My experience so far with living at Ascent has been great. Every concern that I’ve personally had has been handled in a timely manner. Every time I place a service request, it is taken care of very quickly. A couple months ago, my AC went out and maintenance actually gave me a portable AC unit to connect to my bedroom window so I wasn’t in agony.

I really couldnt be happier here! yes there are ups and downs (as with literally every other apartment now days) but overall ive had a pleasant experience. the front staff is great and maintenance is always quick to respond. its my second year now and many memories have been made (feat. beans!). i dont think ill be leaving any time soon. :)

Good apartments to live in. Management actually cares and try their best to fix any problem. Everyone keeps to themselves and usually quiet by 10pm. Pet friendly and cute little dog park in the property. Only issue is some people don’t pick up after their dogs but that isn’t the apartment’s fault.

I have lived here for 2 years and have no complaints at all, well except for my car was towed because I parked in reserved. It was expensive to get my car back but it taught me to pay attention of where I park. Other than that everything has been good. The office staff is always willing to lend a hand. Jessica came out and checked my thermostat and replaced the batteries in it for me. Rachel helped me chase my cat down the hall when it got out of my apartment and Samantha is always sweet and polite when I come into the office. They also send out emails letting us know when things are going to happen on property. Maintenance is quick on getting repairs done. I would recommend this place to others as a matter of fact I have 2 other coworkers living here that I referred. Thank you Ascent Team!

We moved here in 2005. Despite having many issues over the years (roaches, car towed once, water supply problems, cruddy ac unit, and more) the Ascent is probably one of the better apartment complexes in the area.Last year we had to move to a new apartment because ours was to be remodelled, so we had a look at the other places nearby, because if we had to move then maybe there was a better place to go to.Nope. The cheaper ones were either full or looked iffy, others charged more - there were none that we liked or could afford.In the end we stayed with Ascent, in a nicer apartment.Weve never had bad problems with maintenance or office staff (with one notable exception under previous owners) and our neighbors are generally ok.And remember, oh one star reviewers, you always catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

I would like to give praise to Ms. Jessica Garcia, literally a walking angel. She went over and beyond to assist my family in our rental process. I was very overwhelmed and her warm, kind, and patient spirit gave me a sense of peace. The apartment is beautiful, more space than I could of imagined and definitely a place I would be for a period of time. Samantha was of great help and also deserves to be praised for her high level of outstanding service. Overall, I have never ran into apartment managers that are kind, patient, and gives you a sense of peace just by entering the office. Thank you both so much, you two are amazing.

Me and my wife went and had a tour with Samantha at the front and she was great. She answered all my questions ( and I had a ton lol) and made me feel very welcome. She always had a smile on her face and seemed to really care about all my needs. When she was helping me the phone was ringing and people were coming in and instead of rushing me out the door she finished helping me and the other office ladies Jessica and Rachel I believe are their names jumped in and helped them right away. Each of the ladies said hello to me and were so nice and just happy and ready to help.out of all the places I looked at this place was the best. It’s good to see workers happy to be at work. Was a nice apartment and is going to on the top of my list when choosing a new place when I sell my house.

So I usually wait a while before posting any kind of reviews. I have been here 5 months and I love it. Every apartment complex is going to have issues. That’s just how it is. But this complex, and its staff have yet to fail me. Maintenance requests always get taken care of in a timely manor. They are always super friendly when I walk into the office. My building in particular is a peaceful building. We got some new tenants who are a little disrespectful during the night rehearsing noise, but when I mentioned it in our community chat, I was followed up with the next day by management to get more information so they could take care of the issue. Though, I felt horrible because it was not a complaint to the office itself. I’ve loved the last 5 months. Anyone who has said anything about bugs: you live in an apartment building. Bugs are bound to appear. Keep your unit clean, and spray baseboards, corners, and cabinets with the heavy dutie spray before you move stuff in…and every 6 months after that and you’ll be fine. I’ve seen 2 bugs since I’ve been here. And that’s in the last week, so time to spray again. Anyways, thank you to the office and maintenance team for making this a great place to live so far!

November 16, 2024 Still here and still loving my apartment and the staff. Been here since May of 2006. Seen them come and seen them go but I still love this place💙💙💙💙💙. Clean, safe and well maintained. Thank you Ascent Lake Worth😎😎😎😎😎December 2022- just signed my new lease to move to a fully renovated apartment. The updates are beautiful and Jessica and Rachael have been very helpful with the entire process. The maintenance staff is spot on, especially Juan. All of you are truly incredible and appreciated….I have lived at this complex since 2005. I’ve seen staff come and go. The current maintenance staff is great and the office staff is attentive and handle any issues quickly. Parking is horrendous and I am not sure it can be solved because of lack of space. I have seen a bug or two but I think that is normal and it usually occurs when people around me move in and out. Nothing drastic or overwhelming and they go away very quick because of pest control: As a single women I feel safer with the interior entrances rather exterior entrances. Crime is everywhere but this property is not as bad as some I have seen and incidents are few and far between. My apartment is fairly large and the building is in good shape. It is an aging property and is not perfect. Love the location. I would recommend larger speed bumps because people drive so fast through this parking lot and it is very dangerous. I think some issues would resolve with gates and security. Maybe even having a neighborhood watch. JUAN in maintenance is a rockstar.

