    Living at Breakers is like living at a resort. The apartments are nicely appointed and the grounds are amazing, most notably the huge pool with waterfalls and architectural features. The vibe of the complex is quiet and peaceful. The staff frequently arranges food trucks at dinner times and fun activities for the residents. They are all very friendly and responsive to needs. A special shout out to Robert in maintenance, who seems to be everywhere doing everything! I highly recommend Breakers as a wonderful place to live.

    Best community in Corpus and it’s all thanks to the staff. From maintenance to the office everyone pulls it together to make the stay at Breakers as pleasant as possible. The pool fountain is definitely nice to gaze at and the constant updates to the property as well as regular events all work very well together to set it apart from anywhere else in the local area. Special shout out to Jamie and Kristen!

    I began renting here when it was under different management and around then it was a good experience. Since the management change recently things have only improved all around. Remote gate control, key and code locked doors, great community events, great upkeep of the grounds. The front office staff are friendly and very professional. Kris has especially been great to us and is passionate about her work there. And of course the rooms themselves are great with updated appliances and variois floorplan options to suit your needs. I very much enjoyed my time here and would happily return in thr future.

    This is such an amazing property!Jaime and Lisa in the office are amazing leasing experts and are so good with Customer Service! We had a quick tour and everyone was so knowledgeable about the property. The property is absolutely stunning, safe, affordable and should not be missed! I do not usually rite google reviews, but will take the time out of my own schedule to do so if a company or organization went out of there way with their services!I am excited for all of the new upgrades coming and cannot wait to eventually be a resident at Breakers. Also, all of the other reviews definitely make me feel at ease when looking for a place to live.

    My family has lived here for almost a year. I HIGHLY recommend these apartments. Great apartment, great neighbors, great pool, great clubhouse. The gate and fences are always working and locked. Maintenace has quickly fixed minor issues. All prices and fees are all clearly stated. Lawns and grounds maintained beautifully. We looked all over Corpus at apartments. This place is a great deal for the price.

    I love living here! The property is well kept up with a beautiful pool area. Maintenence is quick to respond to service requests. Also, they host a bunch of fun events for adults and families and bring food trucks.

    The apartments are super nice and well taken care of. The property manager Melissa is amazing, words can’t describe how amazing she is!! Bella, Bryanna, and Desirae who also work there are so amazing as well and very helpful. They all know what they’re doing and are extremely helpful from the move in process to even after you’ve already moved in! Between how nice the apartments are and how helpful and friendly the staff is, this place is an amazing apartment complex to live at!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Breakers Apartment is one of the coolest places to live in. They have free coffee in the office and snacks. When there is a holiday, they do a little concert and bring food. This place is so cool.

    I am happy to report and genuinely proud to call Breakers Apartments home. In my opinion, this is hands down one of the most premier and best apartment complexes in Corpus Christi. I cannot say enough great things about this place, from the beautiful amenities (everyone would agree, best pool around), the peaceful environment, to the wonderful staff who works hard to keep this place operational. Shout out to the grounds crew for keeping this complex looking like paradise, as well as the ladies in the front office who continues to take such good care of us residents. Haley, Ellie, Bella, and Melissa, as I’ve come to know you all over the past 2 years, your beautiful personalities and positive attitudes are a refreshing breath of fresh air that is much needed in today’s world. 5/5 would agree that this is the best place to live in town.

    The living space is nicely decorated and has a very urban-modern look to it! The gates work properly which is something I was worried about living in another gated community but was very pleased to see they not only work but they have a remote to open the gate which is a nice feature. The community events I have yet to attend, but am very excited to participate! The staff team is a little short handed, but they have been working hard to meet the standards of quality customer service so a little patience goes a long way! The neighbors are polite about parking correctly in the parking stalls which is greatly appreciated. And having valet trash is a life saver! Overall, Breakers is starting to feel like a better fit for my lifestyle than my previous apartment.

    The Camden Breakers staff is so friendly and welcoming. On two occasions, I have visited with my friends and they have made me feel like part of the community. The Manager, Rosie and her entire team were so gracious offering food and cold drinks by their pool. I was so impressed we how they interacted with other customers and it was clear that everyone was happy and enjoyed living there. The landscaping is also very beautiful and so is the apartment home. I loved all the windows and they shared what the plans were for the exteriors. I am so impressed. A few residents came with their family and their pets and the staff knew them by name. I cannot wait to move to the US and be a part of such a positive and beautiful environment.

