I toured this complex in December with Cierra and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, amenities, and professionalism of the staff. They are all friendly and welcoming but most of all accommodating. I’ve been living in my unit for a few weeks now and love it. -

We don’t move in until this upcoming January but cannot explain how excited we are! We immediately fell in love with the community and housing! (They’re offering such good deals with the complex being so new) All of the leasing agents are AMAZING. Want to give so so much credit to Cierra! She’s extremely sweet and so helpful, was able to answer every single question we had, and walked us through the entire process with transparency. Couldn’t have done it without her help! -

I had the privilege of staying at these apartments and my experience was great. The unit had amazing amenities and technology, and during my short stay everything was clean and accessible. The leasing office staff were awesome and always available to help. I definitely would recommend this apartment complex if youre in the area. -

I have been living here for almost a month now. Everyone in the office is so genuine and welcoming. Yasmine and Elias truly made my experience applying enjoyable! I love everything about this place and can’t get enough of those hammocks haha! I couldn’t ask for a better place to be. -

My entire experience with Avelyn San Marcos has been amazing, Elias was my tour guide of this beautiful property and was so gracious and pleasant. There was no doubt that I wanted to become a resident here. The floor plan was exactly what I was looking for, It had all of the amenities, wood floors, stainless steel appliances, stand in shower in one bathroom and full tub/shower in the other, and much more. It is such a beautiful property, and I cannot wait to move in. Thank you for such a great experience. -

We have been here for almost 2 months now and absolutely love the apartment. We got lucky with the apartments being so new, we received a good deal in rates, view, and location. They started their resident events and those have been something my boyfriend and I look forward to going to. Elias and Yasmine are such a delight. They always greet us with the friendliest faces. No issues so far with our apartment or anything else regarding Avelyn. We have been so blessed with this place to call home. -

Came here over the summer to look at a new living space! Very modern, beautiful, and sleek. A young lady named Cierra is very considerate, helpful, kind, she is an amazing employee with the rest of the excellent staff! Definitely recommend 10/10!! -

I fell in love with the property when I first toured! Katelynn, Elias & Cierra are amazing and made my move in process as smooth going as possible! They’re so accommodating and patient. Such a great place to live! Not to mention the gym and pool are stunning! I love my apartment and it’s so safe. Feels like I live at a resort! -

Sierra was such a great help and showed us so many different options before we found the perfect one! She was very patient and explained everything so that we knew everything we needed to know. We look forward to moving in soon and can’t wait to spend the next year(at least) with this amazing complex!! -

Typically, when I have toured communities in the past it feels very transactional, but she definitely me feel so at home. I am still a few months out from my move but I’m very happy knowing I have found my future home all thanks to Cierra 🤎 -

The Avelyn in San Marcos is by far one of the best and modern apartments the city has to offer. The location is great and very peaceful! On our tour of the apartment Elias was extremely informative and answered every question that we had without hesitation. The application/leasing process was also very smooth and the management staff especially Elias responded very fast to emails and helped guide through the whole process! I would recommend this apartment to everyone who plans on moving to San Marcos. It’s a home away from home, and soon to be the best. -
