Awesome community! Hannah and Stephanie were great to work with, they were very welcoming and made the process comfortable. It feels like a resort when I am poolside! I love movie nights and the different food trucks they bring on property. The leasing office engages with residents and that is a plus!

I worked with Hannah at this property and she so sooooo amazing! I love my new townhome/apartment. It’s so spacious and sleek. I love how everything is opened through an app. The property is very clean and quiet. I feel very safe and I love using my garage. Helotes is such a great area and everything I need so very close by.

Amenities on amenities on amenities! Birdsong is awesome! Phenomenal pool area with a beautiful lounge, Clubhouse that makes me feel like I’m in an oasis, and a fitness center that makes me want to actually commit (starting Monday). I can’t get enough. Stephanie was great and professional- patient as well, answering all my questions. I’m recommending this property to all my friends. It’s a perfect community that balances fun and relaxation. Definitely happy to be here

Had the best experience touring with Stephanie! She really takes the time to listen to all your wants and needs and made us feel really heard. The community is gorgeous and just an awesome concept in general. The private driveways are a cool plus on some of their homes too and the amenities are so awesome! Great team overall!

I toured Birdsong at Sonoma Ranch recently and had a really enjoyable experience. Their team was super knowledgeable about the entire property and the information. Hannah and Stephanie were so welcoming and easy to speak with. The property stood out above the other properties I toured not only because of the design but the extremely put together leasing office!

This is a beautiful property and the staff is so sweet. I toured Sonoma Ranch and right away felt so welcomed by the team. Hannah and Stephani were amazing (and very stylish). They answered all of my questions and did a great job presenting the units. Unfortunately there wasnt availability around my time frame but I definitely recommend Birdsong and will be keeping it on my list for the future!

Birdsong Sonoma is an amazing place to live at. Not only is the location beautiful, along with the great amenities, but the staff are some of the most friendly people I’ve met. They don’t treat you like a transaction, the care about finding the perfect place for you and your needs while making sure to answer any questions you have. Want to shoutout Stephanie and Hannah, they both helped me out and made sure everything went smoothly. 10/10 place!

I absolutely love Birdsong Sonoma! This is not your typical apartment style complex, it’s got a small village feel and each home feels independent of the other units. They’re stylish and charming! You’re not cramped on top of each other and the amenities are so beautiful and top tier. And all of the agents and managers are so helpful and kind! I highly recommend Birdsong Sonoma!

Took a tour of these apartments and was absolutely blown away by my experience.The apartments themselves are beautiful and in a great location, however the help I received by Hannah was equal to none. She went above and beyond all my expectations and answered all my questions with a smile on her face. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental with helpful staff!

The apartment complex itself with super clean and beautiful but what really sold us was the employees. I really recommend this apartment and Hannah Ramirez for making our tour go smoothly ! Absolutely loving our new Farmhouse. We get so many compliments on it from friends and family. Staff is attentive and pleasant. Community is well kept crossing my finger it will stay this way, would love to stay for a few years!
