    I’ve lived at Axis for over a year, and I have to say, this is one of the best front office teams I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Most of my interactions have been with their Assistant Community Manager, Kasundra, who is always incredibly sweet, professional, and an excellent communicator. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly.The maintenance staff is equally impressive – they’re fast, efficient, and reliable. On multiple occasions, they’ve responded to requests within an hour! I also had the pleasure of working with Anthony, who was equally professional and attentive.Overall, the team at Axis has made living here an absolute pleasure. Their dedication to excellent service and attention to detail truly stands out. Highly recommend!

    One of best things Axis Kessler could have done was add the wonderful Kasundra Johnson to the team. She is who you want to see and speak with before deciding to move here. I really appreciate her hospitality, her willingness to help the residents with the small and large things. Also, she, is the only reason I even engage with the propertys events. Todays date is 12/05/2024 meaning Christmas is close. PLEASE think of a wonderful gift to give Mrs. Johnson. I know the property can afford a really nice give/ Christmas bonus for all her hard work.

    I toured this place on Saturday (4/1) and had the best experience so far in my apartment hunt journey. Maura (I really hope this her name because she deserves ALL THE PRAISE) was the NICEST person and was so informative and kind. You really have to have the right attitude and patience to be able to deal with people, ESPECIALLY at an apartment complex and she had the sweetest personality and sense of humor. The apartment community was lovely and there were no red flags whatsoever throughout the tour. We even had the pleasure of speaking with one of the residence as we were leaving the complex and she had nothing but nice things to say about the community. The location and surrounding area were nice as well. Im still looking at places but this is definitely high on the list.

    Ive been living here for almost 6 months now and I will say it hasnt been the smoothest journey. I had a lot of issues within my first unit and it was extremely hard to feel heard and understood by the leasing agents. I noticed there was a lotttt of turnover with the agents. The only reason I can give this apartment a review of 4 stars is because of one the newest agents, Estacia. She took over during my transfer to a new unit and truly made it her mission to make things better and make sure I was comfortable as a resident. That is something I felt was missing with the former agents so I really appreciated that attention to detail and overall commitment to her job. If not for Estacia, I would have broken my lease. Thats how fed up i was! All of my issues with the previous unit have been addressed with the new unit. The logistics for the move were so smooth, thanks to her. While I still think there is a need for more agents, shoutout to Estacia for holding everything together here!

    I toured this beautiful apartment community felt welcomed and appreciated...Victoria was super friendly and professional. I loved her beautiful spirit and leased with her that same day. The approval process was quick and effortlessly...I moved in and Victoria and her manager cared about my concerns, since I was moving to a new city..Fast forward today, Victoria professionalism continued by assisting me expeditiously when I have maintenance issues, packages being delivered etc.She goes above and beyond her call of duty to make sure my needs were met..Thanks Victoria and Tanya for being exemplary apartment management.     Estacia and Brytany are FANTASTIC leasing agents. I moved in last month and have had no issues. Axis at Kessler is a beautiful community that is affordable and quiet. The nearby golf course is an added bonus.

    Shout out to Maura and George, leasing office gems. Travelled from California to dallas to see apartments and Maura was sooo sooo helpful. She went beyond to show us the available apartments. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She is a wonderful soul. Finalized the apartment and will be moving. George is such a gentleman and very polite. Apartment complex is beautiful and loved everything. Cant wait to move here.

    I have lived here for a few months now and love it! It is close enough without being too close to things. The area is still upcoming, but the changes are looking good. I absolutely love the pool, but wish the hours started a little sooner for us early birds. My only complaint is that I wish the fans in the hallways of our building worked, without them the air is a little stagnant.

    They sent me my deposit back when I moved out! This never happens.... But the office management kept their word per the original lease. In addition, I had beautiful apartment and already miss it! It was a picturesque view I had!! Thank again!!

    I am about to hit a year here and this by far is the best place I have had the pleasure to call home. Its a beautiful apartment community and very well kept. I always feel safe and I have not had any issues in the year I have been here. The office staff will always greet you with a smile and always, ALWAYS, make you feel welcomed when you talk to them. Brenda, Jessica and Kealsy have been very professional and very helpful in my time being here. By far the best leasing team you will ever have to deal with and more than likely the last team because you will absolutely love to call this place home. I highly recommend you give these guys a chance. You will not regret calling Lincoln at Kessler Park home!!!

