Excellent environment to live in, quite and peaceful. The leasing office staff are the friendliest people you will ever meet. I go out of town on Thursdays, packages come Thursday and they still be at my door on Sunday when I make it back home.

I must say my experience at Bellrock has been phenomenal!!! The people are amazing and especially the leasing agent Camila. She is very patient and business friendly. I felt welcomed the moment I walked into the office for a tour. The property settings and decor are incredible. I recommend Camila if you need anything.

Our son has an apartment here, him and his family love it. When we went to the office to help them get their first apartment, the property manager came out and greeted us. The entire team was very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Paola, Giselle, Camila and John Paul!

Ive rented from places for years and have never had as good as customer service as Bellrock! John Paul is amazing to work with and was very quick to help me fix an issue with my lease terms. I love my apartment, the kitchen is amazing, and was a great size for a single person. I moved here temporarily as I went through a transition in my life, but I would stay if I didnt have other plans! All the neighbors seem pretty nice, too.

Great apartments ! When you go ask for John he was so amazing and made us feel like we were the only customers! He showed us a few apartments and was so detailed with all the upgrades ! Love the security gates ! Place is worth the price !

Moving to Bellrock Upper North has been a game-changer for our family. The spacious and modern apartments are perfect for family life, and being close to Fort Worth is a big plus. The amenities are a hit with the kids – they love the pool and I appreciate the 24-hour gym. The office staff, and maintenance team respond quickly which is a huge plus. But the best part? The community feel here. Its great for family BBQs and meeting other parents. Living here makes life easier and more enjoyable for all of us.

I Moved here few months ago and I’ve been having a delightful experience!!I love their amenities, specially the resort style pool and the community room with a mini office for the residents (just wish they would open the community room out of office hours) other than that 5 stars for living here, even from the start office staff was super friendly and nice!! Shout out to Camila H. That definitely convinced us to move in with her exceptional welcoming skills♥️

This is a gorgeous community with beautiful units. All maintenance staff is extremely quick and professional. Very dog friendly for those furry friends. Front office staff is also extremely friendly, but not very responsive. I have had many questions/comments/concerns and have not had anyone contact me back in regards to the issues. Prior to signing a lease they would respond within minutes or hours, but after moving in I have yet to hear back in regards to any of my issues. I love the place itself and don’t regret moving here, but when I have issues or questions it’s very difficult to get it resolved.Update: After expressing concerns the office has redeemed their professionalism and friendliness! It’s nice to be reassured that they truly do care about your experience here at this community

I have only lived at Bellrock for a few weeks, but so far have enjoyed my time. Camila H. is so incredibly helpful and always more than willing to do her job (and do it well). She made moving so easy for me and anytime I had a question, needed something, etc. She did not hesitate to come up with a solution or answer my questions.The other lady that works alongside her is also very nice. She has helped me a few times as well. I asked her if someone could pick up some trash that had been left under the stairs on the first floor . She said she would put in a request with maintenance and they would come by to tidy up. The next day by the afternoon— all the trash was gone and had been swept up. I was shocked because at my old complex— this would’ve NEVER happened. They would’ve said sure thing! But never follow through.Living in large apartment complexes is HARD. Many times these huge corporate companies that own these complexes don’t care about you (the resident) or their employees. But comparatively— I feel like Bellrock has done a good job finding employees that are nice and willing (at least from my experience). They always answer my calls, my emails, or my questions when I go into the office. Where again, at my old complex, that never happened.Some things that I think could be improved: more visitor parking spots (there are more than what I’m accustomed to and my boyfriend has never had a problem finding a spot, but overall I think they could add more because they do get full on the weekends), implementing their rules (residents don’t follow rules here— it’s kind of frustrating. They put trash out at all times of the day and on weekends when trash valet doesn’t pick up— so it stinks up the hallway. People also throw their trash under the stairs as previously mentioned). That’s not the complexes’ fault per say— but if they fined people (like they did at my old complex) for rule violations then maybe people would care more.Overall— I like living here and love my actual apartment. It’s incredibly nice. Gym and pool are bonuses as well.Thank you Camila for helping me find my home here!

We lived at this apartment complex for 7 months on the second floor and it was great! We loved the brand new apartment with nice finishes, and there is a great workout room and beautiful pool everyone should take advantage of while living there. They do have one of the biggest dog parks I have seen for an apartment complex, and they don’t breed restrict which is great but the dog park can get busy. We had some communication errors in the final fees since we had to break our lease early and India took the time resolve the issue which made us very happy. We would live here again if we came back to the area!

