I’m extremely grateful to be a resident at Avanti Legacy Bayside. Veronyka Ybarra is an incredible asset to the tenants. She’s taken her time to help me. Again, thank you for providing an affordable, safe residence.

Id like to say Kudosfor hiring Ms.Ybarra to be our manager at Avanti Legacy Bayside. I was on the waiting list for years while the Complex was being built from bottom to top. Unfortunately the original Manager found another job right when the Complex was completed and Tenants were left with no Manager for months. Ms. Ybarra walked into a Lions Den, full of complaints and finger pointing, (all blaming her). Shes maintained a calm and respectful demeanor and deals with situations with upmost respect and grace. Its been almost one year Ive been a Resident here and absolutely love it! The area is beautiful and people need to remember a home is what you make of it!

The office manager is friendly and very skilled at her job. Veronica always takes time to answer any questions I might have. We are so lucky to have her here as our Manager..

Veronyka Ybarra is an angel on earth!! She helped me and my sister with my father when no one else took the time to hear our story. She is so kind and compassionate and we are so blessed that our dad is going to be living at Avanti Legacy Bayside! Thank you Veronyka for all that you do!!!!

So I moved in this October 2024 the manager Veronyka Ybarra was very kind and efficient with paperwork OK moving in was stress free she had all the information I needed her reassurance put my mind at ease l love my apartment thank you so much