    This is the best apartment experience we had in Dallas. From the intro to the friendly and helpful staff who were genuinely where excited to have us join there community. And yes this is a community, I am so impressed with how the management provides so many opportunities and ways to get to know others in the complex but in a very classy relaxed way. The amenities are the best around, the apartments are some of the best kept up with I have seen anywhere! Our third floor view of the golf course couldnt be better!!! All we see is trees, grass and greenery from our private balcony. The residents here are so friendly and its a great quite place to come home and relax and enjoy all that they have to offer. This is a haven not just an apartment complex. The management team is simply the best there is in the business... when you love your job it shows... even the maintenance guys I have found to be incredibly helpful, kind and ready to assist you. Did I move into a apartment community or a tiered resort? The location is perfect for getting around anywhere in town easily but far enough away to not feel like your looking into someone elses window. The beautifully manicured and sprawling 15 acres creates a much more relaxed and enjoyable experience then most apartment complexes where you find yourself feeling like your living in a box smashed in with a ton of others. Look everywhere else and then come here last so you can fully appreciate all that LKP has to offer!

    I work for Lincoln Management and filled in here last Sunday. This is a brand new property and I was so pleased working here. The property manager Elizabeth was super nice. I was worried with it being such a nicer property it would be a difficult Sunday but the residents here were so nice! I’ll definitely recommend this property to my friends & I’ll definitely fill in again when I can! I loved it.

    Went in today talked to the manager Tonya Hays and I am changing my review not only did she talk to me about what I was complaining about but I see the changes already. She was very nice professional and made me feel good about staying. Not only am I staying I’m looking into a bigger apartment in the complex now. Guess all I needed to do was talk to her. Thanks Tonya I really appreciate you and the conversation today made me fall back in love with my complex today.

    Ive lived at Lincoln Kessler Park Apartments for about 9 months and it has been a great experience overall.We did have some noise issues with the workers at construction site next door starting too early in the morning. But after speaking with Kelsie in the leasing office she stepped up to plate and we havent had a single issue with the early morning noise since she got involved.Great complex, great staff, great location.I would absolutely recommend to a friend.

    I just signed my second lease with the apartment complex. I love it here. I have an apartment with an attached garage and I couldnt be happier. I like that the price is higher than other places, and that most apartments are 1 and 2 beds. It keeps the place clean and quiet. They seem to be very pet friendly, as I dont own any pets. Now that the huge gym is built its a huge perk as well.

    I had lived in the Lincoln Kessler park apartments for over a year and a half and my overall experience between the community, staff, maintenance, and personal life has been great. This is a gated community which allows you to have a sense of privacy. They do have a nice grilling area in the center of their complex which is free to use and at the pool as well. They have their own dog park and plenty of areas near each complex for closer use with provided doggy bags. The maintenance team is very fast and helpful, they always get things done right away and are alway doing things around the complex. The staff are very helpful, respectful and understanding. For personal life, their mailroom has a package locker which holds all your packages which you can get whenever. Their floor plans are well thought out, rooms are great size and closet space is huge! I also got plenty of balcony space and a great view of dallas. They do have a gym but if you’re more of a gym freak, there is a 24 hour gym right outside. I would highly recommend moving into these apartments if you’re looking for a place that feels like home and still near downtown Dallas.

    I cant say enough about this property. I had two maintenance issues that needed attention. I turned in the request in on Sunday and the maintenance team showed up on Monday. Other places I would wait at least a few days. Not here, the very next day they were here. It took Jose and Estaban less than five minutes to address both problems and resolve them!!! From the leasing office to the maintenance team, these folks go above and beyond to ensure your complete and total satisfaction!!! Love this place..

    Great new apartments, the floor-plans are really nice, and they have so many to choose from. We toured with Liz, she was great, very polite and nice. Answered all of our questions, and was willing to show us every floorplan we might be interested. More than happy with the staff and the property

    Moved in, in Jan. Loving it so far. Always wanted to live in the area, and will eventually buy here as well. Love the rebuilding going on in the community, especially with a wholefood grocer and non-chain restaurant options at Sylvan and in nearby Trinity Groves.The location is perfect with you being able to hit any highway within minutes. The streets can use some work, but thats a city issue.

    I am a resident.Courtney she is at another property was PHENOMENAL. COME BACK C.Liz is my GO TO. She as well is EXCEPTIONAL. All the staff is reliable, confident, understanding and does there best to meet the client where they are.The property is CLEAN, QUIET, SECURE 24hr, and has no RATCHET residents.It is close to downtown Dallas allowing mobility around the DFW Metroplex.The price point is ideal for the amenities.I am no way DISAPPOINTED in this decision.Lastly. living in City of Dallas District 1, can’t be beat.

    Very cool place to live right outside downtown. Quiet property, great views, staff puts on events every month. Great balconies which you don’t see a lot with actual space and some privacy depending on the building .
