    Great apartments, very roomy! We did not have very many issues while living here. The amenities arent very great, but the apartments themselves are amazing. No issues with pests inside and even though our garage was far away we didnt have any issues! Only one vehicle break-in during the whole year. I will say the amount of people we watched break the entry gate was annoying, but the office has done their best to keep it as functional as they can. Overall great, no regrets! Hoping the move-out process continues with no hiccups as well!

    From start to finish I have had nothing but a positive experience with Aria at Rollingbrook! I stopped in for an apartment tour with Crystal and right off I knew I wanted to rent one of their beautiful apartment homes. I applied, got approved, quickly! and picked up my keys last weekend.. Everything I’ve asked of Crystal and Sam for has been done. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and settled in my new space. These two are amazing! Thanks again… I’d recommend this community to anyone looking for an affordable but nice apartment in the Baytown area.

    I usually never write reviews but I will this time because during Beryl manager and staff were so helpful they were so concerned about there customers having light and making sure every building was secured and safe. Just want to thank the whole staff for the safety they have provided.

    Great and super safe place to live with a very friendly and accommodating staff. The maintenance staff is incredibly fast in addressing any issues. My apartment is great with an open space layout so I love it. Big up to Sam and the ladies.

    Im always welcomed with such positive attitudes by everyone on this team. Crystal the property manager is very in tune with what is going on in the property and you can tell there is great teamwork amongst the staff, anyone would be lucky to call this place home.

    I have been living in this community for almost a year now.My experience with the property manager and assistant manager is great. They are always kind understands and helps with any issues(if any) on time .Specially sam, he is a great listener and always helpful.Amenities at the property are always clean and has easy access.Community is safe to live. I recommend living here with 100% safety.The only issue is with the residents with their pets they take the pets for a walk and they don’t lift the poop. Some of the dog owners don’t use latches while they take pets for walks. Some pets are little aggressive.Apart from it overall it’s a good

    I knew I was home from the moment I walked through the door & met Crystal & Sam. And the pool area…WOW! Thankfully there is a gym so I can get ready for bathing suit season. They set up an eclipse watch party and even though the weather didn’t cooperate, it was good to meet some of my new neighbors. I highly recommend this place!

    One of the best apartment complexes in Baytown. Crystal and Sam are great!! Theyre always going above and beyond, to make sure everything is as good as it can be for us! Maintenance is friendly and spot on!

    I absolutely love these apartments. I have lived here twice. Management is great. Maintenance issues are dealt with immediately. The complex is quiet and the rent is reasonable compared to most apartments in the area. Management puts on events to include all residents and helps us to get to know our neighbors. Love my community!

    I’ve lived at the Aria for 3 months now and have loved my experience. My apartment is spacious and clean, and even though it’s right next to the pool I have never had a problem with noise. It is a quiet and safe environment with top quality amenities, beautiful landscaping, friendly management, and maintenance that always gets the job done. The Aria is a great place to live!

    This is our 2nd time living in these apartments. We love it here. Sam was in the office when we lived here the first time and he is amazing. Always very nice. And the new Property manager Crystal is amazing as well. They both go over and beyond to make sure this property stays beautiful. We couldn’t be happier with our apartment and best of all because we are downstairs 😂 keep up the great work Aria….

    I have lived here for two years. Response to any maintenance concerns are very quick. I love the high ceilings, crown molding in living area. Management is very good. The maintenance staff is always busy. I really like that the outside is power washed every few months. Every month a community activity is organized for the complex. All in all a positive experience.

    By far my favorite apartment Ive ever lived in as far as professionalism and management is concerned. Sam and the rest of the office staff are always courteous and respond timely to anything I have needed. The maintenance staff as well is always great the few times I have needed them. They work hard to keep the complex clean! Some might think they have strict rules but honestly they just want the property to be nice. Which I appreciate! I dont want to look at peoples mess. I highly recommend this apartment!!

    Crystal is the best PM on site! Always helpful, always friendly! If you have a question, need something done, have a maintenance emergency they are on top of it! Maintenance is always super helpful and respectful. Property is always clean. Amenities are always accessible and clean. Aria is a very nice community to be apart of. Sam in the office is great, always willing to help and always will greet you with his loud positive energy! You feel at home walking into Aria!

