    I’ve had a great experience living at Azul. The community is beautiful, and the apartments are spacious and well-maintained. Location is amazing, especially being so close to the lake. There is even a Starbucks right next door at Oracle!Yeah, the elevator does have issues at times, but I have learned that its the elevator company is who addresses these issues.The office staff is friendly, approachable, and ready to help with any questions or concerns. A special shoutout to Brooke, who has been incredibly helpful during my time here. Her kindness and professionalism stands out.The maintenance team is equally amazing—quick to respond to requests and thorough in their work. Thank yall!

    Ive lived at Azul for a year now, and it’s been one of my favorite places to live. The location is fantastic—right in Riverside, close to the trail, Lady Bird Lake, and just minutes from downtown. The front office staff is super friendly, and the maintenance team is excellent, always handling repairs quickly and efficiently. I love living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot in Austin!

    Been here for over 2 years and really love this complex! The office staff is so helpful and always attentive to the tenants needs. The amenities are nice (large pool, media room, business center, club room, rooftop terrace and a small gym. The gym equipment is pretty dated but still works OK. My favorite part of this complex is the location to the lake trail and easy access to downtown.

    Front Desk:I recently had an excellent experience at my leasing office, all thanks to the incredible service provided by Alyssa, the receptionist at the front desk.From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Alyssa greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, creating an inviting atmosphere. Her professionalism and customer service skills were evident right from the start. She was attentive, patient, and genuinely interested in assisting me with any inquiries I had.What impressed me the most was Alyssas quick thinking and problem-solving skills when I faced an unexpected plumbing issue in my apartment. Without hesitation, she efficiently coordinated with the maintenance team, ensuring that they were on their way to address the situation promptly. Alyssas ability to remain calm under pressure and handle the situation with grace was truly commendable.Throughout the entire process, Alyssa kept me informed, providing updates on the progress and ensuring that I felt supported. Her dedication to customer satisfaction and her friendly demeanor made what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable.In addition to her exceptional service during the emergency, Alyssa consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and courtesy in her role as the front desk receptionist. Her positive attitude creates a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.Maintenace:I also want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding work of Brandan and Isaiah from the maintenance team. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that our community is well-maintained and that any issues are addressed quickly and efficiently. Whether its a small repair or a more complicated issue, Brandan and Isaiah are always professional, friendly, and prompt. Brendan does an excellent job of going above and beyond by also educating me on what to look for to avoid future problems. It is very good to know these things that I was unaware of.Its clear that they take pride in their work and care deeply about the comfort and well-being of the residents. Their hard work and dedication truly make a difference and contribute to the positive living experience!

    I have lived here for almost 3 years now and it has been my favorite place I have lived! At the time when we were looking for a new apartment, it was very competitive to get a unit at Azul. The office staff was very patient with all of our calls and check ins when trying to get a unit. Parker, in particular was extremely helpful and she is the reason we were able to get a unit at Azul! She is truly the best person I have met in a management company and puts 100% into what she does! She will always greet you with a smile and we appreciate her so much!

    I have lived at Azul since April 2023. My experience so far has been just fantastic. Beautiful property, excellent maintenance service, and great management/leasing team. Ask for Alyssa specifically. She is the best, and has been so helpful to me throughout my living here!

    Staff in the leasing here are the best! I love the location of this property, the simple layout is convenient to get in and out of or to and from the parking garage. Just across the street has one of the best open fields in the near downtown area, great for dogs, laying in the sun, sports. Plenty of room. I love this property!

    After 2.5 years here, i can honestly say this is a great place to live. The staff has been nothing but great, especially Parker who was extremely helpful with any questions and procedures (coming from outside the US, it can be a little daunting). But all staff have been nothing but great, always greeting you with a smile and answering any questions you might have. Looking forward to the next few years living here.

    I am moving to Austin in August and recently toured here with Parker. Out of all of the apartments I visited, Azul is top of my list. The prices and apartments are great for the location. Parker was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the community and things to do near by. I look forward to getting a place here when the time comes!

    I love this place I couldn’t have made a better choice than my stay at Azul. The property & staff are amazing!!!! Anytime I had questions or concerns big or small Parker would help me out as well as Jessica there property manager. They really helped me with anything I needed. They are just extremely welcoming & helpful. They made the stay at Azul that much better. I’d recommend this place to anyone!!!

    I’ve lived here for a few years now and no management/ leasing office has taken better care of me than the current ladies, Parker, Madison, Alyssa & Jessica! They are very kind and understanding of any problems you have. They are also great with community communications too.

    Was a great moving in Process! Very great communication with the front office the whole time. Everything I expected and needed to do was communicated to me up front prior to move in. Alyssa, in the front office, was my primary communication and she made me feel incredibly taken care of the whole time. Minor issues with the apartment when I moved in that were immediately addressed by facilities. I’ve only lived here 2 weeks but can tell I made the right decision. Will leave another review when I move out.

    My experience living here has been the BEST!! The staff is so inviting and welcomes you with big smiles--(Parker, Madison & Alyssa). Always so friendly and willing to help in any way needed.Location is great for animal lovers with a huge grass field for the dogs to play and right next to the town lake trail. 10 out of 10 place to be :)

    I never leave reviews but I’d be remiss if I didn’t give Parker and Rain a shoutout for the amazing experience they provided me during the transfer process. I spoke to Parker a few weeks ago about transferring units internally and she provided consistent communication and updates and eventually found me a one bedroom available! The customer service they provide to their tenants is A+ honestly THANK YOU SO MUCH PARKER AND RAIN!

    What a rare find. I have lived at some nice apartment communities, but this one is my favorite. The apartments are great and the amenities are even better! The rooftop deck and lounge has some of the best views of downtown as well as Lady Bird Lake.I would have been fine with just the nice apartment and the amenities, but the awesome staff puts the cherry on top. The whole staff is super friendly and they always stop and ask how my day was. All in all I couldnt be happier with my choice to live at Azul Lakeshore. #LovingAzulLakeshore

    Azul is absolutely amazing! The most amazing amenities, location, staff, and apartments in the riverside area! The leasing staff is SO helpful and friendly and always offering up fun activities and events for residents. Maintenance is extremely effective and efficient, and always so happy to help.     I am thoroughly satisfied with the apartment complex and the community. Both the maintenance and office staff are very nice and helpful. The grounds are always kept clean and the amenities are awesome. And the location is perfect. It is close to downtown, and the immediate area has plenty to offer anyone, too. I love this place.

    From the moment I was referred to this apartment complex, I have encountered nothing but smiles and courteous people. Amber Anguiano (Asst. Community Manager) and Whitney Gilbert (Leasing Agent) are the type of people you take the time to remember. You want to know happy and friendly people who are very competent and professional. The residents have been the same way. My living experience was great, just based off of their positive energy and that made the difference.

    The property is in an awesome location and has nice downtown views, good river runs if thats what you do and walking distance to go out to eat and have a nice walk to do so.The office staff always makes a difference when you visit them.     While we’ve only been moved in for just under a week, we love it here so far. It’s an amazing location with wonderful amenities, the majority of the staff is very friendly, the community is quite clean and safe, and we haven’t had any issues with noise from surrounding units so far.
