    Madison was everything I would hope for in a locator! She responded same day with a large list of options for me to look at despite also having tours that day. Once I decided which apartments I wanted to look at, she booked the tours at equally the same quick pace.     My experience with Daisy Q was amazing. This was my first time looking for an apartment. Thank God I found Daisy Q. She was very quick to find options that accommodate what I was needing. Very quick to set up my tours and sĆŗper flexible. During the tour , She asked the right questions for me (since this is my first time). She made sure I was being told the right rent and any hidden fees. I valued her advice and signed my first lease thanks to her ! I will recommend Daisy Q and will use her next time as well.     Words cant express how grateful I am for the patience and time taken by Jay Morris. Once he got a handle of the features I like and what i needed in a home for my daughter and I he got to work. And finding a place fast was amazing for me. His kindness and empathy towards my budget and me being a single mom was handled with care. This company has a staff that is on point and not just about the money but about their clients. Although I dont plan to move again anytime soon at least I know who to come to when I am ready to buy a house.     GIVE DAISY A RAISE!! Let me tell you Daisy is amazing! I started my apartment search on my on with no luck due to credit issues. I reached out and was linked with Daisy. I explained my situation to her. She told me she could still help despite my circumstances. A-one customer service no doubt about it. Daisy scheduled a few tours for me. We went together to each location. The final tour was at a complex I would not have dared to consider on my own. I was honestly skeptical that I would qualify.     Moving from out of state, Id never heard of apartment locators before so I wasnt sure what exactly to expect. FOR NEWBIES LIKE ME:- You give them your preferences for the kind of apartment youre looking for- They make you a list of properties to choose from that fit your needs- They schedule the tours for youAs someone who is moving from out of state I made sure our locator (the fabulous Leo) knew the importance of me seeing as many properties as possible during the 2 days I was able to be in town for in-person tours. Locators are essentially your personal assistant in the apartment search so you dont need to spend hours on Google Maps making a list and scheduling the tours yourself. They dont even need to be at the tours with you.I was skeptical as to why the service was free, and from how Im assuming this works, they probably have some form of contract or agreement with certain properties in the area. If they bring them new clients to successfully sign a lease they get commission. If thats correct, understand they probably wont be looking into every single property Austin has to offer because theres no commission agreement. So, theyre suggesting a curated list from the properties they work with. I scheduled tours with apartments I found on my own just in case!With all that being said, Leo was great!! Super friendly and willing to answer all my text messages when I asked about different properties, and changed my visit dates on him last minute. He put up with me on the first day of tours which was appreciated, ESPECIALLY when he went into one building before I got there and told the Leasing Agent what I was looking for so I could just walk in and jump straight into the tour! That was wonderful. Thank you for the food recommendations as well. I found a great unit for a great price through Leo, and my dad will be sure to ask for Leo again in the next few weeks when its time for him to pick one too.
