    Clarissa Maggie and Alicia really made my move in very easy and enjoyable. Fernando is really awesome too. My apartment is so cool and I love my loft. They were having a few issues with the pool, but the team was great with comminicating and kept us updated throughout every step of what they were doing and now it looks great. Definitely recommend this place.

Without a doubt, this has been both mine and my partners most secure and welcoming living environment, thanks to the exceptional staff. When our initial apartment didnt meet our expectations, we promptly communicated our concerns to the property team. Within a few weeks, they facilitated our move to a more suitable unit.We want to specifically commend Clarissa, Maggie, and Alicia for their unwavering dedication to tenant safety and community engagement. Beyond their responsibilities, they go the extra mile to foster a sense of belonging among residents, especially during festive occasions. Additionally, we want to give an awesome shoutout to the maintenance men Kirk and Fernando who are always so kind, communicative, and timely when they receive any work orders. Thank you all so much for a great living experience! We wholeheartedly recommend Archer Stone to families seeking a secure haven for their children, pet owners, and anyone eager to explore the vibrant Stone Oak neighborhood.

    Thanks to Magdalena, Alicia, and Clarrissa my stay at this apartment complex was wonderful. They helped me out whenever i have any questions (which for a first time renter was a lot of the time). They were quick to fix any situation that happened in my unit and everything was repaired or dealt with quickly. Everything here was worth the decent price. If you are going for a 1 bed i would say it is quite large for 2 people. And for the people that like baths the bathtubs are large and very comfortable. Management also went out of there way to make sure my wife who is allergic to soy (which is in basically everything) was includes with all of the party opportunities in the main office.

    I recently moved here in March and I must say this is by far one of the best appartments I have lived at. The newly done renovations are awesome and the staff is incredible! Clarrissa and Maggie have been SO helpful and I would HIGHLY recommend Archer Stone Canyon to everyone!

    My wife and I have been here for 7 years and have seen the management change 3 times. I have to say, this is by far the best team we have had. Ever since the management change last year, you could see immediate positive changes. They got the gates closed and working after YEARS of them being open. The property is looking the best it’s looked in years and I’m actually really enjoying living here again.

    First apartment ever and I feel like I got pretty lucky. I looked at a lot of places and I did not feel too great about my options until I found my apartment with Archer. Maybe I have a memorable face but the staff knew my name and who I was within a week of just living here and I thought that was really sweet. The staff is always friendly no matter the time of day you encounter them. The location itself is great with lots of shops and food options. I really love living in the back with a view of just a green ravine. It makes me feel more at home and its nice to sit on my patio in the morning and watch the sunrise. Overall Im very happy with where I live.

    Ive lived here for about a month and I love it! The neighborhood is very welcoming and friendly. The front office is great with communication and they are really involved with the community! Kelley and her team do an amazing job helping to resolve problems and answer questions. It feels good to live in a community that cares :)

    Update: I am updating to 5 stars because ever since the new manager and staff have come in everything has been SO much better. They are helpful with any questions you have and willing to listen. They are quick to get back to you and find solutions. Cant forget the maintenance staff who also are great and pretty quick with work orders. Hopefully they stay for a while because it has been a more enjoyable stay with a staff that actually cares about their tenants.

    I’m so happy to have found these apartments! I looked at these and a few others and something told me to get this one (I think it’s the huge bathtub that sold me!! You can literally fit like 3 people in there!!)The walls are thick so you literally cannot hear your neighbors (which is a big deal because my last apartment I could hear everything), always more than enough parking, and the apartment itself is really nice.Another thing I would like to say is the management is amazing. When we first moved in, we had a minor inconvenience and Brittney (the manager) jumped on it immediately and offered a bunch of different options for us. She really took the time to understand and fix things. The rest of the office staff is also just as awesome.The maintenance is really quick too. They always come to me within 2-3 business days!I highly recommend living here!!!

    Nice apartments inside but outside is not taken care of. All the grass is dead needs to be watered. The breezeways stinks and are so dirty, wish they could clean/power wash it frequently. Too much dog poop everywhere, gotta be careful where you walk. Dog park barely maintained, but I do remember seeing a maintenance guy clean it and he did it so well. Playground is not safe for kids, it needs turf. Hottest time of the year and the pool is closed, like cmon. This place needs a really good management team, and needs alot of work done. Especially for how much people are paying here, should expect more from them!Update: Changed it to 5 stars because everything I complained about has literally been changed! Loving the green grass! Breezeways was powerwashed and everything has improved alot! I hope they keep this up and especially with the dog park as well! Thank you new management!

    I have lived at Archer Stone Canyon for 10 years. Have seen many changes. Our latest management team has been awesome. I love all the special things they do to involve the community. Pizza and ice cream after school for the kids. Raffles and games for the adults. They are friendly and easy to talk to. Maintenance guys are knowledgeable and quick to respond. Highly recommend.

    We have lived in this apartment community for nearly 10 years. We have seen many management teams come and go. They have finally found someone who is there for her tenants. Kelly, the property manager and her team are awesome! She is more than willing to talk directly with you if you have any issues, and she is a problem solver, so she will do everything in her power to make sure you are taken care of. I am very grateful for Kelly and her team!

