I recently toured this apartment complex and had a great experience, thanks to the amazing leasing agent, Sutton. She was friendly, informative, and made the entire tour enjoyable. The property itself is beautiful, with fantastic amenities, including a great gym, pool, and well-maintained common areas. Bonus points for the sauna! Everything exceeded my expectations, and Sutton made sure I had all the information I needed. I highly recommend checking this place out. It’s definitely at the top of my list!

I need 10+ stars not just 5. I need an apartment for quickly and from the moment we called Bexley until we signed our lease. It has been a wonderful experience. Christi and Cassidy were extremely helpful and very informative. They made the application process a breeze.We love the location of Bexley, its walking distance from all of the fun places by The Star. We also love that the apartments are interior. The apartments are very nicely designed and a huge plus is a washer and dryer is included.We are extremely pleased. Thank You Bexley!

We moved in just last month and our initial experience has been a truly great one. While the initial application process and registration was a bit cumbersome, everything else has been great. Christi, at the leasing office, was absolutely fantastic to work with and the first time we requested maintenance, someone was here to take care of our issue almost immediately. Great location, great staff, awesome gym, pool, and common areas. Truly been a pleasant experience so far and were happy to have picked Bexley Frisco Station!

My fiancée and I have toured and lived in several apartments over the last 6 years. Over time I’ve been able to pick up on things apartments try to hide, such as lack of cleanliness or damages to the complex. Today my we toured this property with Christi and were extremely pleased with our experience. This is probably the most clean and organized property we have ever seen. We aren’t the type of people who need all of the best amenities, but this complex truly has great amenities.Christi was awesome. She was extremely personable, kind, and easy to talk to. She is also very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of our questions. She also informed us that her and the other leasing agents all work as a team, and even if she wasn’t available via email, someone would still be able to reach out to us.Although we haven’t moved in yet, we fully plan on doing so. Our experience at this property exceeded our expectations.

I recently toured the Bexley apartment community with my mom in search of a new home for her. This community truly impressed me with its amenities and floor plans. From the moment we stepped into the leasing office, the welcoming atmosphere was evident and Jhoanna from the office staff was very friendly and helpful. We toured many communities and Bexley was the BEST by far!!! I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the market for a new home!

Amenities are comparable to others in the area. Location is Superb if youre a fan of The Star District in Frisco, TX. While they are nice and pricey, unfortunately, as with most newer apartments, insulation was not a priority, despite its upscale classification. Youll hear every step, conversation, music, tv, etc. Dont live here with expectations of not hearing your neighbors and youll be fine. Aside from that, I love it and you will too.

Weinstein Properties has great properties in North Texas. I’ve loved living at both their property in Grapevine and now Frisco. Things, as they should, malfunction or break but the team takes care of everything in a timely manner. Yes, things do malfunction (as technology and machines do), yes you will hear people, yes there are people who don’t care about helping maintain the property as they should, but all of that is part of living in an apartment community. The leasing staff is wonderful, Christi and Joanna are knowledgeable and kind. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, Aj and Salomon are awesome at what they do. I cant wait to renew my lease here in the winter time.

Bexley Frisco was the best apartment Ive ever had. The location is fantastic and they are constantly building new bars and restaurants around the area, many in walking distance. The Star has events all the time. The CMAs were there with a free country concert in walking distance. Our apartment was in great condition, any issues we ran into were solved quickly by maintenance. I will say that the parking garage door would occasionally break and stay open but it really didnt impact much. They have cameras at the entrance and a police station down the street so it feels very safe. The staff in the office are the best, especially Christi. They actually care about you and make this place feel like a home. They were accommodating to us whenever we needed help and would also put on fun events like free food trucks and dogs parties for the residents. Were going to miss it and will definitely consider it again if we move back to Frisco.

I lived at Bexley for over 2 years and I can truly say these are the best apartments I have ever lived in. The management takes each and every concern of residents very seriously. The leasing team specially Audriana and Christi are super responsive and go out of the way to help you out. The apartments have helped me with very issues in these 2 years including middle of the night apartment lock outs, emergency maintenance issues etc.the maintenance team is very quick. They take cleanliness of the community very seriously as well. Any kind of noise complaints are handled as and when made. Bexley also doesn’t have any additional fees for amenities they provide that other apartments in the area charge for.My move out was very smooth and like a breeze.I would come back to live for sure! I moved to Frisco about 4 months ago from Austin, TX. It was a big move and I couldn’t be more thankful to say I have no regrets and credit a lot of that to my experience living at the Bexley. The staff here including maintenance is unmatched and even quickly found friends and a little community within that made my move so much easier too. It’s also worth mentioning that my parents have lived at the Bexley for over 2 years in one of their beautiful two stories, so being that there are 3 family members here happily, says quite a bit!

I’m shopping around for a new place and recently toured the Bexley. Audriana was the agent who assisted me. She asked me what I was looking for and actually listened. She was smart, helpful and friendly. She showed me my options based on the things I had told her, and she showed me 3 great apartments. This is the first time I actually had an agent listen and do their best to get me the place I’m dreaming of. Thank you for all of your help! I plan on signing with you by the weekend. Great job!