    Ever since we moved in a few months ago we have loved this community. Its been so quiet and peaceful. No longer do we have to listen to our neighbors through the walls or hear burnouts in the parking lot like at our last apartment. We also really enjoy the amenities that are provided like the gym and the pool. Having a washer and dryer already provided in the unit is also a huge plus. The one bedroom is the perfect size for a young couple. A huge shout out to the staff for being so wonderful and making our complex feel like a home!

    Before moving to Corpus Christi I was apartment hunting for about a month. Every apartment complex I called was a hassle until I found this place. The apartments are nice but the service is phenomenal. Ellie was and still is amazing! After one call I knew this place was perfect. Ellie helped me get set up, find movers and even gave me a list of places to check out while here. I have moved many times before and this move was by far the smoothest thanks to her. Any maintenance I’ve had to call in all got fixed within 24hrs. I love it here at breakers!

    My husband and I have been living at Breakers for about 1 month now, and I have only great things to say! Bella was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire moving process. She answered all of my questions, and I had alot! The apartments themselves are very cozy. When we moved in, one of the doors was a little off it’s hinges so we put in a work order to have it fixed. Maintenance showed up less than an hour later to fix it! Absolutely loved how quick they were to respond.

    The entire Breakers team is absolutely amazing. Melissa, Bella, Bryanna and Des are the wonderful ladies that will greet you in the office and truly make you feel like family. The maintenance team Bert, John, Robbie and Pedro are all so nice and helpful. Im always greeted by them if they see me outside with a wave, smile and hello. This team always goes above and beyond for you and Im so happy I chose to make Breakers my new home.

    I recently moved into this beautiful community and am highly satisfied with the kind and professional office staff esp. Ellie and Haley who helped me out through this process. The one bedroom apartment I moved into was in a great condition and met every expectation. The grounds and outdoor areas are well kept and taken care of. The service department has been fast and supportive. I will update my review in a few months with more details. Currently waiting for a covered parking spot to free up.

    I have been renting here since October 2021 and have loved it! In addition to their awesome amenities such as a 24-hr gym, pool, and community events! The events organized by the awesome staff and their commitment to making sure the residents have everything they need, truly has made me feel at home. I moved from out of town and each of the staff members have been wonderful. Haley and Ellie are both responsive and help me when I ask them questions, even so kind to place my packages inside my apartment when I am out of town. Haley made sure all my needs were met when I was getting my lease situated and always clarified my questions. Ellie made sure I js all my “welcome home” needs met and gave me a list of local restaurants to try and also all the instructions and support when getting set up. They are always there to help! During the community events and when stopping by they always make feel welcomed! I can only say the same for Bella, she even shared some awesome nearby touristy spots to definitely check out during a weekend road trip when my family visits! Love my place and the amenities!!

    I’ve lived at Camden Breakers for about 14 months and just decided to renew my lease. I’ve had no problems at all with this complex, rather, a carefree experience. From my initial tour to move in and any ongoing needs I have had, the office staff and excellent maintenance team has been there for me. Courtney N. has personally aided me throughout my entire lease and we’re just now beginning to process of renewing my lease with another unit on site. She is extremely professional and totally personable. And maintenance is superb. I can submit a work order before I leave for work and the job is done by the time I get home. Living here has been a dream!! And the community is quiet, respectful, and friendly. Location doesn’t hurt either!!

    Let me just say that this isn’t paid advertisement.I’m a new resident and I’m just blown away by everything Breakers has done for me. I came from a local apartment and I wasn’t very impressed with what I got vs what I was shown and I had signed a year lease thinking I was getting something good. After the year I left and I wasn’t sure about where to go. My first stop was Breakers due to the high ratings. Of course, I always figured ratings on Google were 50/50 on accuracy. I was wrong and honestly even the reviews don’t give it justice. This is the best apartment community I have been in and the countless amenities on top of how amazing the recently remodeled apartments are. I was literally blown away by everything. The help I received from Hayley, Melissa and Elizabeth was amazing as well and they made me feel at home right away. Honestly, I was a little nervous about getting another local apartment due to the previous one I was in, but after being able to see what apartment I’d be living in I was convinced this was the spot. They helped me pick my place to be and they will definitely make sure it can be yours as well. My best decision of 2022 so far! From a great team to a great apartment community, what more can you ask for? 5 stars all around!

