Even though we had a really frustrating first month trying to get our washing machine issue resolved, Krystal went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard, understood, and taken care of. I truly appreciated her stepping in as a middleman between us and maintenance— especially with all the miscommunication that was happening. Krystal remained empathetic, reassuring, and consistently responsive throughout the entire month it took to get the issue resolved. Her work ethic is unmatched, and her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine nature really sets her apart. She takes the time to remember your name and goes the extra mile to help. You can always count on a friendly face and warm greeting when she’s around!

I love Avalon West Plano! I have been in the community for almost a year and a half. I was having issues with one of the sprinklers flooding my yard. I sent an email about this to issues and received an immediate response from Krystal in the office. She addressed the situation immediately and had Jacob stop by to fix the sprinkler. Jacob was able to do a temporary repair until the community’s landscapers fix the sprinkler. I stopped by the office to personally thanked Krystal for her help. She was sweet and welcoming. I made a friend! I am in my sixties and do not have many guests these days. Whenever, I want conversation I stop by the office and speak with her. Even when she’s busy she finds a way to talk to me and make me feel seen. I read all of the reviews about Krystal and I can confirm that everything is true. Selfishly, I am happy Krystal is staying longer. Also, Sally in the office is great too! She is always willing to talk to me as a wait on Krystal.

I had the great pleasure of calling this property today, as I am looking to relocate due to a career change. An angel answered the phone, by the name of Krystal. This was by far the greatest customer service experience I have encountered in quite some time. Krystal was attentive, very responsive, polite, and quite friendly. She answered all of my questions and potential concerns about the property and reassured me that I would be making a wise decision by making Avalon Plano West my new home.Krystal is an absolute jewel and you should be so proud and grateful to have her working there. The way she treated me, I thought she was the manager of the property but she was not. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion for all of her hard work and sincere dedication.

Ive been living here for about 6 months, and I love it! Maintenance is kind and responsive, the complex is well taken care of, and the team they have is the best!Krystal and Sally are both amazing.The amenities are great- basketball court, zen garden/dog park, rooftop lounge, etc. I have high ceilings, a massive yard, and stainless steel appliances. Relatively modern look inside.Plus, youre close to shopping and grocery stores. No notes- LOVE IT HERE!

Have you ever walked into a place and Me knew this was your new home. For me this is my second time having that experience. From the time I walked in, I was greeted with a huge smile and prompt attention. Sally Garland was my leasing agent, she sat down with me and went over all my options for my December move-in. I’m a person who acts a lot of questions never so I’m thankful she was more than accommodating , and if she did not have the answer, she did not mind asking other staff. When I went into the office. I got to meet Krystal, Alyssa, and another team member. They were also warm and made me feel right at home. They built rapport with me and even gave suggestions of local places to visit in the area. The apartment was was also beautiful and that’s when I knew I sealed the deal. The apartment had a huge open living room area with a large walk-in closet and a large balcony. I love the hardwood floor and the gray cabinets I was sold. It is now two months later and I am officially moved in and very happy with my decision. They were very detailed With My move-in process. I also got to meet Chad who is in the maintenance department. Every time I see him I am greeted with a smile. He is also very helpful with any questions that I may have and any request. So happy with my decision and the staff here.

Krystal was SUPER helpful! I work as a DSP driver for Amazon, and I was having trouble delivering a package to a customers door. Delivering packages on weekends can be quite challenging since most apartment building leasing offices don’t open until later in the morning. This is often our main access point, or we have to rely on access codes that the customer has provided. Unfortunately, these codes are not always correct, which adds to the difficulty. Krystal not only assisted me with entering the building I needed to access, but she was also incredibly friendly and understanding throughout the process. She was thorough with her directions, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation much smoother. I truly appreciate her help!

We moved here two weeks ago and all I can say is one of the best places to live. Its very peaceful, very quiet, very clean, and not to mention Krystal She helped us a lot with filling out the paperwork. She was attentive if we needed anything and she still writes to us to ask us if everything is okay or if we need anything or if we have questions. She is kind and very attentive. I really recommend this place if you are looking for a place. It is one of the best places to live.

Ive been living here for years and overall its a nice, quiet place to live. It was originally built in a very thoughtful way and the apartments arent all needlessly packed together like most apartment complexes. The apartment changed ownership not too long ago and while it has seemingly taken them a while to get everything in order, Id say they do a better job overall than the previous owners. There are still some neglected things around the facility that definitely still need maintenance, but hopefully they will focus on that soon.I will say that throughout all of the recent changes, Krystal is the person that keeps everything together here, and she really truly cares about this place in a way you dont see too much anymore. She writes hand-written letters, she takes time to help even when shes clearly extremely busy, and pays real attention to details. Anything that has changed for the better here seemingly always has had her hand in it. She meticulously keeps track of everyone that reaches out to her and solves so many problems to the point that Im sure it probably becomes overwhelming. Without her, this place wouldnt be near as great as it is now. I hope Avalon doesnt lose her, because I dont think theyre aware of just how well she treats all of us here!

