Joseph was an amazing leasing agent throughout my whole application process and leading up to move in! He was very patient and helpful with me. Only reason I’m giving 4-stars instead of 5 is because my move-in day wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped, but I’ll chalk that up to me needing to have special accommodations made. The complex is great, the residents seem friendly, and I’m looking forward to my time here!!

The 5 stars is for the amazing Jasmine. When I initially came in to see the apartments as soon as I met her, I knew this was a place for me to live. She made me feel so comfortable and welcoming and it made the decision to rent here that much easier her vibe the energy she gives off is outstanding. I wish that every leasing agent can have what she has because she makes you feel like this is the place that you need to be at. On top of that the apartment is gorgeous I love it is a humongous upgrade from where I’m coming from but it would’ve been nothing without Jasmine. Making me feel like I was home. Thank you so much Jasmine for making me feel that I was home and this was the right decision to make. You are awesome!

I have not moved in yet but just had to leave my review on the exceptional customer service by Ms. Ella. The property was beautiful as well as the models shown and the prices were affordable with awesome perks. Everything is done completely online which makes it a very easy process. Approved the next business day, signed my lease electronically. IF you are looking for a new home with friendly leasing management, look no further. I even had two more tours to attend but cancelled them as soon as I drove off.

I have been renting here for almost 2 years and i am very satisfied with the apartment and especially with the maintenance team. They have always been so considerate especially that i have a new born. They try to come only when my baby is awake.One time the dishwasher broke and the maintenance guy had to fix it using some very loud noisy vacuum, and he noticed that my baby was afraid and crying, so he took the dishwasher outside the apartment and fixed it out where it took more than 4 hours. I really appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately i dont know his name to mention. But i truly thank him.

My husband and I moved to Texas about 9 months ago with only a weeks notice, when his job transferred him to Grand Prairie. Because the move is temporary we decided to live in an apartment. We had never lived in an apartment before and are very pleasantly surprised. Bexley Central Park was one of many complexes we visited and also the nicest. The management company is awesome. They plan periodic events for the complex, such as outdoor movies by the pool and football events in the media and game room. The staff is very responsive to our needs and always friendly. The grounds are kept clean. There is a media room that has lovely seating where we can enjoy a free coffee or hot chocolate. If you are looking for someplace to call home, this would be a great place. As well, it is very quiet. I expected an apartment to be noisy but tenants are quiet and very friendly. Our stay here has been extended and we play to stay right here as long as we are in Texas.

Overall community is very quiet and calm. Apartments are very nicely maintained, hard floors, great countertops. Maintenance is quick to address issues as is office staff. Everyone is very attentive. Parking can be a challenge at times but for the most part things have gotten more under control. Garages and carports have become much more affordable as well. Overall I would say this is the best apartment I’ve lived in and would highly recommend it.

In my search for a new apartment I came across Bexley Central Park. The property location is great. It is close to so many things and so convenient! They had a lot of amenities, the clubhouse, pool, and workout area were great. The property was well-kept and beautiful! I loved the overall look of the units. The granite counters, wood floor, and stainless appliances are just some of the great things about the unit that I saw. Jane was awesome. She was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! I would recommend anyone stop by while looking for a new place to cal home!

Bexley Central Park Apartments has been the best move that I could have made. The apartment staff is always willing to listen to the needs of the residents, and they go above the basic responsibilities by building relational capacity within the community. To build camaraderie, the host several events throughout the the month that are surprisingly fun! The apartment amenities have the most amazing hours. The pool opens from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Also, the business center and lounge is open 24 hours and 7 days out of the week, now tell me that is not amazing? The maintenance team is absolutely dynamic! Whenever I had an issue in my apartment, they come in the same day to fix it! You will find complaints about parking on the apartment, but let me assure you, that they have found ways to combat this particular issue and are still looking for ways to solve the dilemma. I am happy to come every day to a place that is peaceful, friendly, and clean.

I want to start off by saying that I have looked into these apartments for about 3 years now, and I finally made the decision to go through with it. My experience with Ryan Wooten has been and continues to be AMAZING. He has been so helpful, patient, and kind to myself and my husband. He has made the leasing process so enjoyable, and very easy to understand. The apartments look absolutely stunning, and it is so close to so many major attractions in the city and surrounding cities. It is accessible, and easy to make way in the complex. Not a huge complex and that’s something I particularly look for in an apartment. This is my first apartment leasing experience, and I am so grateful to have had an amazing consultant! I look forward to move in day, and calling this place my home. Ryan already made it very much feel as though it has already been home. If I could I’d rate 10 stars! Definitely recommend!

Im at the end of my 1 year lease at Bexley and will be moving on. I travel for work and assignment is finished, overall a Great Experience.Some issues during transition from previous Property Owners but new Management quickly adjusted and was basically seamless.Of course some issues arise any where you live but items were promptly addressed, and properly taken care of.Some reviews talk about ants, smells inside walkways, and Parking. I have found that any concern of mine, was a concern for management.Site is kept clean, and well maintained. Recently increased parking has taken care of another concern some have experienced.Management is quick to remind residents of rules and enforce if needed, but that is good for everyone.I have lived in 5 States the last 8 years and this has been a very comfortable, quiet residence.Thank You to all Management and Staff.

