Started a little rocky but Maureen was amazing and helped us get situated in our new home. She was running 2 different properties and she was always on time and rapid with communicating. Only con really is Maintenance not showing up this past week, but leasing office and staff are always checking in on us and making sure we are okay. Donna is also amazing. And this home is beautiful and spacious!!!!

Moving in here was smooth, thanks to Betty with all her help and assistance. She even gave us some housewarming gifts to welcome us to our new home. That was very sweet and thoughtful of her. There were some issues in the place when we moved in but was addressed right away by Martin even on a weekend. My husband and I couldn’t be any happier knowing that maintenance people are very reliable. Love our new home!

Our living experience at Asbury Place has been very comfortable! Martin–Maintenance Coordinator, is passionate about keeping this property well kept and is very hardworking. Betty–Asbury Place Manager is very professional and helpful to respond to our living needs. Karina is the Resident Services Coordinator, she leads after school activities for toddlers/school aged children at the activity center for the resident’s children which makes it fun for our toddler to attend. We especially love the affordable monthly costs for rent and that the townhome units include washer and dryer!

I moved in when they were trying to replace the office manager and a few things were had the ball dropped. But the new manager the have selected is amazing, and super helpful! She has fixed the others problems and did it with great service, especially when she was left with a lot of messes to clean up!

I went in very late (close to closing time) and the ladies took their time to assist me without even looking at the clock. They even took me on a tour. The manager took typed up a list of everything I need to make my application process go smoothly and explained everything step by step. I am so excited to move onto this property. Thank you so much ladies!

Just got my keys for my new townhome yday and I’m very excited! It was a long process to get me approved but Bettie and Becky we’re both tremendously helpful every step of the way!!! Bettie explained everything thoroughly to me and was very sweet! Homes are a good size for a great price in a good family oriented community and I’m looking forward to my move! 😀

Donna in the office is very swift and helpful! I had several packages sent to the wrong unit and she helped me get this taken care of. She also responds in a timely manner was very clear in all communications! 10/10 for customer service

Over all its a wonderful place...theres a few hard headed residents with little thought given for their neighbors within the community and the trash can be an unsightly issue from time to time. The maintenance guys have been very nice and always working. The staff can be tough from time to time as well. This place is what you make it though.

Current tenant, ill be honest, ive lived in some places before that were just awful. Unreturned calls, repairs left unfixed, and just rude landlords. I moved my family here expecting more of the same, people just dont seem like to want to do business with a smile anymore. After speaking to Sofia i knew this is a place that my family would be safe. They have just the most kindest, friendlist, and helpful managment personal i have ever delt with. You ask for a repair and its done, im sorry to say i dont know the maintenance guys name but hes a really approuchable and friendly as well. I dont know who these other people worked with but they must not be the current managment. i think they have the right people there and we couldnt be happier. The townhomes are clean and fresh and theres plenty of room for a fmaily of 4 plus a boxer. If you are looking for a place where youre respected and treated with dignity Asbury Place is somewhere you should look.

They follow up with everything and they make you feel very much loved when you get here and they also host many events for kids, family, and also schools but i love these woman from the bottom of my heart if you need a home come to Asbury apartment and feel the love❤️😍🏠