Happy 6 months to us! We absolutely love these apartments and plan to resign. My daughter loves being able to go to the basketball courts everyday. And my whole family loves the clubhouse area whether it’s to do homework or to play a game of pool. Speaking of pool. We love the resort style ambiance at the pool. The 2 times we needed things fixed they weee done promptly and the staff is always so accommodating. Especially Krystal! She been nothing but amazing since moving in. Always making sure our needs are met and always so polite and pleasant. You’ve made this relocation amazing thank you.

I have lived at this property for 3 years now and was going to make a change to a new community due to the price increase vs my current budget. When I tried moving into a new apartment at Tides on TRINITY IT WAS Discovered that the new property I chose was infested with roaches. With the help of the other properties regional manager I was able to terminate my lease and get a refund on my money but was still out of a place to live.So I reached back out to Avalon West Plano and was helped by the entire staff. From Krystal H., Sally G., and Morgan L. The customer service was impressive to say the least. They are always respectful and courteous when I have had any issue or questions as well as attentive to what situation is happening good bad or indifferent. They really come across as they care for the residents.When I reached back out to Avalon West Plano the staff helped me get setup into another building unit as my old one is now under a new lease. They also made me feel at ease for the first time in days since the other complex situation was happening. If looking for a place to live, I would say you could trust that the staff will do everything In their power to help with any situation happening!!Thanks for the support and helping me have a place over my head in a time of uncertainty

Was actually in the area for Halal Guys when I saw Sloane Street Apts. Decided to check it out and drove around. Met with Gwen the weekend after at the leasing office she showed us around. Loved that they showed us the entire area map & floorplans which is also available online!!What I love:-PARKING! Ample parking space!- 8 different buildings & floorplans to choose from!-LA Fitness & most importantly restaurants, grocery stores are all so so close! (Get those steps in!)- the events they have up at the rooftop deck! From grill cheese to plant party’s!- Pool! I wish I had a picture of it but you guys should come check Sloane Street out!- Balcony! I absolutely love how spacious it is out there. You may not want a big balcony, and they have small ones too!My only downside is that they don’t really have a business centre where residents can use shared computer or Printer.If you do decide to move in and be my neighbour, please refer me when you apply! :)

I moved in about a month ago and I have to say this place is really top notch. Both Kristal and Sally have helped the minute I walked in the door and asked for a tour of the place. Ive walked down to the office multiple times for questions and inquiries that Ive had after move in (where is the recycling... where do we receive packages... issues getting into my storage unit...) and every time, Kristal and Sally are there and more than happy to help. They both have great attitudes, are attentive, and have looked into issues to make the move as smooth as possible for me. No complaints here! Great staff and wonderful property!

These two ladies made my chaotic move a lot simpler and I am so grateful for their excellent service.And I cant leave out Mr. Chad and his maintenance team! Beautiful apartments. I do live here and enjoy my apartment very much. The apartments are new with large garden tubs and beautiful fixtures. The rooms are a bit small and little to no space in the apartment for storage, and the windows dont open to allow fresh air. On the plus side, you can get inexpensive screens for the doors that lead to the deck. The pool area is fantastic. I just wish the 2 bedrooms were a little more affordable. Overall, great place to live for all family types.

I am writing this review in acknowledgement of a move-in day not gone well, but everything done to make it right. The community manager and new maintenance manager responded to my concerns by physically coming to my apartment and walking thru with me. Additionally, action was taken that day to address concerns that could be handled immediately and before they left there was a plan in place to address the rest. Everything from that point flowed as promise. Krystal in the office was very professional and made sure my initial concerns were heard. Additionally, Jacob and Chad did a great job checking all the items off my list. They were very professional, friendly and respectful. Jacob was phenomenal in wrapping up several items that could have been delayed/challenging but he was creative in getting things done timely.Although I was very disappointed initially, the team did everything they could to make it right and that made all the difference.

I happen to drive by The Sloan but did not have an appointment. I was greeted by Sydney. Sydney took the time to show me a few of the layouts. The property is lovely and I like the conveniences of coffee shops and grocery store. Sydney was very sweet and accommodating not pushy, but genuinely willing to help me find my next home.