This is an amazing complex to live at with wonderful amenities in a great location! The staff were very helpful when it came to tours of different model units and they have great specials every now and then that make this complex much more affordable than other apartments in the area. Security is amazing as well, each entry door requires a key in order to access any part of the building. Interiors to the units are very new, with modern appliances and nice layouts! The pool is somewhat small, but it’s in a beautiful courtyard area with a lounge area and grills which is great for a summer day by the pool. From the staff to the amenities to the units, this place is GREAT!

Ive lived at the Bexley for almost 2 years - I cannot say enough great things! All the hallways and common areas are clean, I have never had issues with my packages (even when they have had to leave them at my door vs. a locker). There are many walking paths, and I have always felt so safe here. The staff is friendly and always visible and present if/when you need help. Would definitely recommend living here!

We have been living here for one year now and recently renewed our lease. The location is great, amenities are nice, but the Team at Bexley Frisco Station are the best! We had some issues when we first moved in, but all issues were resolved. You may have read some bad reviews, but the difference in making things right is with communications. The Leasing Manager, Kelly, stays busy to make sure the property is well managed and does take input from Residents. We have always communicated any issues, and all issues are resolved when the Leasing Office Team is made aware. Jade Marie and Natalie are great Advocates for the Community and always there to help out too. All of our maintenance requests have been completed within one day of submitting a request. The Community events are a great way to connect with Neighbors and the Bexley Frisco Station Team. Overall, Bexley Frisco Station is a great place to call home!

I had the pleasure of touring the Bexley Frisco Station property with Christi on a Saturday. By Monday i signed a lease on a beautiful unit that has everything I’ve been searching the area for, with the bonus of not being mortgage-comparable. The walkability factor in the Frisco Star area + no steak dinner amenity fees ($0) for all of the unique amenities offered is second to none. Safe area, convenient access to DNT/121, well maintained inside/out, great layout options and the excellent hospitality/communication with Christi & Audriana made my next move an easy decision ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have lived at station house since August of 2019. I could not be happier as a resident of this wonderful little community. Its a great property with great amenities and a superlative staff led by Kelly and Stacy. Along with the rest of the staff, they are super helpful and always ready to go the extra mile when you have a request or need assistance. In particular, Stacy is a great asset to the community. As the assistant property manager, she is the one who originally help me find my apartment. And she is always there, with a smile on her face, and ready to help whenever I need something. She is cheerful professional and responsive. I love living at station house and look forward to more good times over the next few years at this wonderful community.

My boyfriend and I came in randomly wanting to look around, not even sure if they had time, but Christi at the leasing office was genuinely so sweet and helpful. I love living here!!!! I toured the apartments with Stacy back before they opened. She was so sweet and welcoming and has been that way ever since. The property is beautiful and is in such a great location I love being able to walk over to the star and Im looking forward to all of the new hotels and restaurants that are coming this way. This is by far the nicest apartment and I was very surprised that the price was so reasonable. I have lived in comparable apartments in Dallas and Atlanta. There are great amenities and best of all the staff is absolutely wonderful!

It’s been a long time since we have lived in apartments and have never live in any this nice. It’s a quiet, peaceful place(contrary to the reputation apartments have) yet so much around to do just walking distance. Sandy was great from the beginning, the showing, the application process and moving in. As crazy and competitive as the market is she still made us feel like we were people worth talking to. Our family loves running into the staff here. It is going to be hard to move when the time comes.

I love the Station House. I downsized from a 4,000 house in Aug/18 and needed a short term housing solution until I purchased my new home. My realtor suggested I take a look at Station House and Im so glad I did. I was looking for a place that offered value for the price of the apartment. Station House knocked it out of the park. There are great amenities like a new gym with great equipment, viewing areas towards the Cowboys Practice Field. A teaching kitchen for cooking lessons which can be reserved for holidays when family comes to town. Station House is very very pet friendly. You are about a 300 yard walk to the Star Center for dinner or drinks. Maintenance issues are handled quickly. Parking is secured and reserved for the tenants. The Station House Staff is top notch. Smantha, Kelly and Sara are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issue that may come up. Rent your next apartment at Station House. You will be glad you did.

Management & maintenance have been great since move in. Anytime I have a maintenance request, it gets completed the next day. Salomon helped us with all of our maintenance services, he was fast and had a great attitude. It is such a change from our previous apartments. Great job Bexley!

I have had the most positive experience working with Kelli & Samantha with Station House. Throughout the entire process, they both have been swift in their responses (oftentimes responding after hours so I dont have to wait until the next day, and even staying late to work with me after my workday to get all the paperwork in line). When I toured the property with Samantha, it was really obvious that she had listened to what my chief concerns and needs are and took those into consideration when suggesting the right unit for me; I actually ended up choosing the one she suggested for me (which has a cheaper monthly rent than the original unit I thought I wanted from viewing online, which I think is the utmost proof that she really cares). I also really liked that the management team actually lives in the apartment community; so they have real experience living there, knowing how to answer questions that you just wouldnt know otherwise.I had a unique set of circumstances for my housing and timeline, and both Kelli and Samantha have been super flexible and understanding in helping me with a plan to exceeded all my expectations and goals.Of course, the property is beautiful, and the amenities are that of a really nice hotel. But you can honestly find that in a lot of places. What differentiates this property is finding such a nice community that is so well managed. This team sets the bar for convenient turnkey and ongoing management. Thank you so so much!

