting Deandre. From the very first interaction, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me with every little question I had. He took the time to show me everything about Broadstone East End.Throughout the process, he was always available to answer my questions and provided detailed information about the property. His friendly and approachable demeanor made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.I highly recommend talking to Deandre if you come in to tour or just have any questions about the complex. His exceptional service and commitment to his clients is amazing. He will always be happy to answer any questions you have.The complex was beautiful no doubt, but so were the other complex’s I’ve toured. The main difference here was Deandre treated me and never made me feel like I was a bother to him. Unlike some of the other people I met before reaching this complex. Definitely helped a lot in making my decision easier on where my future home will be.

    Wanted to share my positive experience at Broadstone and special shout out to DeAndre! Had a 15 month lease and needed to leave after 6 months. Found a candidate for a lease transfer and was able to successfully transfer. Really smooth process, especially with DeAndres help, he was super communicative and provided wonderful support.

    Updating my review after being here for over a year. Hands down best apartment complex Ive lived in. The best pool parties just about every Saturday. Really great community of residents. Every issue Ive had the maintenance has fixed quickly. All in all I would highly recommend this place.... Id say the only thing is you hear your neighbor stepping on your head which is pretty standard for apartments but I got lucky and only share walls with 1 neighbor and I have never heard them.

I can tell the area is still developing, but I really enjoy the proximity it is to Downtown Austin and the rest of East End.     The staff are AMAZING and caring; especially the team up front.Each apartment is spacious and finished with upgraded appliances.Neighbors are friendly, I feel very safe, and love that there is night time security & gated parking.Broadstone East End is conveniently located to local attractions and landmarks, and filled with so much fun in the summer! Love living here :)

    Best place to live 💗! Everything is absolutely brand new. The maintenance team has gone above and beyond to fix the little details and has gone the extra mile. My fridge was so loud and Jesse came in to fix it, saw that my water filter in the fridge needed to be replaced and did it! So wonderful! Beyond grateful to live in the Broadstone East End community 💕

    Broadstone East End has been a wonderful place to call home! Lilly, Ben Artisha and Jed are so welcoming when you walk in and they truly make this place warm and inviting to all current and future residents. Any problems we had when we moved in was taken care of quickly and efficiently. You can tell the team really cares for their residents and wants them to have the best experience while living here.Resident events are a plus!! So many fun ways to interact with the staff and other residents who live here.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! Will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes!

    Big shout out to Lily, Artisha, Jed and Ben! After a terrible experience at an apartment complex down the street, me and my wife were left stranded without a place to live. Thats when Broadstone East End stepped in and saved us! This apartment gives us a luxury experience that is safe for us and our little one as well as a perfect location in the city.Though it is early in our stay, the front office has been phenomenal and super helpful. Everything is brand new... And I love it here. I dont have one complaint! If youre looking for a place, tell them I sent you. This is definitely a fresh start!Numerous amounts of parking phenomenal amenities. Its down the street from LASA high school and really close to Mueller and definitely close to downtown! PS we are on the east side but dont worry its being beautified.You better get here before everybody else finds out about this hidden gem!-Orlando

    We needed a place for the next two years while our house is being built in Houston. I wasn’t thrilled about moving into an apartment since I had bad experiences in the past. From the minute we met Ben (property director) we knew we made the right decision. The complex itself is beautiful and vibrant located in a really awesome part of Austin (east). We were one of the first 6 apartments rented while they are still finishing the build out. I thought I would be annoyed with that but no I don’t hear anything and the people building the complex as so nice and professional. We have been living here for around 3-4 weeks and could not be happier. The tenants (more have moved in since) are a rich mix of demographics! Our apt faces the pool and again, I thought well hopefully people respect the pool closing time, noise level, etc. Everyone here is respectfully living in here. The staff is so amazing, can’t imagine better out there, and the maintenance personnel? They are on it! Whatever the issue, within a few hour: done. I realize as more people move in it will change a little but, I think the staff that operate this property will make sure it’s still like it is now. The common areas are like a resort. Clean, tropical, breezy and beautifully done. Locked bike areas for added security if you love biking. They have a huge office area with tons of little nooks and crannies to work out of if you are remote. The mail area is so clean and well kept. Seriously Broadstone; keep this staff they are the reason we are living it here! We have definitely found a great home in the middle of East Austin, and won’t live anywhere else until our house is completed. A part of me is even hoping that gets pushed back a year! This place is soooooo awesome!!! Get here quick before it fills up, and it will once all of the units are finished.

    Broadstone Eastend has been a wonderful since moving in I have now lived here for over 3 months as of today. Hence Im just now leaving a review as I believe this is the best time now that Ive had time to get acclimated. Front Office staff Ben ( Leasing Manager ), Lilly, Artisha, and Jed (Front office staff) have been nothing but great with the move in process and getting little issues fixed! Their were some bumps in the beginning with security as you can see in other reviews but I can say they have taken care of the problem by providing on site security patrol as well as getting the gates fixed and I have not seen any break in issues since then. I defiantly would recommend the place to others I have made quite a few friends since moving in and I love it here 10/10 :)

    I just moved in over at Broadstone East End and have lived here for almost two months. Ben, the Community Manager, was super helpful in getting me into the perfect apartment for me and my family (of dogs. And a husband too I guess). They have all made us feel like we are at home instantly! If you are looking for a new home, consider it found at Broadstone East End!

    I never leave reviews but I have loved living here so much. Everyone that works here is so helpful and friendly. Especially Lilly, she really cares about the residents and goes above and beyond for the property. I know there has been some security issues in the past but the staff has really been on top of it and solved those issues. Overall, this is a great place to live; I highly recommend it.

    I’ve heard some people complain about their friends car being stolen, but quite frankly they don’t live here and who leaves their car keys IN their car in east Austin? Like c’mon…..As a new complex on the east side we’ve dealt with some understandable problems. Construction and security are third party companies so the apartment management can only do so much when it comes to this. Yes, the security lately has been lazy, BUT, the apartment heard of security problems and went through the process of acquiring security services.The office does what it can with issues it can resolve! They’re very polite, very nice, and very attentive. The complex is always coming up with social events to get its tenants involved. The property isn’t trashed, they maintain often. I’ve lived in terrible complexes with management that did not care for its tenants and this IS NOT THAT. Sorry for the person who’s car was stolen, but maybe next time they won’t leave their keys in their car.

    Been living here for about 2 months now and this complex has far exceeded our expectations. The office staff and maintenance have been incredibly helpful. They have even started doing 2 fun social events a month for all of the residents, so that has been something to look forward to. Highly recommend for anyone moving to East Austin.

    Just moved in this past Saturday and so far I absolutely love it, Lilly, and Artisha along with the rest of the office staff as well as maintenance are all extremely helpful.Also the pool is great and everything from the apartment itself, to the office, to the lounge is very clean and well kept.
