McKenna,Has been my go to rep.here at Avilla Boat Club.She always listens to my requests and responds quickly to any issues. Very knowledgeable and if she doesnt know she finds out a quick as possible. Very kind and friendly demeanor and loves pets too. And weve had a few laughs over me leaving the hatch of my car open and not finishing what Im unloading a few times now!Overall I would give her a 10 for this complex shes an overall great employee to have here.The Cornells

McKenna has been awesome, from our initial tour back in January to now as 5 month residents. Every question we had about the community or the application process she answered with a smile. Every time I go to get my mail or stop by the office McKenna greats you with that same warm smile. That is what makes a difference when looking for a home, how am I treated from the start and we have felt at home here at Avilla.

I love the property location and having your very own private, fenced in yard. Pet friendly with no breed restrictions and allows 3 pets-yes please and thank you!