    This is our 2nd stay at now called Breakers. I was here when Camden used to own the property. The buildings were still yellow then! I have lived here for a total of 4 years and 3 months across 3 apartment units. So I feel like my review has some weight.I absolutely love it here. Grounds are well kept and very pet friendly. Quiet place, for the most part, everyone seems to mind their own business. The quality of apartment units themselves, after shopping around for a good deal, is right on par with some of the other high-end properties this side of Corpus Christi. You definitely feel like youre getting your moneys worth here. If the quality of the apartment doesnt sell you on Breakers then the leasing office personnel and maintenance crew DEFINITELY will. Honestly, thats really where Breakers shines best and why I have lived here for so long. I notoriously hear how incompetent leasing offices are and how they never pick up phones or give you the run-around when you need something. Across my 4 years and 3 months, I have NEVER had such an issue. It feels like theyre always available, super courteous, and helpful. The maintenance crew is just as outstanding. Bert, who leads the pack, has been at the property for a long time. When I moved back into town, I was excited when I heard he was still running maintenance because ALL my previous issues were not just fixed but fixed really quickly. So I knew maintenance was going to continue to be legit. I dont think I ever waited for more than a day or 2 to get something fixed. Ronny fixed my AC leak 3 hours after I had put in the request and I even had a new toilet installed within a day or so. Absolutely ridiculous. Good luck finding speedy service like that somewhere else. However, not everything is perfect. My only real issue here is the lack of recycling bins the property has. The closest one is about a 10 min walk from my door and its strictly cardboard. I feel like a recycling one should accompany every trash disposal bin. Other than that and overall, it is a pretty awesome place to live. I cant wait to renew my lease!

    Bryanna and Melissa provide my husband and I excellent service. Although they have hundreds of residents, they treat us as if we’re the center of the world; the tailored service is outstanding, they’re extra generous, and treat us as if we’re family. We look forward to the upcoming years living at Breakers Apartments, and will be enjoying our favorite complimentary chocolate muffins every morning!

    I want to start off by saying Ellie was amazing with the entire process. From the very first contact I had with her when I requested more information on Breakers, she was helpful, knowledgeable and very thorough. She answered every question I had before we moved in. We felt very welcome from the start and with every interaction with both Ellie and Haley.The overall apartment complex is perfect for us. Absolutely no sound gets thru the walls for us, compared to my last apartment dwelling. I was worried about being on the 2nd floor under the 3rd. But there is virtually no sound coming from above. The entire apartment unit is spacious. Having a washer and dry is a big plus!The amenities are great as well. 24hr gym was a big plus for us moving in. The pool is huge and has plenty of lounge space/ chairs/ tables and grills. Also, the extra events and services they have, are awesome.Im glad we have moved here. This was the best decision we made and I highly recommend giving it a chance!

    I have lived in Camden properties several different times in my life and have always been 100% satisfied with my living experience with them. Camden Breakers is by far one of the most beautiful properties in Corpus Christi. Their pool with the awesome outdoor kitchens is better than most resorts Ive visited across the country and the updated fitness center has the perfect mix of machines to keep anyone in shape. Although the property is beautiful and well maintained, the staff is what really was the deciding factor when it was time to renew my lease. It is evident that Rosie, the community manager, and her leasing and maintenance staff truly love their jobs with Camden. They are always courteous and go above and beyond to make sure that everything is always great. Whenever my disposal gets stuck or my air filter needs changing all I have to do is submit a request on their online resident website that morning and it gets taken care of within hours. They are constantly enhancing the community with outdoor grills, upgraded units with espresso cabinets, granite countertops, updated fixtures and bathrooms. Definitely worth every penny! Highly recommend Camden Breakers to anyone looking for a great living experience!

    Ive been a resident at Camden Breakers for just over a year and have had nothing but a positive and welcoming experience at this complex. The management staff makes a conscious effort to make sure the residents needs are fulfilled and their concerns are heard. The two maintenance requests Ive ever had were resolved in less than 24 hours. They have gone above and beyond to make this complex a great place to live. For example, they host family-oriented events for special holidays, provide the occasional breakfast taco as you leave for work or pizza as youre coming home, and take special pride in making sure the complex grounds look and feel like a safe and beautiful place to live. I would 100% recommend living here!

