    Ive lived at Birchway Perry Road for almost 6 months now and have had an amazing experience. The community is cleaned daily and the leasing staff is very helpful when I need anything. I will definitely be renewing my lease.

    Nicole was amazing she was very knowledgeable of her job and very pleasant. It was her know how that sold me on the apt I actually had just had a bad experience with a previous apt location and she made me feel so welcomed. I will be making my decision tonight!     The entire staff is so welcoming, patient, open and supportive. They will inform you of exactly what best suits your needs. Jennifer was really sweet and helpful! Great energy. Certainly check them out if you’re in the market for a new place to call home.

    I am currently shopping around different apartments in Houston & was able to stop by Birchway. I loved the atmosphere of the community & I was greeted by Nicole who was amazing on our tour . She was so friendly & is the only leasing agent I came across that speaks Spanish so far!!! Loved it !!

    I toured a 1 and 2 bd! Both apts were smacious and a homey feeling. My tour guide was Jennifer, she sells the apt while making you feel welcome. Jennifer also helped with the financial aspect, she provides you with the information on what you are looking for.This apt has been added to my list! Great amenities and affordable rent.

    My partner and I are about to move into our new apartment at the Birchway Perry Road Apts and we are ecstatic. The application process is horrendous but I am very grateful for the Community Manager, Shirlita and the Leasing Manager, Terrie Booth for all their hard work. They both invested an enormous amount of time,energy,and effort in helping us out with the entire process. We couldnt have done it without them. Team work !

    I visited this property today for a 1br tour. Jennifer, my leasing consultant, was amazing! She walked me through the property and took her time to cover all the details in regard to pricing. The units are very nice and spacious. I love the flooring, closet, and large garden tub. Im definitely considering Birchway as my residence in the near future.

    Jennifer and chanteria are the best. The application process was a breeze, Jennifer helped every step and chanteria gave me my tour, they always answered the phone and worked with me before the big move. The staff here is amazing! I love it here the apartments are beautiful the location is great as well. Staff and maintenance are super helpful and friendly. I came all the way from Michigan and I made a great choice. The office is beautiful as well and the amenities they offer are phenomenal. Everything about Birchway so far is amazing and I would recommend to everyone!!!

    Awesome customer service, we were able to tour the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments which were beautiful, their closets are very spacious and kitchen has plenty of storage space. Jennifer and the rest of the staff were very helpful while we were filling out the application and they made sure our questions were answered. I had a toddler there with me and obviously she did not stay sitting down so their patience is very much appreciated. Definitely recommend you try these out.

    Came to look at this place seen it was new and it was really clean! Hate that they don’t offer airbnb or I would have definitely chosen them but Chanteria did an amazing job she was super informative and honest. The cleanliness, staff, and the gym is very nice! Great place. Hopefully they allow Airbnb in the future.

    I literally toured this complex the very first day they opened. Well i tried. The electronic entry to the model apartment wasn’t working that day. No biggie. Still walked the complex and went back a few days later to see the model apartment. Loved everything about it. The amenities, the apartments, the price! I applied asap. Took a little while because i recently started a new job and applied for the income based housing so it was a more in-depth process. But i got approved and I’m looking forward to moving in! Elizabeth and the entire office has been awesome during my process of being approved. They’ve been patient and consistent with keeping me informed on my status. Never once got mad or frustrated with me about all the calls and e-mails i made. They all deserve raises! Lol can’t wait to move in!

    Took a tour today at this complex. Jennifer explained everything about the apartment. Brand new place. Felt in love with the gas stove and huge tubs!!! Walk in closet . Inside mailbox, huge Gym with a kids room to play while we exercise. Once my lease up Im ready to move in.

    I love my apartment. Its spacious enough for me and its just me. Ms Chanteria went above and beyond for me. When I say she was my cheerleader she was everything! She returned calls, helped me see the apartments when I could not come in and physically view the apartment, she explained things to make sure that I was fully aware. She even at one point was telling me not to give up.My selling points were the gas stove and wooden floors throughout along with Ms Chanteria. She has been a Godsend from beginning to end to be honest. This place screams me and I love that.
