My overall experience has been great! I did have a few issues here and there. However, I always make reports of my issues or concerns and they are addressed and handled promptly! The property itself is new and the staff is amazing! I’m personally not a fan of apartment living (I love a single property home and attached garage). However, I came to the property at a time my life was changing rapidly. I don’t know how long I will stay but I must say that the property manager Leslie makes it a really hard decision for me to move. She has been the most supportive, caring and professional person I’ve ever encountered while leasing. She goes out of her way to ensure that her residents are taking care of! I can say, if life finds me somewhere else, I will always refer individuals seeking a new home to Birchway Spring Cypress.

The management team is responsive and friendly, always addressing any concerns promptly. The community is quiet and welcoming, with beautifully landscaped grounds that create a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it’s a great place to call home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience!

I been living here awhile now and I must say I like this place.However, lets dive into the pros and cons.Pros-:friendly staff, very helpful.:Decent rent compared to California.:Friendly neighbors:Great events created by the leasing office.:food trucks on the weekend: amazing fitness center: pretty good size pool (even though its hardly cleaned): awesome property manager. Goes above and beyond.:nice size units: maintenance responds fastCons-:Too many kids playing in the middle of the parking lot unattended.:Too many neighbors smoking weed in the parking lot (LITERALLY EVERYDAY):too many animals roaming around unleashed.:Too many people leaving cigarette buds in the hallways.:too many people leaving pet poop on the grass and behind the bushes.: being forced to pay for fetch service 😞: the gate not working half the time.: no speed bumps or stop signs.Recommendations -:just give us a code to enter the gate.: there should be a weight limit on dogs being on the 2nd and 3rd floor.:get rid of fetch. Its really a waste of our money. Imagine ordering from Amazon, then pay for it to be shipped to a fetch Warehouse, then having it delivered here.: get stop signs and speed bumps. Too many people driving over 15 mph in the parking lot.:put up more cameras so you can catch all the people violating the smoking policy. Especially the weed smokers.:place a $500 fine for anyone caught smoking or not cleaning up after their pet.: give out rewards for people catching residents violating the smoking and pet policy.(They are literally ruining this property)

Birchway is exceptional. The leasing staff has made our transition smooth and worriless. The amenities are grand to say the least. It is a pleasant and beautiful place to live with convenient access to local banks and groceries stores. It is a great community. Come and be our neighbor!

I visited the apartments and was impressed by the place. The service was excellent, and Joyce was very professional. She thoroughly explained the amenities and contract details. I truly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this place.

One thing about it you can’t satisfy everyone since my move in I haven’t had any problems. No loud noises but again these are apartments not a home of course you might hear something every now and then. They have events I love they’re very involved with the people they welcome into their community. They provide flexible ways to pay your rent if you’re not able no month if needed. Pricing for 2bd is not as high as most places I have encountered. Now only I do wish the kitchen was better maybe an island piece other than that it’s something it decent. I love my stay at Birchway Springs!!

She expertly guided me through the move-in process and handed over the keys, making the transition into my new home smooth and stress-free.Hurricane Beryl ResponseJust two days after I moved in, Hurricane Beryl hit, causing some damage to the property and a temporary power outage. Despite these challenges, the Birchway Spring Cypress team exceeded my expectations. As soon as power was restored, the maintenance team was out in force, doing damage control and assisting residents before many of us even woke up. Their dedication was evident, even though many of them were still dealing with power outages in their own homes.Post-Storm SupportLeslie, the Community Manager, addressed my concerns with incredible empathy and a genuine willingness to help with anything I needed post-storm. Her support and professionalism were truly reassuring during a challenging time.Final ThoughtsThroughout my entire experience, not for one second did I ever feel unsupported by the Birchway Spring Cypress team. Their care, professionalism, and dedication to residents are truly awe-inspiring. If youre looking for a new home, I highly recommend Birchway Spring Cypress. Despite moving in just two days before the storm hit, I have felt nothing but supported and cared for by the entire team.5 stars

Staff is amazing. Maintenance request are quick and Maintenance tech are knowledgeable. I recommend Miss Latora for appartment lease rest of the team is good too. They have a security walk around the whole night. Appartments are beautiful.They only concern is some people leave their pets out without leash which could be dangerous. i believe there should be strict rules pets should be on the leash until they are outside. I would still leave 5 star reviews because I know the Birchway team is working hard to improve our experience.Regards,New Resident

They communicate , they are friendly , the atmosphere here is great. For the most part everyone stays to themselves and is friendly when walking by. Latora and Aileen are awesome , Latora is amazing she communicates and she’s really kind. Aileen is really great she’s really kind I appreciate the both of them.

I’ve lived here almost a year now and I absolutely love this apartment community. Management goes above and beyond hosting several events for us monthly, maintenance is quick no matter the time of day or night & the property is beautifully maintained. I always see security at night walking or driving around as well which I appreciate.

From the beginning, the ladies in the office especially Ms.Morgan, was very helpful! That alone made me excited to move In. Once I seen the layout of the apartment and the cleanliness of everything, I just knew I had to move in! Now I’m trying to get all of my family moved in here!

I had the warmest welcome from Leslie who was so kind when I came through the door. She helped me out and answered every question I had about the area and the apartments. She showed me the layouts and I was excited to see that they had what I needed. The maintenace supervisor was super kind as well when he offered to help me get into my car after I managed to lock my keys inside. I have never wanted to live at a place so much in my life and it is all from the personal experience I received from the staff.
