Hi ! I recently have been apartment hunting & i just had to let everyone know this place stood out to me so much . I recently was guided a tour here with Jenny && she was the most kind , patient person she explained to me that the place was going under new management & she pointed out improvements that have been made . The property was very clean , i took a look at the pool and it was clean & the water was very blue ! I also saw maintenance while working & they were on top of the tasks they seemed to be asked to do . They waved at jenny as they passed by which to me means they communicate well and work as a team to keep the property the way it is now . I have high hopes that this new management will work on all the bad reviews left on here & their concerns . i hope i come around to lease here soon !! Please check out this place and form your own opinion im so glad i did !! Thank you jenny for the tour i hope we meet again soon !!!

I have lived here over 2 years and love to see the progress and improvements that have gone on since Greystar took over. Our dog Milo loves to stop by the office daily to be greeted by the team. Lexi truly goes above and beyond to solve any issues that arise. We just renewed our lease and have 0 regrets.

I will like to take the time to appreciate Greystar management for their recent takeover of this community I have been living here for the past 3 years & I can honestly say that I have seen a lot of change! Our hallways have been looking better than before. Garage area has been clean & maintenance has been doing their very best to stay on top of everything! On top office staff are always very communicative with emails are constantly sent out with updates we may need to know! New manage team keeps our pool blue. Sad to see how people managed to take the time to put bad review and not give our NEW management team appreciation for the hard work we’ve seen since their recent takeover! The best part was a MEET & Creat that we had recently had meeting your neighbors and going over a few stuff that us as family we can let management know what our property our HOME can be in prove! I will definitely will be signing my lease once again! Thank you leasing team for your hard work and definitely Maintenance team for keeping our hallways clean along with our parking garage.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and after the turnover in management to the current greystar parent company, there has been a dramatic increase in quality across the board. Very professional and helpful front office staff have led to a general increase in living conditions. There has been a few maintenance hiccups but all dealt with fairly well (although could be improved). There are some instances of security issues and recent volume concerns. I also wish they would make the rooftop area nice again!

I have had an amazing experience living in this apartment complex!, Been living here for more than 5 years, and i would say we finally have best Management and staffs, The staff is always friendly, approachable, and eager to help with any concerns. The manager, in particular, is exceptional—always professional, attentive, and truly dedicated to ensuring the residents are happy. really, we can see the difference since the moment this management took over and before. The maintenance team is incredibly efficient as well—every time I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded promptly and taken care of the issue quickly. The property is always well-kept, and it’s clear they ensuring the residents are comfortable. The staff has been nothing short of amazing, and they are always smiling and willing to help fix any issues that arises.This property has so many great amenities from the roof top terrace to the luxurious pool. And, the location is perfect because it is surrounded by so many shopping strips/ great stores. Great place to move !

I moved in to Bellrock Summer St almost two years ago, and I am very pleased with my living experience. The leasing staff, especially Jessica, has been super friendly and helpful since day one! She answers all emails promptly and is super professional! Maintenance is timely with requests, and overall I have enjoyed my time here. One of my favorite amenities is the pool - its always clean and feels like youre at a resort. I also love the location of the apartments. Lower Heights is super walkable, and with new construction going on, I can tell more exciting things are coming to the neighborhood. I recommend!

I have to start with all the beautiful amenities that Bellrock Summer Street has to offer , from its lovely pool , and accommodating fireplace , to the stunning rooftop view . Not only is the property very nice and has very good up keeping , the staff is absolutely amazing . Due to previous tours taking longer than expected my bf and I showed up an hour late to our scheduled tour time (4:30pm) Kyara was nice enough to accommodate us and do a shortened tour as they were closing in the next 30 minutes, the apartment itself was beautiful, huge island, spacious, nice decor, GAS STOVE! the whole 9 yards, Kyara was nice enough to show us videos of the floor plans we were interested in and we immediately fell in love and applied that night! she has been helpful in answering all my questions via email and getting us prepared to move, my current apartment has great staff so it’s good to know i’m moving and will still be able to receive great service!

Bellrock Summer Street is a nice a beautifully designed apartment building in a great neighborhood. I just recently moved in and feel confident that I will enjoy my time. Jessica Gonzalez, my leasing consultant, has been my main point of contact throughout the process and she has been an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with.When I came in originally to view the apartment on a busy Saturday she was all by herself handling the front like a true professional and answering every question I had.The finshes are great.The amenities are great.Location and views great.Service and support phenomenal so far.As long as Bellrock can maintain this kind of consistency in regard to their standards of excellence, I will be a happy tenant for years to come.

