    I don’t live here but the staff was amazing. I’d give it five stars but the unit I toured needed to be cleaned it was dusty and had some spiders. Outside of that everything looked nice the layout and whatnot. Just too expensive for me.

    I recently had the pleasure of meeting our new maintenance supervisor, Daeton, and I couldnt be happier with his work. Hes incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to explain what hes doing and even teach me a thing or two along the way. Its refreshing to finally have someone who knows what theyre doing and takes the time to ensure everything is done right.What impresses me the most is his dedication to getting the job done. Hes always eager to tackle any maintenance issues that arise, and he wont leave until everything is complete, no matter how long it takes. Its rare to find someone so committed to their work, and I feel fortunate to have him as part of our community. Daeton, you’re appreciated immensely!

    We moved in last month and Blake, the assistant manager, went out of his way every step to help us. He helped us sign in and one day when we needed repairs and the maintenance employees were busy, he came to our place by himself and fixed our issue. To be honest all the staff are great, professional, well mannered and quick to respond to work orders. Our apartment is renovated and everything feels great and cosy. The gym is great and the pool is good too. This is a place I plan to live in till I buy a house. Overall I would recommend anyone to stay here!

    We just moved in and and to say we are impressed is an understatement. Two weeks ago we moved to Texas, and this was not originally our apartment. The first one failed to mention repairs not complete in our unit and broke lease. The manager at Viceroy gave us the knowledge we needed to make sure that went smoothly. Our leasing agent, Blake, has been more than helpful and is very polite. My first impression of the place was ten times better than our first apartment. The public bathrooms even had spray deodorant, hairspray, dry shampoo, and feminine products! Not to mention is was VERY clean. The units are awesome! Even the ones that are not updated (the one we went with) are still updated and modern. At first our washer wasn’t working but in NO TIME they had someone up and fixing it. Our specific apartment had a package going on that included a FREE and NEW set of patio furniture and a 100$ gift card to Target! This place has really outdone itself and we are so thankful we found it.

    I have lived here for about 6 months, and I am very satisfied! I toured dozens of apartments in the area, and this one stuck out as the best one by far. All the staff I met with were very cooperative, nice, and helpful. They were very honest and up front about how much everything would cost and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with my apartment. It’s super quiet everywhere I’ve been (the floor plans leave some space in between most apartments). Very nice amenities here and good proximity to the river and other parts of Fort Worth. The management is always willing to do their best to make sure residents are happy and comfortable.

    I love living at Avana River Park. Since Greystar took over the complex, things are really great. The staff is super helpful, and they are really committed to making this a premier property. I love the layout of my apartment. Every time I walk in - I just feel like Im home! I am very pleased with the new management at Avana.They try to meet the needs of the tenants. We have a great dog park, but during the summer, it gets really hot. So they put in a cover - with lights - and it has become an outstanding amenity! People gather in the evenings (even during hot weather), and its a nice place to meet and visit. Great community building place. Way to go, Avana!

    I’ve lived here since January 2018. I would’ve resigned my lease, but I am relocating for work. I don’t usually give 5 stars, but I don’t really have anything bad to say about my stay here.The complex is very quiet and no nonsense. The management and maintenance staff here are incredibly kind and helpful. We had minor maintenance issues in our 2 years here, but every work request we had was always responded to within 24 hrs. You never have to worry about packages getting stolen because this complex uses the Parcel Pending system.The location is great and is really convenient to everything off Bryant Irvin and Hulen. A new sidewalk was recently built near the 183 frontage road that allows for an easy walk to the trails on the Trinity River.

    I lived here for a little under 3 years and my entire time here was nothing short of great. The area is extremely quiet and safe and it was a very comfortable place to call home.The managers and staff were always incredibly nice to me and very rarely did I ever have a problem that they didnt solve right away.Maintenance was also well done and usually fixed within 24 - 48 hours of me putting in the request which was also great.Thank you guys again for curating such a nice place to stay at. :)

    Ive only been in this complex a couple of weeks now but the vibe and atmosphere is amazing!The property manager that sold me was Deanna but she is no longer here. Amanda is now in her spot and I just pray that she follows in her footsteps and does amazing things as well!

    This was my first apartment on my own and I lived here for 3 years. From signing a lease to moving out, the staff was great. I have to move to a different city but I definitely recommend renting here. The staff is helpful and nice, maintenance is taken care of in a timely manner and the community is great. I didn’t have any complaints about hearing any of my neighbors either, the walls are well insulated and it’s a safe area!

    I love living here! Its been 2 and a half amazing years, with no problems. Everywhere is always clean and beautiful, they do up grades inside and outside, and they have a resort style pool. The complex is walking distance to Trinity River trails and biking distance to one of Fort Worths hot spots, water side. The staff at Viceroy are always friendly and understanding, they even have community events! There is always food at the community events, there was a painting party once, they have movie nights, build your own pizza, popsicles, bingo, grab a bag breakfast, and more. I would recommend living here if you have the opportunity.

    Amanda was friendly and professional. She showed us 3 different floor plans. I really loved the spaciousness of the three bedroom with the garage. I’m very pleased! Amanda did such an amazing job of showing us all of the amenities and answered all of our questions.

    I have never lived in an apartment. Our apartment is bigger than the house we lived in before relocating to Ft Worth in April 2019 from AZ. Blake was awesome made the transition great. The apartment upgrades are beautiful. The color scheme and wood like flooring is awesome. If there is an issue it is handled ASAP at least in my experience.

