Moving can be such a stressful milestone, but the office team here made the entire process so much easier. Nikita, Denise, and Ammy have all been incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into my new home.The complex itself is well-maintained and feels like a great place to settle in.     I had a wonderful experience today with Denise the leasing consultant in the office. She was very accommodated, gave us a thorough tour, and was able to answer all of our questions. Denise worked with us hand-in-hand to help us fill out the application for a speedy move in. Very pleased.

    While in search of a property I came across this property and decided to check it out. While viewing, I had the pleasure of interacting with the property manager and this interaction alone makes me want to choose this property. I love when the staff is pleasant and helpful because that tends to trickle over into the health and maintenance of the property!!!!!!

    Lea helped me through the process of the application, allowing me to use their office computer. Denise was tirelessly assisting through the process that had me calling every other day for my approval with appliance seven to fourteen day wait, which took the entire fourteen days. Due to the holidays, she said it could be two weeks. On the day of my move in, I had to drive a little over two hours to get here. Though the office closed at six pm. Lea called to make sure I was still coming and told me if it was only 6:22 p.m., that one person would still be there to wait for my arrival. Denise and Nikkita walked me through the paperwork and answered all my questions. I was finishing up around seven pm, never did I feel rushed. When I needed understanding for managerial manners, Nikkita was right there to explain that to me thoroughly. She made sure I was satisfied with my choice of a three bedroom. Though these homes are brand new,there can still be challenges. However, Nikkita and her staff are here for my needs and my neighbors seven days a week, ready to assist. I have to say if you want a high-quality home and a friendly and hardworking staff this the place! Love it here at Bridge at Estancia, located at 1100 Avenida Mercado Street. You better hurry. This place is filling up quickly. I cant wait to use the beautiful amenities. Tell them Erika sent you.

    I absolutely love living at Bridge Apartments! The staff is always friendly and helpful, Ammy is the best,and maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly. The grounds are well-maintainedEven with construction going on. I always feel that my needs are met here. And not just overlookedMy apartment is spacious and modern, with updated appliances and fixtures. I love the open layout and natural light that floods in through the large windows. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major highways.Overall, I would highly recommend Bridge Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.

    Just moved in recently and couldn’t be happier with my choice. I love the modern kitchen in my cozy little apartment. I love sitting on my balcony over looking the pool. I thought was really cool on my move in day the manager (Casey/Cassie) came out and welcomed me home. Maintenance is really on top of it too and are always buzzing around and making the grounds and amenities look great. It’s also close shopping and some good restaurants. Happy, Happy, Happy!

    Estancia has become my first choice to lease my apartment. Ive been impressed by the overall quality and cleanliness of the apartment complex. The amenities are many and also of high quality. Parking seems to be well planned and the location is very good for proximity to my work and family.I have been very comfortable with the leasing office staff from my first visit to their helping me to get my lease approved. It seems that they care more than what Ive experienced at the other apartment complexes Ive looked at. In the end, this matters because I believe it to be an indicator of what one may expect when you are a resident.
