    Joshua Lewandowski was my appointment locator and he was fantastic. He found apartments that were in my budget and they had amazing deals going on. He’s also very flexible when it comes to apartment tours. I wasn’t able to be in town physically for the apartment tours, but he went to the apartments and took videos for me so I could see what they actually looked like and not just go off the pictures on the website. He is also very prompt with responding to texts/ calls/ emails and is very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for apartments in the Round Rock/ Austin area, I would definitely recommend using him as your locator. Plus it’s a free service!

    I was initially overwhelmed by the apartment search process, but Kade L made it so much easier by handling everything efficiently and professionally, but yet it was still as if I was talking to my best friend she never once got upset if the changes in my decision and boy I sure am a tuff cookie.     Finding an apartment with the help of an apartment locator — Josh — was one of the best decisions I could’ve made.     Michelle Hickey was absolutely amazing! Firstly, before we even started touring she had a full page front and back with apartments listed. She took the time to calculate the distance and time it would take for me and my wife to get two and from our jobs (stellar customer service right there!) We wanted a newer built complex and she had the build dates listed for every one she had planned to take us to. She was super involved in the whole process, asking questions during the tour that helped us make the right decision, and we were able to tour the exact unit we would be renting because of her! She was incredibly helpful and super nice!When we toured the apartments, the question is always asked do you have any questions about the apartment? And you know you should have a list, but you draw a blank... Michelle was there to ask the important questions on my behalf to ensure I got all the info I needed. She took notes throughout the conversations with the apartment leasing agents and knew exactly what I was looking for.This is backed up by the fact that I ended up leasing the exact apartment Michelle first recommended to me. Theres something to say for that for sure!She stayed in contact with me before and after the touring as well, even through to my signing of the lease.The value is unprecedented for sure! I felt guilty by the end of it because I felt like I got so much for free, I could barely believe it hahaha.The reviews speak for themselves, however in the pursuit of honesty, I have to disclose that I was told to leave a review because of an office contest going on, so there was a personal incentive to leave a review. I was not pushed to alter or hide my opinions in the review however so rest assured Michelle has my full recommendation. :)

    Apartment Pros was recommended to me by a friend, and I needed to move in a hurry and on a budget. Kendall did a great job of that. I met with him on a Wednesday and I signed a lease to the perfect place on Friday. Hands down one of the best services I could have used while trying to find a new place. My current apartment is amazing and a significant upgrade from my older apartment! She never acted like any request was too much and even drove me around in her car to show me all the places we were considering.     I cannot recommend this place highly enough! and its not just that they did a professional and excellent job finding me the perfect apartment, which they did. Anyone could do that though. What I loved so much was the friendly and warm hospitality of everyone in the office, especially Thomas, who was the one helping me. To make it all easier I just rode around with him, and we had great conversation.     Our apartment flooded on a Thursday night and we had to move out ASAP! Kendall at Apartment pros was a HUGE help - we had keys to our new place by Saturday morning!!!     I was recommended to contact Millie after I had been looking into a few apartments with no luck. At first, I have to say, I was a bit skeptical, because it had seemed she hadnt taken an apartment that I wanted to look at into consideration, but I decided she knew what she was doing so I let her do her thing. After talking to her for a while, I realized she really knows what she is doing. She would ask the important questions that we didnt even know we had to ask and made sure to take us to places she knew would have a staff we could trust. After choosing our apartment we wanted and being better informed on what to look for, I did a better search of the place I had originally wanted to look at. Boy, am I glad we didnt waste our time there! While it had mostly good reviews in one site, upon looking at other review sites, I found out that the staff was horrible there for many reasons.     Apartment Pros was an incredible service and company. I can’t express how helpful and thorough my experience was. My expectations were low going in to it and I was completely blown away by the end of our appointment.     I was going to give a 5 star rating, but that would mean that there isnt anything to improve upon, while I believe there are. There is no soundproofing from the outside, nor from the creaky footsteps of our neighbors upstairs (sounds like theyre really in our apartment). The windows and blinds look like theyve never been attended to, while many cabinets and areas of cabinets held a unappealing approach. I wouldnt use them, in the condition that theyre in. Overall, I am very pleased with the current condition of the apartment and feel comfortable already, glad to call this home. Floors and walls, closets, bathroom were clean and tidy, and my deliveries arrive at the right place. I was able to set up my necessities with ease. (Edit; didnt know this was for the agent. The apartment is perfect for our budget and spacious enough for my brother and I. Water and vents run clean, showers a bit strong while the toilets very weak. Unfurnished but came with stove and a fridge 🙂).

    I had a tough set of criteria to fit in getting a new apartment, and Sat Amor took the reIns and worked his magic. I gave him my criteria over the phone, aND he began the search from his office at Apartment Pros. When I met him at his office, he was ready to go--like a pro. He had prepared a great list of possibilities and his very first prospect merry all if my criteria .I was surprised because a jag a limited budget and hoped foot a large apartment for the money. he took me through the list, we narrowed the list to a few prospects and set out in hiya csr to visit the properties. I was amazed when we were shown the first unit. Sat had really nailed it on the head. It was beautiful and even fit my special needs for a first floor innit. I dont know if Sat had worked with the manager before, but she trated is like royalty! Sat was so thorough in asking the manager all the right questions, and we appreciated his professionalism aND bright approach in finding thng perfect apartment for me on the very first try! Say had made this trying search so easy for me and I appreciated his great skills for the job. He has found a winner, amenities he even patiently waited for me to complete the lengthy application.     I decided to go with Apartment Pros, since I had to find an apartment quickly. I sat down with Billy Lyles, who helped me find 6 different complexes based off of my income and timeframe. He asked me to narrow my choices down to 3 different complexes, and we toured all 3 on my day off from work. Billy told us to not make a decision just yet, and to spend a few days thinking about it. A few days later, Billy sent me a text, and told me that one of the complexes we looked at had a unit available for a cheaper price than the one we looked at, but also said to act fast, since someone else might take it. We went to the complex, did the tour, and decided to rent this unit. So far, we have really enjoyed everything, and I really appreciate Billy for going the extra mile to find something nice, yet affordable.

    Jameela was exceptionally wonderful. I began trying to look on my own and she understood that and was nice about it, explaining her services and knowledge are what make her work valuable. Later on when I thought it was coming down to crunch time, I messaged her again telling her other agents had failed me and I needed her help.
