    The apartment’s are a very large, and are well maintained. They are family friendly and quiet. Maintance is very organized, and they work as prompt as possible.

    Im a disabled Vietnam War veteran and my apartment is perfect for me.I have been here for 2 months and they have taken great care of me.I have called for service 2 times and they immediately took care of it. New GFI in the laundry room and batteries in the smoke detectors. They even did a air quality test for me.

    Office staff was great from the moment of our initial phone call to until the day of my move in. Crystal helped me so much to make sure I was able to move in when I needed too. The community is very quiet and the children are safe playing outside. The prices are very affordable.

    I currently do not live at this community but that application process was amazing. Everyone in the office was kind, helpful, and very informative. Ms. Crystal was very thourogh in helping me complete my process. She has been a delight to engage with. I feel that these ladies do what needs to be done. The grounds were very cleaned even the are surrounding the dumpster was clean. That really surprised me. Another bonus was seeing people actually cleaning up after their pets. I also loved the fact that none of the blinds were broken and ghetto looking. The complex is filled with all races and that is always a plus. Thank you all so much for making my intial experience a plesant one.

    Ive been back here over 10 years and i love these apartments, reasonable pricing, plus the staff with Tiffany and Crystal are amazing. The maintenance people are also great, and they come do repairs at a reasonable time.

    Bent tree town homes is a beautiful and safe place for my mother to live in . There’s a gym which she keeps herself active a pool.The apartments are beautiful I highly recommend Bentree Townhome I can sleep good knowing that my mom is there.And the workers there are amazing Especially Mrs Tiffany thank you for your outstanding service.

    I have had such a great experience at Bent Tree! When my AC unit went out, they let me use their portable AC until mine got fixed. So blessed to be at place where they care.

    Me and my Daughter toured this apartment about 4 years ago and we were just blown away, they were so beautiful and well maintained. Since then she is still talking about this apartment complex and hopefully will be moving here in Nov! The staff were very informative and well mannered! It will only be her and her newborn so this place is PERFECT! They have a waiting list but we are hoping she will be able to grab a 2 bed unit soon as she can by Nov. Being a Veteran once her mind is stuck on something she really sticks to it, loved these spacious units!

    My family of 3 has lived here since August 2021. We LOVE our townhome and the amenities that are included! Our neighbors are great and the management team is AMAZING! Any (minor) issues I’ve had have been handled immediately! I appreciate the hard work of our management team!

    Even though I didn’t qualify for their property, I just had to come leave a review for the leasing agents I worked with. Haley, Veronica, and Diana all made sure my tour, application process, and communication were all friendly and professional. If I’m ever in a place to qualify to live there, I’ll be back!

    I just want to start out by saying the people that live here may not be that great, but the workers are. They work their butts off on a daily basis and I have seen it first hand. If you want things to be done the same day then i suggest you move into a house where you hire your own contractors. Its impossible for the hard working crew to get to everyone in one day, therefore a small wait may be required but they ALWAYS get to your needs. Please dont let bad reviews skew your judgement of this place, its honestly a great place to live with a great price to go with it. Ive lived in other apartments in Waxahachie (three to be exact) and this is by far the best.

    Philly is a really great maintenance guy. I had an outlet that was broken and he came in quickly and fixed it really fast. If you have any maintenance issues ask for him! Thanks Philly!!!!

    I love it here i live here and have for the past 15 months we love the pool the gym and staff amber and Shannon are the best when handling any issues you have or concerns its our first apartment and couldnt be happier
