Apparently new management took over Ive noticed a significant improvement in how things are run here, making life much easier. And the new staff are not only approachable but also very responsive to my needs.The management is clearly committed to maintaining a high standard of living, and their attention to detail does not go unnoticed, the teams professionalism and efficiency have really made a difference. Its refreshing to see a management team that truly cares about their residents comfort and satisfaction.I would highly this place to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable living environment. Kudos to the new management for making such a positive impact!

I am so thankful that we have new ownership and management! They have made incredible changes since they took over in February. Our pool has not been open for 5 years, and now it’s finally going to be open this Summer! The exterior and interior renovations look amazing they have completely turned this property around. If you’re considering moving in, you don’t want to wait apply today!

Wow, the amount of work going to improve this property is amazing. We are really excited about how this is changing the look of the neighborhood for the better. When we stopped by the office the staff was very nice and the renovated apartments are very modern looking.

Tremendous transformation of the property since the previous owner. The new management cares about the residents and is doing everything possible to improve the living condition of the tenants, including re-opening the pool after several years of it being closed!

We moved in in July and LOVE IT here. They were in the midst of a renovation but things were swift and clean. Jennifer is a wonderful and understanding manager that really cares about her property and her tenants and it shows. There is a large group of kids for our children to play with and the management team is always doing things like cookouts and parties to bring the community together. Weve been here 3 months and I can only see things getting better.

My family and I have been residents here for 3 years and weve been pretty comfortable and happy. The new management team is very friendly and I can see that they are trying to make improvements for the apartments and our community. One of my favorite features is the pool because ours is always nice and clean. Geoff, who is the man in charge of the pool, does an excellent job at making sure that only residents come in, which I appreciate, and he goes above and beyond to keep up with the cleanliness of the water and its surrounding area. Geoff is definitely a great asset to our apartment complex.

I am posting this review based on the improvements that have been and are being done by the current management team. As soon as they took over this property has undergone extensive improvement projects that were long overdue like re doing the patio and balconies, handrails and steps and fences , the pool area, and trash cleanup. The parking lot is currently getting re done and the children’s playground area is next! They have a quality maintenance team to get things done with minimal wait time........keep up the good work but don’t slow your roll

I love these apartments. Its been a blessing for my family and i to stay here. And the manager is a breath of fresh air. I wouldnt trade her for the world. An might i add who ever the grounds keepers are do a great job on keeping the place looking 👍. Keep up the good job

Leasing manager Jennifer is large at heart and and will help or work with me the best way she can . I and my children like calling the location home, its near to everything . Moving there the floor was renovated , cute kitchen , and the bathroom was renovated . Its worth to be experienced.

They are good apts. My family and I feel safe here. They also work with me on everything. My last apartments ( I lived upstairs) they would not do anything about my air. I was paying almost 300 a month for electricity due to the summer heat. But Avanti fixed everything that was a problem. Very clean and professional. If I can I will try to be here for a while.

The apartments have some little things here and there as to be expected but Ms. Jen is on it. She is worth her weight in gold. Every time I need her shes there. Patient and kind, she handles her business, a no nonsense type of person

Ive been living here almost 7months l love it Specifically Geoff he such a nice guy I love him like brother he such a big help 24/7 omg the pool he keeps up with it so beautifully even after hours if need something he can help with he will help he always take his time out for everyone if you see him he will speak. Him and his wife are the kindest Geoff doesnt want know one to break the rules and if cant follow simple instructions then you can not come to that pool and because hes so about the pool rules and you make sure that theyre enforced thats why we have such an awesome beautiful clean pool and neighborhood thank you geoff for making sure we live in a clean neighborhood and that our pool is up to part and Im so tired of people attacking him because hes enforcing pool rules and not bothering no one just the ones that dont want to follow rules I appreciate you enforcing rules so much if so I just want to say thank you and I wish everyone would appreciate you like I do....❤️🙏🏾

Im still living here its peaceful and quiet. The staff here is amazing and very helpful. I have lived in many places and so far I enjoy this one the most. Pool is always clean. And they are very friendly!

So i love living here Avanti and central also has the best maintenance man i have ever seen he even takes time out if his day to keep and eye on everyone at the pool i always know im in great hands and my family is safe. He even is availiable fo emergencies 24 7 im so glad hes working here. Geoff is really overworked in my opinion but when i told him that he said I love this job and im proud to make sure my residents are taken care of. Same as the office they work so hard to give there best. And i know for a fact that Geoff is demanded on calls on a regular bases we love him. Thank you Geoff for taking such good care of my family and everyone else. P.s would u please take a day off you havent yet. 😁

I am scheduled to move in next month and the Manager and Yesenia the leasing lady are SO SO nice and helpful!!! I have stopped by a couple of times and changed my mind on which apt type and they are always so kind!! I’m moving into a 2/2 and can’t wait to have more room!!!

I love living at Avanti it’s so quiet and peaceful,I love the staff they are super nice and friendly, and not to mention Geoff who works above and beyond to keep the pool up and going for all of the residents to go swimming in and he’s super friendly as well!

Overall been a good experience The previous reviews saying its dangerous is inaccurate. I feel safe, it is quiet here and everyone gets along. There is a playground area as well. I like living here.

This is an awsome place for the price new upgrades in the apts no carpet wood plank flooring throughout the apt, new appliances with microwave, 2 tone paint, new satin nickel hardware, faucet fixtures ,lighting, dual flush tiolet th e list goes on and on awsome manger and maint staff