I’ve had a good experience here at Sloane Street. Something they really excel at (and they must have changed due to the former reviews) is prompt maintenance for small to medium jobs.All of the maintenance workers are very friendly, polite, and work *above and beyond* to get the job done.I called about my disposal not working, they are there the same day, and Jorge fixed it in mere minutes. I called about my washer being broken and once again Jorge came in clutch and made it work better than it even did when we first moved in! I hope Sloane takes care of their maintenance workers because they are the true heroes of this place. All of them a great.I have noticed that things have broken easily in our townhome here. From different comments from different staff it sounds like the contracting company they hired did a bad job that they wouldn’t fix, and they may even be in a legal disagreement.They have made up for that and have been fixing and improving the quality when things do break. For instance the master bathroom counter had been cracked and you could see where it was glued back together. It ended up completely cracking and you could see why- it had barely any support and whoever installed it in construction did it badly. It did take some time (a few months which was frustrating), but the maintenance team got a quote and replaced the entire counter, and did it RIGHT. I would rather have something done correctly than quickly so it was a win for us. I wonder if the timing is management’s responsibility because everyone I have encountered is usually so quick and eager to please.In the summer our AC broke and they also worked to solve that and improve it quickly.The Sloane employees are kind, professional, and prompt. They remember us by name. Alex gave us our tour and got our lease together when we first rented. She is energetic and friendly. I really appreciate her attitude and customer service.No place is perfect, but out of all my renting experiences this has been the best.

Writing this review as a former resident. My experience living at Sloane was one of my best experiences in an apartment. The community is very diverse with all walks of life including a great balance of families, couples and singles. Throughout my time there, Sloane hosted multiple community events that allowed you to get to know your neighbors. Personally I have had multiple friends move into the community as well due to my experience and their time there just visiting. Maintenance was always on top of my work orders whenever I had them and management was always friendly and helpful when I had to stop in which was a huge deal for me. I personally was pregnant when living here and the community was really nice to take walks in and very peaceful during my time living there. Overall, the unit was beautiful and I would definitely recommend living at Sloane. Looking forward to rejoining the community soon!

Over the past two years, Sloane Street Apartments has been a great place to live. The complexs location is near George Bush and Dallas North Tollway so getting anywhere in the city is simple. There are plenty of food places and shopping centers nearby, making errands very convenient. The amenities in this community are excellent. Im not one to workout, so the gym seems fine to me for its size when I feel like being a little active. The pool is great during the warm weather, and everyone is super friendly. The community events are always fun, and precautions are taken during covid to ensure safety. I feel safe walking my dog around the neighborhood alone as a single woman because the streets are well lit. Everyone in the office is super cheerful and great. Randy has been a tremendous help every time I go into the office with a problem or need a resource like recycling bags. I toured a few apartments in the area, and you are paying more for a smaller unit, so the rent here is a deal! The only downside you can expect at most apartments is the unit noise. The walls are very thin, so you hear everything.

Love the apartment community. The staff is great and theyre really professional. The floor plans are amazing and I just love waking up each morning over looking my huge balcony. My only issue and the reason why I didnt give my review five stars is due to certain residents and their dogs. The apartment community keeps tons of dog poop bags conveniently accessable to residents with pets but it seems theyre not concerned with using them. I wish they cared more about where they live. I may become a vigilante and start taking pics of these people!

We had quite a few issues while moving in. We were the first people to live in our unit. We had issues with internet, Air Conditioning and a few other minor things. However, the Maintenance Team was great in helping us get everything fixed. They were amazing! Gwyen in the leasing office is 10/10 and was so nice and helpful to us throughout the leasing / application process.The apartment complex is very large. I highly recommend getting a unit not attached to the main building (building 2 I believe). It just feels to cramped in there. They had great options in other building and we are very satisfied with the unit we chose.The proximity to the LA Fitness and nearby restaurants is amazing! We are very happy in our decision to move to Sloane Street Apartments.

Sloane Street checked off my two most important items:-Location-Dog FriendlyI worked with Gwen and she made the move-in process easy as can be. Even when she was showing us the property, it seemed like she was keeping our best interests in mind by mentioning apartments that just came available or were truly the best deals. The apartment units have great layouts, and the amenities are well maintained.I have lived in a ton of different apt complexes, and none of them match the service and care I have received here. For dog owners, this is the place to be! I cant stress enough how great it is to be here. A lot of the first floor units come with yards which is fantastic for those who have shared the struggle of running down the hall with their dogs, waiting for the elevator, all at 6 AM.Gwen and the management office in general really are just nice and laid back. You dont have to worry about fussing and arguing when you are dealing with them. I assure you when you walk into the leasing office, you will come out having accomplished what you needed.