Have resided here with the current team for 1 year plus. The property management and leasing team are always pleasant, courteous, professional and keep the property desirable. Cant say enough about the maintenance team. Always prompt, professional and complete in their work. The new parking design allows for safer and more efficient parking for residents and its visitors. Common and pool areas are well kept and great for gatherings. Overall, a topnotch team and property that I would highly recommend to potential future residents

I was a resident here for a year starting from spring 2017. Apartments are very nice and the pricing is kind of appropriate for the fact they are barely 3 years old. My apartment had a sloppy paint job as there was some splatter of paint in and around the tub. Location is nice, close to major highways. There are many new restaurants coming since IKEA came to town. Its walking distance from the new EPIC water park. I was in building 3 and it was quiet, no one bothered me. They are very pet friendly and have a dog park. Great workout facility! Some complaints i have, they need to build some HIGH speed bumps to make people SLOW DOWN! Its an apartment complex NOT a racetrack. The 75$ carpet cleaning fee that is automatically taken out of the security deposit needs to be based on a case by case basis. My carpet was spotless and in the same condition as it was when i moved in but i was told the carpet cleaning fee is MANDATORY upon move out and must be deducted from security deposit. It did state in the lease that if the apartment is NOT cleaned thoroughly, carpet cleaning charges can be lawfully deducted from security deposit but my apartment was so clean my witness even stated its ready for move in. So expect half of your security deposit to go to carpet cleaning charges. Valet trash pick up for 25$ a month should be optional as i view it as a waste of money. You have to have renters insurance. Cameras should be installed on the gate to catch people breaking the gate. It seemed like the gate was broken every other week, if im paying for a gated community i expect the gate to remain functional as much as possible! Parking needs to be improved DRAMATICALLY as you are forced to have a garage or carport! When i was there, they did build an additional parking lot in the center of the courtyard but it wasnt enough as i still saw people parking in the fire lanes and in front of stop signs making it hard to exit the complex without getting hit. The process for visitors getting parking needs to be enforced since parking is an issue and towing needs to be enforced for visitors who dont follow the system. The main point, I would have renewed my lease here but i couldnt for financial reasons. I say go ahead and lease here as the management and apartment is not bad compared to the horror stories i have about my previous apartments!

I moved to Bexley Central Park in February to run the Hibbett sports store. I moved from Austin where the only communication was through emails and the wonderful help from a leasing agent named Ella. She made my move a pleasure because like I said everything was done through email and phone calls.. she even made sure my store was walking distance to her property. Maddy is also another leasing agent whos super awesome. Im going to miss this property but if you are moving to Grand Praire, this is your property. Nice and clean and very organized. I have loved living here. Im about 6 months into my lease and havent had a single thing to complain about. The staff are very kind and are always looking for events to host to get the community together. Its clean, quiet and comes with a game room with a billiards able and shuffle board. Its honestly like living in a resort. 5/5 recommend to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Ive lived on this property since 2014 and its never been better. With new name Bexley came with new management. You can see the difference in the apartments. The parking is great. I love the new look of the pool area, and the new grills. There are alot more social events. The ladies in the office are welcoming these days. Maintenance is also excellent. They usually address my maintenance issues within 24 hours.

Recently moved in, right out of the gate the property was in breach of contract. I signed and paid for a garage well in advance of my move in date, only to find out the day before that it had been leased to someone else after I had signed and paid.Be careful of the trash Nazis Ive read, and re-read available policy, but somehow continue to be in constant violation.The property itself is wonderful, clean, quite and safe. The property manager is great to work with, and Ive had no issues with the staff. So far, this has been a great move for me despite not having my garage.Once I figure out the trash situation, I hope to enjoy my time here.