    Absolutely love this place. The grounds are safe and maintained at a meticulous level. The staff is courteous and prompt to meet any needs that we may have with our unit. The apartment is clean and very well maintained. And they left us Christmas cookies at our door last Saturday and also have monthly events to make you feel welcomed. Love this place we give it six stars if I could.

    This is my first apartment. Ive had zero complaints! Its been a great experience. Maintenance gets done in a timely manner, and if not then just give the front office a call. The only issue Id point out is that it can get hot in your apartment during the summer if the temperature outside is over 100F. My apartment has been at 80F with the A/C fully on. You just end up finding things to do not at home when it gets this hot during the summer...OR avoid renting a top floor apartment! Ive never heard any of my neighbors. Walls are thick. Its definitely a good place to check out!

    My family and I absolutely love love love our apartment complex. The staff here are magnificent and friendly. We have a community function every month similar to a meet and greet to get to know our neighbors. Its a pet friendly community and most of the little animals are known by name. I would recommend these Apartments to anyone as simple as 123. 10 stars in my book.

    We have had such a great experience here! We are a part of the CARES team and the community and neighbors are amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and I get a unique view at what all they do for our residents. They are genuine in their desire to serve the community. Truly the first apartment that has actually felt like home.

    I have lived here since June and I can’t say enough things about how great Viceroy is. It was everything I was looking for in a complex- quiet neighbors, updated apartments and great office staff. Although this place isn’t as fancy as some of the downtown apartment complexes- it beats it in location and quiet atmosphere. The pool and the gym are never over crowded and the people who live here are friendly. The matinence staff is responsive to calls within 24 hours or less from my personal experience. I looked at almost every complex on this road and I’m glad I picked Viceroy. You won’t be disappointed!

    I have only lived here for 2 weeks but I am so confident that I chose the right home for me! The location is very close to my job, the amenities are well kept, and the price was just right.     This is one our my most favorite places where we have lived. It is super quiet, repairs are always done quickly and professionally, and it is a nice place. I am in a 3/2/1 unit and the value for a 1450+ sq ft flat apartment with an attached garage in Fort Worth is wonderful. (especially in this neighborhood)I saved the best for last.... The office staff is amazing! They really care about us in our community.Thanks Riverstone crew! I am very happy that my family will be here at least another year!

    Amazing community. Everyone in the office is always so kind and will always do everything they can to make you feel at home. Ashley in particular is awesome! Maintenance is also great, always very reliable and quick to fix anything if need be. I would highly recommend living here, you get a luxury feel for an affordable price. No complaints!

    Very nice place, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. Thick walls, I have never heard a neighbor, Its like living in your own separate house! Location is great, walk to trinity trails, cheap Uber downtown, and almost never any traffic on my commute. The only negative thing I can say is you can tell they are in a hurry when they remodel the units (for example the trim Paint inst always perfect)

    We moved in to Viceroy in November 2018. So far we have loved every minute of living here. From the very beginning Joel was so helpful. We moved from out of state so everything was based on phone conversations with Joel. He always answered my questions and was very prompt at making our move as smooth as possible. Rachelle and Becca are two of the sweetest people we have met. They are always ready and willing to help. I highly recommend living at viceroy. It is conveniently located near trinity river trails, restaurants, shopping and so much more. So give these sweet ladies a call and schedule a tour, I promise you won’t regret it. Oh and they are pet friendly!

    I would highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to contact Adonis for a tour. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made some great suggestions. The floor plan I was interested in seeing was not available, but he showed me a video tour and showed me a different floor plan to see the color scheme and design. It was nice to see customer service still exists!

    I’ve been on the hunt for an apartment all week and started off at the Viceroy. Beca showed me two different apartments so I could see the difference between the upgraded and “half upgraded” apartment. I fell in LOVE with the upgraded apartments, but wasn’t sure if I could budget it. The upgraded apartments have quartz counters, grey cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded knobs on the cabinets.. it’s gorgeous!I ended up going back again today... and Beca was there. She graciously talked me through all the finances and took me to both apartments again. I’ll be going back in the morning to sign a lease!Although I’m not yet living there, I highly recommend it just based on the respect and professionalism of the apartment management.

    Such a great place to live . Love our stainless steel appliances . Maintenance is so great and polite and always there to fix things on time. Office Staff has been absolutely wonderful and super helpful since day 1 specially Stacy ! The only thing that bothers me is that residents don’t pick up their dog ‘s poop from the grass and I cant take my baby out to play on grass but luckily we have the Basketball court .

    Pretty good place.The rent is reasonable, the ceilings are high and modern, no damages when I moved in. I think Ive encountered only one roach since I got here (2 months ago), but it pretty obviously came in from outside because of how big it was.The services they offer are just ok, but nobody really looks for the amenities when apartment hunting, do they?Although they take out the dumpster pretty much everyday, it still gets overflowed with trash.If you want anything besides groceries, youll have to drive at least 10 minutes to get it, but I dont really eat out that often.I think Ive heard the people above me walking around a few times, but its usaully stomping. Havent heard any other neighbors.Overall, Id really reccomend it. Its nice.

    This review is solely based on my tour experience, which I wouldn’t normally leave if not for the amazing experience I had (and then my wife and I both had) with Beca. I have never had such a clear and thorough apartment tour from start to finish. All of my questions were answered without my prompting, my name and apartment “wants” were remembered without repeating (a difficult thing to find apparently), and I knew Viceroy would be on my short list before I visited another apartment in the Fort Worth area.     Beautiful apartments with very nice upgrades, great location, and the on-site staff is amazing! Lacey, the manager, and Josh, the maintenance supervisor, as well as their teams truly care about their residents and prospective residents and that they are taken care of and have a great experience while living here!