    I’ve lived here for a couple of months and i’ve never felt so at home. i’ve had several bad experiences with other apartment complexes but nobody here bothers me one bit!! you can’t feel at home if you are constantly bothered am i right!! such a clean and well kept complex. i feel very safe. the one thing i don’t like is the unit above me having wood floor so you can hear their foot steps but it’s part of living in an apartment so it’s tolerably. great mangers and great complex ◡̈side note: crystal is amazing!

    Aria apartments are probably the most chill apartments. Easy to maneuver through lots of amenities. Management has changed twice since I’ve been here but they’re so amazing. Any questions they always answer. Any maintenance request they check it out asap! Living here has been a joy!

    I love living here! The area is quite, clean and beautiful. I love the management they’re very nice and always helpful. My only problem is the price but other than that I could see myself staying here a few more years but I rather not keep living paycheck to paycheck just for the area. Still recommend to anyone wanting to move here if you can afford it.

    I moved in July of this year and everything has been great! The maintenance personnel are super friendly and are always busy doing something to keep the apartments looking great! There’s always something going on in the community like chili cook offs or get together at local restaurants. Love my decision of having chosen Aria 😃

    Ive lived here for 2 years and Im about to move out (to move to Dallas). Its a little pricey, but in Baytown you either pay this much or you live in trash with roaches. The management is super nice. Ive only had maybe TWO maintenance request the whole time Ive lived here and they were both taken care of within a day. There are no bugs. I have never heard of any cars or apartments being broken into and I rarely see anybody in the parking lot at all, let alone strangers. I generally dont leave reviews, but as I was looking for an apartment in Dallas, I realized that people usually only leave a review if its bad. So heres a review to say job well done :)

    I have lived here for almost a year and I plan to stay. Management is always courteous and attentive. They take care of my repairs in a timely manner. I definitely get what I pay for and more. I really enjoy living here and recommend.

    Beautiful apartments! Crystal and Sam are so attentive to their residents. I love that they have so many resident parties to celebrate holidays or just to help get to know the other residents in the building. Fully recommend!!

    Pros: I have been staying here for going on three years now. It was called Watercolor. They were still building when I moved in. It was hard for me to find an apartment when I moved here due to income restrictions meaning many of the Baytown apartments have restrictions if you make too much even though it is not really even that much . :( I was blessed to find this one without having to worry about that. I never had a problem with the old management. I interacted with them more though until they provided an online payment system. The new management has stepped it up where you can see that they are trying to better the community. The water even smells better. It had a odor for at least the first year that I lived here. I was upset that I did have to buy a new washer and dryer when moving in only to find out two years later that the complex was providing them. But the new washer/dryer is really nice and I can use the other set when I own my new home next year. I like how they provide trash service. Cons: 1) Parking is tight if you get in after 8p.m. It is a quiet community overall. Sometimes during the summer weekends, the pool area gets a little loud. (Only this summer :( ) 2) Rent prices have went up since I have been here about 30 dollars. Rent prices are a little steep for the square footage amount which seems to be a common thing for the current market. But it would be nice if they could provide teacher/state discounts,monthly drawings, or a set rate for those who have been staying for a plus amount of years to encourage ongoing tenants. (hint hint) 3) The gym is small. It works if you would like a walk or run on the treadmill a couple times of week. But if you are looking for more than just get a gym membership.

    Hi everyone, I have no idea y this apartment is being rated less than 5stars. I’ve been here for almost a year and I LOVE IT. My family and I love it♥️♥️♥️ Mind you ,I’m a very picky person but this place met all my expectations. The people at the leasing office are very kind and understanding especially SAM and Bri. Thank y’all for what you do. My family and I are Grateful!

    Came in for a tour fell in love with the amenities. There wasnt a 3 bdr available unfortunately. Crystal assisted me with all my questions and was very welcoming as soon as I walked in & didnt rush me out the door. Will be checking back

    I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews. My time at aria was pleasant, staff was friendly, trash was always taken on time, and it was hardly ever loud. If I wouldn’t have bought a home I’d have stayed.