Carly was amazing. She was such an easy going person and really listened to what I was looking for and my needs. We are so excited to move in next week. My only 2 complaints were issues with our locator but we understood that situation but also we have expressed so much need to move in just a day early due to traveling and family illnesses. We were told we could and then told we would probably not be able to which is a frustrating way to start a two year lease. The complex is beautiful and we love our floor plan and yard size so we are going to do everything we can to make this work.Update 9/29: The complex was able to work with us on our move in date making things way less stressful. Carly had all of my stuff ready to go so it took 2 minutes to get my keys. Communication was so much better. I only want to deal with her in the future. Maintenance came and addressed ours concerns within hours. Walter was amazing. He explained everything and was just a good person. The apartment and yard itself are stunning. We are definitely more satisfied with our experience and feel extremely heard and cared about! Thank you Sloane street for making this our new home! :)

I have lived at Sloane Street for almost a year. I cannot day enough good things about it! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. (Shout our to Kylie Hess- she’s awesome!!!) Attentive to maintenance requests if needed and make sure everything is going well. Pet friendly and great for dogs. Safe environment, great parking garage that connects directly to the hallway. Trash shoot is easy and conveniently near the apartment. Super cool look out area to hang out with a cool view. The pool is top-notch, hammocks to lounge in, and my apartment is spacious & has luxury finishes and backsplashes. Parking is never an issue & the pricing is affordable compared to Dallas apartment pricing with less space! Also, on July 4th, they had fireworks. Always hosting community events to promote socialization. Love how everyone just keeps their patio door open when the weather is nice and you can see all the dogs on people’s balconies or yards. Highly recommend, there’s a reason Sloane Street is filling up so quickly!!

I have been living in Sloane Streets Apartment for a few months now and I truly could not be happier. When I first went to visit, because of Covid, I did a self guided tour. Upon arrival, Tiara had everything mapped out and ready to go with clear and easy instructions. I was actually not going to move in due to personal budget constraints and the fact that I wanted an elevator and garage, however, they had a special going on during my visit, and I was able to get the apartment I wanted minus not having a garage. One cool thing about this complex is every building is different, so you have options based on your personal liking. Tiara and team answered all of my crazy questions and emails, made sure I knew of all the amenities the complex had to offer, and my move-in was quick and easy. This complex is also conveniently located next to everything you can imagine from food, groceries, shopping, etc. and access to all major highways is right around the corner. Maintenance is quick to respond to request and they do not leave until you are satisfied with the results. I also appreciate how they host monthly activities for tenants. During the summer ,we had movie on the lawn, live music by the pool, and this past halloween they delivered pumpkins and decorating kits to everyones door. The only reason for knocking down a star is because the walls are SUPER THIN and I live under elephants. The front office was nice enough to do a courtesy call when I first moved in, which was appreciated, but it hasnt helped since, and my walls shake pretty much every night. The only time they will honor an official complaint is for loud music or domestic disputes so I’m pretty much SOL with my upstairs neighbors. Also, the main common areas like they elevators and hallways are not cleaned frequently making for a very unsightly entrance into the building or foul odor when walking to your door. They also need to install more security camera around the premises. I’ve heard of cars being broken into and packages being stolen. I am fortunate to date not to have these issues but fingers crossed.

Tiara was amazing when we toured the facilities together and showed me more than one apartment without hesitation when the first couple didn’t work for me. Mathew has been great with giving me information through the whole process and helping me make my move happen. Both were always patient and trying to help navigate the stress of moving into a new place. Very friendly staff all around. ☺️

Big shout out to the team here! Great experience from initially touring with Carley, several times, and at move in. The great service has continued from the service team, having work orders competed right away. Kudos to Jonathan on their service team, he really helped/saved me on an after hours work order I had and he wouldnt accept a tip I was offering, and stated youre a resident and this is the service we provide. Keep up the great work, truly appreciate it!!!!!!

It’s been 6 months since we started living here at Sloane Street Apts. The maintenance request system is seamless and have a quick turnaround time. Our kitchen clogging issue was resolved by Jorge. He was diligent and quick to respond and gave us tips to prevent future issue. Really appreciate it! Thank you Jorge.

I’m a newer resident at Sloane Street, but my experience has been nothing but positive so far. The property has a great style re: building design and amenities, pretty unique for the area of DFW that we’re in, and the quality is what you’d expect at this price point. The staff is helpful, the other residents I’ve encountered seem pleasant, and I imagine I’ll be here until I decide to purchase some property of my own.

Gwen is the lady who did my tour and move in paperwork and she was very enthusiastic about the property! For obvious reasons though, it is gorgeous. The process of completing everything online is very simple. Especially for me, as I was moving from out of state and could not be there in person to sign documents. Also the unit itself is beautiful. I’m not fully moved in yet, but after living here a few months, I’ll write another review. But Sloane Street won me over with its appearance, amenities, prompt effective staff and move in specials😍