I’ve been a resident here for about 5 months now and I just want to give a huge shoutout to our new maintenance manager, Michel Ramirez. My AC unit went out for the 2nd time in a few months, Michel came within minutes and found the root issue! The repair included a part that had to be ordered over the weekend and Michel has checked in everyday since adding freon to my unit to make sure myself and my dog are cool until the part comes in Monday for the repair.Thank you Michel for going above and beyond for us residents!

Probably looking to move here very soon after my tour. Live down the street and have not had a great experience after 2 years of living in the previous apartment that I did. I forgot to get their name but the email I was given was eporter @livebellrock but she was awesome! Had several people waiting including me and was very accommodating and thorough even though I could tell she was busy! I really appreciate her taking the time to show me the apartment but also really make me want to live here! I’m in the service industry so I can appreciate when someone cares and takes the time. Excited to hopefully sign a lease here soon she was awesome!Not to mention she handled me (who had an appointment) and several other guests/new people with efficiency and ease. As a manager myself, this was very impressive and respectable. She was a very good first impression of the building and management.

I would like to start off by saying I’m not one to usually leave reviews mainly because I’m not swayed by reviews. I believe the people that have bad experiences will exaggerate and make it a bigger deal than it really is. With that being said I want to clarify a few things. This place is absolutely amazing!Where do I begin...the staff is amazing! Melecia was such a help and very quick to respond to emails and calls! She was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond for me. I moved from Dallas so everything was sight unseen and she helped answer all my tedious questions. London was very helpful as well as she answered a few questions for me. Jose gave me a tour of the place after I moved and was super friendly. Chris the propertymanager took the time to speak to me and welcome me with open arms. He immediately made me feel at home.The actual property is beautiful! The location is amazing! I walked to the grocery store my first day here. The property is right off the highway easy access. There is a target, pet smart, grocery stores, much more just 5 minutes away. The pool makes me feel like I’m in a resort somewhere in Florida. Everyone I have ran into is extremely friendly! Cancel your gym membership, this gym has it all and overlooking the beautiful pool. The dog park is incredible, my pup loves it and has made many friends.The garage is very secure and I even left my vehicle on the street one night and everything was just fine! I feel safe here and I am very impressed with everything so far!I spoke to Chris about a few minor details in the unit and within 2 hours the maintenance manager came and helped me with everything. He was very professional and quick!In other words if you’re looking for a place to call home, your search is done. I hope this helps anyone looking to make a decision!

New management has taken over and is turning things around and making changes. The gas stoves and high ceilings are great. Maintenance is fast to make any repairs needed. The big downside is that they haven’t figured out the parking situation. Cars on the high floors get broken into more than they should, but that will happen in Houston.

By far my favorite apartment complex I’ve lived in. I could go on about the community and all the awesome features but a lot of the comments talk about them. They have everything you can imagine. They do fun events for the residents like food trucks, brunches, and even dog events. They had food trucks come this week and the new manager was outside passing out drinks after the office had closed. You can tell they really care about the residents here. Overall I’m very happy with my decision to stay here and highly recommend it.

I’ve been living here a few months and really like it so far! Management has recently changed to Greystar. I’ve lived in several Greystar communities and have always had good experiences! This community is upscale and has a very artsy feel. There is art everywhere. The amenities are awesome! The rooftop deck has amazing views of the Houston skyline and the Pool and grilling area is huge. They even have a theatre room with a concession stand and popcorn machine. They recently hired new security that I’ve seen pretty regularly in our parking garage which is always a plus. You are walking distance to running trails, parks, restaurants and a lot of stores. Highly recommend to those who want to live in a vibrant and fun atmosphere!

Facilities are great, neighbors are OK. The occasional dog taking potty breaks in incorrect locations, but the staff promptly cleans it.I would give it a 5 star if it werent for the mail room shenanigans. Stuff gets lost quite often because its so packed all the time. I wish they would deliver packages to your room they way they did it for Christmas once a week.

I’ve had friends that have lived here for a while and I recently moved in as well. The community is great from all the amenities to the leasing team. The new manager, Kelsey, has been great to work with, they are currently under new management as of a few months ago I believe. They have resident events weekly including food trucks, so that’s been cool. It’s close toEverything! 5 min from downtown, 3 min fromHeights, 4 min from Washington, and 5 min from montrose. You can’t beat this centralLocation! On site security every day is also a huge plus. I accidentally left one of my windows open for a few days and nothing happened to my truck. I really love this place.

