Braunfels Place is a very comfortable place. We like our apartment. The rent is as good as it gets for apartment living.The staff is great. Maintenance is great. I have been ill most of the time we have lived here— off and on, so I have not been out and about much. I think my husband and I would be more active if there was a calendar with events or activities published each month. I do not get on the Braunfels Place website very often but if I had a calendar it would help.

Living here is awesome, the apartments are wonderful. From the outside each apartment(thats not connected) has the the shape of a home which makes it like you have/Live in a home. The interior is wonderful as well, I like that the floors are wooden. The only floor carpeting is inside the bedroom. I love that because its much easier to keep your apartment clean cause you only need to vacuum the bedroom.The apartments comes with closet compartments to install a washer and dryer and the apartment comes with built-in dish washer.You are literally within 15 minutes of stores and parks. H.E.B is across the street from the apartments, Walgreens is a minute from H.E.B sitting on the corner of Walnut, Walmart is 3 minutes tops from the apartments and Creekside shopping center is 10 minutes away. You also have Landa and Fisher park both within 10 minutes of the complex. Theres a bowling alley too! across the street.Lastly the management staff is AWESOME, OUTSTANDING, WONDERFUL. Brigitte and Roxanne are simply amazing 👏 they understand the life situations of the tennants and are amazing at working with the tennants to address and resolve any concerns a tennant may have.Brigitte and Roxanne will put on community apartment events from time to time to make the tennants feel like one. From time to time aBrigitte and Roxanne will schedule different food trucks to come onto the property to offer free food or at a super low price.The complex is amazingly quite, what I love, is apartment neighbors thru out the complex are very considerate of one another, you never hear it getting too loud.During the year, especially during the different holidays, they will schedule events; like the community Christmas party that is sometimes held at the office or across the street at the bowling alley.Theres a Thanksgiving party held, Halloween costume contest party and other community events held to help make the tennants love living here. Roxanne and Brigitte are the BEST managers!! a apartment complex can have and they are AMAZING in making tennants feel valuedMan!! I forgot about Eddie, the maintenance technician for the apartments, he is awesooooooome!!! if theres an issue with your apartment Eddie will resolve it fast!!Sorry for the looooong review, simply put Braunfels place is a great 👍🏿 place to live

Honestly, this was THE BEST experience ive had with an apartment complex!Roxanne made the entire move in process so stress free, considering some bumps in the road on my end 😅. She handled everything beautifully and really made me feel taken care of!We just moved in and the apartment is AMAZING! Stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, HUGE master closet and nice size bathrooms.I could go on and on about all the good here! Highly recommend Braunfles Place Apartments!!

From quick chats to warm waves, these folks make living here an absolute joy.What I appreciate the most about Braunfels Place Apartments is the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. As someone who works from home, having a quiet environment during my workday is crucial. The neighbors are respectful, and Ive never encountered any noise issues.But wait, theres more—the dog-friendliness here is off the charts! The management team truly understands the importance of our furry companions. They even keep dog treats in the office and shower my pups with love and attention every time we drop by. Ive met some incredible dogs (and their amazing owners) here, and weve become fast friends. We share stories, tips, and have the best doggy playdates.While the property is already fantastic, theres one particular enhancement that would truly elevate it—a dedicated dog park. Just envision a space where our furry friends can roam, play, and socialize to their hearts delight. Its the only aspect that gives me pause when considering whether to renew my lease soon. I genuinely hope that this addition becomes a reality in the near future, as it would be a compelling reason for me to extend my stay here.Braunfels Place Apartments is an exceptional place to call home. Braunfels Place rocks! The staff is super welcoming, the community is clean, quite, and neighbors are respectful. All maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Fabian, our maintenance guy is so kind and thoughtful on top of being thorough and very knowledgeable about our property. We absolutely love living here!

Moved down from Connecticut and all the arrangements for the lease was done on the phone or online. Roxanne and Bridget made the process very easy. Pleasant and Professional. Apartment is very nice. Braunfels Place has been a great home for us while we have been waiting for our homes construction to be completed. Roxann, Alex and Fabian are sincere and genuine - they are what makes Braunfels Place feel like home and so much more than just a place to live. We needed someplace close to where we are building, pet friendly for our friendly pet and reasonably priced. Braunfels Place hits on every criteria. We couldnt have asked for a better experience. Well miss you, but we wont be far, so well be back - keep those treats handy for Riley.

I have been living here since February of 2021, and let me tell you this is by far one of the best places I’ve lived. The staff is always ready to help with whatever your needs may be. Alex, Roxanne, and Fabian are absolutely amazing. So if you’re looking for a place to call home, Braunfels Place, is the place.

The staff is nothing less of AMAZING. I have never had such a friendly experience when moving to a new place. The property is well kept and clean and the unit are gorgeous inside and out. Alex and Ali (the office staff) are very easy to talk to and they have been so helpful with my moving process. Love this place!

Lived here for about 2 years , easiest move I have ever had , Maintenance is always prompt and perfect , front office is always so kind and welcoming. For a single dad and trying to survive living they’ve always had my back and made my life easier. Appreciate everything from this place , highly recommended.

Have lived here for over 8 years. Must be pretty happy. Have gone through several personnel changes and have enjoyed wonderful relationships with them all. They have all been fun loving yet very professional. This is a nice, quite facility and a wonderful place to live. Think we will stay awhile.

We just had a pizza and drink party here yesterday and me and my family had a awesome time. The apartments payed so we all got free pizza and a few mixed drinks. Had a great time and definitely looking forward to the next party.

After living here for 18 months, I can definitely say it is THE Place to live! The staff is friendly and accommodating. And they have fun activities to get to meet your neighbors! Clean property and mowed lawns!

Lived here for a few months now. Parking is kind of poor but that is recently been fixed. Maintenance is the best Ive ever experienced here. Overall a great place to live, low noise level.
