Other than having to worry bout ur car being towed by ur place of residence, which is absurd, seems to be solid place to live

Great place to live. The only things I dont like is the billing system. Im used to getting an invoice 2 weeks before its due, not the day before or the day of.

Ive lived here for 2 years I love it here they keep it well maintained. The ladies in the office are very nice. If I need something fix they will come the same day or next day. They have pest control and yearly fumigate all apartments. Great place to live if you have children.

It has a great gate system. A few lights out around the buildings. The lights that were working lit up areas very well.

They will be glad to help you to join me and my neighbors in making Arrowhead Park your next home. I have been here since 2009 and have never had a problem. Our maintenance crew is there for you, Terry, Oscar, and Omar knows just what to do. They work diligently to keep our place clean and safe. The amenities and the nice things they do for the residents are phenomenal, nice place to raise a family. The location is great and on the busline, with everything you need. So far the best to live when it comes to Apt.s,when u move in they welcome u with open arms,they leave a welcome home gift box that just warms the heat!! And for the price of ur place, I say that kicks,eeven if u have to all the bills. still would live here anyway!!💖

I am very happy about Arrowhead Park Apartments!!!! The office staff: Liliana, Samantha, Sandra and Cecil are great! The maintenance guys are really polite and fast acting! When you are polite to people they are polite to you!!!

Every month i paying for other people trash (like sofa, and mattress) bringing from out side to this property. i have proof in my mobile phone.They should fix some cameras at entrance Gate of the property to see who is bringing trash from out side of property and dump it here.

The complex is very nice, everything is very clean and quiet, I love it and especially the attention of the people who assist you in the office since they are very attentive and without a doubt, Miss Hany in particular is very charming, kind and a good person, 100/100 for her, thank you all for your support

The place is quiet, clean, the office and maintenance workers are friendly and respectful, they serve you quickly and efficiently. There are no unwanted bugs, everything is well controlled. I recommend it to everyone. Happy new year 2017 everyone
