I love these apartments. The ladies in the office are all AMAZING, and friendly. They assist when something is needed and get the issue resolved. Since the management has changed to the current management, I have seen a lot of positive change. I love that there is an officer that lives in the complex. He’s quick to respond and overall having an officer here gives you a peace of mind. The maintenance guys are amazing as well. I put in orders and get taken care of same day. Thank you Bellrock!

Well let’s start by saying i absolutely love my new place it’s so comfy and nice. Staff was very professional and polite, the property manager Mrs. Katrina was very helpful very friendly and very patient. She was quick with responding when i asked questions while applying and walked me through cause i kept getting stuck at some steps of my app but she saved the day. I have not yet moved in but very excited to move into this new property. The leasing agent that helped me in my whole process is Alondra and she has be exceptional! Katrina is the property manager and she stepped in, introduced herself and made sure I was well taken care off. The service from this team is amazing, shows they really care for their residents/future residents. I definitely recommend this apartment community, it’s a very high end luxury apartment complex with great amenities and the customer service from the leasing agents and managers are above expectations, they went far and beyond to help me in the whole process. 5 star, would give more if it were possible!

I have lived here now since early 2022 and can honestly say it has been the best apartment complex I have resided in. I have yet to have any complaints or issues. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, it gets resolved literally within 24 hours. The apartment design is so nice and modern. The pool is great. The fitness center is convenient but could use some upgrades and more attention. The package lockers are great and never have issues with package deliveries like I did at my previous apartment complex. I have not had any issues with visitor parking which is a plus. I do get home late from work sometimes and initially had issues finding parking but since then I have invested in a carport spot and that solved the problem. I chose to live here because I wanted to be in a safe area/gated community and it definitely is that. Now with any apartment complex, you will hear people walking by or hear foot steps above you. Thats a given to living in a complex. It doesnt bother me and its not overbearing. You get used to it. I can truly say I will keep renewing my lease here until Im ready for the next step of buying a house. Thank you Bellrock Market Station!

We absolutely love Bellrock Market Station! Of all the years that I have rented, I have never had such a great experience. Mariah, Chris, and Josh and the rest of the staff are wonderful people!! Every work order has been done efficiently, fast and followed up on. The gym is huge and amazing, and the pool area is one of our favorite past times. Everything about this complex feels homey and modern. We are super close to all the Katy attractions and restaurants too! Highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking in Katy.

I haven’t had a chance to do a review on the property and on the staff. But My husband and are moving out the end of the month and would like to share some insight. My husband and I moved into the property September 2021. I am going to be completely honest. If you were to ask me how it went at the beginning of our lease term it was brutal. The change of staff was insane. We went through several managers and other members of staff and things were just not going great at all for the first six or seven months of our lease term. I do want to say though the management staff that is in place now have been very accommodating and very helpful. I want to take time to acknowledge Yuliana she is the assistant manager at the property, and she has been a breath of fresh air. She gets it done! I also want to acknowledge the maintenance staff at the beginning we’ve had some ups and downs, but I feel that now everything is going according to plan. Hector and Martin have been extremely professional accommodating to all of our work order needs, and for that I say thank you! I also want to acknowledge Joshua, the current manager now in place. He has been extremely helpful, and also very accommodating to our needs within reason. To all of you a Bellrock Market station thank you very much!The property has an amazing courtyard, great gym that has everything you’re looking for, beautiful pool and so many more amenities. The great thing now is that they are doing more resident functions , my opinion is it’s great that they are doing more resident functions because you can interact with the staff and get to know them.If you are looking for a place to lease in the Katy area and you want a very modern sharp looking apartment, Bellrock Market Station is your place!

I have lived here for 1 year and just renewed my lease. The new community manager, Joshua, is very friendly and made the renewal process as easy as possible. I have had no major issues with management or the complex, aside from a few minor things (i.e. lack of visitor parking and very thin walls). I know management cant do anything about the walls and thankfully I have had great and respectful neighbors. But if we can get the visitor parking situation taken care of, Id give it 5 stars!

Overall Broadstone Market Station is awesome, there have been some issues with my unit, but to be expected with an apt who just went through construction. They might not have seen every little detail. What I appreciate most is how friendly the staff has been with all the little things I have pointed out about my unit. I toured and signed with Madelyn, she is AWESOME, so sweet and gave a very informative tour, taking me to the different plans I was debating and pointing out differences. Madelyn stayed in contact the entire signing process and was there to answer all my questions and help offer advice on what unit was best. Ashlee the manager is super nice as well, quick to help with any problems. Jose and Kathryn are also very sweet and always helpful! Maintenance is fast and friendly too. I am big on customer service and the staff at Broadstone makes living here that much better. Great staff, great amenities, great location and great units.

Been living here for over a month now and so far the Bellrock team have been so responsive and receptive to our needs! Big shoutout to Chris, he’s been helping us since we moved in every step of the way. As well as management with Josh and Hector the maintenance “do it all” supervisor.

