Bexley at Lakeline is an amazing place to liveIt has everything you need for a comfortable life and work.The gym is well-equipped with a wide variety of machines suitable for all kinds of workouts. The business center is fantastic — it offers computers, printers, plenty of desks for work, and even quiet rooms where you can focus without distractions.I’d also like to highlight the staff at the front desk. They’re always friendly, ready to help, answer all my questions, explain things, and if something breaks, they fix it quickly.I’m so happy I chose this community as my home when I first arrived in America.

I lived here 2 years and 3 months and only left to get in the Cedar Park Middle zone. The apartments are beautiful, the staff are helpful and responsive and they didnt nickel and dime me when I moved out at all (I left the place spotless but you never know how that will go). A couple complaints that pertain to the residents, not staff: people blast vulgar music at the pool sometimes with several children present and when you ask them to change it, it doesnt go well (you can call Mike and hell handle it for you), people dont clean up after their dogs (or maybe its one person) and though its a non-smoking building, people litter their cigarette butts around the grounds and smoke in the pool area right next to you and your kids. eew. just stop it. I loved it here. highly recommend!

I am giving 5 stars because I want to comment about Ash. Ash is incredibly helpful and kind. She goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly and always greets us with her beautiful smile. Sometimes we have a lot of questions and things to figure out, but she is always patient. Truly appreciate Ash!❤️😍🙏🏼

The only reason this isnt a 5 star review is parking availability but this is almost always an issue with every other apartment complex and the occassional late response to maintenance concerns but all in all, this has been a very good experience for me and my family. The grounds are kept clean, the unit is beautiful and clean. We just love how there is an abundance of trees to shield you from the sun when walking around the complex. The pool area is awesome. Plenty of seating area for everyone. Staff has been friendly and respectful and helpful for the most part but theres always that one staff member, not necessarily the office staff, that need to remember they work in the customer service field wherein youre supposed to serve your customers and not make the residents feel like were the burden. I recommend though that they put speed limit signs because some of the residents forget theyre already in the apartment complex and not on Hwy 130.

We have lived at Bexley at Lakeline for five years now. We have always received excellent assistance from the management office and maintenance. The units themselves are beautiful and look like condos rather than apartments. The finishes in the units are highend and classy. Also plenty of storage and large patios/balconies which is hard to find. The grounds are beautiful with lots of oak trees and flowers. We would highly recommend this apartment complex.

I just signed my 3rd lease here and only have good things to say about this complex! The management and maintenance team are both awesome and communicate so well! The complex is beautiful and the community is great! Bexley at Lakeline is by far the best complex I have lived in and I plan to stay here for a while!

Ive lived at Bexley Lakeline for two years. After living in multiple communities in the Austin area, I can confidently say that Bexley Lakeline is top tier in terms of pricing, amenities, floorplan options, and the office and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful - especially Jake - who is always willing to help and make you feel like a priority with a smile on his face! Maintenance is quick to fix any issues and its surprisingly affordable for Austins current rental market. If youre looking for a place to live in the northwest Austin/Cedar Park area check out Bexley Lakeline. I absolutely plan on signing for a third year as long as my rent doesnt go up too much!

We recently renewed our lease and highly recommend you consider Bexley at Lakeline. An ideal location in NW ATX - situated just inside Cedar Park with immediate access to RR 620, Research Blvd/HWY 183 and Toll Highways 45 and 130. Additionally, the Metro Rail is only 5 minutes away (easy bike ride) for transportation all the way to downtown.Brushy Creek Regional Trail and connected parks are easily reached within minutes on bike or car. Lake Travis is 15 minutes away.Cedar Park has shopping and dining just minutes away.There are several apartment offerings in the area but the selling point is the property itself, more so than it’s proximity.The property is well maintained and serviced by an outstanding staff. We like the amenities, the floor plans, the parking including garage and carport. If the swimming pool had a beach or lazy river to float it would be close to paradise.Our concerns and requests are timely answered with a friendly and professional manner. We appreciate Jordan and her staff who’ve individually done so much to make Bexley at Lakeline our home.