Absolutely love living here! Ascent lake worth is a whole lot better than where we were staying in North Richland Hills. The Apt is upgraded and we have a 3/2 and what I love is there is no roaches thank God!!! The property is maintained and when we need something done at the apt they come right away. The office staff is really helpful and super nice! There’s a beautiful view of the lake and it’s very peaceful. ☺️

I have lived here for going on 3 years. I have had a few hiccups in the past but I for sure dont plan on moving any time soon. My unit is great, the property is perfect for my nightly walks, the sunsets on this side of town are straight out of a picture book and its quite. The management team has been so helpful and kind since my walk through. They made me feel comfortable and prepared to make that big step of being on my own. So much so that I have had 2 friends come get apartments as well! Now the hiccups, I was towed shortly after moving in for parking in the wrong place. After paying the $300 fee to get my car back I went to the leasing office and they helped explain to me why it was towed. After that I havent had any issues with myself or my guests parking on the property. The roach problem was a thing but between myself and the exterminator I havent had any issues for quite some time. I just have to say I love where I live Jessica has been the best!

Ive lived here with family for about 2 and a half years now, and everything has been smooth and convenient. We’ve only had to put in about two maintenance request, and they were worked on almost immediately. The maintenance men are also very respectful and well coordinated. I just recently got a studio apartment here, and the entire leasing process was very easy, and Jessica helped out, A LOT. She answered every question, and provided more information than i had originally asked for. She was very kind, and got back to me almost immediately with every email. This place is great, and im glad to have picked this place to live.

Older complex just recently renovated. Color scheme is very updated. Great location. Destiny showed us the property and discussed the amenities as well as rental fees. She was very professional, knowledgeable and did a follow-up. If you like the area and it fits your budget, I believe it is a good place to live.

Lived here for about 6 years. Management/staffing changed a lot over the years. But the maintenance workers were always excellent. They always responded in a timely manner and fixed things quickly. Pest control was always on point here and would come anytime you needed it. Never had a bug problem here. Parking here was excellent and you wont have any problems with that as long as youre capable of following a few simple rules. If not, enjoy getting towed. Overall these were good apartments to live in. I see a lot of negative reviews here and Ive read them. As a person who lived here for a long time I feel many people are exaggerating or just straight up lying about what happened.

My wife and have lived here for a little over a year and absolutely love it, the apartments are nice, very clean and the view, holy cow the view is amazing. we live in the back building and couldnt be happier. the office staff are very nice and professional, the maintenance staff are the best, we have only had a few requests one for the water heater and one for the dish washer and both times they replaced the whole thing within a day or two. as for the neighborhood, everyone is nice and looks out for each other its not like other places Ive lived where everyone ignores everyone. it feels great to be apart of a community and to have community events. i would absolutely recommend this place.

I lived at The Ascent for 4 years , and I loved it! It felt like home!!!❤️ I had to move due to being in the hospital or medical rehab for 6 months due to complications!! In my year and a half stay I have had no real complaints other than residents with parking situations. However the staff not only addressed the problem but made to sure to follow up and checked with me if the problem was getting better or worse. Which it did indeed get better. Very friendly staff. Great community for all. Single, married,families, pet friendly the community does its best to appeal to all. The Ascent at lake worth apartments really does it’s best to take care of its residents.

I would definitely recommend living here. My only possible complaints are parking, the front office can be a little hard to get ahold of sometimes, and the occasionally the cleanliness of the common hallways and stairways(it’s not all that bad but could definitely use a freshening up). Other than that, it’s the best apartment (out of 5) that I’ve lived in. The parking situation isn’t the worst, but if you happen to get home late you may have a little walk. There’s always an option for a reserved spot if that’s a problem for you but I consider a short walk a first world problem lol. A lot of people complain about their visitors being towed but there’s a sign every 20 feet explaining that resident parking requires a sticker and all others will be towed so that’s their own error. I appreciate that the parking that I pay for isn’t being taken by people that chose not to park in the visitor parking. If you put in a maintenance request online they fix it very quickly, every time. I’ve only had to put in 3 requests but each time it was fixed in less than 24 hours. I keep my apartment very clean and I think the people around me do too because I don’t have a problem with bugs at all but they do spray often. It’s quiet enough that I’m never bothered but populated enough that I feel comfortable walking through the complex in the dark. I’ve lived here for a year now and I’ve contemplated moving closer to work but I’m worried that I won’t find another place that is so homey and problem-free anywhere close to this price range.

Lived here for a little over three months so far and i really like it. I did a bunch of research for affordable and decent places to live and i honestly havent been disappointed. Its a really nice and quiet community with plenty of families and very dog friendly. The only thing i would suggest for an improvement would be better communication with the residents. For example, when residents are added to the lease or when your lease goes through you dont really get a notification from them unless you ask directly. There is also a bit of a bug problem. We keep the house very clean and have been supposedly (more communication problems) sprayed a few times but the roaches persist. Other than that the staff is very friendly ad attentive and i LOVE monica

Ascent at Lakeworth is a great place to live. I moved here two years ago from West Texas. It was a big change for me & wasn’t easy but thankfully I found this complex to move into. I just went there to check out for a place to live it was very clean quite and the young lady that helped me was very helpful and friendly with no pressure
