Had recently gotten a job in Austin and was looking for a place to cut down on the commute. A friend recommended Bat City to me. Despite being new in the game, they were far from inexperienced. I worked with Paul and he really knew his stuff. Found me a great place in my budget, was professional and personable, and just made the whole process easy for me.

Wow, where do I start with this place. I was on a very strict time crunch to get moved into a new place. I was really worried that I wasnt going to be able to get it done in 2 weeks, but I decided to try my luck with a locator. I was referred to Bat City through a very good friend of mine, and was blown away with my experience. Paul really went above and beyond to make sure my entire apartment search process was smooth and low stress. I ended up finding a great apartment in just a little over a week. Will totally use these guys again if I decide to move to a different apartment after this lease.

Just moved to Austin recently and to be honest it has been a nightmare trying to find a place to live until I found this company Paul the individual that I worked with very informative took his time to explain things went above and beyond the show me places that I had never even known were an option I just signed my lease two days ago and I could not be happier and three blocks away from the mothership Joe rogans comedy club which was on my wish list !!!! take a chance with these guys it was worth it for me