I lived here for about 4 years in two different apartments. I loved it. The location is great (walking distance to QT, HEB/shops and the Lakeline Mall), the people are friendly, amenities are awesome (when they arent closed haha) pet friendly, and maintenance was pretty good. There are a few nitpicky things I personally disliked, but overall it was a great place to live. Cedar Park is my favorite suburban city and my hometown :D

I had a walk through appointment at Bexley last week and I was really impressed. They are spacious apartments with lots of great amenities. My favorite part about my experience at Bexley was Jake, the young man who took me on my walk through. Jake was a super friendly young man and very knowledgeable about the property. He explained and answered all of my questions and was a joy to be around. I recommend Bexley to anyone looking for an apartment, but more importantly I recommend you ask for Jake. I am giving Jake 5 stars.

Weve been here for 2 years now and love it! Highly recommend this property. Leasing staff is courteous although the turnover has been high but everyone has been great to deal with, especially Kayla! Maintenance is always prompt and professional. We have had to ask a few times for things like our yard to get blown but they always come. (We have a unit with a yard thats hidden and it seems to get forgotten about.) We also bought turf for the yard cause we were sick of dealing with muddy yard after the grass died over and over again. I can hear my neighbor walking around upstairs but it doesnt bother us. Parking is a pain and if there were a down side, that would be it. Best location, with HEB and Alamo Drafthouse across the street. Theres also an underground tunnel to get there. So cool! This is a great community and we love living here!

I have been living here for 3 years, and I must say, its the people that make a place livable. I have experienced great customer service from both the front office but especially the maintenance team. I have submitted some maintenance requests over the years and they have always been taken care of promptly and efficiently. I have had David take care of my maintenance requests, and he is THE best! Always super quick, professional, thorough and offering to help however he can. Ive noticed he is always friendly when residents are walking around the community, he is a great example of good customer service.

Okay so I’ve just applied here and I’m SO impressed with management!!I’ve searched and tried to find apartments for awhile here and this is the first one where management has been totally on top of things and SO friendly!!Jake offered me a zoom tour since I’m in Idaho and can’t see the place and he was a rockstar super sweet and personable!I also had a mishap with the application and Alice helped me get it all worked out!!Wonderful wonderful wonderful people working here so I imagine the place is just as amazing! Even if it’s not , these people are so kind I bet they’ll be on top of any problem that may arise. Excited to live here!

Bexley at Lakeline has been one of the best complexes I have lived in! The grounds are beautiful, I love the trails in between the buildings, and the 24/7 business section and fitness center are perks! I have my own carport assigned, which is really awesome. The staff is AMAZING and always responsive and helpful! The apartment finishes are attractive and even the smaller one bedroom has plenty of room for me! I would highly recommend living here!

They discussed with me all the options available and explained in detail all aspects concerning renting my new home. I definitely have BEXLEY at the top of my list to live next! I’ve lived here for over two years and sadly have to move out due to location. I can’t speak for the moving out process yet, (ill update if there are any crazy fees) but this has been an amazing complex to live at. The staff is so kind and maintenance has always been very attentive. It’s a safe and fairly quiet environment. The pool and amenities are super nice and clean. I really cant think of any problems worth mentioning. I would definitely recommend these apartments to a friend. :)

This has been by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. I had to receive maintenance service a couple times since I am a brand new move in I had a few things that needed to be fixed, and David was one of the maintenance guys on the team and he was so nice, so professional. He made sure everything that needed to be done was done, he would ask nicely if there was anything else needed worked on. He made sure to clean off his shoes or put those covers on his shoes before walking in. Since I havent had any other maintenance guys come in my apartment I see them out doing their job everyday, and every time I walk pass them or see them they always greet me nicely. Overall I have lived in Bexley Lakeline for about 2 weeks, staff is absolutely wonderful, very nice and they make sure to take care of you with everything you need. Definitely recommend living in Bexley Lakeline!

