These apartments are very nice,staff is awesome,,,its the residents of these apartments that are disrespectful to the property and other residents property and if they would let staff and workers do there job of keeping it nice it would be extremely better, all I can say is theyre doing everything they can to make it happen

Been living here over a year and I appreciate the staff for always being professional and doing their best to keep these apartments together. Hannah was the one who did my application and from day one she has always been so helpful, she remembers me by name, and she is always approachable. It is not easy managing an apartment complex, and Daniel goes above and beyond his job. Maintenance Also stays busy trying to keep this community clean. Me personally have had the best experience with the staff and I appreciate them because they really have their work cut out for them but they still come to work every day to keep these apartments great!

I am employed at Bridge at Loyola however I have been a resident since November 2022. I love this property and the community here.I love my apartment and love making it my own. this property was built in June 2022 so they are still fairly new, and very modern. I love that the property offers spacious floor plans with the open concept such as the B2 & C1 & even the D1. The property has honestly gotten so much better since we got our new community manager & lead maintenance ,they are great!!

The parking garage is not only convenient but also spacious, the complex exudes a peaceful atmosphere, and the office employees demonstrate exceptional professionalism and friendliness. The property itself is truly beautiful and possesses a unique charm. I highly recommend this apartment complex as a wonderful place to call home.

Im going on two years here and I love it!My place is big enough for my family and if anything is needed maintenance wise they are quick to come help. Office staff is wonderful, they’re very helpful and know me and my kids very well and treat us like family. (Hannah) is my son’s bestie. Thanks for being so kind and helpful! The whole process of getting in was quick and easy and they’re very understanding and helpful if any problems come up. Can’t wait for another year!

I Love the office staff and my neighbors. I dont have any issues I have been living here over a year now and i must say this is the best apartments Ive stayed in within a 10 miles radius of of 78724. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking.

The staff help as much as they can and are very nice and they always try to answer my questions when I have any. The maintenance always talks to me nicely and we never seem to have any problems overall. They always try to help keep the grounds clean but there’s only so much they can do.

I live here for almost a year and I would like to say I would recommend it to my family and friends it’s a beautiful place to live I love the floor plan and the space I have it’s a very nice community it’s no different than anywhere else every place have flaws but one thing I can say is the office staff is awesome and also management cause if you have any concerns he will address it as he should . I love my place and I will be renewing my lease Thanks

These are great apartments. Every question I have and email I have sent concerning my apartment or about the complex is answered promptly. The staff is very nice, especially Hannah. Great price.

The staff are friendly and helpful, there is a pool and covered parking! The only drawback is there are some undesirable tenants that leave trash in common areas and cause damage to the complex ie fire extinguishers, exit signs etc.....

I love how the apartment is very quiet, you won’t hear too much noise outside, everyone is very respectful. The people in the front office are also very friendly and are very helpful when you need help.

I would like to share my experience, while I had became overwhelmed with looking for new place to live & after countless applications filled out. I decided to go by the Bridge apartments, from word of mouth and I am so glad I did. Hannah, was extremely helpful and professional while I had number of questions, Hannah, DEFINITELY helped eased my worries and did it with a smile. Only small issue is, Ive applied online but there seems to be small glitch on the system, keep saying we are unable to complete screening at this time therefore, my application is not able to process. I will call on Monday to speak with management. Overall, beautiful new apartment complex with great professional staff. Thanks Hannah, for showing highly professionalism and kindness as well as answering all my questions.Angela VThank you,

The truth is, I love these apartments, the people in the office are very friendly and the maintenance people are also the only thing that the children are very naughty and they are the ones that throw away the garbage and they knock and knock on the doors and elevator. I dont know why they dont try to take care of it. If everything is nice, lets help it so that it stays nice and clean.