This is the best apartment I have lived in as far as quality and community and just about anything else. I love this place as my new home and it has a natural ambience of a home feeling. The staff are exceptional, nice, and welcoming and the community is filled with art and character. Also, the whole place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I love it here!

I have recently moved into Broadstone at summer street. During this process, I have had a tremendous amount of help from Gabrielle Nguyen. She has been helpful and patient from the beginning! I don’t have any qualms or hesitation when it comes to asking her for assistance making sure my leasing application is correct, or to clarify other details about my lease. If you tour the property with Gabby then you’ll be taken care of throughout the process while setting up a home at Broadstone.Also, maintenance has visited my apartment a couple of times to help combat a clogged drain or disposal. They were quick and efficient each time with plenty of helpfulness and understanding of the issues.

Recently moved in and loving the place. Modern, clean, awesome amenities like the movie theater and rooftop hang out area. We absolutely love the new management and how they are operating things. The team hasn’t changed but they have a new manager that came over from Greystar. Since Greystar has taken over, they have had several events for us including food trucks, trivia nights, and we were just notified of fitness classes and a brunch next week. We’ve also noticed there is security here every night now and even at the pool on the weekends which has helped with the partying issue tremendously. It seems like they are really trying to make the residents happy and it’s working for us! We just got our renewal letter and will definitely be signing a lease now and we were unsure a few months ago.

I absolutely love this apartment complex! I visited a friend who had just moved in and I just had this overwhelming feeling that this is where I needed to be. I was able to move in a week later and I couldn’tbe happier. The units are immaculate, the gym is to die for, the residents are so lovely, the pool makes you feel like you’re at a resort, and the floor to ceiling windows in the units (plus the view of downtown...) are just 😍. It is also so close to downtown, the heights, and montrose. PLUS target, HEB, and Kroger are all 2-5 min away. AMAZING!

As a current resident, going on 5 months I can honestly say this is one of the best luxury midrise properties Ive ever lived in. Great floor plans and apartment layout, views of downtown Houston, and the customer service of the leasing office staff is AMAZING. Amazing would actually be an understatement - Melecia was so helpful and thorough in helping me get settled. This complex will not disappoint. I love it here!! The huge gym and rooftop lounge area with beautiful skyline views are my fave!

I moved to Houston in 2017 and made the downtown area my home for 3 years. When I tumbled upon Broadstone Summer Street before it was 100% complete, I was blown away with the unit finishings, rooftop amenity overlooking downtown, theatre room, resort style pool and the close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and parks. It immediately moved to the top of my list of options to relocate to the Heights. I wasnt able to move until several months later, so all of the units I preferred were taken which left me to be indecisive. Melecia gave me a tour of different floor plans probably 100 times before I decided on which apartment I wanted. Also, she made my move to the building during the COVID-19 pandemic seamless and Im so appreciative. The staff is attentive with concerns and host multiple events for the residents to enjoy; my favorite being food truck nights. A lot of things havent been right in 2020, but moving here certainly has been!!!! I love it here!!!

Theres so many positive things to say about Broadstone Summer Street after being here for a year. I visited the property while it was still under construction in 2019. Chris was very knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer any questions I had. Im not easy on the questions either haha. Once I moved into my unit upon completion in December 2019 it was amazing! All the workmanship of the place was neat! The entire staff became family. This was a blessing as I moved into HTX for a promotion and needed that family feel. If it wasnt for building a home, I would be renewing my lease. I recommend taking a tour if youre in the market for a complex in the Heights/Montrose area!

I have lived here for a couple weeks now and overall I really love it. The unit I moved into was new, the location is amazing, and I signed a lease when there was a great special going on. I also didn’t have any problems with my unit like others have mentioned.I have not experienced the security issues that people have mentioned below, but one thing that has been disappointing is seeing dog poop in the hallways (which are carpeted) on multiple occasions in the 2 weeks I’ve been here. I know this isn’t entirely management’s fault and falls more on the residents that live here but the times that I have seen it it’s been there for hours before it’s taken care of. I called the first time I saw it occur but it shouldn’t be my (or any other resident’s responsibility) to do this every time.I’m also disappointed that there was NO communication from the time I signed my lease to the time that I moved in (which was nearly 2 months). Maybe this is one of the kinks that haven’t been worked out since this place is new, but having lived in 5 other apartments I can tell you every other place sends a welcome email with reminders of things to bring/do before move-in. I know some of these things were written out in the lease but it would have been nice to receive some kind of follow-up communication regarding move-in day instructions especially since Covid is going on and offices aren’t operating under normal conditions.