Ive never felt so at home! This property in the best location, The homes are comfy and cozy! Bexley Lakeline has more amenities than any other apartment Ive lived at. I couldnt believe that the price for the apartment included a covered parking spot as well as washer/dryer. The Property Manager, Noelia, Kyle and leasing team are PHENOMENAL! I also love how sweet and attentive the Maintenance guys are! Theyre AMAZING! Thank you all for your hard work!

I recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment. The apartments are overall really nice, theres not many other places where you will find this nice of a kitchen for the price. We had a few water issues throughout our stay but the staff fixing our problems were always super nice and helpful. They also would come by soon after we put the maintenance request in. Overall, super nice complex but will be moving out to be closer to the city.

Debby is the BEST and I always walk away with a smile whenever we connect. Michael is also so courteous and amicable and its a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend living here!

I had the pleasure of having a tour today at Bexley with Libby. She was very professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of Bexley Lakeline. From letting me know the exact dates when certain apartments would be available for rent, to talking with me about the prices of the various apartments, you could tell Libby was very knowledgable and very well-versed about all the details of her apartment complex.Libby was also kind. When I placed a call back to the office because I thought I had left my ID there after a tour (I actually found it in my jacket pocket :)), she not only checked to see if I had left the ID there, but also went to go check in the bathroom to see if perhaps I had left it in there as well. It really made me feel like she cared, and it really meant a lot that she went above and beyond to try to locate my ID.P.S. The apartments and the amenities at Lakeline are beautiful; I highly recommend checking out this apartment complex! :)

I have lived here for a long while. There isnt a better place to stay! There is a recreation area just for residents and the space is open and inviting. The leasing team are great, especially when there is a question needing to be answered. There is a large party room that is perfect for reserved events, and weight room conveniently next door. One of my favorite places is the outdoor area behind the office with the fireplace! All I need is a cup of hot chocolate and I can sit on the outdoor couch enjoy the scenery. Not to mention the always ready maintenance team!

I came in looking for a larger two bedroom than what I am in now Because my lease is up in August I walked in the Bexley because it was recommended to me by a friend And I was blown away by Jaimees customer service skills! She immediately had me taking care of, showed me what my options were and help me pick out the right apartment and floor plan for what I wanted. I still had a couple other places that I was looking up and ended up going with this location because of the office staff. My checklist for requirements was pretty expensive and not only did they check off everything I didnt feel like I was pressured to sign a application or lease right then and there. I felt like she really help me pick out the right place that made sense. I cant wait to move in and start living at Bexley!

Moved to Bexley at Lakeline in September and couldnt be happier. Staff has always been friendly, especially Katherine and Brandi. Apartment is very nice and modern. I am confused with other peoples reviews as I have not experienced the same noise issues or maintenance concerns. Parking is a bit of a hassle especially on the weekend but nothing worth a 1 star review. Keep up the great work Bexley!

Ive been here for less than a month and goodness gracious, these are one of the best apartments in the area. The staff are wonderful, shout-out to Samantha who helped us. She is very friendly and was able to accommodate us on short notice. Overall amenities are awesome and the best part is there is a mall within 2 minutes driving distance.

Lets get straight to the point: the most important parts of our quality of life is equally divided between the space of our apartment, the maintenance response speed, the amenities and most importantly, the efficiency of this place. We have been living here for 6 months. For the biggest bang for the buck Bexley at Lakeline provides us with wooden floors, modern energy efficient appliances, washer and dryer inside our apartment (something that is surprisingly difficult to get in other apartments at this price point) and plenty of closet and storage space. In terms of maintenance requests, we have had to request about three different requests at different times throughout our stay here whether on a weekend or weekday, two out of those three were resolved within an hour of submitting a maintenance request and the final one was resolved within a window of five hours. No issues in the process. It was all simply a breeze from requesting to completion of maintenance items. The other reason we moved into this complex was due to its diverse range of amenities offered and consistently maintained (check out the website!). I will only mention a few here that were all complimentary: sip and paint nights, valentines day popcorn and movie rental, free breakfast tacos, Christmas wrapping station filled with everything we needed to make our presents look great, the list goes on! The most efficient thing I would say would be Bexleys customer service at the leasing office. Kayla, Kyle and Noelia have always been more than accommodating (and smiley!) since the first phone call. Even when I have had relatives visiting, they have made them feel welcome. We have also received many compliments from family and friends about our apartment and this community. We had a concern with our neighbor, which Kayla addressed on the same day. Minor glitches or unexpected things happen wherever you live, however what is crucial to us is the manner in which the staff address the issues, and at Bexley we havent been disappointed. Also, we are walking distance to a farmers market, a mall, HEB, Alamo Drafthouse cinema and other stores are very close by. Lakeline station which has a direct bus and train going into downtown is a few minutes drive away. Highly recommend this place!

