Ever since Mike (maintenance) has started working here, work orders have been completed FAST!! My sink needed repairs and he came within the same day, was very nice and got the repair done in no time. Love having him here!

Michael the maintenance man is very respectful and always does his work orders on time when I put them in with the manager and I always receive conformation from his work orders when he has been done his job! Keep up the good work!

Working with the staff has been great!! Liz is new but has been doing good with staying organized in the office and Mike has been quick in getting work orders done.

My family and I are absolutely loving our new home! An affordable housing gem in today’s economy. The manager Freddie , was very helpful, informative, and honest about what to expect during the application process. Because this is an income restricted property there is a vetting process to ensure you meet all the requirements. It is not a quick 3 day process. Which I was totally ok with, but for ppl needing to move quickly , moving to any income restricted property is a waiting process . Freddie was friendly and courteous answering any questions I had before and after our moving in. We moved into a clean spacious place with freshly painted walls and nice flooring . I am happy to be here.

I just moved in not to long ago & I love the fact it is so calm everyone to their own. There isn’t any chaos they are nice inside Mr. Freddie is polite and professional. My family & I are glad to be home..

Bexar Creek is the Best apartment,s Ive lived at. So quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly and staff is awesome.

After consideration and evaluation Bexar Creek apartments are decent apartments just down the road of General McMullen and culebra Right near the Bill Millers and Exxon gas station from St Marys University, near the super Walmart off of General McMullen and BanderaVery convenient for those who are near Ingram Mall which is a 12 minute drive by car 32 minute by bus.Now I can say these apartments would be the best decision to makeHear me out.... They work on getting things together I can say that they do accept section 8 housing voucher but youre going to be on a wait list the manager that I spoke to today as of right now January 5th 2024 said it may be a 3 to 5 or 3 to 6 months wait.I advise you to make sure you have all your paperwork the housing voucher and what they call a shopping list ready. Your check stubs the whole nine yards to move forward with the process.It looks like a place that I can call home but in my predicament I need an apartment fast!!!

I use to live there. Manager Margie Ramirez nice person even if people consider her strict. Only reason I moved out was caus my SSI benefits had been lowered to where I wasnt going to be able pay my rent. I had a 4 bedroom.. Awesome and very spacious!Would love to move back to Bexar Creek Apts. Only GOD knows where I ll be moving too next. ( Hi Mrs Ramirez )

I Love it here since i moved in this apts the apts are big n beautiful never had problems with roaches the manager is strick, but I would rather be in a strick then live in a apt I cant trust its a very peaceful place, kids are in by 9pm at night you have your securitys always checking the grounds some times you got your complainers but they complain cause they dont comply with the rules! Im going on 7yrs living here I think if I didnt like it here I would have moved since day one the manager always has something for the kiddos on the holidays love it here got no complains

What a great place to call home,I have family that live here as well and they have been here for years. Very clean and peaceful. Manager is so helpful and puts hard effort to keep this property maintained. So close to stores and restaurants. The units are huge and perfect for a family looking for a home💙

I have a family member that lives there and they been there for 10 years already the property is very clean the manager & maintenance are very nice they have security guards at night to make sure nothing is bad happening after curfew my mom feels real safe knowing that nothing bad will happen on the securitys watch I really recommend these apartments there spacious & perfect for a family there close by all these stores & by a YMCA also margie is a awesome manager & Marcus is a good maintenance never had any problems with them they always made sure you were comfortable in your own home
