    The apartments look nice but management really needs to pay more attention to tenants leaving their dogs out on the patio 24/7. For one it’s illegal but also cruel. And annoying to your neighbors who live near the complex.

    I moved in about a month ago after living in a house for the past 12+ years. I was skeptical about the size of the unit, amenities, security, and price given Houston’s cost for leasing an apartment.I am happy to say that all of my expectations were actually met if not exceeded! The complex is less than 2 years old, so everything still looks new, the units have the amenities that I value most like energy efficient appliances, a small dog park, plenty of storage, a wonderful management team, and reasonably priced for this area of Houston. I could continue on about this friendly and secure community of only 70 apartments, but you should take a tour yourself.Now, keeping this all real, I was disappointed by the fact that there are only 4 visitors parking spaces for the entire complex, you have to call a towing company EVERY time a visitor parks on the lot for a parking code (good for 24 hours), visitors are only able to get a code to park 3 times max per week (oh, no they didn’t), and there are no entry/security boxes for you to buzz your guests inside of the gates of the complex. You have to use your key fob to buzz them in, which I guess is cool because you have to call a company for a visitors pass to be placed on their windshield when they park in one of the four visitor spots located at the back of the parking lot. It would have been nice for me to know and consider this all when selecting where i wanted to call my new home.Like I said, we’re going to keep it real today. Despite these “challenges” I would still HIGHLY recommend moving here because I love my apartment! The pros outweigh the cons, but it’s all subjective anyway.

    I was very satisfied with the way the staff handled the application process and got me in fairly quickly. I have been here about 4 months, i love that they try to include their residents and children by having activities and events. The property is safe and quiet and I am pleased with my apartment space. Very upscale living.

    This place is the best I’ve came across in years! The staff are very professional, polite and just right on time! I got a positive vibe the first day I walked in the office to apply! Benita went above and beyond while being understanding as me and my family patiently waited through the process! Even when I wasn’t sure and was getting frustrated Benita reassured me and was very positive! Carla was also great at explaining things and Danielle returned all my calls that’s a plus! I mean these ladies are very nice and they just all gave great positive feedback! My experience with the staff has been overall awesome! The maintenance guy he’s very professional as well he made sure I understood everything about my unit in details! I know my experience here will be great and I’m overly exited to call this place my home! And I will encourage those who are applying to be patient because the staff won’t let you down by doing there best!Thank you Avenue at 34th!!

    The entire leasing center has been just amazing, my application and move in process couldn’t have been any smoother or quicker! The floor plan is very spacious and the apartment in itself is beautiful. Benita was quick to answer my emails and texts and overall a great help. 10/10 recommend!

    Benita and Danilla were the best and very helpful. I came into the front office inquiring quotes for a 3 bedroom apt and they were so nice upfront, they showed me demo rooms for their apartments and instantly fell in love with how beautiful the apartments are. They were so nice to help me with the application process and got a call that i was approved. Cant wait to move in with this awesome apartment complex.

    Recently applied and Danielle was very helpful. She showed me and my grandma the 3bedroom and also viewed us the 2 bedroom. She also was very patient with us during the application process. Im hoping we get approved because the apartments are absolutely beautiful. It was love at first sight.

    I’ve been living here for over 3 months now and I seriously have no complaints. The staff is very nice! Benita and Mr.Vernon have been very sweet and helpful with everything. The location is great! There’s so many fun things around this area like restaurants, dessert places, Pilates classes, tons of fast food options, etc.. It’s also every quiet! Couldn’t be happier.