Bexley at Lakeline is a great location to live in. All local stores like Heb, Target, the mall, and small shopping centers are around the corner. Trails in between the buildings are great to take your dogs and children out for a walk. Assigned carports, spacious and immaculate floor plans, trashcans are hidden and the amenities that this community provides are a 10/10 ! The staff is always kind and helpful. Overall this is a great property. I could go on and beyond with my review but you would have to come see it yourself...

Each time I come home for the holidays to spend time with my parents, who moved to Bexley earlier this year, I always wish I could extend my stay. Of course because I want to spend more time with them but also because I am so comfortable in their apartment and love the community here! Unlike other apartments where we have lived - Bexley is quiet, spacious, beautiful and everyone always seem so friendly! I go on walks around the complex with my grandma and the neighbors are always greeting one another which brings a smile to my face and makes me feel at home. The apartment itself is so wonderful - it features a big granite kitchen with a lovely island that is perfect for cooking in the holiday season, awesome appliances, an open living room with nice windows allowing for natural light to come in, dining room which provides access to the fenced in porch, a laundry room, a carpeted and large bedroom, bathroom with his and her sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower, and a feature that makes me even more jealous - a closet that is the size of my room in Washington D.C. lol! There is also access to an incredible gym, stunning pool, welcoming clubhouse and cute dog park (I’m slowly trying to convince them to get a dog for this reason alone). All in all, I am so happy my parents are living comfortably and peacefully in such a wonderful complex and if I ever move back to the Austin/Cedar Park area I would be sure to see if apartments are available here! Another great thing - it is in the most convenient location, just a few blocks from HEB, Alamo Drafthouse, Starbucks, the ramp for 183 and more!

I have lived here with my family for about one year, and absolutely love it. The team that works in the office are nothing but kind, and positive. My family and I love going to the events hosted by Bexley. I feel completely safe here an my children love it. Only thing I do wish is that there was a playground for the children. Other than that if you decide to move here you wont regret it!

Ive been living here for a while now and decided its time to leave my review. Reason being is I am impressed by the recent turnaround of esthetic view of this property. I am now able to use the pool after not being able due to its merky color in the beginning of summer. The grounds also look alot better. The staff and maintenance team are friendly and attentive to ones concerns.

I am a current resident at Bexley Lakeline and its been a great first home for my husband and I. Quiet, clean, and great neighbors all around.There is only one disappointment Ive had lately:Directly in front of my parking spot is a huge boulder. If I pull up correctly in my parking spot, the boulder scratches my bumper pretty good, and if I dont pull up all the way (to avoid the boulder) my car door hits the poll to my left. Really, Im stuck between a rock and a hard place..Ive tried several times to explain this to Kyle at the front office, but he has not made any forward accommodations. He told me sorry but that there was nothing he could do about it. Surely, there would be something he could do if it were his vehicle getting scratches and dings?I took off one star to my rating because I feel as though I have been looked over and pushed to the side as a resident by the main office. Im not here to bash Bexley because that wouldnt be fair, but I do wish someone could step in a fix this issue. If you provide a parking spot for a resident that pays their dues every month, you should be taken better care of.

I love the place. Lots of green and the facilities are maintained. The gym is super complete. The people in the office are very friendly, willing and polite. They have people who speak Spanish when needed. The location is the best. Next to the HEB mall and supermarket
