    The Balcara community is an awesome place to stay! The management team showed great hospitality and assisted me in every way. The transition was smooth, and they answered all my questions. If I left messages, I always received a quick response. The maintenance representative goes above and beyond to make sure all products were working and answered all my questions. The move in was smooth. The follow up was smooth!Presently,Their service is still top notch, and I recommend that you stop by and check us out! You won’t be disappointed!

Not only do they make this community feel like a true home, but they also provide incredible moral support when life throws curveballs that may seem out of our control. They always reassure us that they are human too, and with a like-minded approach, we can tackle any issue together.When it comes to maintenance requests, they are on top of it and always ensure things are addressed quickly and efficiently. Additionally, they are very engaged with the residents, regularly informing us about various activities and events happening in the community.I couldn’t have chosen a better property to call home. Mrs. Monica and Mrs. Latonya truly deserve all the praise and recognition for their exceptional service and dedication to the residents.     Balcara at Meridiana is a new development and it is stunning! The perfect place for luxury home rentals. The location, amenities and homes themselves have everything you need and more. We spoke with Monica for the majority, but Toya is also amazing and friendly! Every staff member we met has been professional and helpful. We highly recommend this property if youre looking for a home to rent in a neighborhood that has just begun to really grow!

    The experience my husband and I received upon moving to this location was wonderful. Latoya and Monica made the move in process very easy and handle every detail with care. Desmond who facilitates maintenance on the property is very knowledgeable of his job and has impeccable customer service.Balcara at Meridiana is a wonderful community to grow and glow throughout the years.

    The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful! The property staff and manager has been nothing but helpful and have made my move in a breeze! Monica, the property manager, is very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming! So glad I chose here to live! Shopping centers are close by, H-E-B is literally 7 mins away, gas station in walking distance, star bucks in walking distance as well. Many things to do without having to drive long distances away. My home is beautiful and it’s the perfect fit for my family! Love the natural lighting, built in alarm system and ring door bell that comes with the home for added protection and peace of mind! The amenities are prefect for our community! Very quiet, safe, and peaceful neighborhood and that’s what we love the most!

    We were originally relocating from VA to Pearland, a sister property in Pearland suggested Balcara. We knew nothing about Rosharon so I was a little nervous. From the initial conversation with the leasing staff, who were very friendly, until we signed the lease, it was a positive experience. We signed our lease and all our documents online, and when we finally flew into Texas, we were not disappointed. Love the area, love the community, which is very close to schools and Hwy 288. Glad I made the decision to move my family here.

    I have had the best experience here at Balcara. Monica went above and beyond to handle my initial process over email while on vacation. Toya toured my daughter and I practically around the whole community she made us feel like family. I don’t just give Balcara 5 stars I get them 100 stars. Thank you for your hospitality.

    What a wonderful experience I had visiting with Monica at Balcara at Meridiana. Monicas professionalism, knowledge, and kindness is unmatched. The property is beautiful and I fell instantly in love with the 3.2- 1/2.2. The maintenance Supervisor, Desmond was equally kind. I definitely have this property on the top of my list.

    We just signed with Monica and what a blessing she was indeed! The process was so smooth and easy. She was able to obtain a quick approval and had the property ready for move in immediately. Her positive attitude was a pleasure when conducting business and her professionalism within her role was stellar. We are going to enjoy our new community!

    My boyfriend and I toured this place yesterday and we fell in love! The staff was very welcoming, and Toya was great! She made sure we knew all of the perks to living here and it’s in a great area. The townhomes are very spacious, has new appliances and perfect for anyone who wants to live in peace and with style. We can’t wait to move in and join this community.