Been here 3 months and I absolutely love it here! First I will say it’s a brand new apartment community and it’s had some growing pains however the staff is phenomenal. The front office and maintenance staff worked on a serious A/C problem since I moved in and working with the builder we were able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The property is well maintained, Love my third floor apartment, quiet complex, big garages! Pool area, club house and gym all are nice and have used all the areas. I do not own a pet so I can’t tell you anything about the pet park however they’re is plenty of space to walk your pet. It’s quiet here even though your next to another apartment complex and I am on that side of our complex next to it. Your close to a lot of entertainment areas all within 15 mins and not caught up in the traffic of all that. Big park system nearby within 5 miles if you run or walk like I do and a lot of people walk their pets at the park. Come live at The Grand you won’t be disappointed!

Below is a random list, not grouped by pro/con- No bugs or pests inside, clean interior, feels new- Neighbors can be gross about leaving their juicy trash out in the hall for days (to be fair, there are rules that may be hard for people with odd working hours to follow)- Super friendly office staff- Complimentary Coffee in the lobby- Package ‘Luxer’ lockers (sometimes broken or not used by delivery drivers. we preferred to have things shipped USPS. Keep close watch on your tracking numbers and such, packages sometimes stolen from mailroom and routinely mis-delivered. Lobby will not accept packages from delivery drivers)- You NEED your key fob to exit the gates, they do not open automatically when exiting…- Streets are very noisy, every night 3-4 cars/trucks peel out as loudly as possible (we learned to ignore it or make light of it)- LOVE the in-unit washers, dryers, and even the dishwasher worked better than others we have used- Maintenance guys respond VERY fast, maybe even too fast- You’ll probably have the gym to yourself, but the sanitizing wipes are rarely restocked.- Only had to use the lobby office/printers twice but did not have great experiences (internet out, printer unresponsive), if i wasn’t in a rush office staff probably would have helped- Public Library is so close, walking distance!- Never really heard neighbors through walls, but you can hear everything in the hallways- Scents travel upwards from downstairs neighbors through just the bathroom vents- No sense of community in the complex, everyone is a polite stranger (they are trying harder recently to do this by having seasonal events)- Very little visitor parking with strict rules, but resident parking is free for all and plentiful- Not allowed to dry your laundry on the balcony- Never ever came into our apartment without permission, always knocked. Usually give advanced notice too, but forgot to email us about fire alarm inspection one time (they knocked and waited for our response)- Hot water AMAZING, impeccable, everlasting- No speed bumps inside the complex- Bad vibes from the apartment complex right next to this one, no-goodniks if you ask me

Ive been a resident here for over a year. We recently got a new management team, and the old team was not bad. However, I do really appreciate that the new manager here communicates very well with residents!Were kept in the know of anything thats going on, on the property, and why its going on, and when it will be resolved. Even if they dont have a resolution yet, they make you aware that they do know whats going on, and that theyre communicating with whomever they need to, to try to resolve whatever the issue might be, or they at least continuously update us. I love that! For me, communication makes a huge difference within itself.Also, they have surveillance cameras all around the property to up the security here. Thus far, management here is very aggressive, and they dont drag their feet on taking care of problems that might arise regarding the community. I havent met the new team face-to-face, but I can see the changes, and again its appreciated!

Location wise, the complex is conveniently located near a major highway.The staff is very nice and accommodating. This place is gorgeous! Hannah was the most down to earth at showing us everything this complex has to offer. She really made my boyfriend and i feel right at home. Besides the view and new buildings of course, Hannah was the reason we stopped looking. Our minds were already made up after talking with her. They will have a hammock garden which i have never heard of, washer and dryers in the apartment, pet park, place to wash your pet, and its gated! Did i mention its a brand new complex?? We move here in June and cant be anymore excited.The only thing they might want to add is another employee. We were there on a rainy saturday and those 2 girls were trying their best to show AND attend to everyone showing up including multiple families. Besides that thank you and Hannah keep rocking that red lipstick girl!!

I am beyond excited to move into my new apartment here. I also had the pleasure of working with Hannah who is a saint. Let me tell you, I have been in search of an apartment for 5 weeks now and it is one of the most stressful things in the world. However, I knew after speaking with Hannah and seeing all of the great amenities that The Grand on Beach was going to be my home. Trust me. Coming from someone who has reviewed and applied at every complex in the area. This is by far the best one I have seen. Seriously! Since 2020 when I first saw this place I knew this was the place for me. Beautiful pool, horses, pool table, mini Office for residents to use, hammocks for the kids to swing on and the list keeps going. I feel in love with this place on sight no questions about it. The ac and heat in this place runs better than any apartments or dorms that’s I’ve resided in by a long shot. But the catch to this place isn’t the looks or the add ons. It’s the people who’ve been on that office this past year who have continually shown nothing but love. Time and time again , through of all my families hard times and good ones Chealsea Gallegos has remarkably effected my life in such a positive and warm light that I can’t see my self any where else. She has executed highly professional communication skills while becoming a very good friend, , as well as a Amazing manager. Going forward I think I’ll always send my friends to these beautiful homes just so they get a chance to meet Her and the rest of the Tremendous staff that they have and hopefully find a forever home! #GoBigOrGoBellRock