First let me start off with the good: I love these apartments! Everyone is quiet and to themselves but also friendly. Management is good compared to my last place at The Landings of Carrier Parkway where management was rude and unprofessional and showed favoritism to certain residents. The apartments are located by 161, a mile or 2 away from I-20 and 360. They are practically brand new (aside from the obvious rushed paint job) and they are close to my job! They are VERY pet friendly which was a main concern for me because management at my last apartment were so strict on dogs that dog owners were forced to silence their dogs or risk having their dog evicted. But the bad thing about these apartments is that there is NO PARKING! (UPDATE) They have created more parking spaces but i fear it still may not be enough! I dont know what building the resident who said parking was not a problem lived in, but all the buildings towards the back of the complex are constantly fighting visitors for parking. Building 1 has 75% of all the uncovered parking in the complex, so if youre lucky you wont have a problem with parking. But i get sick and tired of coming home from a hard days work and have to hike almost two buildings over by the dumpster to get to my apartment because non-residents constantly take all the close uncovered parking spaces! And i see the same cars with no resident stickers regularly taking all the close parking which is irritating since im a paying resident. And whats worse is i feel deceived as i was told parking was not a problem because they force visitors to have a parking permit before parking inside the complex. That was a lie as they do not have any system in place for visitor parking. I didnt believe parking could be this bad based on the reviews but just in case i was wrong i told them 2 months before my move in date i wanted a car port, i was told that it was too far in the future and i would have to wait until i moved in. Well when i moved in, a waiting list appeared and i was left fighting for parking for another 2 months before finally being able to secure a car port. Its not fair that residents like me who are paying over $1000 a month have to fight non-residents for uncovered parking while waiting for a car port. And A resident who has a carport and is found parking in uncovered parking should be fined! And they need to force visitors to get a visitor permit so that way if they are caught parking inside the complex without one they get towed away! They need to be more strict with the parking situation since spaces are limited and put some form of system in place as this is the biggest reason why i probably wont renew my lease and why people are leaving. I cant have guests because i can hardly find anywhere to park for myself so their wont be anywhere for my guest to park unless i pay an extra $125 a month for a garage so they can park in front of it. I fear that if they dont fix thisparking situation soon they will continue losing residents fast! I really would LOVE to renew my lease and give these apartments 5 stars but i cant deal with the parking situation! Also they need to put speed bumps in the apartment complex because people are constantly speeding which is very dangerous if there are kids playing outside.

My experience with the Villas had been pretty stellar-- great, quiet location in the middle of the DFW complex. Its within 10 minutes of most major stores.The team working the front desk is always busy getting things done-- shout out to Jeremy!There is still construction being finished up, but thats what we get for moving into a brand new building. The pool and workout facility are great. The single units are spacious enough. The tenants Ive encountered are pretty cool, working class folks. 👍

Recently moved in to This community and so far it’s been great, little details but nothing that can’t be fixable like the stairs going up to my apartments are a little nasty with spider webs and what not. If they clean that I would love it even more. Sometimes the pool is a little packed during the weekends but they close at 10 which is good since I live in front of It. About to be 2 months in I’ll be updating my review if I see changes.

I moved here in July from another apartment community in Grand Prairie. Its been great so far. Its literally in the middle of Dallas and Forth Worth. The pool was recently revamped with new pool furniture, as the old furniture looked outdated. I hope the upgrades continue. Its a beautiful property and the leasing staff are very nice!

I just want to say how incredible this complex is! Everything has been so incredible for my wife and I. EVERYTHING down to the staff. Bertha, Gaby, and Missy always make sure my wife and I are taken care of every time we have questions or concerns. The apartment complex itself is small and safe. We have lived here since December and we plan on staying for awhile! They have made everything for us so enjoyable. If you are thinking about moving here I highly recommend it. 5+ stars!

I lived here for 17 months. Overall, this is a very nice place to live. The outside and the inside of the apartments look and smell nice, the office workers are pleasant to work with, and the complex is in a nice part of town.This is a new complex that opened in mid-2016. interiors have granite countertops, new appliances, high ceilings, and hard floors. Bedrooms are carpeted. The units on the north boundary face an elementary school, the west an open swath of land, and the south the Epic and a retirement community. The surroundings are in good shape.Many people in the Google reviews have complained about noise. I had neighbors on both sides and below me and rarely ever heard them. The community of people here are generally very quiet compared to other places Ive lived.There are three small inconveniences you should know about:1. Open air parking is hard to find in the evening and on weekends. This was the biggest design flaw in the complex construction, but it can be completely eliminated with a garage or even a carport rental. With a garage, youll be able to park a vehicle as well as a guests vehicle on the other side of the garage door. Guests will have nowhere else to park otherwise.2. The mail room is on the wrong side of the gated fence. (A vehicle is required to open the west gate. Without one, you have to walk around to the north gate to get in with the remote.) Not a big deal.3. There are no elevators. Plan accordingly. The stairwells are wide enough to get couches up and down with a few extra hands.The trash service comes Sunday through Thursday. A lot of people complain that there is no trash service on Friday or Saturday, but there is a trash compactor/dumpster on the property that is easy to access from the north- and west-end apartments.For those with families, the new Epic center (including an indoor waterpark and eventually a gym) is within walking distance. A new Walmart is about 4 minutes down the street on the other side of the tollway. On that same side will be several new stores including a Starbucks and some family restaurants being built this year.Heat and a/c are electric. The apartments are actually quite well insulated insofar as I could tell. My utility bill in a ~700 sq ft. apartment during the hottest summer months and the coldest winter months was about $70. In off-peak months it was as low as $37. Water, sewer, and trash are combined on one bill and were very reasonable (~$35 or so). You can get Spectrum and I believe AT&T as well in the units.Thanks to Sherry, Karen, and Kyle for a pleasant stay at VCP!

Update July 2018I still love it here but the parking is really a problem. Its like you cant leave because you may not have a spot when you come home. Everyone who is a resident is supposed to have a sticker and I know I see vehicles without them daily. I have also seen people who dont live here park in residents spots and then leave in another vehicle. We ashould not have to stress about having a spot to park after being at work all day. Please fix this.Just moved here last week and absolutely loving it!