So first I have only lived here since August but I have not had an issues myself so far, the two people that you see when you walk in are always super nice and helpful and when I first moved in I needed a couple things fixed and the guy who came is super nice and you can tell he works hard to get everything done around here. The only complaints I would have that management should look into are 1. there is not enough visitor parking AT ALL, my boyfriend had to drive around multiple times until someone finally left, I would recommend using all those spaces that I always see empty across where the mailroom is against the fence to be used as more visitor parking. 2. Since the halls are more closed in I would say they need to have someone come power wash the floors a couple times a year because the concrete is disgusting and it can make the halls smell terrible and it just does not overall look nice for the buildings. Other than that I would say it is not bad!

I have lived here for almost a year, I will be leaving soon due to location from my job. However, I have to say under the new managment this place is great. When I first started living here the manager was super mean, never cared about any issues I had and the phone was always forwarded to voicemail. I got bit by a dog at the beginning of the year and the previous manager did nothing about it. I also was out of A/C for over two weeks and under old management they didnt fix it until I blew up their phone lines one day.Recently a new manager came in, Josh, and he is AWESOME. He cares about the community and always listens when there is a problem. There was a situation with my trash can and he got it fixed within the hour!

Leslie made my move from Dallas very welcoming even though there was some hiccups in the process, she was always there trying to do everything under her control to make things right. I would highly recommend living here, easy access to the 99 and I10, very convenient location. Recommend talking to Leslie for any advice or support on making Bell Rock Station your new future home. Only downfall is parking , parking can be difficult after 6pm. Great amenities and staff!

I have been a current resident since just after the property opened and have unfortunately seen employees and managers come and go. But I am pleased to say what a breath of fresh air it has been to have a new manager come in and genuinely care about the community as his own. Josh is a great addition to the team and let me vent and air out my grievances that I have had for a while now. Our feed back as residents is crucial but he has gone above and beyond already to assist me. Heck, as we were walking the property he even stopped to pick up trash on the road! Actions speak louder than words and its a pleasure to have someone to speak to that cares. I look forward to the future and making our community feel like home again. Ashlee, and the entire staff were able to make our transition from New Jersey extremely easy with great communication and a friendly attitude.Our apartment itself is enormous with everything we need and more. What got us hooked were the oversized kitchen island, high ceilings, and garden bathtub. We are on the first floor with a large yard that fits our yorkie great!So much could be said about the amenities, but to name a few of our favorites:- 24 hour Gym with everything you need (not your average apartment/hotel gym)- Resort style pool- Business center- Gaming and lounge areaThe staff is always there to answer any questions or concerns that we have and they always do so with a smile. Even the maintenance guy was extremely nice and fixed all the small things that we needed upon arrival. Overall, it has been a wonderful first month at Broadstone Market Station and we are glad to call this place home!

This property is gorgeous! Secluded quieter luxury community with easy access to newer part of Katy, while still being easily accessible to Houston. The community has very boutique style amenities such as quartz countertops and under lighting in the modern gray/white color schemed cabinets. Very modern style finishes and awesome fitness center. The community has amazing team to help. Ask for Josh, Mariah, Yuliana, or Chris. The customer service is great!

I have lived here going in 2 years….. the community was going downhill really fast and i was definitely moving…….until the new property manager JOSHUA BOLANOS stepped in. He has already done more in this little short time he has been here then iv seen in the past year. I am sooooooo happy hes here now an putting this community back to where it needs to be! I love this community because the environment here is beautiful. What I really like is its very near to I-10 and also a very close 4 mins drive to Walmart, Kroger and all other Shopping malls, Restaurants and grocery stores. The Manager, Alysa, is very caring and compassionate person. I recently had an issue with the refrigerator, So I complained to her , she quickly came to check and understood the problem and within couple of days got replaced with new refrigerator. Thanks to the Alysa to be so quick and to solve the issue.

This is my second year at this complex. I decided to renew here for many reasons, including the excellent attention from the work team, always willing to support and collaborate with each of our approaches. The apartment is very comfortable, it is equipped with everything you need and the maintenance is adequate. I have had very few eventualities that have been corrected almost immediately. The complex in general is very well located, everything is close by, especially the Katy Mill. The experience has been gratifying, to the point that I am thinking of renewing and staying for the third year of rent. Come closer and convince yourself ✨This is my second year living in this complex. I decided to renew for several reasons that have to do with the infrastructure and location, but more with the excellent service and teamwork of the Leasing Office staff, always willing to collaborate with each of our requirements, especially Christopher Jaime, always with a smile and friendly attitude. The fact that Cris is bilingual has been a plus in his attention because he perfectly understands our approaches, for example, when we need any maintenance service (light bulbs, filters, air conditioning service, drainage, etc.), fumigation, photocopying, replacement of paper, beverage machine, etc. Since Cris arrived at the complex, she has been in charge of social networks and organizing thematic events for residents, which serve to strengthen ties of friendship between us. All events have been planned and executed with great dedication and care. All this makes me think about renewing for a third year of rent. Thanks to the Bellrock Market Station Team, especially Cris.