    Theres too many great things to list about these apartments. The best part is the staff that are taking care of you and the complex. They are incredibly friendly and often go the extra mile for their tenants, use the breakfast burrito and orange juice that they handed me as I was leaving for work this morning as an example. The maintenance staff is very experienced, friendly, and quick to respond if you have a problem.....though Im speaking from just hearsay because Ive literally never had a single problem in the entire time Ive lived here. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The pool is top of the line and very relaxing. And finally the apartments are very updated and extremely comfortable. The appliances are all updated and the AC unit keeps it nice and comfortable without breaking the bank thanks to an automatic timer. I could not be more pleased with these apartments and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    My family and I lived at the Camden Breakers apartments for almost 3 years. We highly recommend this apartment complex. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is super friendly, and maintenance request are responded to in a prompt manner. One of our favorite things about the Breakers is the beautiful pool. It is hands down the nicest pool in Corpus. The kiddie pool is great for little kiddos too. All round great apartment complex!!

    Camden Breakers is such a great place to live! Everyone is so nice and helpful and they truly care about your living experience! With a beautiful pool and an awesome gym, one can never be bored at Camden!     I recently moved to Corpus from Nebraska almost four months ago. I started my search for apartments online before I left Nebraska. Once I narrowed my search down to a couple of apartments online, I reached out to the management of those apartments for further information. It was the staff at Camden Breakers that were very delightful to speak with and they made it very easy for me to make the decision to go with their apartments. The staff made the entire process from the start of the online application until the day of signing for my keys, a very positive, proficient, and professional experience. And, that was just the beginning of a wonderful relationship, so far. Cozy, upgraded apartments, fantastic amenities, and great neighbors. Breakers is located in a terrific part of the city with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Again, Ive lived here for less than four months but my experience has been superb! I fully recommend you giving Camden Breakers a chance at easy, worry-free living!

    I just wanted to start off by saying I am not a current resident but I lived there starting about 10 years ago for about 4 years. I had to go yesterday to get some documents from my time as a resident there and all I can say is I am so glad Rosie is still there. She is so wonderful and Camden is very lucky to have her. you can easily tell that her top priority is customer service which is majorly important these days. The girls also in the office were wonderful and very friendly. If you are wondering about living here due to price, the only thing I have to say is that the office staff and Rosie the manager are absolutely wonderful and very nice to deal with. They will help you out as best they can so dont worry so much about price, you are getting a very supportive staff.

    It was an absolute pleasure to live here. The office staff was excellent. They were all incredibly friendly and would go out of our way to ensure that my wife and I had everything we needed. The maintenance staff was great as well and super friendly. The entire complex made our two dogs feel at home!

    Camden Breakers is a wonderful apartment complex! I have nothing but great things to say about my 2.5 years there. The management and team have created a great living experience and fostered a good community environment. The team is quick to respond to all requests and are utmost professionals at all times. Its rare to find a place where you can tell the team cares about each member of the community and takes the time to know each and every person. I highly recommend this community to all!

    The best office & maintenance staff I have ever encountered, hands down. Every time I have ever called the office or walked in I have felt cared about. Everyone is incredibly friendly. Maintenance requests are completed in lightening speed. I have a dog and he loved seeing everyone that works at Camden Breakers. I am going to miss them terribly as I relocate to a new city. Amenities are top notch there. Gym, pool, dumpsters, doggie waste areas, apartment grounds, and everything in between is kept up with so well, its impressive. Unlike any area I have lived in in Corpus or Kingsville or even Round Rock, TX. Keep it up guys!!!

    Its a very nice complex, but could be pricey to live here on your own. If you have a roommate, this place will be excellent. Any maintenance issues Ive had were promptly dealt with (AC crapping out and, a few times, ants). The office staff is quality. If youre stationed here, its only a 15 minute drive to base (20 if the gate traffic is excessive). The pool is probably the nicest Ive seen in an apartment complex.