Station House is a great place to rent. The Apt has many features that you dont even realize you want until you start using them. The amenities are great. The gym has all the equipment you could want and there is a separate spin room. The pool is beautiful with privacy walls in sections. Lights at night gorgeous. But probably the best thing is the Apt MGR Stacy Koss. Having an advocate on the leasing side is invaluable. I had so many things crop up during my move that I didnt think of or things that didnt go as planned and Stacy helped organize and navigate everything from her end. Highly recommended. Nice job Stacy!!!

Station House is one of those apartment communities that just sells it self. The amazing amenities and the community events make Station House a fun place to live. Thought Station House sells itself. It is the amazing staff that puts living her over the top. The assistant property manager Stacy is just amazing to work with. She made apartment hunting easy and fun. She quickly answered all my question and found leasing options that’s suited the needs of my family. I couldn’t be more happy with my choice to live here at Station House in the Star.

Hillwood managed the property then and owns the one that is being built across the street now, Cadence.---My husband and I moved into Station Hose at the beginning of July. We love it here! We love being a part of the 3 monthly community events and everyone here has been so nice and welcoming. It’s been great so far!

Hands down the best apartment living experience EVER!!!! Stacy, Kelii, Samatha, and Michelle were all sweethearts! Those ladies were very sweet, helpful, communicative, reliable, and down to earth! Due to COVID, the builder pushed our start date out 7 months and unfortunately there have been additional delays beyond the original 7 month extension due to the rising cost (and availability) of materials in tandem w an influx of buyer activity as we reach a post-COVID society.The good news... Shelby helped me and my wife structure a fantastic lease renewal with the utmost professionalism and care. Stacy has a great attitude and Sandy is fun loving and witty. I love love love this apartment.My husband and I moved here post pandemic stay in place. We decided we no longer wanted to live in a house and to downsize to an apartment.When touring all the complexes in Frisco, Bexley’s amenities def stole the show.The complex has 3 events a month, amazing amenities and the staff is overall friendly and helpful.It’s been a bumpy ride recently with the ownership switch from station house to Bexley && snowmagedon.There were damages and power outages and fire alarms galore lol! Nothing that the management had any control of!! Living here is like being in a 5-star hotel. Facilities are state-of-the-art, with very conducive meeting rooms here and there, almost always available. The Bexley at Frisco Station is an absolute gem!! It has to be one of the nicest communities I’ve visited in the entire DFW area. The amenities are more than impressive. Ive had such a remarkably positive experience living in the Station House community since moving in a few months ago. I had a sudden relocation due to work from out of state, so my transition to the frisco area was abrupt and challenging. The community itself is very nice, well maintained, with great amenities, and Im so glad that I trusted the staff that this would be such a fun and walkable/safe area for me to live, as I was very unfamiliar with DFW when making this decision.But beyond these tangibles, Im most grateful for the amazing service that the management team has provided throughout my transition. Stacy in particular has been such a breath of fresh air during a relatively stressful time in my life, and she has consistently been kind, patient, and helpful with most any and every random issue or question Ive had. She has gone well beyond any service I have ever experienced in comparable living situations. What really stands out to me is that Stacy genuinely cares; she remembers my dogs names, she responds to my questions on her days off, shes always super cheerful when I see her around the complex, and she handles every idiosyncratic thing I bring to her with authenticity and professionalism (and Im borderline OCD/kind of an annoying tenant). But she has welcomed me to the community with open arms and has helped make this feel like home much more quickly than I would have anticipated.Now that Im settled and have had a chance to catch my breath, I was excited to jump on here and leave a positive review for my girl Stacy and the rest of the team. I was surprised to read that some people have left reviews detailing bad experiences here; I wouldnt normally comment on those, but I am only doing so now because one guy said something along the lines of the positive reviews must be fake, and so now I have to counter his BS and say that his negative review is probably because hes unhappy with a lot of things in life. It reminds of the tony robbins quote of as soon as you trade your expectations for gratitude, you can change your whole life. From what I can tell, everyone in the SH mgmt office is doing the very best they can with the best intention to make this a very positive living environment for all residents, and for that, I am super grateful; I think they do a really great job. And for those who have an issue, you should just move your negativity outta here. okurrr? ;)

Girl meets apt (online); girl falls for the apt; girl calls and sends several emails to complex with a million random questions (all answered pleasantly and very promptly); girl rents apt sight unseen; girl arrives at apt and finds it to be EXACTLY like what she saw online (when does that ever happen?!); girl and apt live happily ever after! On top of that, Kelli and Sam in the office have been AMAZING to work with and really helped put my anxiety about renting an apartment I had never seen to rest. Stop wasting time looking at other apts!!

I can say this despite the fact that we moved in during Covid and yet have been able to feel a sense of freedom within theconfines of the complex.
