The Art House is such a nice community. I move around a lot for work, and have stayed in multiple complex’s across the country and this is one of the best. To begin with, the leasing staff is amazing. We were assisted by Joanna, and she is such a breath of fresh air. She is efficient, courteous, and very helpful. She guided us through the leasing process with such ease. The community itself is very clean and secure. The units are spacious and have unique floor plans. The maintenance team are very quick to respond to any issues. The units themselves are well built, and appear sturdy. A lot of newer complexes appear cheaply built this one is not the case. The community has a very modern chic vibe to it. The complex is located in one of the trendiest parts of town, which is within walking distance of many local hit stops. We would highly recommend making The Art House your new home!

From the very beginning of the application process to now Jada and the team have been so nice and helpful. I called every day for weeks and every time they were so personable and helped me through every step. Im happy to say that didnt stop when I moved in, I can still send and email or make a phone call and get an almost instant response.The part of town is amazing and so walkable that was a very big seller for me, the dog park is big and has a dog wash station which I use often. The apartments and appliances are very new and in good condition, the maintenance team is very responsive and come next day. Amenities are great i use the club house a few times a week and the pool is always clean.Parking is never an issue here which is awesome because its usually always a problem at every apartment Ive lived at.Trash valet 5 days a week and trash chutes on every floor.Every complex has their ups and downs, no place is perfect but here its pretty damn close.

Great apartment complex. Brand new built and with all the accommodations : clean and comfy apartments, gym, pool, roof top, etc. Perfect location for downtown leaving with walking distance from everything. Management and staff are incredibly attentive and kind. They also organize monthly events that create really good sense of community. Prior signing the lease Joanna Miller gave me a thorough tour of the place and was incredibly helpful with guidance to gather necessary documents. 5 star to Joanna as well. I love living here.

We’ve been here since June, and we absolutely love Art House. My gym is only a few blocks away and so is work! Taking a scooter to work, around the area is very nice. The front office team has very patient/understanding staff. Such a steal!

100% recommend living here! Incredibly convenient location with so many food and brew options and close to art and music venues with downtown San Antonio just less than 10 mins away. Big shout out to Jada for making the leasing and transitioning process so easy and seamless! Love the open communication from staff and active updates about events or new amenities like a monthly, locally sourced produce box!

I recently moved to Art House in December 2024 and I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision. Staff has been there to answer any questions and concerns that I may have had. The apartment itself is clean, modern and equipped with everything I need. The location is also ideal as I’m close to grocery stores, restaurants and any other nearby conveniences that I may need making it super convenient for my daily needs. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to live here for the next year. I would like to give a special thank you to both Joanna and Jada in the leasing office as they have been most helpful to me throughout my transition here.

Love my apartment. Staff is always friendly and willing to help. The location is close to the river walk and several bars, not to mention 4 minutes to HEB! Ive never had issues with my water HVAC or electricity.

ArtHouse is a really nice building with an awesome pool, workout room and other facilities (including a city view common room)! However, it is the people that work at art house that have made it the best rental experience I have ever had. Joanna, Jada, the maintenance crew and everyone that works here are absolutely amazing. I have contacted them for several pressing issues to which they responded to immediately and literally saved the day. I’ve had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were resolved right away and the maintenance crew is awesome too. I would highly highly recommend living here!!

We LOVE living here! My husband and I picked the place because of the location, the apartment itself, and the heated pool and the amenities. Hailey showed us our apartment and she was great! Seven months later and we are still are super happy with everything and now we feel like part of the community! The people that live here are very friendly and we really enjoy going to the monthly community events. Weve had a few times where weve needed maintenance to come to the apartment and they responded quickly and fixed the problem.We were a little worried about noise because we face the pool but its not an issue. They do have fun during the day but by the time we go to sleep/quite hours everyone is done or quite enough we dont hear them.The staff, Hailey, Jada and Anthony are all fantastic! We hope we will be able to stay in this community for a long time!!

My wife and I were the second people to move into Art House when it opened, and we only left because we were looking to move into a home. Our stay at Art House was fantastic. Management (especially Carol and Anthony) made us feel like family and were always there for us when we needed something. You cant find kinder or more welcoming apartment managers in San Antonio.We lived in one of the 2-bedroom units on the second floor. It was a beautiful, modern space with surprisingly high ceilings and ample space for apartment living. We loved the natural light that flooded in through the large windows throughout the day.The community was lovely as well - management works hard to create fun and diverse activities for residents, and we enjoyed taco parties, open mic/karaoke night, Thanksgiving dinner, and many other activities. Residents were very welcoming as well, and we met some great friends while we lived here.The amenities at Art House are nice, and frankly, underutilized by residents. I was often the only one or among only one or two others at the gym, and the pool, resident lounge, and rooftop lounge we likewise often had to ourselves. It was very easy to plan get togethers and parties using the spaces available for residents - we had our daughters first birthday party in the resident lounge!Finally, the location is incredible for the price - youre right in the middle of Southtown, and there are fantastic restaurants, river access, coffeeshops, and museums within walking/biking distance. SoFlo market happens once a month across the parking lot from Art House!We loved our time here and I highly recommend Art House to anyone interested in living in the area.

My husband and I were some of the first people to move into Arthouse and at the time of writing have lived there longer than almost anyone. We loved our time there. Here are some highlights:1. Location: this area is so fun. There is a fantastic Peruvian ceviche restaurant down the street that is in my top three of SA restaurants. Blue star and the river are close by, it’s amazing. In the winter there is a monthly artesian market right in the parking lot.2. The apartment has nice amenities that are often under-utilized by residents. There’s a gym, clubhouse, lounge, rooftop, office coworking space, and pool. All are well maintained and the decor is fun.3. The office and maintenance staffs are great. Stuff usually gets fixed within 24 hours. Carol and Anthony are friendly and responsive. There have been several occasions when they have gone above and beyond to make our experiences good. They are always doing small competitions and apartment activities to build the community.You may notice that some reviews mention car theft. This used to be a bigger problem before they had a working gate to the garage but has been largely resolved. I still wouldn’t leave a bike in the bike area outside, but that’s not a big problem. In short, the area is safe, funky, and the apartment and staff are amazing.

I am so excited about these brand new loft apartments located downtown called the Art House. There really is nothing like Art House downtown and they are so reasonably priced. Right now you can even get a month free. The service is top notch. Ask for Cosme when you go to tour. He is very thorough and delivers excellence in service. I sincerely appreciated his efforts and professionalism. It is hard to find properties with lofts and good prices as well as great management and maintenance.Without reservation, I highly recommend the Art House.

Love these new apartments! Clean, quiet, great location. The property is beautiful and tastefully done, and the rooftop lounge is a fun spot to hang out and enjoy the view. Amenities are fantastic, too!