    Camden Breakers is a great apartment complex located in a great part of town. All of the management staff are friendly and always easy to reach. They have all really gone out of their way to make living here comfortable. The work that I do brought me, my wife and our daughter, who was 5 months old at the time, to the Corpus Christi area. As new comers to the area, we didn’t immediately know many people, and the staff was always available to help with suggestions and ideas of places to go and visit. We both like the “mixers”, or meet and greets, that they periodically host. Not only did this allow us to meet other residents who we probably would not have met, but they also had some local beers/ wine tasting and pizza for everyone. My wife enjoys stopping by the clubhouse for coffee, and a chat and they are never too busy to entertain the baby. We feel very safe here, and the complex is generally very quiet. The neighbors we’ve met are friendly, sociable and respectful of one another’s need for quiet. The apartment complex is very well taken care of. The landscaping is always well manicured, trees trimmed, and no trash or debris lying around. We feel like we live in a resort everyday with the beautifully landscaped pool area with waterfalls. This is our favorite area to hang out and grill even when you’re not swimming. There is a workout room, which is always clean and all of the equipment is new and well cared for.We have not had any major problems with the apartment. However, when small issues arise, the maintenance staff has always been quick to respond and respectful of our furnishings.We cannot say enough good things about the living experience here at Camden Breakers. Being a 20 minute drive to the beach is a nice plus too!!Brian & Melissa

    Nine months ago, I walked in to the front office in distress over a pending divorce. From the moment I walked in, I was amazed at the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff. I have had a wonderful experience living at the Camden Breakers..... my every need has been met in a timely and courteous manner. The staff is professional , knowledgeable and helpful . I would definitely recommend the Camden Breakers to anyone looking for a pleasant and friendly living experience.

    We just happened upon this complex at the slast second after thoroughly researching where our new place should be on our transfer here. Rosie is such a thoroughly sweet, helpful, and genuine person to work with. She gave us a tour of the facility and helped my husband find a dry cleaner. She remembers our names and asked after we moved in about our adjustment, needing anything, and being such a sweet person to offer us stuff to tide us over after learning about our moving truck delay.All the women in the front office are very nice and helpful with anything weve needed. The maintanence staff us quick to respond to to request and super courteous when in the unit and out.Special note: We evacuated for Hurricane Harvey. The staff made sure to update every one on the procedures and as news came across. They have everyone in a program too that unites the complex on one platform called Active Building. My fellow occupants who decided to stay kept posting updates as they saw or learned things. What can be an extremely stressful time was greatly alleviated by a cohesive neighborhood cooperation and friendliness which I will be forever grateful.

    Lived here, while stationed at NAS Corpus Christi.Rooms and facilities were great with new construction externally. It is in a great location near HEB, multiple restaurants, and gyms. The staff made our time extremely pleasant and helped us with any problems we had in a timely and professional manner.     Maintenance and landscaping are better compared to most of other apartments in this area. Leasing office and hard workers were always very generous in helping a lot of small requests. Of course rent is little bit much but I think it pays off. HEB near here opens 24 hours and also there is a 24/7 gym across the street. I enjoy living here.

    My family and I are from Houston and completely unfamiliar to the Corpus Christi area. When we visited the Camden Breakers Apartments we were greeted by Gabriella Trevino. She was more than an excellent representative. She went through the quotes of the various apartments we were interested in and answered every single question we had very thoroughly. She also took us on a tour of the apartment when asked. Not only did she do these things, but she went out of her way to give us tips on how to navigate the area. After the initial visit she followed up and made sure to let us know of upcoming available units, with quotes included, that fit my needs. My experience here was amazing and if you ever stop by please ask for her because she is excellent.

    Went to visit my cousin here at the breakers. I love the layout of his apartment. He showed me the pool and weight room. While at the pool he was greeted by a maintenance manager member and he was friendly and acknowledge him by his name (which I thought was awesome). I will be in the market in a year or less and I will definitely be looking into the breakers. Loved the pool!!!!

From day one, the fabulous staff: Georgia, Bella, & Courtney, have been genuine, kind, helpful, and have gone above and beyond to be there for me no matter the situation. Rosie, Breakers manager, is highly professional and multitalented. Her bubbly personality is contagious and makes my day everytime I see her.     Been at apartment for 18 months. Great customer service. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Apartment is quiet for the most part. Only gave it a 4.5 star because of the construction that was going on since Ive been here. They do give plenty of notice and try coordinate as much as possible.

    Well my husband been here since 2008 we meet in 2013 i had my own apt but was spending most of my time over here i like my apt it was brand new and very large but still i was over here and i loved it here so i moved in with him and we been here for 12 yrs soon to be 13 i love that the trash is pickup and the request are fix fast love the stuff the only thing i notice that have change is that the building and sidewalks have not been power washed and that used to happen and for the last yr or so it have not and the building or nasty now and thats something that didnt happen here it was done at least every 3 months so i would like to see nice clean buildings and sidewalks without the worms and bird pop on them otherwise love it here