    Love living here and love to talk to the office staff in the office especially Maggie and Alicia they are fast and efficient I remember I was asking for my lease and what seemed to be 2mins I was handed a lease and emailed a copy. Moral of the story you ask and they get it done!

    The team here at archer has always been so great since Greystar has taken over. They’ve made huge improvements to the community and every time I go into the office they have great customer service. Definitely recommend living here

    None of my issues were emergent, so I marked them low priority on the maintenance request - but as usual, they arrived the very next day! These guys always do a great job with any type of repair, are so friendly, and very helpful with recommending tips on what I can do to help maintain appliances.

    Honestly, don’t have many complaints. Really nice complex. When we moved in we had some issues, but once the new manager came in it got resolved right away. The property and quality of the apartment is great! The pool is nice and they have a dog park. I love the layout of our apartment too. Plus, they have valet trash which is a huge plus. It’s a great apartment for the price.

    I currently live in the apartment complex now and i love my apartment. The staff is friendly and any issue i have they try to slove it. I have the one bed with upstairs and sunroom. Im gone give them 5 stars but they should fix two things. for those style apartments and price they should put hardwood on the whole unit and ditch that carpet. Second they need new style doors on washer and dryer units. Lastly a newer more updated bathroom to match the kitchen but Other then that the apartment is awesome and is underrated. Doesnt have the amenities as the other apartments but it makes up with the size and layout of the apartments

    Apartments 5 stars, amenities 4 stars, trash service 3 stars. Overall it is a good place to live, the location is awesome, everything is at 10 mins distance. Like in every place there are areas of opportunities, but staff sure is committed to help you resolve it.

    I moved here 4 months ago, and love my new home. The staff is amazing and very polite. I love that the staff does follow ups on my work orders and lets me know when my packages arrive in the office. I love the new changes that are being done here on property ( valet trash pick up, abandoned vehicles towed away and keeping up with the breezeways to avoid any rodents) KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ARCHOR STONE STAFF!!!

    The apartments are nice and we have a great view. There have been no issues with management. The dog park area does need to be maintained better, however this is due to irresponsible pet owners not picking up after their dogs. This apartment complex is quiet and safe. The location is great and easy access to 281.

    Toured Archer and Maggie was very friendly and answered any questions I had about the property. We toured this property a few months ago when Internacional was managing the building and now that Greystar is managing it they are definitely making a difference.

    The office staff are very nice and do their job well. I’ve heard a lot of people complaining about their cars being towed and people getting upset about getting fined for trash being out. The leasing office is doing their job to uphold a specific standard of living and to keep it beautiful and clean. Trash on the porch is an eye sore and not cleanly. You live in an apartment , so expect to take your trash out unless you have valet trash. Even with valet trash, there are SPECIfIC times. As for the cars being towed, they are strict when it comes to broken down cars just sitting there. Again, for community standards! The apartments are spacious and cleanly. I have had no issues with the leasing professionals or issues in the apartment. My neighbors and I are happy.

    For me, there are two main parts to finding an apartment complex that I want to live in. First is obviously the apartment itself but the second is why I choose to live at Archer Stone Canyon. The second reason is the office staff who maintains the property, so many companies treat their residents as numbers or paychecks and never try to go above and beyond. Brittani and Mikaylas staff strive to do this each week no matter that issue at hand. Thank you for all you do for our community!

    I havent moved in yet but my interaction with the office has been great so far. Some of the places I looked at took over 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there. The apartment is big and beautiful for the price in that area. I will post again after I have lived there for a little while.

    I didn’t even know this places existed lol. Beautiful place and it looks like they’re doing some renovations soooo can’t wait to see how that goes. Callie was so sweet and amazing. She took me around the amenities and their show apartment answering all my questions. Definitely made me feel comfortable even though it was her first day. The place is clean and organized, you can tell the manager really takes pride in the community. I highly recommend visiting if you’re looking in the stone oak area.

    I dont have enough characters to explain how happy I am with Avana Stone Canyon. I have lived at a few apartments in San Antonio and it is by far the best. The application process took no more than 10 minutes and Yassy was such a delight to work with it && a blessing in disguise . I cant imagine living anywhere else. Its still early in my lease but I have no complaints. My air was broke and not only did maintenance fix it but he even closed my windows which I thought was a beautiful gesture and very kind. I recommend this place to everyone, well not everyone but I am soo happy with my new home. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

    I just moved here from out of state, and this is my absolute favorite apartment Ive ever had, in almost 20 years of renting apartments. My cats absolutely love being able to slide around on the wood floors. Valet trash is a new experience for me, and its my new favorite thing.

    BEEN HERE FOR A YEAR NOW AND JUST RESIGNED MY LEASE FOR ANOTHER YEAR CAUSE ITS AN AWESOME COMMUNITY! THE PRICE POINT IS THE CHEAPEST IN THIS AREA THAT YOU WILL EVER FIND. BEYOND THAT THE COMMUNITY IS QUIET AND CLEAN. APARTMENTS ARE BIG AND THERES A POOL GYM AND PLACES TO COOK OUT TOO! THE OFFICE HAS A GREAT POOL TABLE AND SHUFFLE BOARD TABLE TO JUST HANG OUT WITH FRIENDS. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS PLEASANT AND SUPER HELPFUL WITH ANY ISSUES. LOVE IT SO MUCH HERE THINKING OF UPGRADING TO A 3 BEDROOM NOW :)
